In many previous temperature estimation schemes,the temperature of a sample is directly read out from the final steady state of a quantum probe,which i5 eoupled to the sample.However,in these studies,information of eorrelations between system(the probe) and reservoir(the sample) is usually eliminated,leading the steady state of the probe is a canonical equilibrium state with respect solely to system's Hamiltonian.To explore the influence of system-reservoir correlations on the estimation precision,we investigate the equilibration dynamics of a spin interacting with a finite temperature bosonic reservoir.By incorporating an intermediate harmonic oscillator or a collective coordinate into the spin,the system-reservoir correlations can be correspondingly encoded in a Gibbs state of an effective Hamilton,which is size consistent with the original bare spin.Extracting information of temperature from this corrected steady state,we find the effect of the systemreservoir correlations on the estimation precision is highly sensitive to the details of the spectral density function of the measured reservoir.  相似文献

The propagation characteristics of the Pearcey–Gaussian(PG) beam in turbulent atmosphere are investigated in this paper.The Pearcey beam is a new kind of paraxial beam,based on the Pearcey function of catastrophe theory,which describes diffraction about a cusp caustic.By using the extended Huygens–Fresnel integral formula in the paraxial approximation and the Rytov theory,an analytical expression of axial intensity for the considered beam family is derived.Some numerical results for PG beam propagating in atmospheric turbulence are given by studying the influences of some factors,including incident beam parameters and turbulence strengths.  相似文献

This experimental study was carried out to investigate the turbulent shallow wake generated by a vertical sharp-edged flat plate suspended in a shallow channel flow with a gap near the bed. The objective of this study is to understand the effect of the gap flow on the wake by studying two different gap heights between the channel bed and the bottom edge of the bluff body. These two cases will be compared to the no-gap case which is considered as a reference case. The maximum flow velocity was 0.45 m/s and the Reynolds number based on the water depth was 45,000. Extensive measurements of the flow field in the vertical mid-plane and in the horizontal near-bed, mid-depth, and near-surface planes were made using particle image velocimetry. This paper is part of an extensive study to characterise the gap-flow effects and is primarily concerned with the mean velocity fields, while a companion paper discusses the turbulence characteristics. The size of the wake identified in the horizontal planes is found to vary in the three planes, where the gap flow enhances the entrainment in the near-wake region in the near-bed velocity field. The results also revealed that, if the gap flow is weak, it is engulfed by the recirculation zone formed just behind the bluff body whose axis is perpendicular to the vertical mid-plane. On the other hand, if the gap flow is relatively strong, it penetrates in the downstream direction and only a portion of it is diverted upward to feed the recirculation zone.  相似文献

We have studied the electrical and optical properties of Cu–Al–O films deposited on silicon and quartz substrates by using radio frequency (RF) magnetron sputtering method under varied oxygen partial pressure PO. The results indicate that PO plays a critical role in the final phase constitution and microstructure of the films, and thus affects the electrical resistivity and optical transmittance significantly. The electrical resistivity increases with the increase of PO from 2.4 × 10?4 mbar to 7.5 × 10?4 mbar and afterwards it decreases with further increasing PO up to 1.7 × 10?3 mbar. The optical transmittance in visible region increases with the increase of PO and obtains the maximum of 65% when PO is 1.7 × 10?3 mbar. The corresponding direct band gap is 3.45 eV.  相似文献

Base on Coulomb friction model, the workpieces with different geometry rotating in free annular polishing are simulated. From simulation, the following conclusions are drawn. The angular velocity of workpiece is higher than that of polishing pad if the ring rotates uncontrolled in free annular polishing. The circular workpiece can synchronize with polishing pad through controlling the rotation of ring, which depends on the radii of ring and workpiece, the friction coefficients of polishing pad-workpiece and ring-workpiece, and the angular velocity of polishing pad. The workpiece with sharp corner cannot contact with the ring contiguously, which causes the contact state changing and the angular velocity of workpiece fluctuating ceaselessly, and this type of workpiece should be controlled with clamp to rotate synchronistically with the polishing pad.  相似文献

The tensor terms of the Skyrme effective interaction are included in the self-consistent Hartree–Fock plus Random Phase Approximation (HF + RPA) model. The Gamow–Teller (GT) strength function of 90Zr and 208Pb are calculated with and without the tensor terms. The main peaks are moved downwards by about 2 MeV when including the tensor contribution. About 10% of the non-energy weighted sum rule is shifted to the excitation energy region above 30 MeV by the RPA tensor correlations. The contribution of the tensor terms to the energy weighted sum rule is given analytically, and compared to the outcome of RPA.  相似文献

A two-dimensional detonation in H2–O2 system is simulated by a high-resolution code based on the fifth-order weighted essentially non-oscillatory(WENO) scheme in the spatial discretization and the 3 th-order additive Runge–Kutta schemes in the time discretization, by using a detailed chemical model. The effect of a concentration gradient on cellular detonation is investigated. The results show that with the increase of the concentration gradient, the cell instability of detonation increases and gives rise to the oscillation of average detonation velocity. After a long time, for the case of the lower gradient the detonation can be sustained, with the multi-head mode and single-head mode alternating, while for the higher gradient it propagates with a single-head mode.  相似文献

The question of possible analytical forms for the mean velocity profile in a near-wall turbulent flow is addressed. An approach based on the use of dispersion relations for the flow velocity is developed in the context of a two-dimensional channel flow. It is shown that for an incompressible flow conserving vorticity, there exists a decomposition of the velocity field into rotational and potential components, such that the restriction of the former to an arbitrary cross section of the channel is a functional of the vorticity and velocity distributions over that cross section, while the latter is divergence-free and bounded downstream thereof. By eliminating the unknown potential component with the help of a dispersion relation, a nonlinear integro-differential equation for the flow velocity is obtained. It is then analysed within an asymptotic expansion in the small ratio v*/U of the friction velocity to the mean flow velocity. Upon statistical averaging in the lowest nontrivial order, this equation relates the mean velocity to the cross-correlation function of the velocity fluctuations. Analysis of the equation reveals existence of two continuous families of solutions, one having the power-law near-wall asymptotic Uyn, where y is the distance to the wall, n > 0, and the other, U ~ ln?p(y/y0), with y0 = const and p ≥ 1. In the limit of infinite channel height, the exponent n turns out to be asymptotically a universal function of the Reynolds number, n ~ 1/ln?Re, whereas p → 1. Thus, the logarithmic profile (p = 1) is found to be a member of the power-log family whose members with p > 1 are intermediate between the power- and logarithmic-law profiles with respect to their slopes at large y. These results are discussed in the light of the existing controversy regarding experimental verification of the law of the wall.  相似文献

Through temporal mode direct numerical simulation, flow field database of a fully developed turbulent boundary layer on a flat plate with Mach number 4.5 and Reynolds number Reθ =1094 has been obtained. Commonly used detection meth- ods in experiments are applied to detecting coherent structures in the flow field, and it is found that coherent structures do exist in the wall region of a supersonic turbulent boundary layer. The detected results show that a low-speed streak is de- tected by using the Mu-level method, the rising parts of this streak are detected by using the second quadrant method, and the crossing regions from a low-speed streak to the high-speed one are detected by using the VITA method respectively. Notwithstanding that different regions are detected by different methods, they are all accompanied by quasi-stream-wise vortex structures.  相似文献

A study of subsolidus phase relations in the system NaCl−KCl has been made up to 20 kbar and 700°C using modified opposed anvil apparatus. It was found that the crystalline solubility in both end members decreased rapidly with pressure and the exsolution ‘dome’ is raised from 503°C (63 mole % NaCl) at atmospheric, pressure to above 710°C (60 mole % NaCl) at 20 kbar. At 503°C and 20 kbar the two equilibrium crystalline solutions contain respectively 9% NaCl and less than 1% KCl. The concentrated crystalline solution phases can be retained metastably by rapid and simultaneous quenching of temperature to dry ice or liquid nitrogen conditions and release of pressure. The experimental results are shown to be in good agrement with the subsolidus phase relations calculated by Fancher and Barsch.  相似文献

The variation of electrical resistivity in the system of glasses Ge17Te83?xTlx, with (1≤x≤13), has been studied as a function of high pressure for pressures up to 10 GPa. It is found that the normalized electrical resistivity decreases continuously with the increase in pressure and shows a sudden drop at a particular pressure (transition pressure), indicating the presence of a transition from semiconductor to near-metallic at these pressures which are in the range 3.0–5.0 GPa. This transition pressure is seen to decrease with the increase in the percentage content of thallium due to increasing metallicity of the thallium. The transition is reversible under application of pressure and X-ray diffraction of samples recovered after pressurization show that they remain amorphous after undergoing a pressurization decompression cycle.  相似文献

AlTiN films with different nitrogen partial pressures were deposited using arc ion plating (AIP) technique. In this study, we systematically investigated the effect of the nitrogen partial pressure on composition, deposition efficiency, microstructure, macroparticles (MPs), hardness and adhesion strength of the AlTiN films. The results showed that with increasing the nitrogen partial pressure, the deposition rate exhibited a maximum at 1.2 Pa. Results of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) analysis revealed that AlTiN films were comprised of Ti–N and Al–N bonds. XRD results showed that the films exhibited a (1 1 1) preferred growth, and AlTi3N and TiAlx phases were observed in the film deposited at 1.7 Pa. Analysis of MPs statistics showed MPs decreased with the increase in the nitrogen partial pressure. In addition, the film deposited at 1.2 Pa possessed the maximum hardness of 38 GPa and the better adhesion strength.  相似文献
