激光驱动复合飞片冲击起爆HNS-Ⅳ实验研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
激光驱动飞片冲击起爆技术具有很强的抗电磁干扰能力和可以直接起爆钝感炸药等优点,能够满足现代战场对火工系统的高安全性和高可靠性要求。HNS-Ⅳ是最适合激光驱动飞片冲击起爆技术的药剂。本文中在6种不同激光能量下,测试了Al/Al2O3/Al复合飞片和Al单层飞片对HNS-Ⅳ药剂(装药密度为1.5 g/cm3)的冲击起爆情况。实验实现了激光驱动飞片对HNS-Ⅳ的成功起爆。在217~245 mJ激光能量范围内,激光驱动Al/Al2O3/Al复合飞片均可成功完全起爆HNS-Ⅳ药柱。Al单层飞片均未成功起爆HNS-Ⅳ药柱。飞片冲击压力对激光驱动飞片冲击起爆HNS-Ⅳ起决定作用。  相似文献

本文报导点引爆圆板装药驱动飞板的实验及二维数值模拟研究结果。实验测定了有机玻璃、铝、钢和铜四种飞板在爆轰产物驱动下的碰靶时间及碰靶波形,并将二维数值模拟结果与测量结果进行了比较,二者符合较好。文中还就数值模拟中存在的一些问题进行了简要分析、讨论。  相似文献

Flapping-powered propulsion is used by many animals to locomote through air or water. Here we review recent experimental and numerical studies on self-propelled mechanical systems powered by a flapping motion. These studies improve our understanding of the mutual interaction between actively flapping bodies and surrounding fluids. The results obtained in these works provide not only new insights into biolocomotion but also useful information for the bio-mimetic design of artificial flyers and swimmers.  相似文献

对7075铝合金/GCr15摩擦副在不同湿度条件下扭动微动的损伤行为、氧化行为进行了研究.建立了7075铝合金在不同湿度条件下的扭动微动运行工况微动图.采用SEM、XPS对不同湿度环境下的磨损机制、氧化行为及其影响因素进行了分析.结果表明:湿度对7075的扭动微动运行存在显著影响,随着湿度的增加,摩擦扭矩明显降低;部分滑移区的磨损发生在接触边缘,损伤轻微;混合区和滑移区发生强烈的塑性变形,损伤严重,其主要磨损机制是磨粒磨损和剥层;潮湿空气增加了界面滑移,反应生成的氧化磨屑起到了润滑剂的作用,减轻了磨损.  相似文献

When confronted with a reversible figure, such as the Necker Cube, viewers experience a spontaneously changing percept. We assess the dynamic of how the human visual system resolves perceptual ambiguity in stimuli that offer multiple interpretations. Subjects observed the Necker cube for one of three viewing durations during which they pressed a key each time they perceived a change in the orientation of the cube. Manipulations of binocular disparity served as a parameter to control perceptual stability. Low-depth conditions yielded more perceptual reversals than high-depth conditions. A Fourier analysis performed on the time series of reversals show 1/f (pink) noise was evident in their power spectra. These results together with theoretical models of complex systems (e.g., Bak, Tang, & Wiesenfeld, 1987) suggest that depth information may guide our perceptual system into a self-organized state to assist us in resolving ambiguous information. Moreover, slopes of the spectra were steeper in high-depth and brief viewing conditions, suggesting that the visual system relies more on previous perceptual states and filters more white noise in these conditions.  相似文献

以6092铝合金为基体,通过粉末冶金法分别制备了球形石墨颗粒(Gr)以及SiCp和Gr混杂增强的铝基复合材料,并采用田口模型结合方差分析,对复合材料与铜合金摩擦副之间的干滑动摩擦磨损行为进行了分析研究. 结果表明:随着载荷从10 N增至20 N,3种复合材料的摩擦系数、磨损率均相应增加;随滑动速率从0.5 m/s增至1.0 m/s,15%Gr/6092Al和(5%Gr+20%SiCp)/6092Al的摩擦系数先减小后增大;而(5%Gr+10%SiCp)/6092Al的摩擦系数呈递减趋势. 相同条件下,单一石墨颗粒增强的复合材料的磨损率大于混杂增强的复合材料的磨损率. 方差分析的结果表明:增强相百分比单独作用、增强相百分比和滑动速率相互作用以及滑动速率单独作用3个因素对磨损率和摩擦系数产生了显著的影响. 随SiCp含量增加,材料硬度增加,SiCp对基体起到支撑保护作用,磨损面上的磨痕变浅,分层剥落现象明显减轻,磨屑变得细小,摩擦系数更为稳定,磨损机制由剥层磨损向磨粒磨损转变.   相似文献

Two experiments exploring similarity judgments on pairs and triplets of stimuli drawn from pictorial series are described. The stimuli are the Man-Woman and Gypsy-Girl pictures that slowly change from one prototype to the other as one progresses along the series. These have been used previously to demonstrate hysteresis of category judgments on ambiguous figures; the Man Woman series has been both modelled as a problem in neural network theory and mapped onto part of a cusp catastrophe surface. It. is shown that the transition process is complicated with a zone of uncertainty and prevalence of bimodality in many of the pairwise similarity judgments. The dynamics are interpreted in terms of transitions between two saddle-node attractors that are themselves not a discrete pair but have some overlap in their composition.  相似文献

Combustion rate and stability are strongly related to the interaction of fluid dynamics with the combustion process in reactive flow systems. The ability to control the combustion depends on the understanding of this interaction. This paper describes the use of the Planar Laser Induced Fluorescence (PLIF) technique to get insight into these processes, by looking at the coherent and random structures of a combusting jet. The coherent structures educed by phase-locked averaging are significantly different from instantaneous pictures, which are highly three dimensional. The PLIF images clarify the relationship between the large-scale structures and the generation of small-scale turbulence.  相似文献

探索了一维平面磁驱动发射飞片的实验技术,实现了在一个样品上同时发射两个不同厚度的飞片,并利用VISAR测试技术同时获得了两个飞片自由面完整的速度历史。其中在回路放电峰值电流密度为823 kA/cm的情况下,在上升前沿2 s内将厚度为0.38 mm、直径为4 mm的铝飞片发射到1.5 km/s,作用在飞片上的最大磁压力为4.25 GPa。显微分析发现,在飞片速度较高的情况下,飞片与镗孔底部剪切破坏的断口上,由于凝固过程中过冷度大有非晶等现象出现。进一步促进了磁驱动等熵加载、发射飞片实验技术、物态方程研究的开展。  相似文献

In the last decade, there has been an increased interest in the use of multidisciplinary optimization techniques for the design of aerospace, maritime, and wind engineering systems. However, validation of numerically optimized results using experimental measurements has been scarce. In this paper, numerical predictions are compared with experimental measurements of the hydrodynamic forces, deformations, and cavitation performance for a baseline NACA 0009 hydrofoil and an optimized hydrofoil. Both hydrofoils are made of solid aluminum, and are cantilevered at the root. One of the hydrofoils is optimized using a high-fidelity hydrostructural solver combined with a gradient-based optimizer, as detailed by Garg et al. (2017). The numerical predictions agree well with experimental measurements for both the baseline NACA 0009 and the optimized hydrofoils. For the optimized hydrofoil, the mean differences between the predicted and measured values for mean lift, drag coefficient, and moment coefficients, are 2.9%, 5.1%, and 3.0%, respectively. For the non-dimensional tip bending deflection, the mean difference is 3.4%. Although the optimized hydrofoil is significantly thicker to withstand higher loads than the baseline, it yields an overall measured increase in the lift-to-drag ratio of 29% for lift coefficients ranging from 0.15 to 0.75 and exhibits significantly delayed cavitation inception compared to the baseline. The improvement in hydroelastic and cavitation performance is attributed to the changes in the distribution of camber, twist, thickness, and the leading edge radius of the optimized hydrofoil. The results validate the analysis and optimization of the high-fidelity hydrostructural design optimization approach, and opens up new possibilities for the design of high-performance hydrofoils, marine propellers, and turbines.  相似文献

根据钝感炸药爆轰过程中含有激化过程和慢反应,建立了一种新的反应率模型。与其他反应率模型相比,这种反应率模型可以应用于较粗的网格。在每厘米50个网格条件下,炸药驱动铝飞片和钽飞片的自由面计算结果与实验结果很接近。同时,应用此反应率模型计算了钝感炸药驱动LiF过程,在每厘米50个网格的条件下,炸药与LiF间速度的计算值同实验值接近,且误差随网格尺寸变小而变小。这些表明,此反应率模型能够在较粗的网格条件下,比较准确地描述钝感炸药驱动飞片过程,有利于在工程实际中应用。  相似文献

实验发现当飞片碰撞玻璃样品产生的冲击载荷超过一定值后 ,玻璃样品后自由表面速度时程曲线上有过冲现象 ,即速度上升到最大值后 ,立即开始下降 ,其时间的开始部分类似于三角波。通过高速摄影和VISAR等测试手段对这一现象进行了较系统的研究 ,发现其与玻璃样品后自由表面附近的破碎有关 ,建立了描述这一破坏现象的损伤演化方程 ,并进行了数值模拟。计算结果和实验结果吻合 ,表明对这个现象的解释是合理的。  相似文献

Living cells are sensitive to their mechanical environments and they transduce mechanical stimuli into biological responses. Developing suitable experimental techniques is essential to explore the question on how cells respond to mechanical stimuli. The current major techniques normally induce small cell deformations and measure their corresponding cell force response (small) in the range of 1 pN to 10nN. However, in many physiological conditions, cell deformations can be large (comparable to the cell sizes) inducing large force response. In order to explore cell mechanical behavior under large deformations, we introduce a class of microfabricated force sensors. The sensors, consisting of a probe and flexible beams, normally measure cell force response in the range of 1nN to 1μN. Both the one- and two-component force sensors have been developed, and have been used in cell experiments. These experiments showed the versatility of the force sensors. Representative experimental results on cell stretch force response, cell indentation force response, and in situ observation of the actin cytoskeleton during indentation, will be given. These results provide significant insight on cell mechanical response under large deformations.  相似文献

Background

The mechanical stimulus (i.e., stress or stretch) for growth occurring in the pressure-overloaded left ventricle (LV) is not exactly known.

Objective

To address this issue, we investigate the correlation between local ventricular growth (indexed by local wall thickness) and the local acute changes in mechanical stimuli after aortic banding.

Methods

LV geometric data were extracted from 3D echo measurements at baseline and 2 weeks in the aortic banding swine model (n?=?4). We developed and calibrated animal-specific finite element (FE) model of LV mechanics against pressure and volume waveforms measured at baseline. After simulation of the acute effects of pressure-overload, the local changes of maximum, mean and minimum myocardial stretches and stresses in three orthogonal material directions (i.e., fiber, sheet and sheet-normal) over a cardiac cycle were quantified. Correlation between mechanical quantities and the corresponding measured local changes in wall thickness was quantified using the Pearson correlation number (PCN) and Spearman rank correlation number (SCN).

Results

At 2 weeks after banding, the average septum thickness decreased from 10.6?±?2.92 mm to 9.49?±?2.02 mm, whereas the LV free-wall thickness increased from 8.69?±?1.64 mm to 9.4?±?1.22 mm. The FE results show strong correlation of growth with the changes in maximum fiber stress (PCN?=?0.5471, SCN?=?0.5111) and changes in the mean sheet-normal stress (PCN?=?0.5266, SCN?=?0.5256). Myocardial stretches, however, do not have good correlation with growth.

Conclusion

These results suggest that fiber stress is the mechanical stimuli for LV growth in pressure-overload.

中国空气动力研究与发展中心超高速所即将建成的高焓喷胀管采用自由活塞驱动,为了能够使该设备有效运行试验时间达到最长,需要对设备中的压缩管长度进行优化。针对压缩管中的自由活塞运动,本文通过数值求解单一组分和混合驱动气体条件下的活塞运动准一维常微分控制方程组,分析了不同试验设计参数和不同驱动气体介质对压缩管定压驱动时间的影响。采用数值解结合脊线(局部极值曲线)理论获得了定压驱动时间局部极值曲面,基于压缩管四种摩尔比例驱动气体(100%H2,85%H2+15%N2,100%He,85%He+15%Ar)和三组压缩比(λ=60,100,140)下的极值曲面,研究发现,定压驱动时间脊线高度随着压缩管的有效长度(初始活塞头部到压缩管末端膜片的距离)和内径之比L/D增加而增加。本文研究最终获得了给定参数条件下满足最长定压驱动时间要求的最佳压缩管长度。  相似文献

The aim of this study was to compare the effectiveness of extracorporeal shock wave therapy (ESWT) and ultrasound therapy (US) for managing heel pain. Thirty-seven subjects received either: ESWT (once a week), US (three times a week), or CONTROL (no treatment) for 3 consecutive weeks and were followed-up for 3 more weeks. A visual analogue scale (VAS), the maximum tolerable duration for prolonged walking or standing, and the Mayo clinical scoring system (MCSS) were evaluated. Mixed models treating baseline measures as covariates were adopted for statistical analysis. By week 3, intensity of heel pain on palpation was reduced by 37% (VAS score from 7.5 to 4.6) in the ESWT group, 24% (from 5.3 to 4.2) in the US group, and increased by 3% (5.6–5.7) in the control group; this difference was significant after adjusting for baseline VAS scores (p = 0.022). The improvements in the maximum tolerable duration of prolonged walking or standing was only significant in the ESWT group (157% increase, p = 0.043) but not the other two groups. Both active treatment groups maintained the treatment effect at the three-week follow-up. We conclude that ESWT is potentially more effective in reducing heel pain than ultrasound therapy but additional evidence is needed due to the various limitations of the study.   相似文献
