Solid+liquid equilibrium, NMR and colorimetric measurements have been made for the mixtures of o-phenylenediamine+phenol, p-phenylenediamine+hydroquinone, m-phenylenediamine+phenol, m-phenylenediamine+hydroquinone, p-phenylenediamine+phenol, and p-phenylenediamine+hydroquinone. The types and melting temperatures of the complexes formed in these mixtures were ascertained from phase diagrams. The nature of the complexes was ascertained from colorimetric and NMR data.  相似文献

Poly(methylene terephthalate) (PMT) and poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) were synthesized by triethylamine-mediated reactions of terephthalic acid and dihalomethanes or 1,2-dihaloethanes, respectively. Reactions with chloro compounds required longer reaction times and higher temper-atures than those with bromo. Copolymers were synthesized by using proportionate amounts of dihalomethane/1,2-dihaloethane mixtures. Copolymer compositions were determined by inte-grations of relative areas of methylene and ethylene 1H NMR peaks. Mn values were determined from 1H NMR end group signals. Mole fraction feed is linearly related to CH2/CH2CH2 incorporation into copolymer products. Mechanisms are proposed to explain results.  相似文献

Four 2,5-biphenylene based difunctional condensation monomers, such as 2,5-diphenyldicar-boxylic acid or phenylterephthalic acid (PTA), 2,5-bis(carbonylimino-4-benzoic acid)biphenyl (2,5-BCIBABP), 2,5-diaminobiphenyl hydrochloride (2,5-DABP.HCl) and 2,5-bis(iminocarbonyl-4-benzoic acid)biphenyl (2,5-BICBABP), have been synthesized and characterized. These monomers were polymerized in combination with terephthalic acid (TA) and p-phenylenediamine (PPD) via the phosphorylation reaction to prepare a series of phenyl-substituted random copolyamides having all amide groups attached to para-positions of the benzene rings. All the copolyamides have been characterized by solubility, solution viscosity, and by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). Some of these copolyamides have unusual solubility in organic solvents such as N,N-dimethylacetamide (DMAc) and N-methyl-2-pyrrolidinone (NMP) containing dissolved lithium chloride. A few copolyamides were tested for lyotropic behavior and found to form anisotropic solutions at critical concentrations in organic solvents. A randomly distributed unsymmetrical phenyl substituent on the benzene ring of para-oriented wholly aromatic polyamides dramatically changes the solubility and melting point. The phenyl substituent on a terephthalic acid unit is more efficient in decreasing melting point and increasing solubility in organic solvents of aromatic polyamides than the one on a p-phenylenediamine unit. However, the former also introduces a more flexible link in the extended polyamide chain.  相似文献

A series of copolyesters were prepared by the incorporation of p‐hydroxybenzoic acid (HBA), hydroquinone (HQ), and terephthalic acid (TA) into poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET). On the basis of viscosity measurements, high molar mass copolyesters were obtained in the syntheses, and 1H‐NMR analyses indicated the total insertion of comonomers. They exhibit nematic phase above melting temperature, as observed by polarized light microscope (PLM). Their crystallization and melting behaviors were also studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and wide angle X‐ray diffraction (WAXD). It was found that these copolyesters are more crystalline than copolyesters prepared from PET and HBA. Introduction of HQ/TA disrupts longer rigid‐rod sequences formed by HBA, and thus enhances molecular motion and increases crystallization rate and crystallinity. Isothermal crystallization at solid phase polymerization conditions (up to 24 h at 200°C) resulted in increased copolymer randomness (by NMR) and higher melting point, the latter attributed to structural annealing. © 1999 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. Three p-phenylenediamine antioxidants (p-phenylenediamine-N,N,N′,N′-tetrapropionic acid tetramethyl ester, p-phenylenediamine-N,N,N′-tripropionic acid trimethyl ester, and p-phenylenediamine-N, N′-dipropionic acid dimethyl ester) were successfully synthesized via atom-economic aza-Michael addition of pphenylenediamine to methyl acrylate p-romoted by graphene oxide in water. The synthesized compounds were characterized by NMR, ESI-MS spectra, and elemental analyses. The effects of the solvent and graphene oxide on the reaction were investigated.  相似文献

A visual test paper by taking common filter paper as solid support for extremely strong concentrated acidity has been developed in this contribution with a new synthesized isoindole compound starting from p-phenylenediamine and the coupled fluorogenic reagent of o-phthaldialdehyde-β-mercaptoethanol. It was very easy for semiquantitative detection of acidity in the range of 0.2-18 M ([H+]) in extreme acidic solution based on the color changes of the solution or the visual test paper prepared by immerging filter paper slides into the solution of the new synthesized reagent. Quantitative detection of concentrated strong acids could be successfully constructed through the linear relationship exists between the absorbance of the chromogenic reagent at 510 nm and the acid concentrations.  相似文献

p-Phenylenediamine was oxidized with p-benzoquinone in the aqueous solutions of methanesulfonic acid (MSA). The conductivity of the products increased with increasing concentration of MSA from 1.5?×?10?12 S cm?1 in 0.1 M MSA up to 3.4?×?10?4 S cm?1 in 5 M MSA. The low-molecular-weight products are basically composed of one p-benzoquinone and two p-phenylenediamine molecules. Their molecular structure is discussed on the basis of mass, Fourier-transform infrared, Raman, NMR and electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectroscopies. The formation of 2,5-di(p-phenylenediamine)-p-benzoquinone protonated with methanesulfonic acid best complies with the information provided by spectroscopic techniques. Its conversion to hydroquinone tautomer explains the formation of unpaired spins observed by EPR and their potential contribution to the conduction.  相似文献

Two novel chiral di- and tri-amide derivatives of p-tert-butylcalix[4]arene were synthesized by (R)-(+)-1-Phenylethylamine via convenient reactions and then immobilized on aminopropyl functionalized silica particles. Three kinds of carbonized polymer dots (CPDs) synthesized via a one-pot process from o-phenylenediamine (OPD), m-phenylenediamine (MPD) and p-phenylenediamine (PPD) exhibit excitation-wavelength independent yellow, green and red emissions, respectively. In sharp contrast, two kinds of CPDs prepared via a hydrothermal process from citric acid (CA) and diethylenetriamine (DETA) exhibit obvious excitation-wavelength dependent emissions. Through the characterization and comparison of the two types of CPDs, it is concretely revealed that the polymer structure types during the formation of CPDs can effectively control the fluorescence excitation-wavelength independence/dependence. The homogeneous polymer structures contained in CPDs contribute to excitation-wavelength independence, whereas random copolymer structures contribute to excitation-wavelength dependence. These studies are of great significance for further understanding the polymer structures and designing unique optical properties of CPDs.  相似文献

The oxidation of aniline with silver nitrate in 1?mol?L?1 acetic acid at 20?°C yielded a composite of two conducting components, polyaniline and silver; the acceleration with 1?mol% of p-phenylenediamine is needed for efficient synthesis. The yield and molecular weight increased when aniline was copolymerized with 10?mol% p-phenylenediamine. Such product displayed metallic conductivity below 180?K and semiconductor type above this temperature. As the result, the conductivity was the same at 100 and 300?K. The oxidation of p-phenylenediamine alone with silver nitrate also produced a conducting composite having the conductivity of 1,750?S cm?1 despite the assumed nonconductivity of poly(p-phenylenediamine). The present study demonstrates that all oxidations proceeded also in frozen reaction mixtures at ?24?°C, i.e., in the solid state. In most cases, molecular weights of polymer component increased, the conductivity of composites with silver improved, to 2,990?S?cm?1 for poly(p-phenylenediamine)?Csilver, and remained high after deprotonation with 1?mol?L?1 ammonium hydroxide.  相似文献

We studied the synthesis of pseudo-C-glycosyl amino acid via an Amadori rearrangement in aqueous solution using unprotected d-lactose and a tyrosine analogue: the p-amino-dl-phenylalanine. Two steps were necessary. In the first step, the N-glycosylation of d-lactose was carried out in aqueous conditions. The synthesized N-glycosylamine was stabilized in a second step by the formation of Amadori compound, the N-[β-d-galactosyl-1-4-(1-deoxyfructos-1-yl)]-p-amino-dl-phenylalanine. Products were purified and characterized by mass spectrometry and by 1H and 13C NMR. The influence of the temperature, the pH, the nature of acid and the concentration of the acid on the synthesis yield was examined in order to determine the optimum conditions of Amadori rearrangement. In the best conditions, 35% of p-amino-dl-phenylalanine was converted into N-[β-d-galactosyl-1-4-(1-deoxyfructos-1-yl)]-p-amino-dl-phenylalanine. For the N-glycosylation, a specific base catalysis took place in the media whereas a general acid catalysis was observed for the Amadori rearrangement using weak acids and with a temperature close to 75 °C. The Amadori compound from glucose [N-(1-deoxyfructopyranos-1-yl)-p-amino-dl-phenylalanine] was also synthesized and characterized by mass spectrometry and by 1H and 13C NMR.  相似文献

A series of substituted triphenylamine-containing organic compounds are synthesized and their hole-transport properties are examined by electrochemical and spectroelectrochemical methods. Several substituted tirphenylamines exhibited irreversible electron-transfer reactions both in the oxidative and reductive scan. On the other hand, the cyclic voltammograms of the p-phenylenediamine series are well defined. N,N-bis(4-nitrophenyl)-N,N-diphenyl-1,4-phenylenediamine (NPD) exhibited two reversible oxidation redox couples at +1.00 and +1.28 V vs. Ag/AgCl in dichloromethane solution. There is one reversible reduction redox couple at −1.12 V and one irreversible wave with Ep,c at −1.87 V. Cyano-substituted p-phenylenediamine (CPD) exhibited similar oxidation redox couples. Amino-substituted p-phenylenediamine (APD) is easier to oxidize than NPD and CPD. APD exhibits two reversible oxidation redox couples at +0.40 and +0.70 V and two extra irreversible oxidation waves at +1.26 and +1.52 V. Optically transparent thin-layer electrode (OTTLE) coupled with UV/Vis/NIR spectroscopy was used to examine the oxidation products of the above reactions. The electrogenerated cation and dication of the substituted p-phenylenediamine are very stable in the spectroelectrochemical studies. Oxidation of the compound APD exhibited a distinguished absorption pattern, which is different from those of compound NPD and compound CPD.  相似文献

Chemical depolymerization of poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) waste is a possible remedy to huge amount of solid waste generation as it results in degradation products that possess a potential of recyclability. PET bottle waste was depolymerized by aminolysis using diethanolamine. Novel synthesis of N1, N1,N4,N4-tetrakis (2-hydroxyethyl) terephthalamide (THETA) with 73-76% yield and terephthalic acid (TPA) with 78-82% yield was achieved. The purified products were analyzed by FTIR, melting point, DSC, DTG and 1H-NMR. THETA has various applications in the synthesis of rigid polyurethane foam, unsaturated polyester resins and also as a cross linking agent/ hardener for epoxy resins.  相似文献

The freshly prepared sodium salts of ortho-phthalic acid and tetrabromo ortho-phthalic acid react with diaryltellurium dichlorides in chloroform to afford new dimeric organotellurium carboxylates, R2Te(C8X4O4)2 (X = H, Br). The new compounds contain fourteen membered rings and the detailed structure is discussed particularly in the light of the 1H NMR spectrum of (p-EtOC6H4)2Te(C8H4O4)2 which shows inequivalence of p-ethoxy groups. The sebacate derivatives of tellurium(IV) are oligomeric and iso- and terephthalic acids failed to give well defined products.  相似文献

Aromatic polyamides (aramids) having inherent viscosities of 0.5–1.10 dL/g were prepared by the direct polycondensation of 1,1,3-trimethyl-3-(4-carboxyphenyl)indane-5-carboxylic acid with various aromatic diamines using triphenyl phosphite and pyridine as the condensing agents. Copolyamides were also prepared by a similar procedure from a mixture of the phenylindane diacid, terephthalic acid, and p-phenylenediamine. Almost all of the aramids were soluble in a variety of solvents such as N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, pyridine, and m-cresol, and afforded transparent and tough films by the solution casting. These aramids and copolyamides had glass transition temperatures in the range of 290–355°C, and started to lose weight at 340°C in air.  相似文献

Poly(ortho-phenylenediamine) and oligomers of ortho-phenylenediamine were chemically synthesized and characterized by UV-vis, 1H and 13C NMR, FTIR and resonance Raman spectroscopies. Polymerization of ortho-phenylenediamine in HCl medium with ammonium persulfate only leads the trimer compound, in disagreement with some previous reports. Nevertheless, in acetic acid medium it was possible to prepare a polymer constituted by ladder phenazinic segments with different protonation levels and quinonediimine rings (polyaniline-like). X-ray absorption at N K-edge (N K XANES), X-ray photoelectron (XPS) and Electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectroscopies were used to determine the different kinds of nitrogen presents in this class of polymer. N K XANES spectrum of poly(ortho-phenylenediamine) shows the band of N nitrogen of non-protonated phenazinic rings at 398.2 eV. In addition, XPS and N K XANES data confirm the presence of different types of protonated nitrogens in the polymeric poly(ortho-phenylenediamine) chain and the EPR spectrum shows that the polymer has a very weak polaronic signal.  相似文献

A series of novel imidazo[1,2- a ]pyrimidine containing tri/tetrasubstituted imidazole derivatives (1-10) has been synthesized via sequential two-step, one-pot, multicomponent reaction using imidazo[1,2- a ]pyrimidine-2-carbaldehyde, benzil, primary amines, and ammonium acetate catalyzed by p -toluenesulfonic acid under microwave-assisted conditions. The results showed that target compounds can be obtained from a wide range of primary amines bearing different functional groups with moderate to good yields (46%-80%) under optimum reaction conditions. This method provides a green protocol for imidazo[1,2- a ]pyrimidine containing tri/tetrasubstituted imidazole derivatives due to ethyl alcohol as a green solvent, microwave irradiation as a greener heating method and one-pot multicomponent reaction as a green technique. The synthesized compounds have been elucidated using various spectroscopic tools such as FT-IR, 1H NMR, 13 C NMR, and MS.  相似文献

The synthesis of eugenol derivatives of octachlorocyclotetraphosphazene and mixtures of oligomer chlorocyclophosphazenes [NPCl2]3–8 was performed. Not yet described octakis(4-allyl-2-methoxyphenoxy)cyclotetraphosphazene was isolated in the crystalline form and identified via 31P and 1H NMR spectroscopy, laser mass spectrometry, DSC, and TGA. Oligomers with epoxy numbers of 15–16% and molecular masses from 1400 to 1800 were prepared via epoxidation of the synthesized eugenol derivatives with m-chloroperbenzoic acid. Some assumptions on the nature of side reactions occurring in the course of epoxidation were made.  相似文献

The total synthesis of monocyclic β-lactam antibiotics, nocardicins A (1a) and D (1d), is described. 3-Aminonocardicinic acid (3-ANA, 2) was synthesized from p-hydroxyphenylglycine via an acid chloride-imine cyloaddition reaction. The side chain amino acid 13 was prepared via a key step of condensation of p-hydroxyacetophenone and α-phthalimidobutyrolactone. Acylation of 3-ANA with 13 gave nocardicin D, from which nocardicin A was obtained by oximation.  相似文献
