Three new tricyclic cis-clerodane type diterpenoids trivially named as limbatolide A (1), limbatolide B (2) and limbatolide C (3) have been isolated from the roots of Otostegia limbata along with two known compounds; oleanic acid and beta-sitosterol. The structure elucidation of the new compounds was based primarily on two-dimensional (2D) NMR techniques. Compounds 1-3 displayed inhibitory potential in a concentration-dependent manner against acetylcholinesterase (AChE; EC 3.1.1.7) and butyrylcholinesterase (BChE; EC 3.1.1.8) enzymes, respectively.  相似文献

From the leaves of the endemic Vietnamese medicinal plant Croton tonkinensis GAGNEP. (Euphorbiaceae) the four new ent-kaurane-type diterpenoids ent-1alpha,14alpha-diacetoxy-7beta-hydroxykaur-16-en-15-one (1), ent-1alpha,7beta-diacetoxy-14alpha-hydroxykaur-16-en-15-one (2), ent-18-acetoxy-14alpha-hydroxykaur-16-en-15-one (3), and ent-(16S)-18-acetoxy-7beta-hydroxykauran-15-one (4) were isolated. Six new ent-kaurane-type diterpenoids were isolated from the leaves of the endemic Vietnamese medicinal plant Croton tonkinensis GAGNEP. (Euphorbiaceae) together with three known ent-11alpha-acetoxy-7beta,14alpha-dihydroxykaur-16-en-15-one (1), ent-kaur-16-en-15-one 18-oic acid (5) and ent-18-hydroxykaur-16-ene (7). Their structures were determined by spectroscopic analyses to be ent-7beta-acetoxy-11alpha-hydroxykaur-16-en-15-one (2), ent-18-acetoxy-11alpha-hydroxykaur-16-en-15-one (3), ent-11alpha-acetoxykaur-16-en-18-oic acid (4), ent-15alpha,18-dihydroxykaur-16-ene (6), ent-11alpha,18-diacetoxy-7beta-hydroxykaur-16-en-15-one (8), and ent-(16S)-1alpha,14alpha-diacetoxy-7beta-hydroxy-17-methoxykauran-15-one (14). ent-Kaurane-type diterpenoids from Croton tonkinensis 2-4, 6, and 9-13, were tested for toxicity in the brine shrimp lethality assay. Compounds 9, 10, and 12 demonstrated significant activity, compounds 2, 3, 6, and 11 showed weak activity, and compounds 4 and 13 were inactive.  相似文献

From the stems of Croton micans Sw., five new 3,4-seco-ent-kaurene dimers: micansinoic acid (1), isomicansinoic acid (2), and the dimethyl (3), monomethyl (4) and monoethyl ester (5) of micansinoic acid were isolated. The structures of the new compounds were elucidated by spectroscopic data interpretation, mainly 1D and 2D NMR experiments and MS. 对河南省济源地区产冬凌草[Isodon rubescens(Hemsl.)Hara]再次进行了深入 的研究,从其叶的乙酸乙酯提取物中分离得到了16个化合物,其中1和2为两个新的 7,20-环氧-对映-贝壳杉烷类二萜化合物,其结构通过波谱分析确定为16(S)-羟 甲基-1α,6β,7β,11β-甲羟基-7α,20-环氧-对映-贝壳杉烷-15-酮(1)和 16(R)-羟甲基-1α,6β,7β,14β-四羟基-7α,20-环氧-对映-贝壳杉烷-15- 酮(2),分别命名为冬凌草已素(1)和庚素(2);其余的已知化合物分别鉴定 为lasiodonin(3),冬凌草甲素(oridonin,4),乙素(ponicidin),丙素( rubescensin C),丁素(rubescensin D),牛尾草丙素(rabdoternin C),荛 花香茶菜乙素(wikstroemioidin B),enmenol-1α-O-β-D-glucoside, enmenol,胡麻素(pedalitin),水杨酸,乌索酸,β-谷甾醇和胡萝卜甙。  相似文献

Two new labdane diterpenoids, 15beta-methoxyfaciculatin (1) and 15alpha-methoxyfaciculatin B (2), together with the previously known methoxynepetaefolin (3), were isolated from a methanol extract of the dried aerial parts of a Brazilian medicinal plant, Hyptis faciculata. Their structures were elucidated by analysis of spectroscopic data. Plausible biogenetic correlation between faciculatins and nepetaefolin is briefly discussed.  相似文献

Five new natural labdane-type diterpenoids (5-9), designated leoheteronins A-E, together with four known diterpenoids (1-4), two phytosterols as a mixture of beta-sitosterol and stigmasterol, and the flavone genkwanin (10) were isolated from the aerial parts of Leonurus heterophyllus SW. (Lamiaceae) collected in northern Vietnam. Compound 1 was isolated for the first time from a Leonurus species, and 10 is considered to be a chemotaxonomic marker of the Leonurus genus. Investigation of an acetone extract of the leaves and twigs of Taxus sumatrana has resulted in the isolation of two new bicyclic taxoids, tasumatrols M (1), and N (2) and a new baccatin III derivative, tasumatrol O (3) together with the previous known 7-deacetylcanadensene (4) and 2alpha,7beta,13alpha-triacetoxy-5alpha,9alpha-dihydroxy-2(3-->20) abeotaxa-4(20),11-dien-10-one. A phytochemical investigation of the ethanol extract of Marrubium aschersonii Magnus (Lamiaceae) collected from Tunisia led to the isolation and identification of two new labdane diterpenoids, marrubaschs A (1) and B (2), along with two known compounds (3 and 4). Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods including HRESIMS and NMR techniques. All compounds were evaluated for their inhibitory effects on the nitric oxide (NO) production induced by lipopolysaccharide in RAW 264.7 macrophage cells. Compound 2 exhibited weak inhibition of NO production with an IC50 value of 35 ± 1.0 μM.  相似文献

Two new taxane diterpenoids, tasumatrols A (1) and B (2), have been isolated from extracts of the leaves and twigs of Taiwanese Taxus sumatrana. Tasumatrol A is a rare 5/6/6 taxene system, having a novel gamma-lactone at C-10 and C-19. The structures of compounds 1 and 2 were determined on the basis of two dimensional (2D)-NMR techniques, including correlation spectroscopy (COSY), 1H-detected heteronuclear multiple quantum coherence (HMQC) and heteronuclear multiple bond connectivity (HMBC) experiments.  相似文献

Chemical investigation on Jatropha curcas resulted in the isolation of twenty constituents among which four diterpenoids were unknown and six compounds, tetradecyl-(E)-ferulate, 3-O-(Z)-coumaroyl oleanolic acid, heudelotinone, epi-isojatrogrossidione, 2alpha-hydroxy-epi-isojatrogrossidione, and 2-methyanthraquinone had not been reported earlier from this species. The structures of the new compounds were established by extensive studies of their 1D- and 2D-NMR spectra.  相似文献

A known briarane, brianthein W (1), along with four new hydroperoxybriaranes, briaviolides R–U (25), have been obtained from the octocoral Briareum violaceum. The absolute configuration of 1 was determined by X-ray analysis for the first time and the structures of briaranes 25 were established by spectroscopic methods. Bioactivity study showed that briarane 3 decreased the production of superoxide anions from human neutrophils.  相似文献
