论述了自混合干涉技术的发展历程,并引入了自混合干涉显微技术的实验原理和研究近展;建立了He—Ne激光自混合干涉实验装置系统,获得了稳定的激光功率输出。然后,对基于激光自混合干涉技术的显微镜进行了研究,并详细给出了该系统的设计原理、装调方法和实验结果,得到了玻璃小球的三维形体信息图像。系统达到的横向分辨力1μm,纵向分辨力为15nm。上述实验结果证明自混合显微镜在微小物体的高精度形貌成像方面有着很大的潜力。  相似文献

Drift waves in magnetized plasmas often occur in a turbulent form and are often considered as being responsible for anomalous cross‐field particle transport. It is thus very appealing to achieve active control of the drift wave dynamics. A control scheme acting both in space and in time is developed to synchronize drift wave turbulence. It consists of an arrangement of eight electrodes (octupole exciter) in flush‐mounted geometry in the edge region of the magnetized plasma column. The electrodes of the octupole exciter are driven by sinusoidal signals. Between each two neighbouring electrodes, the phase shift of the exciter signal is kept fixed. It is demonstrated experimentally that the exciter signals have strong influence on the different drift wave states, i.e. the turbulent states can be synchronized to a single preselected drift wave mode. The efficiency of the spatiotemporal synchronization is sensitively dependent on both driver frequency and phase shift.  相似文献

基于激光自混合干涉技术的特点,设计了一种新型半导体激光自混合干涉测振仪系统。系统将频率调制引入自混合干涉中,实现对振动物体的非接触式测量。介绍了激光自混合干涉测振仪的原理、仪器系统的光路系统设计、信号的调制模块设计、解调模块设计以及DSP系统的采集处理模块设计。该仪器体积小、成本低、易于准直、可以非接触式测量,能够测量振动频率在50kHz内的物体,其中包括非周期性振动。可以测量出振动物体的振动频率、振幅以及还原振动波形,振动幅度测量精度可以达到0.325μm,频率精度为1Hz。  相似文献

激光自混频技术可用于纳米颗粒和纳米流体的探测。在纳米流体自混频信号自相关函数的基础上,理论推导了功率谱函数的表达式。结果表明,纳米流体的激光自混频信号功率谱是洛伦兹线型和高斯线型的卷积,即佛赫特(Voigt)线型。通过数值计算研究了各种典型情况下激光自混频信号功率谱的频谱特征,颗粒定向运动速度决定了多普勒频移和高斯线宽,颗粒粒度决定了洛伦兹线型的宽度,颗粒粒度和速度与功率谱之间的对应关系为纳米流体的测量提供了理论基础。  相似文献

激光二极管自混频技术可用于纳米颗粒的测量,采用多通道带通滤波技术分别测量了180,100,60nm三种纳米颗粒,获得自混频信号的频带功率谱(PS-BPF)。作为比较,对实时提取的自混频信号进行傅里叶变换得到功率谱密度(PSD)函数。分别对PSD函数和PS-BPF反演计算得到颗粒粒径分布。结果显示:两种方法得到的颗粒粒径分布基本一致,并与商用仪器测试结果吻合。对两种处理方式的模式矩阵分析表明,多通道带通滤波技术明显优于PSD函数处理方式。  相似文献

基于半导体激光器的自混合干涉效应,通过实验研究了扬声器的振动特性。实验中,用粘在扬声器振膜上的反射镜作为目标物体(该反射镜的反射率为95%,扬声器用50Hz的正弦波驱动),然后通过条纹计数法获得扬声器的振幅。实验结果表明,在一定范围内,扬声器的振幅与驱动电压呈线性关系。该实验装置极其简单紧凑,自混合干涉信号也十分清晰,实验方法迅速,价格低廉,易实现,而且不需要专用电源,也不需要其他的光学仪器,这一系列优点充分表明自混合干涉技术在振动测量领域具有广阔的发展前景。  相似文献

It is very important to predict the bypass transition in the simulation of flows through turbomachinery. This paper presents a four-equation eddy-viscosity turbulence transition model for prediction of bypass transition. It is based on the SST turbulence model and the laminar kinetic energy concept. A transport equation for the non-turbulent viscosity is proposed to predict the development of the laminar kinetic energy in the pre-transitional boundary layer flow which has been observed in experiments. The turbulence breakdown process is then captured with an intermittency transport equation in the transitional region. The performance of this new transition model is validated through the experimental cases of T3AM, T3A and T3B. Results in this paper show that the new transition model can reach good agreement in predicting bypass transition, and is compatible with modern CFD software by using local variables.  相似文献

The size of nanoparticles is measured by laser diode self-mixing interferometry, which employs a sensitive, compact, and simple optical setup. However, the signal processing of the interferometry is slow or expensive. In this article, a fast and economic signal processing technique is introduced, in which the self-mixing AC signal is transformed into DC signals with an analog circuit consisting of 16 channels. These DC signals are obtained as a spectrum from which the size of nanoparticles can be retrieved. The technique is examined by measuring the standard nanoparticles. Further experiments are performed to compare the skimmed milk and whole milk, and also the fresh skimmed milk and rotten skimmed milk.  相似文献

This paper presents experimental results and numerical analysis of polarization properties of Vertical-Cavity Surface-Emitting lasers used for Doppler velocimetry. A good match is found between the numerical results and the experimental results. It include that generating symmetric self-mixing waveforms of the VCSELs must be operated in the bistable region and the frequency difference between the two linear polarization modes must be equal to one of several certain values. We also show that we can select VCSELs that have a frequency difference between the linear polarization modes that is a multiple of ±3 GHz in order to obtain an asymmetric self-mixing waveform.  相似文献

为了提高自混合干涉仪的位移测量精度,提出将正弦相位调制技术引入自混合干涉中。相位调制由置于自混合干涉仪外腔中的电光晶体实现,相位解调由傅里叶分析的方法得到。对位移测量过程中各种可能的误差来源如电光晶体调制不稳定性、光在外腔中的二次反馈效应等对测量精度的影响进行了模拟分析,从理论上得到了这种新的信号处理方法可以达到纳米级的测量精度。实验上,用高精度的商用压电陶瓷标定的结果验证了这种正弦相位调制自混合干涉仪在普通实验室噪声环境中可以达到纳米级的位移测量精度。  相似文献

自混合干涉因其结构简单、紧凑、稳定且易准直等特点而被广泛应用于测量领域。从自混合干涉和电光晶体调制位相的基本原理出发,通过将电光晶体引入自混合干涉外腔调制,研究了自混合干涉测量中电光晶体的位相调制性能。实验证明,利用晶体的调制性能对自混合干涉信号进行位相调制,在很宽的频率范围内都能保证很高的调制精度,测量误差小,具有很好的应用前景。  相似文献

The influence of local and global magnetic field line shear on structure formation and transport in dissipative drift-Alfvén turbulence is explored. It is found that the generation of zonal flow shear is connected to magnetic shear in ways not accounted previously. The concept of a locally sheared slab flux tube model (including toroidicity) is introduced in order to extend previous analyses to general local variations of magnetic field line shear. It is shown that local shear damping is efficient even when flux surface averaged shear is low.  相似文献

We report the fabrication and characterization of a single-layer graphene field-effect terahertz detector, which is coupled with dipole-like antennas based on the self-mixing detector model. The graphene is grown by chemical vapor deposition and then transferred onto an Si O2/Si substrate. We demonstrate room-temperature detection at 237 GHz. The detector could offer a voltage responsivity of 0.1 V/W and a noise equivalent power of 207 n W/Hz1/2. Our modeling indicates that the observed photovoltage in the p-type gated channel can be well fit by the self-mixing theory. A different photoresponse other than self-mixing may apply for the n-type gated channel.  相似文献

本文由流体-颗粒速度的拉氏联合概率密度函数(PDF)输运方程出发,用Simonin建议的Langevin模型封闭颗粒所遇到流体瞬时速度的条件期望项,并用Monte Carlo方法直接求解 PDF输运方程,将其和求解流体雷诺应力方程模型的有限差分方法结合,建立了雷诺应力-拉氏PDF(DSM-LPDF,简称DL)两相湍流模型.用此模型模拟了旋流数为0.47的突扩旋流气粒两相流动,并与文献中PDPA实验和用类似于单相流动湍流模型封闭方法的时平均统一二阶矩(USM)模型的预报进行了对比.  相似文献

A method is described for estimating the rms phase variation due to atmospheric turbulence using a stellar light source and an astronomical telescope. It consists of measuring the angular chromatic dispersion of the speckles in the stellar image. A knowledge of the rms phase variation is required in adaptive optics and in choosing the optimum spectral bandwidth in stellar speckle interferometry. Some preliminary results are given.  相似文献

理论分析了激光二极管自混合干涉信号随外腔长度增大的变化特点及规律。从复合谐振腔干涉函数出发,推导出激光二极管自混合干涉信号随外腔长度增加指数衰减,衰减系数与光频虚部成正比,并给出光频虚部和实部满足的超越方程组。求解该超越方程组得到,当外腔长度超过一个临界值时,光频虚部随外腔长度近似反比衰减,则激光二极管自混合干涉信号随外腔长度增加衰减很缓慢;当外腔长度小于该临界值时,外腔反馈会使光频虚部增大,而且光频虚部随外腔长度变化而振荡,激光二极管自混合干涉信号出现复杂的状态。外腔反馈强度越大,或激光单模线宽越大,这一外腔长度的临界值则越小。分析激光二极管自混合干涉还需要考虑外腔反馈对光频虚部的影响。  相似文献

A novel algorithm based on a phase modulation and demodulation technique for multiple self-mixing interferometry was proposed in this paper. This algorithm can measure nanoscale vibration in real time and enhance the measurement resolution of a multiple self-mixing interferometer twofold compared with that of a self-mixing interferometer. In this paper, the principles of the method were described in detail, and a phase equation for multiple self-mixing interferometry was derived. Experiments were confirmed by conducting a series of experiments with different amplitudes, different signal-to-noise ratios, and different vibration waveforms. The experimental results showed that the algorithm can rapidly demodulate vibration in real time and indicated good agreement between theory and experiment.  相似文献
