提出了一种用于PDIC的跨阻放大器.电路由三级相同的推挽放大器级联而成,每级均采用一动态电阻对负载进行补偿,以提高放大器的相位裕度.反馈电阻由一栅极受控的PMOS管替代,避免了大尺寸多晶硅电阻引入的附加相移,增加了电路的稳定性.采用XFAB 0.6μm CMOS工艺提供的PDK,在Cadence Spectre环境下进行电路设计、仿真验证.仿真结果表明,电路的增益、带宽及稳定性均得到满意结果.Abstract: Presented is a transimpedance amplifier for PDIC.The designed amplifier is configured on three identical push-pull amplifier stages that use an active load compensated by an active resistor to improve the phase margin of the amplifier.The feedback resistor is replaced by a PMOS transistor which is biased by the gate voltage.The replacement not only avoids the phase-shift introduced by the large ploy-resistor but improves the stability performance of the transimpedance amplifier.Based on XFAB's 0.6 μm CMOS,circuit design and simulation were performed by using Cadence Spectre.The simulation results show that the gain,bandwidth and stability of the amplifier all achieve good performance. 相似文献

匀光系统的均匀性是实现深紫外CMOS图像传感器参数测试的关键。根据傅里叶光学理论,结合ArF准分子激光输出光斑特点,设计了复眼阵列匀光系统的初始结构,并在ZEMAX非序列模式下建立了匀光系统模型。针对ZEMAX光源中光线采样随机性的特点及匀光系统均匀性的要求,对追迹光线数目及复眼阵列中透镜元个数进行了优化。在透镜元大小为1mm、采用1亿根光线并做30次平均后,在12mm×12mm光斑范围内获得了均匀性为0.986的均匀照明光斑,满足CMOS图像传感器测试对光斑均匀性优于0.97的要求。 相似文献

We have designed a process-insensitive preamplifierfor an optical receiver, fabricated it in several different minimumfeature sizes of standard digital CMOS, and demonstrated designscaleability of this analog integrated circuit design. The sameamplifier was fabricated in a 1.2 µm and two different0.8 µm processes through the MOSIS foundry [1].The amplifier uses a multi-stage, low-gain-per-stage approach.It has a total of 5 identical cascaded stages. Each stage isessentially a current mirror with a current gain of 3. Threeof these preamplifiers have been integrated with a GaAs Metal-Semiconductor-Metal (MSM) photodetector and one with anInGaAs MSM detector by using a thin-film epilayer device separationand bonding technology [2]. This quasi-monolithic front-end of anoptical receiver virtually eliminates the parasitics between thephotodetector and the silicon CMOS preamplifier. Optical disk is a data storage medium of the highest density, and is widely used for compact disk and digital versatile disk (CD/DVD) players and read-only memory and random-access memory (ROM/RAM) drives. In this work, all functions for 1× speed DVD read channels are integrated on a single 0.8-μm CMOS chip. A ninth-order pulse slimming equalizer with two zeros is made programmable to cover a frequency range of over five octaves from 0.7 to 25 MHz with high-frequency boost of 12 db and group delay variation of less than ±3%. A one-beam tracking error detector features six allpass delay equalizers with a tunable delay range of 93 ns at 2 MHz. Other control functions integrated on the chip are three-beam tracking error generator, laser power control circuit, and detectors for track crossing, disk defect, signal envelope, focus error, etc. The chip occupies 25 mm2 and consumes 500 mW at 5 V 相似文献
