Precise energies and intensities of about 450γ-rays of the197Au(n, γ)198Au reaction have been investigated in the energy range from 30 keV to 1 MeV with a bentcrystal spectrometer. Prompt and delayedγ-γ coincidences have been studied with Ge(Li) detectors. A half-life of 124±4 ns has been measured for the state at 312.036 keV, which is found to decay to the ground state through the cascade 97.195–214.841 keV. A new level scheme based on these results has been constructed which contains 160 transitions. Spin and parity assignments have been made for most of the levels.  相似文献

γ-spectra and excitation functions of the100Mo(p, nγ)100Tc reaction were measured in the 1.2–3.6 MeV proton energy range by using thick, enriched targets, Ge(Li) and low energy photon (hyperpure Ge) spectrometers. These detectors were used inγγ-coincidence experiments, too. Conversion electron spectrum measurements were performed by means of a superconducting magnet transporter Si(Li) spectrometer (SMS) atE p =4 MeV and multipolarities of some transitions have been determined. Based on the experimental results a level scheme of100Tc has been constructed. Level energies of100Tc were calculated on the basis of the parabolic rule, derived from the cluster-vibration model.  相似文献

γ-ray and γγ-coincidence spectra of the 110Cd(p, nγ)110In reaction were measured with Ge(Li), Ge(LEPS), and Ge(HP) spectrometers at 6 MeV bombarding proton energy. Energies (Eγ) and relative intensities (Iγ) of 95 110In transitions (including 70 new ones) have been determined. The electron spectrum of the reaction was measured with a combined magnetic plus Si(Li) spectrometer at Ep = 6 MeV. Internal conversion coefficients of 41 transitions in 110In have been determined for the first time. The angular distribution of γ-rays was measured at 5.2, 5.6, and 6 MeV bombarding proton energies. A new, more complete level scheme of 110In has been deduced. On the basis of the internal conversion coefficients of transitions, Hauser-Feshbach analysis of (p, n) reaction cross sections, γ-ray angular distribution (and other) results unambiguous spin and parity assignments were made to 11 excited 110In levels. The energies of several 110In proton-neutron multiplets were calculated on the basis of the parabolic rule derived from the cluster-vibration model. The comparison of experimental and theoretical results provided identification of about 20 p-n multiplet states in 110In.  相似文献

Prompt and delayed low energyγ-γ-coincidences from the197Au(n, γ)198Au reaction have been measured with Ge(Li) and NaI(Tl) detectors at the external neutron beam of the research reactor (FRM) near Munich. A level scheme consistent with all available experimental data is constructed and discussed. The half-life of the 367.29 keV level was obtained with a time-to-amplitude converter to be 123 ± 4 ns. It determines the absolute transition probability of the 97.211 keVE1 transition.  相似文献

The level scheme of75Se has been studied through the75As (p, n) reaction at proton energies from 1.5 to 5.0 MeV.γ-ray and internal conversion electron measurements were made using NaI (T1) and Ge(Li) detectors and a six-gap electron spectrometer. A proportional counter and a thin window NaI(T1) detector were used to detectγ-rays with energies less than 30 keV. The level scheme has been established by observing the thresholds of variousγ-rays and byγ-γ and e?-γ coincidence measurements. New levels at 133.0, 293.2, 790.0, 953.0, 1020.8, 1184.3, 1198.5 and 1258.2 keV not observed in earlier (p, n) studies have been established. Conversion coefficients of most of the low-lying transitions have been determined. Angular distributions of some of theγ-rays were also measured and compared with the statistical model calculations. DefiniteJ π assignments have been made to most of the low-lying levels. Life-times of the 112.1, 133.0, 286.7 and 293.2 keV levels have been measured to be 0.69±0.12, 5.3±0.6, 1.35±0.15 and 31±2 nsec respectively. The reduced transition probabilities for various low-lying transitions have been determined and compared with recent calculations. The 1/2? and 9/2+ levels hitherto unknown in this nucleus has been identified. The structure of the low-lying levels is discussed in terms of the existing models.  相似文献

Spectra of γ-rays, internal conversion electrons and γ?γ-coincidences in the β-decay of the isomeric 1/2+, 1.6 h, 147Tb state are studied using semiconductor detectors. More than one hundred of new gamma-transitions are observed. Multipolarities of some gamma-transitions with energy up to 2MeV are established. The proposed decay scheme of 147Tb, 1.6 h is discussed in framework of the shell model.  相似文献

Sources of149Nd were produced by thermal-neutron irradiation of enriched148Nd. High resolution Ge(Li) spectrometers were used to collect gamma-ray singles and coincidence spectra in the study of the decay of 1.7-h149Nd. A total of 214 gamma rays have been assigned to the decay of149Nd, and 201 of these transitions have been placed in a level scheme of149Pm involving 42 excited states. Absolute values for the beta-group intensities were determined for transitions to the149Pm levels, and spin and parity assignments were made for many of the observed states. The experimentally determined level structure of149Pm was compared with corresponding levels in other odd-mass Pm and Eu nuclides. Interpretations were made in terms of the core-coupling model. The level scheme of154Eu has been investigated by means of thermal neutron captureγ-rays and conversion electrons. The high energyγ-ray spectrum from thermal neutron capture in enriched153Eu has been studied in the energy range of 5700 to 6500 keV. Low energyγ radiation has been observed with Ge(Li) and Si(Li) detectors from 5 to 300 keV and conversion electrons have been measured from 15 to 300 keV. Low energy (n, γγ) coincidences and half lives of transitions have been measured. The data, combined with three very recent studies of the 8? isomer decay in154Eu has led to the construction of a level scheme with 12 excited levels. Measurements of γ-ray, γγ-coincidence and internal conversion electron spectra from the 106Cd(α, )109Sn reaction were carried out at 15–20 MeV α-particle bombarding energies with Ge(HP) γ-ray and superconducting magnetic lens plus Si(Li) electron spectrometers. The energies, relative intensities, internal conversion coefficients and coincidence relations of the 109Sn transitions were determined, and a more complete, consistent level scheme has been deduced. Spin and parity values have been determined from the internal conversion coefficients, the bombarding-energy dependence of the side-feeding intensities of the states and the available γ-ray angular distribution data. The level scheme was interpreted in the framework of the quasi-particle shell model.  相似文献

The γ-ray spectrum of the 114Cd(p, nγ)114In reaction was measured with Ge(Li) and Ge(HP) spectrometers at 4.8, 5.3, and 7.0 MeV bombarding proton energies. The energies (Eγ) and relative intensities (Iγ) of more than 170 γ-ray transitions in 114In have been determined. The electron spectrum of the reaction was measured with a combined magnetic plus Si(Li) spectrometer. Internal conversion coefficients of 38 transitions in 114In were determined for the first time. The level scheme of 114In, γ-ray branching ratios, multipolarity of transitions, level parity and spin values have been deduced. The energies of several 114In proton-neutron multiplets were calculated on the basis of the parabolic rule derived from the cluster-vibration model. The comparison of experimental and theoretical results provided classification of about 18 multiplet states in 114In. The experimental level scheme has also been compared with former theoretical calculations.  相似文献

The odd mass nucleus 137Pm has been studied to high spins through the 109Ag(32S, 2p2n)137Pm reaction at an incident beam energy of 150 MeV. The de-exciting ??-rays were detected using an array of 18 Compton suppressed clover detectors. The level scheme of 137Pm has been extended up to $J^\pi = \tfrac{{43}} {2}^ -$ and excitation energy of E x ? 6 MeV with the observation of 42 new gamma transitions. The linear polarization (IPDCO) measurements for the ??-ray transitions have been done for the first time. The spin and parity assignments for most of the reported levels have been made using these results and the coincidence angular anisotropy (RDCO) measurements. The nuclear shape evolution is discussed in the light of Total Routhian Surface (TRS) and Cranked Shell Model (CSM) calculations.  相似文献

The level scheme of91Nb has been investigated with the reaction90Zr(p, γ)91Nb. Proton energies between 3.0 and 7.2 MeV were used. The γ spectra were taken with Ge(Li) detectors. Primary γ transitions to 36 excited states of91Nb up to 3.8 MeV excitation energy and many secondary γ transitions from the decay of those states were observed, leading to an extension of the known level scheme. The proton binding energy for91Nb was determined as (5167± 5) keV. Eleven γ transitions in90Zr, part of them new, from the competing reaction90Zr(p, p′ γ) were also observed.  相似文献

The level scheme of79Kr has been studied through the79Br(p,n)79Kr reaction at proton energies from 1·7 to 5·0 MeV.γ-ray and internal conversion electron measurements were made using Ge(Li) detectors and a six gap “Orange” electron spectrometer. The level scheme was established by determining the thresholds of variousγ-rays and byγ-γ and n-γ coincidence measurements. New levels at 402, 450, 660, 676, 695, 720, 810, 836, 907 and 1038 keV not observed in earlier radioactivity studies have been established. DefiniteJ π assignments have been made to most of the levels below 800 keV. Many of the low-lying levels are identified as rotational levels based on the (301 ↓) 1/2?, (301 ↑) 3/2? and (431 ↓) 1/2+ Nilsson states.  相似文献

The192Hg nucleus was populated in the160Gd(36S, 4n) reaction at a beam energy of E=159 MeV. Emittedγ-rays were detected with the EUROGAM array comprising 43 Compton-suppressed large volume Ge detectors. The level scheme of192Hg has been extended up to an excitation energy of E=10.4 MeV and spin I=34 ?. Two new structures, made of competing ΔI=1 and ΔI=2 transitions have been observed and their connexions with the low-lying levels established. Their lowest levels are located at 6.304 MeV and 6.879 MeV excitation energy. The experimental results are compared with mean-field HF+BCS calculations. It is proposed that the new structures originate from deformation-aligned quasi-proton excitations π(i13/2 * h9/2)K=11 andπ (h9/2) K=8 2 , coupled to rotation-aligned quasi-neutron ν(i13/2)n and quasi-proton π(h11/2)2 excitations.  相似文献

High spin states in108Sn have been investigated using the92Mo(19F,p2)108Sn reaction. In-beam measurements ofγ-γ-coincidences,γ-ray excitation functions andγ-ray angular distributions were performed with Ge(Li)-detectors, one of which had a Nal Compton suppression shield. A level scheme for108Sn has been constructed up to anI π=(14?) state.  相似文献

High-spin states in doubly odd 170Lu have been studied through the 160Gd(14N, 4nγ) fusion-evaporation reaction at a beam energy of 68 MeV. γγ-coincidences, Eγ,Iγ and angular distribution are measured. For the first time a high-spin level scheme consisting of three rotational structures is proposed. In the πh9/2Θvp3/2 yrast band, the (ab) neutron crossing occurs at a rotational frequency of ≈0.27 MeV. This is indicative of the partial disappearance of the blocking effect of the odd neutron. Another signature-split πh9/2Θvi13/2 band exhibits normal signature-dependence and delayed (bc) neutron crossing is anticipated to occur at h?ω > 0.39 MeV in this structure.  相似文献
