介绍了用平台石墨炉原子吸收法测定血清铬的方法,详述了测定的实验条件,比较了平台石墨炉原子吸收法与火焰法、普通石墨管石墨炉原子吸收法测定血清铬的差异,提出以硝酸镁为基体改进剂,血清经酸处理后可使测定结果几无干扰,并测定了75名健康体检者,其参考范围为0.476 ̄0.592μg/L。  相似文献

铜是人体必需的微量元素之一,对造血,细胞生长,某些酶的活性及内分泌功能等均有重要的作用.但大量吸收铜的粉尘,烟气及铜盐的气尘后,将引起急性中毒,此时血清铜可升高.此外中毒后的某些毒物也可使机体铜代谢紊乱.因此,测量血铜含量可作为某些疾病和某些含铜毒物中毒时临床诊断的参考指标.  相似文献

采用微波消解技术进行样品前处理,建立了石墨炉原子吸收法测定PU材料中铬含量的方法。在波长429.0 nm下,利用石墨炉程序升温测定,狭缝设为0.5 nm,塞曼效应作为背景校正。标准工作曲线线性良好,相关系数r=0.9986,方法检出限为0.051μg/L,测定结果的相对标准偏差为3.78%,加标回收率为92%~120%(n=6)。该方法简便、可行,适用于PU材料中铬的测定。  相似文献

采用石墨炉原子吸收法测定动物组织中的微量铬,以HNO3-HC lO4为消化剂,消化温度为250℃,消化时间为90 m in。研究了进样酸度和共存离子对测定结果的影响,铬的浓度在10~300 ng/(10 mL)内服从比耳定律,铬的浓度与吸光度的线性相关系数为0.998 4。将该方法用于兔肝脏中铬的测定,测定结果的相对标准偏差为5.0%(n=10),加标回收率为93.8%~95.0%。  相似文献

Selenium concentration in serum has been proposed as the most valuable indicator of human selenium status. In this work, the concentration of selenium in serum is measured by GFAAS using longitudinal Zeeman-effect background correction, a highly sensitive technique that can be used to determine selenium at sub-ppb level. Standard reference materials are analyzed to verify the accuracy and precision of this technique. The direct method proposed in this study is used for the determination of selenium in human serum collected from healthy people of 19–25 years and women of 21–34 years in the First trimester of pregnancy. The method developed in this study, which can quickly and accurately measure serum selenium, is suitable for applications in clinical diagnosis or biological monitoring.  相似文献

Abstract

This paper describes a method of direct determination of serum Ni by controlled- temperature graphite furnace of AA. Ammonium oxalate is used as a matrix modifier to eliminate interferences caused by chlorides of alkali and alkaline earth in sample. The operating procedure has been applied to determine Ni contents of serum from 190 adults in Hefei district of China and good results have been obtained.  相似文献

石墨炉原子吸收光谱法(GFAAS)绝对分析近年来得到了较显著的发展,其主要原因是由于GFAAS中基体干扰问题获得了解决;用以描述GFAAS性能的特征质量MOE值相对稳定;以及用L’vov提出的计算MOT值的式子算出的32个元素的MOT值已比较接近其实验MOE值。大量数据表明完全有可能实现GFAAS绝对分析。  相似文献

Ultrafiltration combined with graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAAS) was used to study protein binding and speciation of copper in human serum. Ultrafiltration was carried out using a cell unit with ultrafiltration membranes having a nominal cut‐off of 10,000 Dalton. The effects of various experimental factors including the kind and concentration of electrolyte, sample storage, pH. pressure and the preconditioning of the membranes on the speciation analysis of serum copper by ultrafiltration were examined. It was observed that 4.5 ± 2.3% of the total copper in serum was ultrafiltrable and this value did not seem to be influenced by the total serum elemental concentration, the pH (6.5–10) and the pressure (≤ 1.5 kg/cm2). The preconditioning of the ultrafiltration system with 0.1 mol/L calcium nitrate can overcome the adsorption loss of copper effectively, and the addition of tris‐HCl solution (pH 7.4) to serum accelerates the ultrafiltration. The present method was proved to be suitable for speciation analysis for its simplicity, rapidity, small sample requirement and easy control. The results obtained with the method are accurate and reliable.  相似文献

Abstract

Selenium is considered to be a trace element and the determination of diagnostic levels are most conveniently measured in blood, plasma or serum in humans and animals. The approach that is taken varies according to laboratory preferences. One such method involves the use of Graphite furance Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy (GFAAS). The simplicity of diluting the sample followed by direct determination without further preparation is the most attractive characteristic of this method, coupled with good sensitivity. Proper precautions must be taken however, including that of choosing the proper instrumental parameters for the analysis. If deuterium background correctiopn is used then then analyses should be carried out at the 204.0 nm line of Selenium. By using a matrix modifier consisting of Cu/Mg, deuterium background correction and off the wall of the graphite tube atomization, the determination of the analyte was demonstrated to be possible at the mentioned wavelength, free from iron interference present in the samples.  相似文献
