The synthesis of the title molecule was achieved by the reaction of 2,4-dichlorobenzoyl chloride with potassium thiocyanate in 1:1 molar ratio in dry acetonitrile to afford the corresponding isothiocyante in situ followed by the treatment with 2-aminobiphenyl. The structure of the target compound was established by elemental analysis, FTIR, 1H, 13 C NMR and mass spectroscopy and unequivocally confirmed by the crystallographic data. The title compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n with a = 13.356(2), b = 7.0761(11), c = 20.539(3) , β = 105.723(4)°, V = 1868.5(5) 3 and Z = 4.  相似文献

An efficient method for the synthesis of novel 3-(1,3-thiazol-2-yl)-7,8-dihydroquinoline-2,5(1H,6H)-diones from various 2-dimethylaminomethylidenecyclohexane-1,3-diones, (1,3-thiazol-2-yl)acetonitriles, and dimethylformamide dimethyl acetal was developed. These transformations proceeded through intermediate 2-[2-(4-aryl-1,3-thiazol-2-yl)-2-cyanoethenyl]-3-oxocyclohex-1-en-1-olates. They were isolated as piperidinium salts and used in further heterocyclization reactions with aromatic amines, giving novel 1-aryl-3-(1,3-thiazol-2-yl)-7,8-dihydroquinoline-2,5(1H,6H)-diones. These compounds were also obtained by preparative three-step “one pot” synthesis under controlled microwave irradiation. Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. Reactions of 2-(4,5-dihydro-3-furyl)-1,3-diphenyl-1,3-diaza-2λ3-phospholidine (1) with nitrile imines are multistep processes involving cleavage of one P-N bond of the diazaphospholidine ring to form substituted 5-(2-chloroethyl)-4-(N,N′-diphenylethylenediamino)-1,4-dihydro-1,2,4λ5-diazaphosphorines 4 as final products. Analogs of phospholidine 1, namely, 4,5-dihydro-3-furylphosphonous dipiperidide and dimorpholide, react with C,N-diphenylnitrile imine with retention of both P-N bonds to give 5-(2-hydroxyethyl)-1,2,4-diazaphosphorinium chlorides. Polyesterification of adipic acid and maleic anhydride with 1,3-bis(2-hydroxyethoxy)benzene (HER) in the presence of toluene-4-sulphonic acid was carried out using melt condensation technique. The structural characterization of the synthesized polyesters had been carried out using Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) and proton nuclear magnetic resonance (1H NMR) spectroscopic methods. The thermal properties of the polyesters were studied using differential thermal analysis (DTA) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The activation energies for the thermal degradation of the polyesters were calculated by the method of Dharwadkar and Kharkhanavala and discussed. The char residue value at 600 °C indicated maleic anhydride based polyester is thermally more stable compared to the adipic acid based polyester. The mechanism of degradation of these polyesters is discussed.  相似文献

Interaction of 1-(2-pyridylazo)-2-naphthol (PAN) with [Mo(CO)6] in air resulted in formation of the tricarbonyl oxo-complex [Mo(O)(CO)3(PAN)], 1. The dicarbonyl complex [Ru(CO)2(PAN)], 3, was obtained from the reaction of [Ru3(CO)12] with PAN. In presence of triphenyl phosphine (PPh3), the reaction of PAN with either Mo(CO)6 or Ru3(CO)12 gave [Mo(CO)3(PAN)(PPh3)], 2, and [Ru(CO)2(PAN)(PPh3)], 4. All the complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, mass spectrometry, IR, and NMR spectroscopy. The thermal properties of the complexes were also investigated by thermogravimetry.  相似文献

Salts ofN-(β-hydroxyalkyl)-N′-hydroxydiazeneN-oxides, RCH(OH)CH2N(O)=NO M+ (R=Me, Pri, or But; and M=Li, Na, K, Ag, NH4, or Me4N), were prepared. 2-(1-Alkoxyimino-2,2,2-trifluoroethyl)-5-trimethylsilylfurans were synthesized by the condensation of 2-(trifluoroacetyl)-5-trimethylsilylfuran with alkoxyamines. According to 1H and 19F NMR spectroscopic data, the alkoxyimino group in the E-isomers descreens the H-3 and H-4 protons of the furan ring more strongly than in the Z-isomers, shifting their signals downfield. Thermolysis of o-diazidobenzotetrazine 1,3-dioxides was accompanied by cleavage of the C-C bond of the benzene ring to give nonannulated 1,2,3,4-tetrazine 1,3-dioxides. The N-oxide of N-(4-nitrobenzylidene)-2-cyclopropylaniline is converted by the action of strong acids into the corresponding 2,1-benzoxazinium derivative. Under identical conditions the N-oxide of N-(4-nitrobenzylidene)-2-cyclopropylmethylaniline forms the corresponding 2,1-benzoxazinium and 2,1-benzoxazepinium salts in a ratio of 1 : 2. The 2,1-benzoxazepinium ions are thermodynamically less stable and are isomerized with time into 2,1-benzoxazinium ions. Treatment of 2,1-benzoxazinium salts with hydrobromic acid solution and subsequent neutralization leads to o-(2-hydroxyalkyl)anilines and p-nitrobenzaldehyde. The effect of the nature of the ortho substituent on the direction of the conversions of the corresponding arylcyclopropanes is discussed.  相似文献

Reactions in an Al(OBus)3-(COOH)2 (OA)-tetrahydrofuran (THF)/(CD3)2SO (DMSO-d6) system (Al(OBus)3: THF : DMSO-d6: OA = 1 : 5 : 5 : x, x = 0.01 –3) were studied, without the addition of water and the process was monitored by NMR. When x 0.3, homogeneous solutions were obtained, whereas white precipitates formed with x 0.7. The formation of sec-butyl alcohol was evident with x 0.6, indicating that oxalate groups coordinate to aluminum to release sec-butyl alcohol. 13C NMR spectra of the solutions after 1 day suggest the presence of polymeric species if 0.03 x 0.6. The addition of a small amount of water resulted in the formation of a white precipitate (Al(OBus)3: THF : DMSO-d6 : OA : H2O = 1 : 5 : 5 : 0.3 : y,y = 0.03–0.3), indicating that water, possibly formed by esterification in the Al(OBus)3-OA-THF/DMSO-d6 system, does not take a major role in the present system.  相似文献

1H and13C NMR spectra of 7-diethylamino-4-(1,2,3-triazol-1-yl)-2H-1-benzopyran-2-one derivatives have been studied. The location of the substituent in the 1,2,3-triazole ring was determined by the 2D COLOC method. It was established that the H(3) and H(5) protons in the coumarin moiety experience anisotropic influence of the phenyl subsituent at the C(5) atom in the triazole ring.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk.
