This study describes the use of a solution of a phosphonium protic ionic liquid [Bu3HP][BF4] (3.4 mol L−1) in acetonitrile as an electrolyte for carbon-based supercapacitors, with an operating voltage of 1.5 V and capacities comparable to conventional aqueous electrolytes. The combination of good cycling abilities and an operating temperature ranging from − 40 °C to 80 °C rendered possible the realization of supercapacitors having an extended specific energy in a large temperature range.  相似文献

采用脉冲电流方法(PGM)合成了具有纳米纤维结构的导电聚苯胺(PANI).扫描电子显微镜对膜层观察表明, PANI膜是由直径约为100 nm的掺杂态聚苯胺纤维交织而成.以纳米纤维状聚苯胺组成电化学电容器,研究了其电化学电容性能,并与恒电流方法(GM) 制备的颗粒状PANI电容器性能进行了比较.结果表明,在相同的沉积电量下,PGM制备的纳米纤维状PANI电化学电容器比颗粒状PANI电化学电容器具有更大的电容容量,其电化学电容器的比电容可高达699 F•g-1,能量密度为54.6 Wh•kg-1.并且该电化学电容器具有良好的充放电性能和循环寿命.  相似文献

The polyaniline (PANI) prepared by the pulse galvanostatic method (PGM) or the galvanostatic method on a stainless steel substrate from an aqueous solution of 0.5 mol/l H2SO4 with 0.2 mol/l aniline has been studied as an electroactive material in supercapacitors. The electrochemical performance of the PANI supercapacitor is characterized by cyclic voltammetry, a galvanostatic charge–discharge test and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy in NaClO4 and HClO4 mixed electrolyte. The results show that PANI films with different morphology and hence different capacitance are synthesized by controlling the synthesis methods and conditions. Owing to the double-layer capacitance and pseudocapacitance increase with increasing real surface area of PANI, the capacitive performances of PANI were enhanced with increasing real surface area of PANI. The highest capacitance is obtained for the PANI film with nanofibrous morphology. From charge–discharge studies of a nanofibrous PANI capacitor, a specific capacitance of 609 F/g and a specific energy density of 26.8 Wh/kg have been obtained at a discharge current density of 1.5 mA/cm2. The PANI capacitor also shows little degradation of capacitance after 1,000 cycles. The effects of discharge current density and deposited charge of PANI on capacitance are investigated. The results indicate that the nanofibrous PANI prepared by the PGM is promising for supercapacitors.  相似文献

Spinel-based nanostructured materials are commonly used as promising electrode materials for supercapacitor applications. The combination of heteroatom-doped carbon material with spinel oxides substantially improves the specific capacitance and cyclic stability. In this work, dopamine-derived nitrogen-doped carbon was coated on spinel phase MnCo2O4 nanospheres using simple solvothermal and calcination methods. Surface morphology and the crystalline structure of the prepared MnCo2O4@Nitrogen-doped carbon were confirmed by FESEM and X-ray diffraction. The electrochemical performance of MnCo2O4@Nitrogen-doped carbon electrode material was analyzed by cyclic voltammetry, galvanostatic charge–discharge, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy techniques. MnCo2O4@nitrogen-doped carbon exhibits the highest specific capacitance of 1200 F/g compared to MnCo2O4 spheres are 726 F/g at 1 A/g and exhibits excellent cyclic stability (capacitance retention of 87% at 7 A/g after 3000 cycles). The enhanced performance of the composite might be benefitted from the synergistic effect between nitrogen-doped carbon on porous MnCo2O4 spheres. Furthermore, an asymmetric supercapacitor device was fabricated by using the optimized composition of MnCo2O4@NC-2 as a positive electrode and nitrogen, sulfur-doped reduced graphene oxide (NS-rGO) as a negative electrode, respectively. This asymmetric supercapacitor device achieves a maximum energy density of 61.0 Wh/kg at a power density of 2889 W/kg and possesses excellent capacitance retention of 95% after 5000 cycles at 7 A/g.  相似文献

用化学共沉淀法和物理方法制得Ni和Ru的氢氧化物共沉淀物,经热处理得到NiO/RuO2复合氧化物. XRD分析表明, RuO2被大量的NiO颗粒所包覆.电化学测试表明, NiO电极材料中引入部分RuO2可以提高比能量和比电容,拓宽工作电位窗一倍以上.掺入10% RuO2的NiO电极比能量达14.2 W•h•kg-1,比电容达210 F•g-1,而NiO电极比能量和比电容只有2.6 W•h•kg-1和118 F•g-1. 200周循环后,化学复合RuO2电极比电容保持在95%以上,物理复合电极仅保持在79%左右.  相似文献

The aim of this study is to investigate the possible use of a 1,2-dimethylimidazolium ionic liquid,2,2-bis((1,2-dimethylimidazolium)methyl)propane-1,3-diol hexafluorophosphate(1),as an adsorbent to selectively remove aromatic heterocyclic sulfur compounds from model fuels.The result indicates that adsorbent 1 is insoluble in model fuels.The spent IL saturated sulfur compounds could be regenerated by a water dilution process.The influence of extraction time or temperature as well as the molar ratio of 1 to aromatic heterocyclic sulfur compound was also studied.  相似文献

The remarkable significance of electrode materials in industrial processes, energy, sustainability and diabetes monitoring has captivated scientists to develop advance nanomaterials for the benefit of life across the globe. Here in, the recent developments in nanostructured porous metal and metal oxide composite materials for supercapacitor applications and non-enzymatic glucose sensors (NEGS) has been extensively discussed. The essential and active electrode materials from the research and application perspective has been emphasized in detail. We have also evaluated the worthiness, taxonomical classification, efficiency, specific capacitance and sensitivity of these materials for the aforementioned potential applications. Eventually, we concluded the review by providing the aspect ratio, surface morphology, particle size and specific surface area of these materials that plays an indispensable role for their promising potential applications.  相似文献

研究了脉冲电流法(PGM)聚合苯胺时, 纳米纤维聚苯胺(PANI)膜在不锈钢(SS)电极表面的生长过程. 用计时电位法和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)表征了聚苯胺生长过程的电化学特征和微观形貌; 并通过循环伏安(CV)法研究了苯胺的聚合速率. 结果表明, 聚苯胺的生长经历了两个阶段, 首先是在裸不锈钢电极表面上形成颗粒状聚苯胺, 此时聚合电位约为1.10 V, 经历了30 s后, 电极表面被一层颗粒状聚苯胺膜所覆盖; 在此基础上, 聚苯胺以纳米纤维状结构继续生长, 当颗粒状聚苯胺被纳米纤维状聚苯胺膜完全覆盖时, 聚合电位降至0.75 V左右并保持稳定.  相似文献

Summary The applicability of electrosorptive (ES) detection in liquid chromatography to charged organic species, specifically amines, alkanolamines, and alkylsulfonates is demonstrated. Separations can be carried out using ion-pair chromatography, and detection acieved by measuring changes in differential double-layer capacitance (DLC), Cd, brought about by analyte adsorption at potentials either well negative or positive of the potential of zero charge (pzc), depending on whether cationic or anionic forms, respectively, are being determined. The Cd-analyte concentration response curves are linear over a limited range. A welcome feature of the technique is that organic modifiers may be used in the mobile phase without deleterious consequence to the detection. Attempts were also made to detect these charged species as ion pairs by DLC at potentials close to the pzc. This approach, however, appears to have less practical utility.  相似文献

以双-三氟甲烷磺酰亚胺离子([NTf2-)、三氟甲基磺酸根离子([TFO]-)和六氟磷酸根离子([PF6-)为阴离子,合成了含有丙基、丁基、壬基、乙苯基或氰甲基等阳离子取代基的聚合乙烯基咪唑基离子液体固定相,制备了13种离子液体石英毛细管色谱柱。考察了离子液体固定相结构与色谱柱McReynolds常数、热稳定性和测试化合物保留行为之间的构效关系,研究了阳离子取代基对固定相保留性能的影响规律;同时考察了测试化合物保留指数随温度变化的规律。结果表明,所合成的离子液体固定相具有较强的极性,其保留性能不仅与阳离子取代基的性质密切相关,而且受取代基结构和阴离子影响明显;在考察的温度范围内,测试化合物的保留指数变化规律与传统色谱固定相完全相同。  相似文献

Novel dual-responsive superhydrophobic hybrid materials,ZnO/SAMs(self-assembled monolayers)of ionic liquids(ILs)with different counter-anions(I-,BF4-,PF6-and Tf2N-),were synthesized and characterized.ZnO nanoparticles were first deposited on glass surfaces to produce roughness.Next,SAMs of fluorinated-alkyl-3-(3-triethoxysilylpropyl)-4,5-dihydro-imidazoliumiodide(abb.[C8Ftespim]I)were grafted onto these surfaces via-Si-O-covalent bonds using self-assembly technique.The Iion could be subsequently exchanged with BF4-,PF6-or Tf2N-through a simple aqueous anion-exchange reaction.The ZnO/ILs hybrid layers were characterized by atomic-force microscopy(AFM),scanning-electron microscopy(SEM)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).Their wettability was estimated through the measurements of static and dynamic contact angles(CAs).Compared to corresponding films of ZnO/[C8Ftespim]I with CAs 140.7°±2.0°,films of ZnO/[C8Ftespim]PF6 and ZnO/[C8Ftespim]Tf2N showed CAs with 154.0°±2.0°and 152.0°±2.0°,respectively that remained for a long time.This result suggests that anion-exchange can afford superhydrophobic materials.In addition,the wettability of ZnO/[C8Ftespim]X hybrid layers can be reversibly switched by altering ultraviolet(UV)irradiation and dark storage,which shows a photo-induced reversible switch of wettability.The synergistic action of ZnO nanoparticles and SAMs of ILs produced light-anion dual-responsive superhydrophobic materials with ideal stability.  相似文献

Loose-packed nickel hydroxides were successfully synthesized by a facile chemical precipitation method. Structure characterizations indicate that a nanoflake structure with low crystallinity for the nickel hydroxide samples was obtained. Electrochemical studies were carried out using cyclic voltammetry, chronopotentiometry technology, and alternating current impedance spectroscopy, respectively. A maximum specific capacitance of 2,055F/g could be achieved in 2M aqueous KOH with the potential range of 0 to 0.4V (vs. the saturated calomel electrode) in a half-cell setup configuration for the nanoflake Ni(OH)2 electrode, suggesting its potential application in the electrode material for electrochemical capacitors. Furthermore, the effect of annealing temperatures on the electrochemical capacitance characteristics has also been systemically explored.  相似文献

A series of imidazolium‐based ionic liquid monomers and their corresponding polymers (poly(ionic liquid)s) were synthesized, and their CO2 sorption was studied. The poly(ionic liquid)s had enhanced CO2 sorption capacities and fast sorption/desorption rates compared with room temperature ionic liquids. The effects of the chemical structures, including the types of anion, cation, and backbone of the poly(ionic liquid)s on their CO2 sorption have been discussed. In contrast to room temperature ionic liquids, the polymer with PF anions had the highest CO2‐sorption capacity, while those with BF or Tf2N? anions had the same capacities. The CO2 sorption and desorption of the polymers were fast and reversible, and the sorption was selective over H2, N2, and O2. The measured Henry's constants of P[VBBI][BF4] and P[MABI][BF4] were 26.0 bar and 37.7 bar, which were lower than those of similar room temperature ionic liquids. The preliminary study of the mechanism indicated that the CO2 sorption of the polymer particles was more absorption (the bulk) but less adsorption (the surface). © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. An expeditious one-pot synthesis of 2,3-diaryl/2-aryl-3-heteroaryl-1,3-thiazolidin-4-ones and 1-aryl-1H,3H-thiazolo[3,4-a]benzimidazoles have been accomplished by condensing hetero/aromatic amine, 2-mercaptoacetic acid, aromatic aldehyde and 1,2-phenylenediamine, 2-mercaptoacetic acid and aromatic aldehyde, respectively, in ionic liquids, viz, 1-butyl-3-methyl-imidazolium tetrafluoroborate and 1-methoxyethyl-3-methylimidazolium trifluoroacetate.  相似文献

A series of activated carbons with high mesoporous ratio were prepared by KOH reactivation based on activated carbon as the precursor. As the KOH/AC mass ratio was increased to 4:1, the mesoporous ratio increases from 60% to 76%, and the average pore size from 2.23 to 3.14?nm. Moreover, the specific capacitance for the activated carbon in ionic liquid 1-ethyl-3-methylmidazolium tetrafluoroborate ([EMIm]BF4) can reach the maximum value of 189?F?g?1 (8.0???F?cm?2). In addition, the decrease of specific capacitance for activated carbons by KOH reactivation with current density increase shows two regimes, suggesting that activated carbons with high mesoporous ratio are much fit for charge?Cdischarge at larger current density.  相似文献

An ionic liquid (IL) was prepared by directly mixing InCl3 and 1-methyl-3-butylimidazolium chloride(BMIC) with molar ratio 1:1 under dry argon atmosphere. The densities, and surface tension of pure IL were determined at temperature range of (278.15 to 343.15±0.1K). The properties for ionic liquid based on group III were discussed using Glasser’s theory. The standard entropy, the surface energy and the crystal energy of ionic liquid were calculated, respectively. The crystal energy of ionic liquid is much lower than ionic solid and this is the underlying reason for forming ionic liquid at room temperature. In addition, a new theoretical model of IL, that is interstice model, was applied to calculate the thermal expansion coefficient of BMIInCl4. The order of magnitude for the thermal expansion coefficient, a, calculated by the theoretical model is in good agreement with experimental value. 以嵌段共聚物F127(Mw=12600, PEO106PPO70PEO106)为模板剂, Ni(Ac)2·4H2O为Ni源, 低分子量的酚醛树酯为碳源, 通过溶胶-凝胶三元共组装方法合成高度有序介孔C/NiO复合材料. 对样品进行X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、N2吸脱附等结构表征及循环伏安(CV)等电化学性能测试. 结果显示, NiO晶体和碳组成了C/NiO复合材料的基本骨架, 该复合材料具有高度有序的介孔结构. NiO晶体的存在极大地提高了复合材料的电化学性能, 当C/NiO达到4:1(苯酚与Ni(Ac)2·4H2O的摩尔比)时复合材料的比电容达到444.1 F·g-1, 而有序的介孔结构并没有被破坏, 使得该材料具有较好的应用前景.  相似文献

A novel composite of Co(OH)2 and TiO2 nanotubes was synthesized by a chemical precipitation method. Co(OH)2/TiO2 nanotube composites and its microstructure were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction pattern (XRD). The electrochemical capacitance performance of this composite was investigated by cyclic voltammetry and charge–discharge tests with a three-electrode system in 6 M KOH solution. We synthesized different weight ratios of Co(OH)2/TiO2 nanotubes, a maximum specific capacitance of 229 F/g was obtained for the composite. Based on these tests, we propose that TiO2 nanotubes provide the three-dimensional nanotube network structure for the composite and make the Co(OH)2 dispersed. For these reasons, the TiO2 nanotubes used as a framework for Co(OH)2 improve the utilization of Co(OH)2 greatly.  相似文献
