Self－assembly of Novel Hetero[3]rotaxane, [2]Rotaxanes and [2]Catenane

One linear template 13 and one cyclophane template 15, both incorporating two electron rich 1,4‐dialkoxybenzene units and one diamide unit, have been synthesized. By utilizing donor‐acceptor interaction and/or intermolecular hydrogen bonding assembling principles, one novel hetero[3]rotazane 22·4Cl, possessing one neutral and one tetracationic ring components, has been synthesized from 13, through neutral [2]rotaxane 21 as intermediate. With 15 as template, tetracationic [2]catenane 23·4PF₆ was assembled by using donor‐acceptor interaction, but no neutral [2]rotaxane could be obtained under the typical conditions of hydrogen bonding assembling principle. The interlocked supramolecular compounds have been characterized and their spectral properties are investigated.     

穴醚[2, 2, 2]和穴醚[2, 2]对镉离子萃取行为的研究

本文研究了穴醚[2,2,2]和穴醚[2,2]在硝基甲烷中对镉的萃取行为。探讨了溶剂、穴醚浓度,碱浓度,无机酸浓度,盐效应及共存离子对镉萃取的影响。实验结果表明,硝基甲烷ε=35.6,μ=3.4德拜宜作为穴醚的溶剂。当穴醚[2,2,2]——硝基甲烷的浓度为2×10~(-3)M,Me_4NOH浓度为4×10~(-2)M时对镉的萃取最为有利。无机酸的引入使穴醚质子化程度加大,盐效应对镉的萃取无明显影响。十八种共存离子对镉萃取无干扰,因而选择性高。实验结果为用穴醚[2,2,2]萃取镉提供了依据。     

New Approach to Synthesis of Tetrahydroisoquino[2,l-c] [1,3]-benzodiazepine

A concise and efficient synthesis of the new compounds tetrahydroisoquino [2,1-c] [1,3] benzodiazepine 5 and 7 is reported.

Synthesis and structures of mercury and cadmium complexes: [Ph4Sb] 2 + [Hg2I6]2−·Ph2Hg, [Ph4Sb] 2 + [E2I6]2− (E = Hg, Cd), and [Ph4Sb] 2 + [Hg4I10]2−

The reaction of pentaphenylantimony with mercury iodide affords the ionic complex [Ph₄Sb] ₂ ⁺ [Hg₂I₆]^2?·Ph₂Hg (I). The [Ph₄Sb] ₂ ⁺ [Hg₂I₆]^2? (II) and [Ph₄Sb] ₂ ⁺ [Cd₂I₆]^2? (III) complexes are synthesized from tetraphenylantimony iodide and mercury and cadmium iodides. The [Ph₄Sb] ₂ ⁺ [Hg₄I₁₀]^2? complex (IV) is prepared from tetraphenylantimony 2,4-dimethylbenzenesulfonate and mercury iodide. According to the X-ray diffraction data, the Sb atom in the [Ph₄Sb]⁺ cations of complex I has virtually ideal tetrahedral coordination (the CSbC angles are 108.09°–109.64°). In the central square fragment Hg₂I₂ of the [Hg₂I₆]^2? anion, the Hg-I_br bond lengths are 2.825 and 3.075 Å, and the terminal iodine atoms are more strongly bonded to the mercury atoms (Hg-I_term 2.691 and 2.700 Å). The [Cd₂I₆]^2? anion in complex III has a similar structure (the Cd-I_bridg and Cd-I_term distances are 2.865, 2.872 and 2.723, 2.748 Å, respectively). The anions in complex IV are joined by I…Hg (3.651 Å) and I…I (4.058 Å) interactions into an infinite dimeric network.

Thieno[2,3-b]pyridine-2-carbohydrazide in Polyheterocyclic Synthesis: The Synthesis of Pyrido[3′,2′:4,5]thieno[3,2-d]pyrimidine,Pyrido[3′,2′:4,5]thieno[3,2-d][1,2,3]triazine,and Pyrazolyl,Oxadiazolylthieno[2,3-b]pyridine Derivatives

Pyrdine-2(1H)-thione 1 reacted with ethyl chloroacetate 2 to give 2-S-ethoxy-carbonylmethylpyridine derivative 3, which could be cyclized into thieno[2,3-b]-pyridine-2-carbohydrazide derivative 5 by boiling with hydrazine hydrate. The latter compound reacted with cinnamonitrile derivatives 6a, b, triethylorthoformate, formic acid, dimethylformamide-dimethylacetal, and diethyl carbonate to give the corresponding shiff base 7a, b and pyrido[3′,2′;-4,5]thieno[3,2-d]pyrimidine derivatives 10–13 in respective manner. On the other hand, compound 5 also reacted with carbondisulphide and phenyl isothiocyanate to afford the corresponding 2-(1,3,4-oxadiazolo-2-yl)thieno[2,3-b]pyridine derivatives 18 and 22. Finally, compound 5 reacted with some β-dicarbonyl compounds, such as ethyl acetoacetate, acetylacetone and ethyl β-arylazoacetoacetate, to yield the corresponding 2-(pyrazol-1-yl-carbonyl)thieno[2,3-b]pyridine derivatives 24, 25, and 27 respectively.

The unusual stability of [NpO2Cl4]2−: Synthesis and characterisation of [NpO2(DPPMO2)2Cl]2[NpO2Cl4] and [Ph3PNH2]2[NpO2Cl4]

The [NpO₂(DPPMO₂)₂Cl][NpO₂Cl₄] complex (where DPPMO₂ = bis(diphenylphosphino)methanedioxide) contains the linear neptunyl group, {NpO₂}²⁺, with two bidentate P=O donor ligands. Coordinating anion Cl^? fills the fifth equatorial coordination site yielding a complex of general formula [NpO₂(DPPMO₂)₂X]₂[Y] (1) (where X = Cl^? and Y = [NpO₂Cl₄]^2?. Reaction between our newly prepared neptunium starting material [NpO₂Cl₂(thf)]_n and phosphinimine ligand produced crystals of [Ph₃PNH₂]₂[NpO₂Cl₄] (2). Compounds 1 and 2 have been structurally characterised.     

Pyridine-2(1H)-thione in Heterocyclic Synthesis: Synthesis of Some New Nicotinic Acid Ester,Thieno[2, 3-b]pyridine,Pyrido[3′, 2′: 4, 5]thieno [3, 2-d]pyrimidine,and Thiazolylpyrazolo[3, 4-b]pyridine Derivatives

Nicotinic acid esters 3a–c were prepared by the reaction of pyridine-2(1H)-thione derivative 1 with α-halo-reagents 2a–c. Compounds 3a–c underwent cyclization to the corresponding thieno[2, 3-b]pyridines 4a–c via boiling in ethanol/piperidine solution. Compounds 4a–c condensed with dimethylformamide-dimethylacetal (DMF-DMA) to afford 3-{[(N,N-dimethylamino)methylene]amino}thieno[2, 3-b]- pyridine derivatives 6a–c. Moreover, compounds 4a–c and 6a–c reacted with different reagents and afforded the pyrido[3′,2′:4, 5]thieno[3, 2-d]pyrimidine derivatives 10a–d, 11a–c, 12a,b, 14a,b, 17, and 19. In addition, pyrazolo[3, 4-b]pyridine derivative 20 (formed via the reaction of 1 with hydrazine hydrate) reacted with ethylisothiocyanate yielded the thiourea derivative 21. Compound 21 reacted with α-halocarbonyl compounds to give the 3-[(3H-thiazol-2-ylidene)amino]-1H-pyrazolo[3, 4-b]pyridine derivatives 23a–c, 25, and 27a,b.     

Bi3GaS5]2[Ga3Cl10]2[GaCl4]2·S8 containing heterocubane-type [Bi3GaS5]2+, star-shaped [Ga3Cl10]-, monomeric [GaCl4]- and crown-like S8

By reaction of elemental bismuth, sulfur, bismuth(III) chloride and gallium(III) chloride in the ionic liquid (BMIm)Cl (BMIm: 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium), [Bi(3)GaS(5)](2)[Ga(3)Cl(10)](2)[GaCl(4)](2)·S(8) is obtained as red transparent crystals. According to X-ray structure analysis based on single crystals, the title compound crystallizes with triclinic lattice symmetry and is composed of heterocubane-type [Bi(3)GaS(5)](2+) cations, trimeric star-shaped [Ga(3)Cl(10)](-) anions with three (GaCl(4)) tetrahedra sharing a single central chlorine atom, monomeric [GaCl(4)](-) tetrahedra and neutral, crown-shaped S(8)-rings. Here, the heterocubane [Bi(3)GaS(5)](2+) as well as the star-shaped [Ga(3)Cl(10)](-) are observed as building units for the first time. [Bi(3)GaS(5)](2)[Ga(3)Cl(10)](2)[GaCl(4)](2)·S(8) is further characterized by X-ray powder diffraction as well as by thermogravimetry/differential thermal analysis.     

Synthesis of [125I]‐, [2H]‐, and [3H]‐Labeled 3‐Iodothyronamine (T1AM)

3‐Iodothyronamine (T₁AM) is a novel metabolite of thyroid hormone. In HEK‐293 cells expressing an orphan G‐protein coupled receptor, the trace amine receptor, T₁AM, potently increased cAMP accumulation. In mice, T₁AM rapidly induced hypothermia and bradycardia within minutes of administration. These results suggest the existence of a new signaling pathway, the stimulation of which leads to rapid physiological and behavioral consequences. Isotope‐labeled T₁AM derivatives would be useful to study the biology and pharmacology of T₁AM. Herein we describe efficient syntheses of [¹²⁵I]‐, [²H]‐, and [³H]‐T₁AM.

Synthesis and structure of antimony iodide complexes: [Ph3MeP] + 2 [SbI5]2−, [Ph3MeP] + 3 [Sb3I12]3−·Me2C=O, [Ph3MeP] + 3 [Sb3I12]3−, and [Ph3MeP] + 3 [Sb2I9]3−

Complexes with antimony-containing anions, [Ph₃MeP] ₊ ² [SbI₅]^2? (I), [Ph₃MeP] ₊ ² [Sb₃I₁₂]^3? (II), [Ph₃MeP] ₊ ³ [Sb₃I₁₂]^3? · Me₂C=O (III), and [Ph₃MeP] ₊ ³ [Sb₂I₉]^3? (IV), were synthesized by reacting triphenylmethylphosphonium iodide with antimony iodide. The central atom in the cations of the complexes has a distorted tetrahedral coordination. In the trinuclear anions of complexes II and III, each of the terminal SbI₃ groups is bound to the central Sb atom through two μ₂- and one μ₃ iodine bridges (SbSbSb angles are 103.0° and 102.2°, respectively). In the binuclear anion of complex IV, antimony atoms are linked with each other via three bridging iodine atoms.     

The pH-controlled[2]or [3]pseudorotaxanes based on stilbene dye SD⊂CB[7]

We studied characteristics of [2] or [3]pseudorotaxanes based on stilbene dye SD?CB[7] . In neutral or weak alkaline conditions, SD could be encapsulated inside the stilbene site of CB[7] with 1:1 stoichiometry, whereas, with the pH changing to acidity, the hydrogen bonding between the carboxyl group and the carbonyl of CB[7] maked another CB[7] molecule include into hexanoic acid site, these processes were confirmed by fluorescence spectra,UV–Vis spectra and 1H NMR.     

四氮杂杯[2]芳烃[2]三嗪的合成及其叠氮化

以简单易得的原料、在温和的条件下高产率地合成了氮原子桥连杯[2]芳烃[2]三嗪化合物．室温下,碳酸钾为缚酸剂,利用三聚氯氰和对苯二胺的亲核取代反应合成主体,并首次将其叠氮化,反应温度为40℃．产物通过元素分析,红外光谱和氢谱对其结构进行表征．从而验证了合成路线的可行性,并得出了较佳的工艺条件．     

[Bu4N]2[Fe2(μ-S2O3)2(NO)4]: Synthesis,Structure, Redox Properties,and EPR Study

The [n-Bu₄N]₂[Fe₂(-S₂O₃)₂(NO)₄] complex was studied using X-ray diffraction analysis, cyclic voltammetry, and EPR spectroscopy, and its crystal structure was determined. The redox properties of the [Fe₂(-S₂O₃)₂(NO)₄]^2–anion in CH₃CN and CH₂Cl₂solutions were studied. An addition of excess reducer (sodium thiosulfate) to the thiosulfate complex was shown to produce an EPR signal with g= 2.03 typical of the mononuclear iron dinitrosyl complexes. The mechanism for [Fe₂(-S₂O₃)₂(NO)₄]^2–reduction was suggested.
