The similarities and differences between OH~- doped and O_2~- doped KCl crystaland the influences of these dopants on the formation of color centers are analysed from struc-tural chemistry and physical chemistry of defects.It is found that the OH~- dopant enters intothe crystal much easier than O_2~-,and OH~- doping distributes homogeneously in the crystal.on this basis,a new color center crystal (KCl:Na~ :OH~-):(F_2~ )_(AH) was prepared successul-ly.The crystal growth is discribed.The generation of the color center and the spectral evolu-tion due to the color center conversion as well as the laser properties of the (KCl:Na~ :OH~-):(F_2~ )_(AH) are discussed.  相似文献

The direct method developed by Clarkson and Kruskal (1989 J. Math. Phys. 30 2201) for finding the symmetry reductions of a nonlinear system is extended to find the conditional similarity solutions. Using the method of the Jimbo-Miwa (JM) equation, we find that three well-known (2+1)-dimensional models-the asymmetric Nizhnik--Novikov-Veselov equation, the breaking soliton equation and the Kadomtsev-Petviashvili equation-can all be obtained as the conditional similarity reductions of the JM equation.  相似文献

It was found that dark matter(DM) in an intermediate-mass-ratio-inspiral(IMRI) system has a significant enhancement effect on the orbital eccentricity of a stellar massive compact object, such as a black hole(BH),which may be tested by space-based gravitational wave(GW) detectors, including LISA, Taiji, and Tianqin in future observations. In this paper, we study the enhancement effect of the eccentricity for an IMRI under different DM density profiles and center BH masses. Our results are as follows:(1) in terms of the general DM spike distribution,the enhancement of the eccentricity is basically consistent with the power-law profile, which indicates that it is reasonable to adopt the power-law profile;(2) in the presence of a DM spike, the different masses of the center BH will affect the eccentricity, which provides a new way for us to detect the BH’s mass;and(3) considering the change in the eccentricity in the presence and absence of a DM spike, we find that it is possible to distinguish DM models by measuring the eccentricity at a scale of approximately 105 GM/c2.  相似文献

An increase of the Nd~(3 ) doping concentration and an enhancement of the laser induced fluorescence in the single crystal of YAlO_3: (Lu~(3 ), Nd~(3 )) have been observed and are attributed to the size compensation effect. The low temperature (4.2K) fluorescence spectra indicate that the structure of the sharp lines arising from the radiative transitions of Nd~(3 ) ions is not changed by the existence of Lu~(3 ) ions, but the emission lines are inhomogeneously more broadened. Besides, it has been observed that the fluorescence due to the radiative transition from the Stark's sublevel R_2 of the metastable level ~4F_(3/2) to the sublevels Y_1 of the manifold ~4I_(11/2) decreases with decreasing temperature and the fluorescence arising from the transitions R_1→Y_1 is relatively increased. The experimental fact is qualitatively interpreted.  相似文献

介绍在中国原子能科学研究院HI-13串列加速器上,对α-Si1-xCx:H薄膜样品进行弹性反冲探测分析的方法和结果.用该加速器提供的高品质^127Ⅰ束流轰击α-Si1-xCx:H薄膜材料样品,用△E(gas)一E(PSD)望远镜探测器,在前角区(30。角)测量从该样品中反冲的各元素的能谱.然后用离子束分析(IBA)程序SIMNRA对能谱进行拟合,得到样品中H,C和Si的比分及深度分布.Elastic recoil detection analysis of α-Si_(1-x)C_(x)∶H foils has been performed at the HI-13 tandem accelerator of CIAE. High quality~(127)I beam bombards the target of α -Si_(1-x)C_(x)∶H_( ) thin film. A ΔE(gas)-(E(PSD)) telescope was used to measure the energy spectra of all elements recoiled from the samples at the angle of 30° in laboratory system. Components of H, C and Si and the profiles were obtained by simulation of the energy spectra using the program SIMNRA calculation.  相似文献

Optic parameters, such as the probabilities of radiative and non-radiative transition and the cross-relaxation probability between Yb3+ and Ho3+ ions in Yb,Ho:YAG crystal, are calculated on the basis of Judd-Ofelt and Dexter theories. The energy up-conversion process is analyzed by solving the transition rate-equations. The results show that (1) the intensity of the green fluorescence relates to the square of the concentration of the active ions; (2) the intensity increases with the concentration of sensitive ions as well, but the increasing rate goes rather too slow; (3) the efficiency of the energy up-conversion relates with the speed of the energy up-conversion and the quantum efficiency of the transiting from upper level to lower level.  相似文献

Using the Lindemann criterion, we analyzed the quantum and thermal melting of electronic/excitonic crystals recently discovered in two-dimensional(2D) semiconductor moiré patterns. We show that the finite 2D screening of the atomically thin material can suppress(enhance) the inter-site Coulomb(dipolar) interaction strength, thus inhibits(facilitates) the formation of the electronic(excitonic) crystal. Since the end of’70s the Electron Cyclotron Resonance ion sources(ECRIS)allowed to increase both the energy and intensity of the beams available from different types of accelerators;perspectives for the future are still optimistic.It is commonly agreed that only some ECRIS parameters have been fully exploited, whether some others are still not efficiently used,or not understood.The developments in the last 20 years have followed the so called Standard Model and the availability of higher frequency generators and higher field magnets have permitted relevant increase;the use of Nb_3Sn may extend the range.The availability of new schemes of microwave coupling to plasma is promising,and the focusing of the electromagnetic wave towards the chamber axis may improve the density of warm electron population.The paper will also describe some critical point of the 3~(rd) generation ECRIS(including technological troubles and limits)and the scenario for future 4~(th) generation ECRIS,operating at f=56—75GHz,to be built in 2010s.  相似文献

The spectroscopic parameters and decay channels of the axial-vector tetraquark ■(in what follows,■ are explored using the quantum chromodynamics(QCD) sum rule method.The mass and coupling of this state are calculated using two-point sum rules by taking into account various vacuum condensates,up to 10 dimensions.Our prediction for the mass of this state m=(10215±250) MeV confirms that it is stable with respect to strong and electromagnetic decays and can dissociate to conventional mesons only via weak transformations.We investigate the dominant semileptonic ■ and nonleptonic ■ decays of ■.In these processes,■ is a scalar tetraquark ■ built of a color-triplet diquark and an antidiquark,whereas M is one of the vector mesons ρ~-,K~*(892),D~*(2010)~-,and D_s~(*-).To calculate the partial widths of these decays,we use the QCD three-point sum rule approach and evaluate the weak transition form factors G_i(i=0,1,2,3),which govern these processes.The full width Γ_(full)=(12.9±2.1) × 10~(-8) MeV and the mean lifetime τ=5.1+_(-0.71) ~(+0.99) fs of the tetraquark ■ are computed using the aforementioned weak decays.The obtained information about the parameters of ■ and ■ is useful for experimental investigations of these double-heavy exotic mesons.  相似文献

We present the photoelectron momentum distributions(PMDs) and the photoelectron angular distributions(PADs) of He+ ions, aligned H2+ molecules and N2 molecules by intense orthogonally polarized laser pulses. Simulations are performed by numerically solving the corresponding two-dimensional time-dependent Schr?dinger equations(TDSEs) within the single-electron approximation frame. Photoelectron momentum distributions and photoelectron angular distributions present different patterns with the time delays Td, illustrating the dependences of the PMDs and PADs on the time delays by orthogonally polarized laser pulses. The evolution of the electron wavepackets can be employed to describe the intensity of the PADs from the TDSE simulations for N2 molecules.  相似文献

The effect of melt pretreatment of Ce~(3 ): YAP and (Ce~(3 ) Nd~(3 )): YAP and their growth ambient gases on the quality of the crystals are described. Firstly, a superheating pretreatment of YAP melt is adopted in a nitrogen atmosphere containing a little oxygen to eliminate carbon; then the YAP melt is superheated in a reduction atmosphere to fully reduce Ce~(4 ) ions into Ce~(3 ) ions in the melt. Finally, in a growth atmosphere of pure nitrogen, high quality Ce~(3 ): YAP and (Ce~(3 ) Nd~(3 )): YAP single crystals with high Ce~(3 ) concentration with only few light scattering centers were grown.  相似文献

We study geometric phases of the ground states of inhomogeneous XY spin chains in transverse fields with Dzyaloshinski--Moriya (DM) interaction, and investigate the effect of the DM interaction on the quantum phase transition (QPT) of such spin chains. The results show that the DM interaction could influence the distribution of the regions of QPTs but could not produce new critical points for the spin-chain. A pre-pumped passively Q-switched Nd:YAG/Cr: YAG microchip laser is demonstrated with a peak power of 7.5 kW at pulse repetition rate of serveral kilohertzs. The full-width at half-maximum (FWHM) is 734 ps, and the pulse energy is 5.5 μJ with a fundamental spatial mode. In this system, the pre-pumped microchip laser of Nd: YAG/Cr: YAG wafer which is bonded through the thermal-bonding technique has achieved a time jitter value of 12 μs and a Q-switched amplitude instability of 1.26% (1δ) through the pre-pumped modulation technique.  相似文献

The ultrafast nonlinear optical response of Ag:BaTiO3 composite films synthesized by pulse laser deposition (PLD) is studied at the near-ultraviolet (400 nm) wavelength. The pulse duration of the laser used in the measurement is 200 fs. The real and imaginary parts of the third-order nonlinear susceptibility X(3) of the composite materials are measured. The composite films indicate self-focusing effect and nonlinear saturation, the values of ReX(3) and ImX(3) are measured to be 3.42 × 10-10 and -1.37 × 10-10 esu respectively, which are much lower than those reported before. It is mainly because that the duration of the laser used in the measurements is too short to induce the hot electron excitation and the thermal effect. The ultrafast nonlinear saturated absorption response of the Ag:BaTiO3 composite films may have potential applications for femtosecond laser mode locking.  相似文献
