采用溶胶−凝胶技术并结合蒸发诱导自组装工艺, 以三嵌段共聚物EO20PO70EO20 (P123)为模板剂, 使用浸渍提拉法制备了有序介孔氧化硅薄膜, 并使用不同的表面修饰剂对薄膜进行表面处理, 制备了疏水性有序介孔氧化硅薄膜. 利用FT-IR、小角XRD、HRTEM分别表征薄膜的化学物种和孔结构, 探讨了热处理温度和老化时间对薄膜介孔结构的影响, 通过接触角测试研究薄膜的疏水性能, 考察了修饰剂种类、修饰浓度和修饰时间对薄膜疏水性的影响, 结果表明所制备的薄膜为高度有序的介孔氧化硅薄膜, 孔径大小约为8 nm|表面修饰对薄膜的有序性有一定影响, 经三甲基氯硅烷(TMCS)和g-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH-550)修饰后的薄膜具有很好的疏水性能, 接触角分别为112°和96°|修饰后薄膜的水汽稳定性良好, 仍能保持有序介孔结构, 孔径达7.5 nm, 接触角达93°.  相似文献

研究了以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)和甲基三乙氧基硅烷(MeSi(OEt)3)为混合硅源,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为模板剂,采取旋涂技术,在硅晶片表面制备出二氧化硅透明薄膜,再经过正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)蒸汽孔壁强化后采用线性升温焙烧法脱除薄膜孔道内的模板剂,制备出具有超低介电性能的氧化硅薄膜。使用FTIR、XRD和SEM对样品进行了结构表征,并采用阻抗分析仪测量了薄膜的介电常数(k),纳米硬度计测量薄膜的弹性模量。介孔氧化硅薄膜在常温常湿条件下存放15 d后,介电常数  相似文献

介孔TiO2-ZnO复合薄膜的制备与表征   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
以三嵌段聚合物P123为模板剂, 以钛酸异丙酯和二水乙酸锌为无机前驱体, 利用溶胶-凝胶法和旋涂法成功地制备了不同ZnO含量的介孔TiO2-ZnO复合薄膜. 在ZnO前驱体摩尔分数为0~50%范围内获得薄膜质量较高的介孔TiO2-ZnO复合薄膜. 用小角XRD、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、高分辨透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)、能谱仪(EDS)、紫外-可见吸收光谱(UV-Vis)及X射线光电子能谱(XPS)对所得的复合薄膜进行了表征和分析. EDS和XPS等研究证明介孔薄膜为TiO2和ZnO的复合体系, 且ZnO前驱体含量的增加仍能保持TiO2-ZnO复合薄膜的均匀性. UV-Vis研究结果表明, 介孔复合薄膜的光学带隙宽度为3.45-3.58 eV, 随着ZnO含量的增加, 复合薄膜的紫外吸收蓝移.  相似文献

垂直取向介孔薄膜是指薄膜内部孔道垂直于基底定向排列的一类介孔薄膜,其在催化、吸附与分离、化学传感器、太阳能电池等领域具有广阔的应用前景。本文就近几年内垂直取向介孔薄膜的制备方法以及在若干领域的应用进行了回顾和综述。在此基础上,对这种特殊的薄膜材料未来的发展进行了展望。  相似文献

首次以不同孔道结构的介孔氧化硅薄膜为模板,采用电化学沉积的方法,合成了金属铜和半导体氧化锌的纳米材料,并对其结构进行了表征.以六方孔道结构的介孔氧化硅模板获得了直径为7nm的金属铜纳米线阵列;以笼状体心立方孔道结构的模板获得了具有哑铃状形貌的铜单质纳米颗粒.对于氧化锌纳米结构,电化学沉积过程使得氧化锌完全填充氧化硅模板的孔道,分别得到了具有六方和体心立方介孔结构的Zn0/SiO2纳米复合物薄膜.  相似文献

采用蒸发诱导自组装法制备了高度有序的TiO2介孔薄膜. 利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)等分析手段对其进行了表征. 结果表明, 所得样品的孔径约为5 nm, 孔道规则, 且骨架为纯锐钛矿结构. 紫外-可见光谱(UV-Vis)的表征结果表明, 制备的TiO2介孔薄膜对波长小于380 nm的紫外线有很强的吸收. 对TiO2介孔薄膜的I-V(电流-电压)特性进行了表征, 发现加光后其I-V曲线由暗态时的肖特基特性转变为欧姆特性, 表明TiO2介孔薄膜对紫外光有很敏感的光电响应.  相似文献

本文采用改进的溶胶-凝胶法制备了具有锐钛矿晶型结构和较小晶粒尺寸的TiO2-SiO2溶胶,并以聚苯乙烯(PS)小球为模板,采用旋涂法制备了新型大孔TiO2-SiO2复合薄膜,探究了煅烧温度、不同硅钛比以及溶胶添加量对所制备的大孔薄膜形貌及光催化活性的影响,并考察了该薄膜真空活化前后(Ti3+掺杂后)在紫外及模拟太阳光下光催化降解有机污染物罗丹明B的活性。通过Raman、DRS、SEM、EPR等方法对薄膜进行表征,发现制备的复合薄膜具有高透明度、良好附着力及优异的光催化活性。  相似文献

我们使用表面活性剂P123和聚苯乙烯球双模板技术,合成了多级有序的宏孔/介孔TiO2薄膜,并将其与P25多孔薄膜复合形成双层结构的染料敏化太阳能电池光阳极.实验结果表明,宏孔/介孔TiO2薄膜层的引入,有效地提高了光阳极对太阳光的散射以及捕获能力,从而提高了染料敏化太阳能电池的光电转化效率.与使用单一P25光阳极的染料敏化太阳能电池相比,双层TiO2结构的染料敏化太阳能电池所产生的短路光电流密度从7.49上升到了10.65mA/cm2,开路电压也从0.65提高到了0.70V.在太阳光强度为AM1.5时所测得的光电转化效率表明,双层TiO2结构的染料敏化太阳能电池的光电转化效率为5.55%,比单层P25结构的染料敏化太阳能电池的光电转化效率提升了83%.  相似文献

以TiCl4为无机前驱体、三嵌段高分子共聚物EO20PO70EO20为模板剂,在非水条件下制备了有序的锐钛矿TiO2纳米晶介孔薄膜。通过热重-差热(TG-DTA)分析、X射线衍射(XRD)分析、原子力显微观察(AFM)及N2吸附-脱附等测试对样品进行了表征。结果表明,薄膜具有均一的大介孔孔径(~10 nm),其BET比表面积为150 m2·g-1,薄膜较宽的无机壁厚显著提高了介孔结构的热稳定性。通过红外(IR)光谱分析考察了溶胶-凝胶过程中发生的物理化学变化。在对薄膜表面形貌进行AFM观察的基础上初步探讨了嵌段共聚物EO20PO70EO20对薄膜孔结构形成的导向机理。  相似文献

A novel yet facile synthesis pathway has been developed for the design of hierarchically structured macro-mesoporous aluminosilicates with high aluminum content at tetrahedral sites using a single molecular bifunctional alkoxide (sec-BuO)(2)-Al-O-Si(OEt)(3) precursor. The use of carboxylate ligands and a highly alkaline media slow down the polymerization rate of the aluminum alkoxide functionality, thus permitting the preservation of the intrinsic Al-O-Si linkage. The hierarchically structured porous aluminosilicate materials present an unprecedented low Si/Al ratio close to 1. Heat treatment applied to the synthesized material seems to favor the incorporation of aluminum into tetrahedral position (intraframework aluminum species). The macro-mesoporosity was spontaneously generated, without the use of any external templating agent, by the hydrodynamic flow of the solvents released during the rapid hydrolysis and condensation processes of this double alkoxide. This method results in materials with an open array of interconnected macrochannels. The synthesized aluminosilicate materials with tailorable macro-mesoporous hierarchy and very high Al content at tetrahedral position hold huge promise in various applications as catalysts, catalysts supports, or adsorbents.  相似文献

An "X-shaped" two-dimensional electrooptic (EO) chromophore with extended orthogonal conjugation was designed and synthesized. Self-assembled thin films of this chromophore were fabricated via layer-by-layer chemisorptive siloxane-based self-assembly. The films exhibit a dramatically blue-shifted optical maximum (325 nm) while maintaining a large EO response (chi33(2) approximately 232 pm/V at 1064 nm; r33 approximately 43 pm/V at 1550 nm).  相似文献

Self-assembled monolayers (SAMs) of the disulfide [S(CH2CH2O)6CH3]2 ([S(EO)6]2) on Au from 95% ethanol and from 100% water are described. Spectroscopic ellipsometry and reflection-absorption infrared spectroscopy indicate that the [S(EO)6]2 films are similar to the disordered films of HS(CH2CH2O)6CH3 ((EO)6) and HS(CH2)3O(CH2CH2O)5CH3 (C3EO5) at their protein adsorption minima. The [S(EO)6]2 SAMs exhibit constant film thickness (d) of 1.2 +/- 0.2 nm over long immersion times (up to 20 days) and do not attain the highly ordered, 7/2 helical structure of the (EO)6 and C3EO5 SAMs (d = 2.0 nm). Exposure of these self-limiting [S(EO)6]2 SAMs to bovine serum albumin show high resistance to protein adsorption.  相似文献

以聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)胶晶为大孔模板、嵌段共聚物P123为介孔模板,利用双模板剂法进行了三维有序大孔-介孔二氧化硅材料的制备研究。采用SEM、TEM、低角XRD以及N2吸脱附技术对样品进行了表征。结果表明,通过简单的调控PMMA胶晶模板的组装过程,就可以调变合成材料中的大孔结构,从而轻松地实现可控的制备出具有网状或者层状结构的三维有序大孔-介孔二氧化硅材料,并提出了其可能的形成机理。此外,所制备的三维有序大孔-介孔二氧化硅样品均具有较大的BET比表面积(>550m2·g-1),大孔孔径200nm左右,介孔孔径分布集中于3.5nm左右。  相似文献

Single-stranded and double-stranded DNA electrochemical biosensors prepared by adsorption during 3 min on HOPG, with or without an applied potential, at pH 5.3 and 7.0, were characterised by MAC mode AFM. During adsorption DNA condenses on the substrate forming complex network films with pores exposing the HOPG surface. The thin films formed in pH 5.3 acetate buffer always presented a better coverage of the HOPG surface with DNA molecules than films formed in pH 7.0 phosphate buffer. The application of a positive potential of 300 mV during adsorption enhanced the robustness and stability of the DNA films with the formation of bigger network holes and a more condensed and compact self-assembled DNA lattice. The knowledge of the morphology of adsorbed DNA on electrode surfaces explains non-specific adsorption on the electrode surface and can be used to improve and develop DNA-electrochemical biosensors.  相似文献

A mononuclear of [Eu(NO3)(Pic)(H2O)2(EO3)](Pic)·(0.73)H2O complex, where EO3=trietraethylene glycol and Pic=picrate anion, shows a red emission when used as an active layer in a single layer of ITO/EO3-Eu-Pic/Al configuration. The crystal structure of the complex consists of [Eu(NO3)(Pic)(H2O)2(EO3)]+ cation and [Pic]- anion. The Eu(III) ion is coordinated to the 10 oxygen atoms from one EO3 ligand, one Pic anion, one nitrate anion, and two water molecules. The complex is crystallized in triclinic with space group P-1. The hybrids in thin films I and II were prepared in the respective order solution concentrations of 15 and 20 mg/mL the emissive center. Comparing the photoluminescence (PL) and electroluminescence (EL) spectra, we can find that all emissions come from the characteristic transitions of the Eu(III) ion. The EL spectra of both thin films showed the occurrence of the most intense red-light emission around at 612 nm. Comparison of organic light-emitting device (OLED) current intensity characteristics as a function of voltage (I-V) show that the thin film I is better than those found for the thin film II. The thickness of the emitting layer is an important factor to control the current-voltage curve. The sharp and intense emission of the complex at low voltage indicates that the complex is a suitable and promising candidate for red-emitting materials.  相似文献

由非离子型Gemini表面活性剂TMDD(HO(EO)xC14(EO)yOH)为结构导向模板, 改进EISA(挥发诱导自组装)镀膜工艺经300 ℃焙烧制得具有连续、均一和光学透明特点的蠕虫介孔纳米晶孔壁氧化钨薄膜. 采用SEM、TEM和Raman光谱对此种薄膜的介孔纳米结构进行了表征, 通过光谱电化学、XPS和椭偏谱等方法, 研究了该薄膜在电解质溶液中的电致变色行为. 结果表明, 所制备的纳米结构氧化钨薄膜在633 nm波长处的循环可逆透过率调制幅度可达75%以上, 并且其电致变色机理具有显著的双注入吸收调制特性.  相似文献

The pulsed plasma polymerization of low molecular weight molecules containing only one (ethylene oxide vinyl ether) and two (diethylene oxide vinyl ether) ethylene oxide units were investigated. The surface density of EO units retained in the polymer films increases sharply with decreasing average power input during deposition, particularly at very low plasma duty cycles. The protein adsorption properties of these plasma synthesized polymer were investigated using 125I-labeled albumin and fibrinogen. Surprisingly effective, non-fouling surfaces were observed with films synthesized from the monomer containing two ethylene oxide units; however, the monomer containing only one EO unit gave surfaces that were not particularly effective in preventing protein adsorptions. The results obtained show that ultra short chain length PEO modified surfaces can be biologically non-fouling. This, in turn, has interesting consequences in terms of trying to identify the basic reason for the effectiveness of EO units in preventing biomolecule adsorptions on surfaces.  相似文献
