Two new Complexes(Cp)2Ti(Cin)2and (CP2)Ti(Tzea)2(CP=Cyclopentadienyl η^5-C5H5)have been synthesized in THF by the reaction of HCin(Cincofen,2-phenylquinoline-4-carboxylic acid)or HTzea(5-phenyltetrazolyl-2-ethanoic acid)with(Cp)2TiCl2,and characterized by elemental analyses,IR,1H NMR and 13C NMR,UV spectra,molar conductivity,TGDTA.In the complexes the carboxyl groups are coordinated to Ti(IV)in a monodentate manner,The inhibitory actions of the complexes on mice ear tumefaction caused by croton oil and the rat foot granulation growth produced by cotton wool are higher than those of the corresponding ligands HCin,HTzea and [(Cp)2TiCl2],while their toxicities are lower than those of the free ligands.ηη  相似文献

Syntheses and Properties of Pentafluoroethylcopper(I) and ‐copper(III) Compounds: CuC2F5 · D, [Cu(C2F5)2], and (C2F5)2CuSC(S)N(C2H5)2 The reactions of Cd(C2F5)2 · D and Zn(C2F5)2 · D (D = 2 CH3CN, 2 DMF), respectively, with copper(I) halides in the presence of halides quantitatively yield the CuC2F5 compounds CuC2F5 · D and [Cu(C2F5)2]. The CuC2F5 complexes are identified by NMR spectroscopy, while [Cu(C2F5)2] is isolated as PNP salt (PNP = (C6H5)3PNP(C6H5)3+). Both compounds are excellent C2F5 group transfer reagents, even at low temperature. Oxidation of [Cu(C2F5)2] with [(C2H5)2NC(S)S]2 yields the crystalline Cu(III) compound (C2F5)2CuSC(S)N(C2H5)2 (monoclinic, C2/c).  相似文献

The title complex, [Ti(C5H5)(C2H6N)2Cl], exhibits two nearly planar dimethylamide groups oriented approximately perpendicular to each other. The Ti→cyclopentadienyl centroid vector lies nearly in the plane of one of the dimethylamide groups. Long‐range contacts between Ti—Cl and cyclopentadienyl H—C groups give rise to geometric ordering in the extended solid.  相似文献

A facile synthesis of the sialic acid oligomers alpha-(2-->5)Neu5Gc (1) is presented. Monosaccharides 2-4 with suitable functionality were used as the building blocks. After selective removal of the paired carboxyl and amine protecting groups, the fully protected oligomers were assembled through consecutive coupling of the building blocks by well established peptide coupling techniques. By this approach, fully protected oligomers as large as an octasaccharide were synthesized. Deprotection of these fully protected oligomers was conducted in two steps (LiCl in refluxing pyridine and 0.1 n NaOH) to afford the desired products in high yield. Enzymatic degradation of the octamer with neuraminidase, monitored by capillary electrophoresis (CE), was also accomplished. The stepwise exo-cleavage adducts were all well separated and identified in the CE spectrum. The strategy described here for solution-phase synthesis also provides the basis for future solid-phase synthesis of poly-alpha-(2-->5)Neu5Gc.  相似文献

The structure of the pentamethylcyclopentadienyliron boryl complex (η5‐C5Me5)Fe(CO)2B(tmg) (tmg = trimethylene glycolato, ? OCH2CH2CH2O? ), reveals a planar three‐coordinate boryl ligand and an Fe? Bis(pyridinium)hexaiodoplatinate(IV) (C5H5NH)2PtI6 The copper-coloured crystals of bis(pyridinium)hexaiodoplatinate(IV) were obtained by the reaction of platinum, iodine, and pyridine in the presence of small amounts of HI in Ch2Cl2. The X-ray structure analysis revealed PtI6 octahedrons and rotational disordered cations C5H5NH+ in a monoclinic unit cell. The distinct colour of the compound is attributed to I? Two new complexes (Cp)2Ti(Sal)2 and(Cp)2Ti(Clo)2(Cp=Cyclopentadienyl η5-C5H5), have been synthesized in anhydrous THF by the reaction of Hsal(o-hydroxybenzoic acid, salicylate acid) or Hclo[N-(m-chloro-phe-nyl) anthranili acid, acidum clofenamicum] with (Cp)2TiCl2 and characterized by means of elemental analyses, IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, UV and molar conductivity. In complex (Cp)2Ti(Sal)2 or (Cp)2Ti(Clo)2, the oxygen atom of the carboxyl group coordinates to Ti(IV) in a monodentate manner. The inhibitory action of the complexes on mouse ear tumefaction caused by croton oil and rat foot granulation growth caused by cotton balls is higher than that of the corresponding ligands Hsal, Hclo and [(Cp)2TiCl2], whereas their toxicity is lower than those of the free ligands.  相似文献

Multinuclear solid‐state NMR studies of Cp*2Sc?R (Cp*=pentamethylcyclopentadienyl; R=Me, Ph, Et) and DFT calculations show that the Sc?Et complex contains a β‐CH agostic interaction. The static central transition 45Sc NMR spectra show that the quadrupolar coupling constants (Cq) follow the trend of Ph≈Me>Et, indicating that the Sc?R bond is different in Cp*2Sc?Et compared to the methyl and phenyl complexes. Analysis of the chemical shift tensor (CST) shows that the deshielding experienced by Cβ in Sc?CH2CH3 is related to coupling between the filled σC‐C orbital and the vacant orbital.  相似文献
