Three coordination polymers, namely, {[Zn(cmba)(bpp)]×H_2O}_n(1), {[Zn(cmba)(bpa)1.5]×2.25H_2O}_n(2) and {[Cd(cmba)(bpa)(H_2O)]×H_2O}_n(3)(H_2cmba = 3-(carboxymethyl)benzonic acid, bpp = 1,3-bis(4-pyridyl)propane and bpa = 1,2-bi(4-pyridyl)ethane), were synthesized under solvothermal conditions and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis(TGA), and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 features a 2D(4,4) grid layer with a side length of 9.827(10)/12.176(13) ?. Complex 2 shows a 2D → 2D 2-fold interpenetrating layer structure through the flexible bpa coligands. Compound 3 presents a 2D layer formed from the metal-carboxylate chains further extending through bpa pairs. Furthermore, the solid state luminescent properties of complexes 1~3 were investigated at room temperature.  相似文献

Two aromatic multicarboxylate ligands tuned Zn(Ⅱ) coordination polymers, namely, {[Zn_(0.5)(H_2L)(tp)_(0.5)(H_2O)]H_2O}_n(1) and {[Zn_2(HL)(btc)(H_2O)]H_2O}_n(2)(H_2L = 3-(1 Hpyrazol-4-yl)-5-(pyridin-3-yl)-1,2,4-triazole, H_2tp = terephthalic acid; H_3 btc = 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic) have been synthesized. Their structures were characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis, elemental analyses and infrared spectra. Compound 1 possesses a one-dimensional chain structure and is finally extended into a three-dimensional supramolecular architecture though hydrogen bonding interactions. Compound 2 shows a three-dimensional framework. Meanwhile, compounds 1 and 2 exhibit luminescent emission in the solid, and can be investigated as potential luminescent materials.  相似文献

Two new Ni( Ⅱ) coordination polymers, {[Ni(tbip)(bipy)(H2O)]-0.5H2O}n 1 and [Ni(tbip)(phen)(H2O)]n 2 (Hatbip = 5-tert-butyl isophthalic acid, bipy = 2,2'-bipyridine, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline), have been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by elemental analysis, X-ray diffraction, and IR spectroscopy. In the two polymers, H2tbip acts as a tridentate ligand. Compound 1 has a tbip bridged 1-D linear chain which is extended by hydrogen bonds into a 1-D double chain, while compound 2 exhibits a 1-D zigzag chain.  相似文献

Two new Co(Ⅱ) coordination polymers,{[Co_3(Hchda)_2(chda)_2(bpp)_2(H_2O)_2]}_n 1 and {[Co(chda)(bpe)(H_2O)]·3H_2O}_n 2(H_2chda = 1,1-cyclohexanediacetic acid,bpp = 1,3-bis(4-pyridinyl)propane and bpe = 1,2-bis(4-pyridinyl)ethylene),were hydrothermally synthesized and then characterized by elemental analysis,IR spectroscopy,thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),and single-crystal X-ray diffraction.Complex 1 possesses an infinite metal-organic layer based on triply bridged linear trinuclear subunits and complex 2 exhibits a square(4,4) grid layer with dangling lateral arms resulting from eight-membered rings above and below the layer.In addition,magnetic properties of complexes 1 and 2 are also given.  相似文献

Metal-organic frameworks(MOFs), consisting of metal, anion and organic ligands, have attracted much attention. The structure of MOFs is affected by various factors. To explore the effects of metal ions, we synthesized six complexes, namely {[Me_2NH_2][Zn_4(H_2L)(L)]·2 H_2O·2 DMF}_n(1), {[Me_2NH_2]_2[Cd_2(L)]·2H_2O}_n(2), {[Me_2NH_2]_2[Ca_3(L)(μ-OH)_2(DMF)_2]·2H_2O}_n(3) and {[Me_2NH_2]_2[M_2(L)(μ-OH)]· H_2O·2DMF}_n(M = Co, 4; Ni, 5; Mn, 6), from a C_(2v)-based hexacarboxylate ligand([1,1';4',1']terphenyl-3,5,2',5',3',5'-hexacarboxylic acid(H_6L)) using metal-induced strategy. These MOFs were thoroughly characterized by single-crystal and X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis, Fourier-transform infrared spectra(FTIR) and photoluminescence.  相似文献

Two N-donor auxiliary ligands mediated Zn(Ⅱ) coordination polymers, namely, {[Zn(Hnbta)-(bimm)](3H_2O)}_n(1) and {[Zn_(1.5)(nbta)(pyim)(H_2O)](2H_2O)}_n(2)(H_3nbta = 5-nitro-1,2,3-benzenetricarboxylic acid, bimm = bis(imidazol-1-yl)methane and pyim = N-(4-pyridylmethyl)imidazole), have been prepared by the hydrothermal reaction. Their structures were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis, elemental analyses and infrared spectra. Compound 1 possesses a one-dimensional(1D) chain structure, while compound 2 features a two-dimensional(2D) network. In addition, they both exhibit high thermal stabilities and photoluminescent properties in the solid, and can be explored as potential luminescent materials.  相似文献

Two new complexes[Co_2(L)(4,4′-bip)(H_2O)_3]_n (1) and{[Co(L′)_2(phen)]·2H_2O)}_n (2)(H_4L=1-(3,5-dicarboxybenzyl)-3,5-pyrazole dicarboxylic acid,H_3L′=1-(3,5-dicarboxybenzyl)-3-pyrazole carboxylic acid,4,4′-bip=4,4′-bis(1-imidazolyl)biphenyl,phen=1,10-phenanthroline) were synthesized.Complexes 1 and 2have been characterized by IR spectrography,X-ray single-crystal diffraction,elemental analysis and thermogravimetry.1 crystallizes in monoclinic system,space group P2_1/c.Complex 2 crystallizes in monoclinic system,space group I2/a.It is remarkable that in situ hydrothermal decarboxylation was observed during preparing complex 2.In addition,magnetic analysis indicates that antiferromagnetic interaction exists among Co(Ⅱ) ions in complexes 1 and 2.  相似文献

Two novel compounds {[Cu(IBG)(4,4-bipy)(H_2O)_2]_2·11H_2O}_n(1) and {[Co(IBG)-(μ-H_2O)(H_2O)_2]·2H_2O}n(2) based on isophthaloylbisglycine(H_2IBG) have been synthesized and structurally characterized by thermogravimetric analysis, elemental analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Compound 1 shows a 1D chain sine/cosine chain structure, and compound 2 can be characterized as a 4-connected sql tetragonal planar network with the point symbol of {44·62}. Compound 2 has been characterized by magnetic measurements. In addition, 1 and 2 display an interesting reversible crystal-to-amorphous transformation.  相似文献

The cyanide groups of letrozole(1-[bis(4-cyanophenyl)methyl]-1,2,4-triazole) were hydrolyzed into the carboxylic groups under alkaline conditions. Then the hydrolysis product(1-[bis(4-carboxylphenyl)methyl]-1,2,4-triazole, H_2ltzda) reacted with Co(NO_3)_2·6H_2O in the presence of different bipyridl-typed ligands under hydrothermal conditions. As a result, two new Co(Ⅱ) MOFs were obtained, formulated as [Co_2(ltzda)_2(bpp)_2]_n(1) and {[Co_2(ltzda)_2(bpy)]·4H_2O}_n(2)(bpp = 1,3-di(4-pyridyl)propane, bpy = 4,4'-bipyridine). Two MOFs have been characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetric analysis and magnetic measure. 1 displays a 2D metal-organic framework containing wave layers and 2 shows a pillared-layer structure existing in a 2-fold interpenetrated mode.  相似文献

Two new heterobimetallic coordination polymers {[Co(NiL)(H_2O)_3]·4H_2O}_n(1) and {[Cu(NiL)(H_2O)_3]·4H_2O}_n(2) were synthesized based on metalloligand under the same self-assembly conditions. X-ray diffraction analyses reveal that the two compounds involve close-packed zigzag chains, which expand into various three-dimensional supramolecular frameworks through the second interactions such as hydrogen bonds and π···π stacking interactions. In these two compounds, NiL as a bridging ligand chelates the metal ion nodes via two oxamido carbonyls and carboxylate oxygen atom. The central Co(Ⅱ) and Cu(Ⅱ) ions in 1 and 2 both exhibit distorted octahedral coordination geometry. They are bridged by macrocyclic oxamido metalloligands fusing the zigzag chains with a ‘‘head-to-tail' arrangement. The Ni(Ⅱ) ion in metalloligand is coordinated by four nitrogen atoms with the [NiN4] chromophore exhibiting distorted planarity. The two investigated compounds were further characterized by thermogravimetric analysis and FT-IR spectroscopy. The fluorescent properties of 1 and 2 in the solid state were also investigated.  相似文献

A new 3D copper(Ⅱ) coordination polymer, {[Cu_2(tbip)_2(1,3,5-tib)]×2H_2O}n(1, H_2 tbip = 5-tert-butyl isophthalic acid, 1,3,5-tib = 1,3,5-tris(1-imidazolyl)benzene), has been synthesized by hydrothermal reaction of Cu(OAc)_2·4H_2O, H_2 tbip and 1,3,5-tib. It has been structurally characterized by element analysis, IR and magnetic measurement. X-ray single-crystal analysis was carried out for 1, which crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 7.822(3), b = 15.854(6), c = 17.553(6) ?, a = 113.033(4), β = 90.694(4), g = 101.006(4)°, V = 1957.3(12) ?~3, Z = 1, D_c = 1.493 g/cm~3, M_r = 1759.70, F(000) = 908, R = 0.0721 and w R = 0.1978 with I 2s(I). The single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies reveal that compound 1 exhibits 2D [Cu(tbip)] layers which are further pillared by 1,3,5-tib ancillary ligand with terminal tridentate coordination mode to generate the final 3D structure. Magnetic susceptibility data for 1 have been measured in the range of 2~300 K. There are antiferromagnetic interactions between copper ions of the compound.  相似文献

Two coordination polymers, namely {[Mn(HL_1)(phen)]·4H_2O}_n(1) and [Co_2(HL_2)_2(H_2O)_2]_n(2) have been constructed hydrothermally using H_3L_1 and H_3L_2(H_3L_1 = 2-(5-carboxypyridin-2-yl)terephthalic acid, H_3L_2 = 2-(4-carboxypyridin-3-yl)terephthalic acid), phen, MnCl_2×4H_2O and CoCl_2×6H_2O. The products were isolated as stable crystalline solids and were characterized by IR spectroscopy, elemental, thermogravimetric(TGA), powder(PXRD) and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses. Compound 1 features a 3D framework structure, which was topologically classified as a trinodal 4,6,6-connected net with the unique topology defined by the point symbol of(3~(10).5.6~4)4(3~(10).6.7~4)2(5.6~2.8~2.9). Compound 2 possesses a 2D metal-organic layer, which was topologically classified as a binodal 4,4-connected layer defined by the point symbol of(4~3.6~2.8). The layers are further extended into a 3D supramolecular framework via hydrogen bonds. The magnetic properties for both compounds were also investigated, indicating antiferromagnetic interactions between the adjacent metal ions.  相似文献

In the present study, two new Co(Ⅱ)-based coordination polymers(CPs) with chemical formulas of {[Co_3(μ_3-OH)(L)(H_2O)_3]·2H_2O}_n(1) and {[Co_3(μ_3-OH)(L)(H_2O)]·_2DMF·3H_2O}_n(2) have been successfully prepared by the reaction of Co(NO_3)_2·6H_2O with π-electron-rich polycarboxylate aryl ether ligand 5,5'-((5-carboxy-1,3-phenylene)bis(oxy))diisophthalic acid(H_5L) under different solvothermal reaction conditions. Both CPs have been studied via single-crystal X-day diffraction, powder X-ray diffraction(PXRD) and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA). The photophysical studies indicated that complex 2 with good water stability is a potential semiconductive material, which could be applied for the degradation of methylene blue(MB) under UV light irradiation and exhibit good stability and recyclability.  相似文献

The reactions of 4H-1,2,4-triazole(Htrz) with ZnCl_2, 1H-tetrazole(Htez) and Cu(NO_3)2·6H_2O afford two novel coordination polymers respectively, {[Zn_2(trz)_2(ox)](H_2O)_3}n(1) and {[Cu_3(tez)_3(OH)_2(H_2O)_2](NO_3)(DMF)_4}_n(2)(H_2ox =(COOH_)2, DMF = N,N-dimethylformamide). 1 shows 1D channels along the a axis filled with water molecules and 2 features a 2D bi-layered framework based on trinuclear Cu(II) units bridged by two μ3-OH groups. In addition, in vitro antitumor activities of compounds 1 and 2 on four human lung cancer cells(16HBE, NCI-H1299, NCI-H460 and NCI-H292) were further determined.  相似文献

A new 2D coordination polymer, {[Cd_5(BTC)_2(L)_4(H_2O)_2]_n·2H_2O}_n(1, H_3BTC = 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid, HL = 3-(2-pyridyl)pyrazole) was synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, powder XRD, IR, TGA, fluorescence spectrum and elemental analysis techniques. Complex 1 belongs to the monoclinic system, P2_(1/c) space group, with a = 8.8732(4), b = 17.5179(7), c = 17.8123(7) ?, β = 103.1830(10)°, V = 2695.77(19) ?~3 and Z = 2. It features a 2D network constructed by BTC and L ligand. In addition, we analyzed Natural Bond Orbital(NBO) by using the PBE0/LANL2DZ method built in Gaussian 09 Program. The calculation results indicated obvious covalent interactions between the coordinated atoms and Cd(Ⅱ) ion.  相似文献

Two dibenzyltin compounds, {[C_6H_5 O(O)C=N–N=C(Ph)COO](m-Cl–C_6H_4CH_2)_2-Sn(CH_3OH)}_2(1) and {[p-Me–C_6H_4O(O)C=N–N=C(Ph)COO](m-Cl–C_6H_4CH_2)_2 Sn(CH_3OH)}_2(2), have been synthesized by microwave "one pot" reaction with benzoylhydrazine(or p-methyl benzhydrazine), phenylglyoxylic acid and di-m-chlorobenzyltin dichloride. Compound 2 contains two crystals 2 a and 2 b. The compounds have been characterized with IR, elemental analysis, ~1 H, ~(13)C and ~(119)Sn NMR spectra, H RMS. Three crystals are all binuclear molecules with a Sn_2O_2 four-membered ring plane, and each Sn atom center is seven-coordinated with [SnO_4C_2 N] to form a distorted pentagonal bipyramidal configuration. In vitro antitumor activities of all compounds and carboplatin were evaluated by MTT against three human cancer cells such as NCI-H460(lung cancer cells), HepG_2(liver cancer cells) and MCF7(breast cancer cells), and compound 2 exhibited better antitumor activity.  相似文献
