4-Acetyl-1-alkoxyaryl-5-aryl-3-hydroxy-2,5-dihydro-1H-pyrrol-2-ones reacted with amines to give 1-alkoxyaryl-5-aryl-4-(1-R-aminoethylidene)pyrrolidine-2,3-diones. Reactions of amines with 4-benzoyl-substituted analogs involve nucleophilic attack on the C3 atom in the heteroring to produce the corresponding 3-R-amino-1-alkoxyaryl-5-aryl-4-benzoyl-2,5-dihydro-1H-pyrrol-2-ones. Reactions of the title compounds with hydrazine hydrate, regardless on the substituent on C4, afforded 4-aryl-3-methyl(phenyl)-5-[2(4)-methoxyphenyl]-4,6-dihydropyrrolo[3,4-c]pyrazol-6-ones.  相似文献

The reaction of 4- and 5-aryl-3-methylthio-1,2-dithiolylium iodides with 4-hydroxy-6-methyl-2H-pyran-2-one and 4-hydroxycoumarin has been studied. 4-Substituted salts yielded 3-aryl-7-methyl-2-thioxo-2H,5H-pyrano [3,2-c]pyran-5-ones and 3-aryl-2-thioxo-2H,5H-pyrano[3,2-c]benzo[e]pyran-5-ones, respectively, whereas 5-substituted salts gave rise to 3-(5′-aryl-1′,2′-dithiol-3′-ylidene)-6-methyl-2H-pyran-2,4-diones and 3-(5′-aryl-1′,2′-dithiol-3′-ylidene)-2H-benzo [b]-pyran-2,4-diones.  相似文献

The high efficient palladium-catalyzed Suzuki-Miyaura reactions of potassium aryltrifluoroborates 3 with 5-iodo-1,3-dioxin-4-ones 2a-b in water as only solvent in the presence of n-Bu4NOH as base is reported. The respective 5-aryl-1,3-dioxin-4-ones 4a-n were obtained in good to excellent yields. The catalyst system provides high efficiency at low load using electronically diverse coupling partners. The obtained 2,2,6-trimethyl-5-aryl-1,3-dioxin-4-ones were transformed into corresponding α-aryl-β-ketoesters 6 by reaction with an alcohol in the absence of solvent.  相似文献

Here we report the synthesis of interesting 3-alkyl-4-hydroxy-1-aryl-4-(propa-1,2-dienyl)1H-pyrazol-5(4H)-ones and 9-alkyl-7-aryl-1-oxa-7,8-diazaspiro[4.4]nona-3,8-dien-6-ones, starting from 1,2-diaza-1,3-dienes (DDs) and propargyl alcohol. The reaction proceeds through a sequence Michael-type nucleophilic attack/cyclization/[2,3]-Wittig rearrangement. In the same way, the reaction between the aforementioned DDs and allyl alcohol furnished 4-allyl-4-hydroxy-3-alkyl-1-aryl-1H-pyrazol-5(4H)-ones. A DFT study was also carried out, in order to have decisive clarifications about the mechanism.  相似文献

The reaction between 1,3-cyclohexanediones and chalcones (or their vinilogs) in the presence of 2.5 equiv of cerium(IV) ammonium nitrate afforded trans-2-arylcarbonyl-3-aryl (or styryl)-2,3,6,7-tetrahydrobenzofuran-4(5H)-ones in good to excellent yields and in high diastereoselectivities. The method was also extended to the preparation of derivatives of the 5,6-dihydro-2H-cyclopenta[b]furan-4(3H)-one system. The fused 2,3-dihydrofuran derivatives were transformed into 1-alkyl-2-acyl-3-aryl-6,7-dihydroindole-4(5H)-ones by 2,3-dehydrogenation followed by reaction with primary amines. The direct reaction of the tetrahydrobenzofuran-4(5H)-one compounds derived from dimedone with amines gave 1-alkyl-2-alkylimino-3-aryl-6,7-dihydroindole-4(5H)-ones, while starting materials derived from 1,3-cyclohexanedione underwent an unprecedented 2-deacylation reaction and gave 1-alkyl-3-aryl-6,7-dihydroindole-4(5H)-ones.  相似文献

Acid-catalyzed tandem reactions were established by employing a novel class of 2-arylglycerol derivative,5-aryl-1,3-dioxan-5-ol, as versatile 1,3-biselectrophile. In the reactions, 5-aryl-1,3-dioxan-5-ol works like atropaldehydes or 2-aryl malondialdehydes, and can react with 2-naphthols and β-keto amides, allowing the synthesis of 4H-chromenes and 5-aryl-2-pyridinones. High yields, good functional group tolerance,broad substrate scope and simple reaction operation make this protocol attractive.  相似文献

Studies directed at the synthesis of (Z)-5-benzylidene-4-arylpyrrol-2(5H)-ones from (Z)-3-aryl-3-haloenoic acids are described. The successful strategy relies on the preparation of (Z)-3-aryl-3-haloenoic acids from acetophenones through the corresponding (Z)-3-aryl-3-haloenals and the conversion of the (Z)-3-aryl-3-haloenoic acids to (Z)-5-benzylidene-4-aryl-5H-furan-2-ones. The furanones were subsequently treated with primary amines and dehydrated to the corresponding (Z)-5-benzylidene-4-arylpyrrol-2(5H)-ones.  相似文献

Reaction of 5-methyl-1-aryl-1H-1,2,3-triazole-4-carbocylic acid chlorides with tryptamine derivatives afforded substituted 1-aryl-N-[2-(1H-indol-3-yl)ethyl]-5-methyl-1H-1,2,3-triazole-4-carboxamides. At heating these compounds in toluene in the presence of POCl3 and P2O5 Bischler-Napieralski cyclization occurs giving 1-(1-aryl-5-methyl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)-4,9-dihydro-3H-β-carbolines that can be transformed into β-carboline and tetrahydro-β-carboline derivatives.  相似文献

The reaction of α-chloroformylarylhydrazines hydrochloride with quinoline under air provided the corresponding 2-aryl-2H-[1,2,4]triazoloquinolin-3-ones 3a-3d in 33-42% yields and unexpected isomeric 2-aryl-2H-[1,2,4]triazoloisoquinolin-3-ones 4a-4d in 30-42% yields. These two isomers were isolated and fully characterized by spectroscopic methods including X-ray crystallography. By employing 3-methylquinoline as the starting material under the same condition, the reaction only gave compound 3e-3h as sole products in 70-82% yields without the formation of isomers. A plausible mechanism was proposed through electrophilic aromatic reaction, the tandem ring cyclization and ring-opening, and oxidation for the generation of 2-aryl-2H-[1,2,4]triazoloisoquinolin-3-ones (4).  相似文献

The cyclization at the treatment of acetic anhydride of 4-aryl-2-arylamino-4-oxobut-2-enoic and 2-arylamino-5,5-dimethyl-4-oxohex-2-enoic acids was investigated furnishing derivatives of 5-aryl-3-aryl-imino-3H-furan-2-ones and 4-arylamino-2-tert-butyl-2,5-dihydro-5-oxofuran-2-yl acetate respectively. 2-N2-Methylenesubstituted 4-aryl-2-hydrazino-4-oxobut-2-enoic and 5,5-dimethyl-2-hydrazino-4-oxohex-2-enoic acids cleanly underwent cyclization under the effect of acetic anhydride into 5-aryl-3-hydrazono-3H-furan-2-ones and 5-tert-butyl-3-hydrazono-3H-furan-2-ones.  相似文献

Intramolecular cyclization of 4-aryl-N-(thiophen-3-yl)but-3-enamides on heating in polyphosphoric acid afforded 8-aryl-4,6,7,8-tetrahydro-5H-thieno[3,2-b]azepin-5-ones and 5-aryl-1-(thiophen-3-yl)pyrrolidin-2-ones. Cyclofunctionalization of the title compounds with (chlorosulfanyl)benzene and 4-(chlorosulfanyl)-toluene led to the formation of 8-aryl-7-arylsulfanyl-4,6,7,8-tetrahydro-5H-thieno[3,2-b]azepin-5-ones or their mixtures with 5-aryl-4-arylsulfanyltetrahydrofuran-2-ones. 1-(Chlorosulfanyl)-4-nitrobenzene reacted with 4-(4-methylphenyl)-N-(thiophen-3-yl)but-3-enamide and 4-(4-fluorophenyl)-N-(thiophen-3-yl)but-3-enamide to give 5-(4-methylphenyl)-4-(4-nitrophenylsulfanyl)-1-(thiophen-3-yl)pyrrolidin-2-one and 5-(4-fluorophenyl)-4-(4-nitrophenylsulfanyl)tetrahydrofuran-2-one, respectively.  相似文献

Huisgen reaction of (E)-1,5-diarylpent-2-en-4-yn-1-ones and (E)-1,5-diarylpent-1-en-4-yn-3-ones afforded 1-aryl-3-(5-aryl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)prop-2-en-1-ones and 3-aryl-1-(5-aryl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)-prop-2-en-1-ones, respectively. (E)-1-Aryl-3-(5-phenyl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)prop-2-en-1-ones reacted with hydrazine hydrate and phenylhydrazine to give 72–93% of 4-(3-aryl-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazol-5-yl)-5-phenyl-1H-1,2,3-triazoles which underwent dehydrogenation on heating in boiling acetic acid with formation of the corresponding pyrazole derivatives. The molecular structures of (E)-3-phenyl-1-(5-phenyl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)prop-2-en-1-one and 4-[3-(4-methylphenyl)-1-phenyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazol-5-yl]-5-phenyl-1H-1,2,3-triazole were studied by X-ray analysis. 4-(3-Aryl-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazol-5-yl)-5-phenyl-1H-1,2,3-triazoles showed toxicity against Daphnia magna.  相似文献

A concise synthesis of some new classes of heterocycles (4-aryl-11-oxo-1,2,3,11-tetrahydro-1,3a-diaza-cyclopenta[a]anthracen-6-carbonitriles and 5-aryl-12-oxo-1,3,4,12-tetrahydro-2H-1,4a-diazabenzo[a]anthracene-7-carbonitriles) has been developed by the ring transformation of suitably functionalized 2H-pyran-2-one with α-oxoketene cyclic aminals to intermediates (8-aroyl-5-aryl-2,3-dihydro-1H-imidazo[1,2-a]pyridine-7-ylidene)-acetonitriles and (9-aroyl-6-aryl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyrido[1,2-a]pyrimidin-8-ylidene)-acetonitriles) followed by their photocyclization either in CHCl3 or acetonitrile. This reaction was further explored for the synthesis of methyl 4-aryl-11-oxo-1,2,3,11-tetrahydro-1,3a,9-triaza-cyclopenta[a]anthracene-6-carboxylate, 4-aryl-11-oxo-1,2,3,11-tetrahydro-1,3a,9-triaza-cyclopenta[a]anthracene-6-carbonitriles, 5-aryl-12-oxo-1,3,4,12-tetrahydro-2H-1,4a,10-triazabenzo[a]anthracene-7-carbonitriles, 4-aryl-10-oxo-1,2,3,10-tetrahydro-9-thia-1,3a-diazadicyclopenta[a,g]naphthalene-6-carbonitriles and 5-aryl-11-oxo-1,3,4,11-tetrahydro-2H-10-thia-1,4a-diazacyclopenta[b]phenanthrene-7-carbonitriles from the similar reactions.  相似文献

An efficient synthesis of two new series of 6-aryl-4-trifluoromethyl-2H-pyran-2-ones and 6-aryl-4-carboxyethyl-2H-pyran-2-ones, obtained through the self-condensation reaction of 5-aryl-5-methoxy-3-(trifluoromethyl)penta-2,4-dienenitriles 3 and ethyl 4-aryl-2-(cyanomethylene)-4-methoxybut-3-enoates 4 respectively, is reported. The self-condensation reaction of the enoates 4 was performed in water in the presence of hydrochloric acid whereas the self-condensation reaction of the penta-2,4-dienenitriles 3 required the use of zinc bromide and hydrochloric acid in order to give the respective 2H-pyran-2-ones. Products were obtained up to 97% yield.  相似文献

Reaction of 3-formylchromones with 2-aryl-4-hydroxy-6H-1,3-thiazin-6-ones in the presence of pyridine leads to formation of a mixture of novel N-thioaroyl-5-hydroxy-2H,5H-pyrano[3,2-с]chromen-2-one-3-carboxamides and 2-aryl-5-(4′-oxochromen-3′-yl)-6,7-dihydro-4H,5H-pyrano[2,3-d][1,3]thiazine-4,7-diones. Polyethylene glycol (PEG) was found to be an inexpensive, non-toxic, and effective medium for the Michael additions of 3,4-dihydropyrimidines to α,β-ethylenic compounds to provide N3-functionalized dihydropyrimidines in the presence of K2CO3 as the catalyst. Under similar reaction conditions, 2-amino-5-aryloxymethyl-1,3,4-thiadiazoles reacted with methyl acrylate to give unexpected products 5H,6H-[1,3,4]thiadiazolo[1,2-a]pyrimidine-7-ones through tandem Michael addition and intramolecular cyclization.  相似文献
