The dimesitylplatinum(II) complex PtMes2(dppz) (Mes = mesityl = 2,4,6-trimethylphenyl) crystallizes with one equivalent of toluene (C43H40N4Pt, monoclinic, P21/c, Z = 4, a = 14.3551(14) Å, b = 15.8319(14) Å, c = 15.369(2) Å, β = 96.784(6)°). The (dppz)Pt(C1Mes)2 part of the molecule was found to be planar, the mesityl substituents adopting dihedral angles of 70.3° and 85.5° with that plane. The photoemissive and reversibly reducible and oxidizable complex molecules form pairs in the crystal with the planar phenazine π “tails” overlapping in graphite-like fashion at 3.427 Å distance. The results are discussed in comparision with a recently reported structure of PtCl2(dppz).  相似文献

Reaction of [Cp* RuCl2]2 with -alanine ( -alaH) in methanol at room temperature in the presence of NaOMe yields the complex Na[Cp* RuCl( -ala)] (1), which contains a five-membered N,O-coordinated chelate ring. The analogous complex Na[Cp* RuCl( -phe)] (2) is obtained under similar conditions but at 0°C in 90% yield. At temperatures above 20°C both 2 and the η6-coordinated complex [Cp* Ru( -pheH)]Cl (4) are obtained, with the proportion of the latter increasing with temperature. Compound 4 is obtained in 88% yield by refluxing [Cp* RuCl2]2 and -phenylalanine ( -pheH) in CH3OH/CH3ONa followed by separation from 2. The analogous ruthenium(II) sandwich complexes 510 were obtained from -tyrosine and -tryptophane and various derivatives. [Cp* Ru( -met)] (3), prepared by the reaction of [Cp* RuCl2]2 with -methionine ( -metH) in CH3OH/CH3ONa, displays N,O,S-coordination.  相似文献

The reaction of CuCl2 · 2 H2O, 1,10‐phenanthroline (phen), suberic acid and Na2CO3 in a CH3CN–H2O solution yielded blue needle‐like crystals of [Cu2(phen)2(C8H12O4)2] · 3 H2O. The crystal structure (monoclinic, P21/n, a = 10.756(2) Å, b = 9.790(2) Å, c = 18.593(4) Å, β = 91.15(3)°, Z = 2, R = 0.043, wR2 = 0.1238) consists of suberato‐bridged [Cu2(phen)2(C8H12O4)4/2] layers and hydrogen bonded H2O molecules. The Cu atoms are coordinated by two N atoms from one bidentate chelating phen ligand and three carboxyl O atoms from different suberato ligands to form distorted [CuN2O3] square‐pyramids with one carboxyl O atom at the apical position (d(Cu–N) = 2.017(2), 2.043(3) Å, basal d(Cu–O) = 1.936(2), 1.951(2) Å and axial d(Cu–O) = 2.389(2) Å). Two [CuN2O3] square‐pyramids are condensed via a common O–O edge to a centrosymmetric [Cu2N4O4] dimer with the Cu…Cu distance of 3.406(1) Å indicating no interaction between Cu atoms. The resultant [Cu2N4O4] dimers are interlinked by the tridentate suberato ligands to form [Cu2(phen)2(C8H12O4)4/2] layers parallel to (101). These are assembled via π‐π stacking interactions into 3D network with H2O molecules in the tunnels extending in the [010] direction.  相似文献

Crystals of anionic Na[CuCl2(HOCH2C≡CCH2OH)]·2H2O π‐complex have been synthesized by interaction of 2‐butyne‐1,4‐diol with CuCl in a concentrated aqueous NaCl solution and characterized by X‐ray diffraction at 100 K. The crystals are triclinic: space group , a = 7.142(3), b = 7.703(3), c = 10.425(4) Å, α = 105.60(3), β = 99.49(3), γ = 110.43(3)°, V = 495.9(4) Å3, Z = 2, R = 0.0203 for 3496 reflections. The structure is built of discrete [CuCl2(HOCH2C≡CCH2OH)]? anionic stacks and polymeric cations among the stacks. The CuI atom adopts trigonal planar coordination of two Cl? anions and the C≡C bond of 2‐butyne‐1,4‐diol, Cu–(C≡C) distance is equal to 1.903(3) Å. Na+ cations environment is octahedral and consists of O and Cl atoms. The crystal packing is governed by strong hydrogen bonds of O–H···Cl and O–H···O types.  相似文献

The tris‐bidentate complex [Ni(C12H8N2)2(CO3)] was synthesized by the reaction of Na2CO3, 1,10‐phenanthroline (phen = C12H8N2) and NiSO4 · 6 H2O in the presence of succinic acid in a CH3OH–H2O solution. The compound crystallizes as heptahydrate. The crystal structure (monoclinic, P21/c (no. 14), a = 9.897(1), b = 26.384(2), c = 10.582(1) Å, β = 105.87(1)°, Z = 4, R = 0.0505, wR2 = 0.1029 for 3166 observed reflections (F ≥ 2σ(F ) out of 6100 unique reflections) consists of hydrogen bonded water molecules and [Ni(phen)2(CO3)] complex molecules. The Ni atoms are sixfold octahedrally coordinated by the four N atoms of two bidentate chelating phen ligands and by two O atoms of the bidentate chelating carbonate group with d(Ni–N) = 2.092–2.100 Å, d(Ni–O) = 2.051, 2.079 Å. The complex molecules are stacked into 2D corrugated layers parallel to (010) via two types of intermolecular π‐π stacking interactions. One occurs between two quinoline rings of neighboring phen ligands at the distance of 3.63 Å in [010] direction and the other results from 1D π‐π stacking interactions through partially covered phen rings at alternative distances of 3.26 Å and 3.33 Å in [001] direction. The water molecules are sandwiched between 2D layers.  相似文献

Preparation and Crystal Structures of New Complex Clorides of Lanthanides containing 3, 5‐Dimethylpyridinium Cations: (3, 5‐Dimethylpyridinium)2[LnCl4(H2O)2]Cl (Ln = La, Pr) and (3, 5‐Dimethylpyridinium)3[TbCl6] Crystals of the complex chlorides (3, 5‐dimethylpyridinium)2[LaCl4(H2O)2]Cl ( 1 ), (3, 5‐dimethylpyridinium)2[PrCl4(H2O)2]Cl ( 2 ) and (3, 5‐dimethylpyridinium)3[TbCl6] ( 3 ) have been prepared by reaction of LnCl3 · x H2O (Ln = La, Pr, Tb; x = 6‐7) with 3, 5‐dimethylpyridiniumchloride in ethanol/butanol solution. The crystal structures have been determined from single crystal X‐ray diffraction data. The compounds 1 and 2 are isotypic with each other and crystallize in the triclinic space group P1¯ (Z = 2). The 3, 5‐dimethylpyridinium cations are linked by hydrogen bonds to the anionic part of the structure built up by isolated chloride ions and strings of edge coupled triangulated dodecahedra [LnCl4/2Cl2(H2O)2]. The organic units are arranged forming a “π‐stacking”. 3 cristallizes monoclinically in the space group P21/c (Z = 4). The structure contains octahedral building units [TbCl6]3—. These octahedra are interconnected by the organic cations via hydrogen bonds forming chains parallel to [0 0 1].  相似文献

The η2‐thio‐indium complexes [In(η2‐thio)3] (thio = S2CNC5H10, 2 ; SNC4H4, (pyridine‐2‐thionate, pyS, 3 ) and [In(η2‐pyS)22‐acac)], 4 , (acac: acetylacetonate) are prepared by reacting the tris(η2‐acac)indium complex [In(η2‐acac)3], 1 with HS2CNC5H10, pySH, and pySH with ratios of 1:3, 1:3, and 1:2 in dichloromethane at room temperature, respectively. All of these complexes are identified by spectroscopic methods and complexes 2 and 3 are determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Crystal data for 2 : space group, C2/c with a = 13.5489(8) Å, b = 12.1821(7) Å, c = 16.0893(10) Å, β = 101.654(1)°, V = 2600.9(3) Å3, and Z = 4. The structure was refined to R = 0.033 and Rw = 0.086; Crystal data for 3 : space group, P21 with a = 8.8064 (6) Å, b = 11.7047 (8) Å, c = 9.4046 (7) Å, β = 114.78 (1)°, V = 880.13(11) Å3, and Z = 2. The structure was refined to R = 0.030 and Rw = 0.061. The geometry around the metal atom of the two complexes is a trigonal prismatic coordination. The piperidinyldithiocarbamate and pyridine‐2‐thionate ligands, respectively, coordinate to the indium metal center through the two sulfur atoms and one sulfur and one nitrogen atoms, respectively. The short C‐N bond length in the range of 1.322(4)–1.381(6) Å in 2 and C‐S bond length in the range of 1.715(2)–1.753(6) Å in 2 and 3 , respectively, indicate considerable partial double bond character.  相似文献

The cobalt(II) complexes [Co(HL1)2(H2O)2]·H2O) ( 1 ) and [Co(HL2)2(H2O)2]( 2 ) [(HL1) = (/plusmn;)‐lactate, (HL2) = 2‐Methyl‐lactate] were prepared and characterized structurally. The cobalt atom is in a distorted octahedral environment in both compounds. Both α‐hydroxycarboxylato ligands are O, O'‐bidentate chelating monoanions. The presence of a lattice water molecule in 1 makes its supramolecular organization different from that of 2 . The thermal behaviour of both compounds was also investigated.  相似文献

The silver complex Ag(PPh3)2(H2TMT) ( 1 )(H3TMT = 2,4,6‐trimercapto‐1,3,5‐triazine) has been synthesized and characterized. The ligand trimercaptotriazine exhibits a novel coordination mode and the complex shows a special hydrogen bonding linkage in the crystal packing. The colorless crystals of 1 exhibit broad emission in the visible region at room temperature. TDDFT calculation indicated that the π–π attraction is crucial for fluorescence of the title complex.  相似文献

A novel 1D polymeric lead(II) complex containing the first Pb2‐(μ‐N3)2 motif, [Pb(phen)(μ‐N3)(μ‐NO3)]n (phen = 1,10‐phenanthroline), has been synthesized and characterized. The single‐crystal X‐ray data showed the coordination number of Pb2+ ions to be eight (PbN4O4) with the Pb2+ ions having “stereo‐chemically active” electron lone pairs; the coordination sphere is hemidirected. The chains interact with each other via π‐π interactions to create a 3D framework.  相似文献

The characterization of the complexes [Cu2(2‐Clnic)4(H2O)2] ( 1 ), [Cu(2,6‐Cl2nic)2(H2O)2] ( 2 ) and [Cu(5‐Brnic)2(H2O)2]n ( 3 ) (where 2‐Clnic = 2‐chloronicotinate, 2,6‐Cl2nic = 2,6‐dichloronicotinate or 5‐Brnic = 5‐bromonicotinate) was based on elemental analysis, IR, electronic and EPR spectra, and magnetic susceptibility. Complex 1 was also studied by X‐ray analysis at 298 1a and 80 K 1b . The complex 1 contains a dinuclear Cu‐acetate molecular structure in which the carboxyl groups of the 2‐chloronicotinate ligands act as bridges and water molecules are at apical positions. The stereochemistry about Cu atom at both temperatures is typical for square pyramidal geometry with CuO4O chromophore. The Cu‐Cu distance is 2.6513(8) and 2.6382(6) Å for 1a and 1b , respectively. The Cu atoms are displaced by 0.2069(9) and 0.1973(7) Å, respectively, from the plane containing four oxygen atoms bonded to the Cu atom toward the apical water molecules. Strong and weak hydrogen bonds as well as C–Cl···π interactions in the crystal structure are discussed as well. Both complexes, monomeric [Cu(2,6‐Cl2nic)2(H2O)2] ( 2 ) and polymeric [Cu(5‐Brnic)2(H2O)2]n ( 3 ), possess octahedral copper(II) stereochemistry with differing tetragonal distortions.  相似文献

The reaction of (η5-cyclopentadienyl)(η4-1,3-diphenylcyclobutadiene)cobalt ( I ) with excess Cr(CO)3py3 in BF3OEt2 yielded two identified heterometallic compounds. Compounds II and III with one and two phenyl rings complcxed with Cr(CO)3 fragment(s), respectively. These compounds were characterized by mass, infrared, 1H and 13C NMR spectra and elemental analysis. The crystal structure of II was determined. The Cr(CO)3 fragment bends inward toward the cyclobutadicne ring due to its electron-withdrawing ability, in accord with Hunter's postulate. A sharp line due to the non-complexed phenyl ring was observed in the 1HNMR spectrum, which implies that five protons are magnetically equivalent. The chemical shifts of two protons of the cyclobutadiene ring decreased from I to II then to III , possibly because of diminished deshielding effect from the phenyl ring in (arene)Cr(CO)3.  相似文献

The title compound [Cu2(phen)2(C9H14O4)2] · 6 H2O was prepared by the reaction of CuCl2 · 2 H2O, 1,10‐phenanthroline (phen), azelaic acid and Na2CO3 in a CH3OH/H2O solution. The crystal structure (monoclinic, C2/c (no. 15), a = 22.346(3), b = 11.862(1), c = 17.989(3) Å, β = 91.71(1)°, Z = 4, R = 0.0473, wR2 = 0.1344 for 4279 observed reflections) consists of centrosymmetric dinuclear [Cu2(phen)2(C9H14O4)2] complexes and hydrogen bonded H2O molecules. The Cu atom is square‐planar coordinated by the two N atoms of the chelating phen ligand and two O atoms of different bidentate bridging azelaate groups with d(Cu–N) = 2.053, 2.122(2) Å and d(Cu–O) = 1.948(2), 2.031(2) Å. Two azelaate anions bridge two common Cu atoms via the terminal O atoms (d(C–O) = 1.29(2) Å; d(C–C) = 1.550(4)–1.583(4) Å). Phen ligands of adjacent complexes cover each other at distances of about 3.62 Å, indicating π‐π stacking interaction, by which the complexes are linked to 1 D bands.  相似文献

Both tetrakis(trimethylphosphine)cobalt(0) and methyltetrakis(trimethylphosphine)cobalt(I) react with 2‐(benzylideneamino)pyridine ( 1 ) exclusively giving a complex of composition (η2(N,C)‐2‐Py‐N=CH‐C6H5)Co(PMe3)3 ( 2 ), which is shown by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction to constitute the first π‐coordinate imine cobalt(0) complex. The route of formation is proposed and discussed.  相似文献

The γ‐brass type phase Pt2Zn11—δ (0.2 < δ < 0.3) was prepared by reaction of the elements in evacuated silica ampoules. The structures of crystals grown in the presence of excess zinc or alternatively excess platinum were determined from single crystal X‐ray diffraction intensities and confirmed by Rietveld profile fits. Pt2Zn10.72(1) crystallizes in the space group I4¯3m, a = 908.55(4) pm, Z = 4. The structure refinement converged at RF = 0.0302 for Io > 2σ (Io) for 293 symmetrically independent intensi ties and 19 variables. The structure consists of a 26 atom cluster which is comprised of four crystallographically distinct atoms. The atoms Zn(1), Pt(1), Zn(2) and Zn(3) form an inner tetrahedron IT, an outer tetrahedron OT, an octahedron OH, and a distorted cuboctahedron CO respectively. About 14 % of the Zn(1) sites are unoccupied. Pt2Zn10.73 melts at 1136(2) K. It is a moderate metallic conductor (ρ298 = 0.2—0.9 mΩ cm) whose magnetic properties (χmol = —4.6 10—10 to —5.4 10—10 m3 mol—1) are dominated by the core diamagnetism of its components.  相似文献

The new complex, cis‐β‐[Cr(2,2,3‐tet)(N3)2]Br (2,2,3‐tet = 1,4,7,11‐tetraazaundecane), was prepared and its structure was determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The chromium(III) atom is in a distorted octahedral environment coordinated by four nitrogen atoms of 2,2,3‐tet and two azido ligands in a cis‐β arrangement, with bent Cr–N3 linkages at the coordinating azide nitrogen atoms. The mean Cr–N(2,2,3‐tet) and Cr–N(azide) bond lengths are 2.084(5) and 2.021(5) Å, respectively. The crystal structure is stabilized by ionic interactions, supported by N–H ··· N(azide) and N–H ··· Br hydrogen bonds. The IR and electronic spectroscopic properties are also discussed.  相似文献
