多管排大管径翅管式换热器传热与阻力特性的试验研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
为考察不同翅片型式对空气侧强化传热的影响,对12排分别带平直、开缝、纵向涡、开缝与纵向涡混合、圆形共5个翅片型式的翅片管换热器元件空气侧的传热及阻力性能进行了试验研究,并在相同质量流木结流量、相同压降及相同泵功率下进行了综合性能评价.在三种比较准则下,圆形翅片的换热综合性能最差,开缝与纵向涡混合翅片的换热综合性能比纵向涡翅片的好,而当Re数较大时开缝翅片的换热综合效果最好.在试验的Re数范围内针对各个试件整理出了传热和阻力的经验关联式,为相关的理论研究和工程应用提供了参考. 相似文献

首次提出无量纲速度和无量纲温度空间波动强度来分别定量地表征翅片结构对流场和温度场的扰动强度.对X型和和圆弧型开缝翅片进行了PIV和红外热成像实验研究.实验结果表明,X型开缝结构对流场和温度场的扰动强于圆弧型开缝结构,前者的换热性能优于后者,但前者的阻力高于后者.优化设计出一种新型的开缝翅片(X圆弧波浪型),并对三种翅片进行了数值模拟分析.数值模拟结果与实验结果吻合得很好,数值模拟结果表明,优化后的X圆弧波浪型开缝翅片的无量纲速度和温度的波动强度高于前两种翅片,整体的换热性能优于前两种翅片.因此,本文提出的无量纲空间波动参数为开缝翅片结构优化设计提供了一个定量的标准. 相似文献

本文针对汽车换热器中的波纹翅片建立二维计算模型,运用场协同原理分析波纹翅片附近流动及传热情况,并通过二维开缝波纹翅片模型讨论开缝位置对其传热性能和流动特征的影响。数值模拟结果显示,波纹翅片各周期场协同角分布基本相同,在拐角附近存在明显的场协同恶化区域。在波纹翅片的拐角处或各半周期的1/4处开缝可改善协同,从而强化传热。此外,前密后疏或前疏后密的开缝方式不影响翅片的换热和压降情况,在开缝分布不均匀时,稀疏段开缝位置决定了翅片换热能力的相对大小。 相似文献

为研究变角度百叶窗结构对平行流蒸发器换热性能的影响,文中建立了一种均匀角度百叶窗和两种变角度百叶窗的计算模型;采用fluent软件数值模拟了空气侧的传热和流动过程,得到了百叶窗翅片的速度场、温度场及压力场;将数值模拟结果与相关文献实验关联式结果进行对比,验证了数值模拟的可行性,分析了迎面风速对换热和压降特性的影响;并利用公式j/f1/3,比较了三种翅片的综合性能,发现变角度百叶窗翅片综合性能优于均匀角度百叶窗翅片。 相似文献

采用数值模拟的方法,研究了流道内上下两肋片均布置有涡产生器的扁管管片式散热板芯的传热与阻力特性,并与流道单面布置涡产生器的换热板芯进行了对比.结果表明,采用双面带涡产生器的肋片表面能在提高Nu的同时,降低流动阻力,换热性能得到了明显的提高,在Re=1500时,平均Nu数提高了8.6%,横向平均Nu最大提高了30%,阻力下降了6.5%. 相似文献

为评估格芯夹层结构的传热性能以及代替传统的板式肋片结构应用于汽车散热系统中的可能性,文章对几种典型的格芯夹层结构(如kagome lattice,tetrahedral lattice和pyramidal lattice)和板式肋片(corrugated plate)结构实施了一系列的三维数值计算评估.通过对比相同Reynolds数下的传热系数和相同泵功率下的局部Nusselt数来评估各组结构的传热性能.结果显示,相同Reynolds数条件下,各组格芯夹层结构的传热系数较板式肋片结构均有提高,同时摩擦阻力也大幅度增大.在相同泵功率条件下,由于板式肋片结构所受形阻基本可以忽略,因此在较低泵功率范围内(< 1 500 W),板式肋片的局部Nusselt数最大.随着泵功率的增长,当泵功率提高到3 000 W,tetrahedral的Nusselt数与板式肋片持平并进一步增大,显示出了格芯夹层结构的应用潜力.高传热性能而低摩擦阻力的格芯夹层结构完全有潜力代替传统的板式肋片结构应用于新型高效紧凑的散热系统中. 相似文献

Tube bank fin heat exchangers with vortex generators are widely used in the field of industrial applications. The effects of the fin pitch and the tube diameter on the air-side performance of the tube bank fin heat exchanger with plane rectangular vortex generators (PRVG) and curved rectangular vortex generators (CRVG) are experimentally studied in this paper. Performance comparison is carried out between the fins with PRVG and CRVG. The experimental results show that both PRVG and CRVG can effectively enhance heat transfer performance compared with the plain fin. Both the fin pitch and the tube diameter have obvious effect on f compared with the effect on Nu, especially for the fin with PRVG. The characteristics of Nu, f, and Nu/f1/3 are different for the fins with PRVG and CRVG. The fin with CRVG has a better heat transfer performance than the fin with PRVG for all the cases studied in this paper. 相似文献

实验研究了RP-3沿流向结焦分布规律以及进口质量流量对其产生的影响.实验将RP-3加压至5 Mpa,使用2.1 m长不锈钢管(1:8 mm I.D.、2.2 mm O.D.、1Cr18Ni9Ti)中将流经其中的RP-3从127℃等热流加温至427℃.在定质量流量前提下,改变进口质量流量0.39、0.78、1.17和1.56 g/(s·mm~2),研究了进口雷诺数对结焦规律的影响.实验结果表明:随着质量流量的增加,RP-3结焦峰值位置逐渐向后推移;管壁平均结焦速率受与进口雷诺数的0.89次方成正比关系;单位质量RP-3结焦生成量随进口雷诺数的增加先减少后增加. 相似文献

Accurate, repeatable heat transfer and pressure-drop measurements have been made for condensation of CFC-113 with downflow inside enhanced microfin tubes and tubes containing twisted-wire inserts. In the latter case measurements have also been made for CFC-113/air mixtures. The heat transfer rate was calculated from the coolant flow rate and temperature rise, the latter measured using a 10-junction thermopile with careful attention paid to adequate coolant mixing and isothermal immersion of the thermopile leads. The surface temperature was found from thermocouples embedded in the tube wall. One plain tube, nine microfin tubes (with different fin heights, helix angles, and number of fins), and four twisted-wire inserts (with different wire densities) were tested. Enhancement ratios (i.e., vapor-side heat transfer coefficient for the enhanced tube divided by that for a smooth tube at the same vapor-side temperature difference and vapor inlet velocity) between 1.6 and 5.6 for the microfin tubes and between 1.2 and 1.6 for the twisted-wire inserts were found, with values depending on vapor-side temperature difference, vapor inlet velocity, and air inlet mole fraction in the case of CFC-113/air mixtures. The microfin tubes showed moderate pressure-drop penalties of around 50% compared to the plain tube, while the twisted-wire inserts showed increasing pressure-drop penalty with increasing wire density. 相似文献
