Flavor changing neutral current (FCNC) decays of the B-meson are a very useful tool for studying possible physics scenarios beyond the standard model (SM), where of the many FCNC modes radiative, purely leptonic and semi-leptonic decays of the B-meson are relatively clean tests. Within this context, the BELLE collaboration has measured the process BK * γ and also searched for the BK 1(1270)γ process. Theoretical analyses of these processes are yielding similar values of the relevant form factors. In this work we have used this upper bound in studying the angular correlations for the related semi-leptonic decay mode B K 1(1270)(→ρ 0 K ) + , where we have used the form factors that have already been estimated for the BK 1(1270)γ mode. Note that the additional form factors that are required were calculated using large energy effective theory (LEET).  相似文献

The comparison of mass and energy variation in a nuclear reaction allows an experimental verification of Einstein’s energy - mass equivalence principle. Mass measurements are performed in a high precision Penning trap and yield values in unified atomic mass units. The energies of emitted gamma radiation are determined via Laue-diffraction with perfect crystals. The according values of the gamma ray wave lengths are expressed in units of the crystal lattice constant. The comparison of masses and wave lengths requires a conversion factor, which represents the unified atomic mass unit within the SI unit system. The latter is given by the molar Planck constant N A h, which itself is known via its relation to the fine structure constant. In the present paper we report on measurements carried out until 2003 with an uncertainty level of 4 ⋅ 10-7. We discuss the main limitations of these experiments and outline the possibilities for future measurements at the 10-8 level. Such measurements would allow a direct representation of the unified atomic mass unit in terms of a Compton frequency and are of utmost importance for a future re-definition of the kilogram mass unit.  相似文献

The difference of the energies of levels Δ n = E lev(2+0 n ) − E lev(0+0 n ) at n = 1, 2, and 3 and the multipole-mixture parameter δ for (2+02−2+01) and (2+03−2+01) transitions are contrasted against the structure of the K π = 02+ and 03+ rotational bands that was calculated on the basis of the quasiparticle-phonon model. The values of (Δ2 − Δ1), (Δ3 − Δ1), and (Δ2 − Δ3) are found to correlate with the sign of the parameter δ and with the calculated structure of the K π = 02+ and 03+ bands. Original Russian Text ? This paper describes preparation and characterization of polyvinyl chloride and polyethylene glycol 2000 blend polymer electrolytes with LiX (X=ClO4, BF4, and CF3SO3) salt by solution casting technique. Ethylene carbonate and propylene carbonate mixture was used as the plasticizers. LiClO4-based electrolytes exhibited better ionic conduction behavior than other salts. The thermal profiles ascertain the stability of the membranes up to 120°C by differential scanning calorimetry. Complexation and crystallinity were studied through X-ray diffraction measurements. Phase morphological study reveals the porous nature of the polymer electrolyte membranes.  相似文献

The signs of the experimental values of the multipole-mixture parameters δ are compared with the signs of = Σa i μ i for (2+02−2+01) and (2+03−2+01) transitions and with the signs of = Σa i [(μ i + μ ) or (μ − 1/2)] for (2+21−2+01) transitions in nonspherical even-even nuclei, where a i is the contribution of the ith pair of quasiparticles to the wave function for 2+02, 2+03, and 2+21 single-phonon states according to the quasiparticle-phonon model and μ is the magnetic moment for the corresponding Nilsson state. 本文利用脉冲紫外激光(UV)选择激发氨分子到?1A″2电子激发态的两个最低振动能级ν′2=0和ν′2=1(ν2振动),然后检测新生态H原子的飞行谱(TOF),研究了氨分子的光碎片动力学。光谱证实了最近所测的离解能D00(H-NH2)=4.645eV;绝大多数生成的NH2(X2B1)基处于非振动激发,但是具有围绕a惯性轴的高度转动激发。通过NH3(?)的ν′2=1光离解产生的NH2(X)基具有较高的内部激发,并且显示了在N=Ka转动能级上的反转布居。 关键词:  相似文献

The exclusive weak decay of Λ b Λ γ and Λ b Λ l + l are investigated in the Appelquist–Cheng–Dobrescu model, which is an extension of the standard model in the presence of universal extra dimensions. Employing the transition form factors obtained in the light-cone sum rules, we analyze how the invariant-mass distribution, the forward–backward asymmetry and the polarization asymmetry of the Λ baryon of these decay modes can be used to constrain the only additional free parameter with respect to the standard model, namely, the radius, R, of the extra dimension. Our results indicate that the Kaluza–Klein modes can lead to approximately 25% suppression of the branching ratio of Λ b Λ γ; however, their contributions can bring about 10% enhancement to the decay rate of Λ b Λ l + l . It is shown that in the present scenario the zero position of the forward–backward asymmetry of Λ b Λ μ + μ is sensitive to the compactification parameter R, while the measurement of polarizations of Λ baryon in the Λ b decays are not a useful tool to provide any valuable information for the universal extra-dimension model.  相似文献

The e + e π + π π + π cross section is calculated for energies of 0.65 ≤ √s ≤ 1 GeV in the framework of the generalized hidden local symmetry model. The calculations are compared with the data of CMD-2 and BaBaR. It is shown that the inclusion of heavy isovector resonances ρ(1450) and ρ(1700) is necessary for reconciling calculations with the data. It is found that, at √s ≈ 1 GeV, the contributions of the above resonances are much larger, by a factor of 30, than the ρ(770) one, and amount to a considerable fraction ∼0.3–0.6 of the latter at √sm ρ. The B c J/ψ π, η c π decays are studied with the perturbative QCD approach. It is found that the form factors and for the B c J/ψ, η c transitions and the branching ratios are sensitive to the parameters ω, v, f J/ψ and , where ω and v are the parameters of the charmonium wave functions for a Coulomb potential and the harmonic-oscillator potential, respectively, and f J/ψ and are the decay constants of the J/ψ and η c mesons, respectively. The large branching ratios and the clear signals of the final states make the B c J/ψ π, η c π decays the prospective channels for measurements at the hadron colliders.  相似文献

We study the final-state rescattering effects in the decay B 0η c K *. The numerical results indicate that the corrections are comparable with the contribution from the naive factorizable amplitude, and the total amplitudes can accommodate the experimental data.  相似文献

利用脉冲激光溅射-超声分子束载带方法制备气相硼羰基络合物正离子. 采用红外光解离光谱研究了B(CO)3+、B(CO)4+ 和B2(CO)4+的振动光谱. 研究结果表明B(CO)3+具有非常强的B-CO键,无法直接获得其红外光解离光谱. 对B(CO)4+的光解离光谱研究表明该离子是一个B(CO)3+和CO之间弱相互作用络合物. 其中B(CO)3+核具有平面D3h对称性结构,中心硼具有稳定的8电子组态. B2(CO)4+具有平面的D2h对称性结构,其中的B-B键包含一个σ键和半个π键. 自然轨道能量分解分析(EDA-NOCV)表明在B(CO)3+和B2(CO)4+中的B-CO成键作用中OC→B(σ)要比B→CO(π)反馈作用强.  相似文献

Magnetoresistive ceramic samples La0.7Ca0.3 − x Sr x MnO3 ± δ sintered at temperatures of 1150 and 1350°C are investigated using X-ray diffraction, microscopic, resistance, and magnetic (χ, 55Mn NMR) measurements. The specific features of the influence of the composition on the type and parameters of the perovskite structure, its imperfection, the porous crystallite structure, the metal-semiconductor and ferromagnetic-paramagnetic phase transitions, the 55Mn NMR spectra, and the magnetoresistance effect are established. The magnetic phase diagram is constructed. The conclusions are drawn regarding the nonuniformity of the distribution of ions and vacancies around manganese involved in the high-frequency electron-hole exchange (Mn3+ ai Mn4+) and the nanostructured separation of the perovskite structure containing anion and cation vacancies, with the concentrations and magnetoresistance effect decreasing and the lattice parameters and phase transition temperatures increasing as calcium is replaced by strontium. The X-ray satellite spectra arising due to 2p 3/2 −13x −1−3x −13d −1 (xs, p, d) transition array, in elements with Z = 40 to 48, have been calculated, using available Hartree-Fock-Slater (HFS) data on 1s −1−2p −1 3x and 2p 3/2 −1−3x −1,3x −1 Auger transition energies. The relative intensities of all the possible transitions have been estimated by considering cross — sections for the Auger transitions simultaneous to a hole creation and then distributing statistically the total cross sections for initial two hole states 2p 3/2 −1−3x −1 amongst various allowed transitions from these initial states to 3x −1 3d −1 final states by Coster-Kronig (CK) and shake off processes. In both these processes initial single hole creation is the prime phenomenon. Each transition has been assumed to give rise to a Gaussian line and the overall spectrum has been computed as the sum of these Gaussian curves. The calculated spectra have been compared with the measured satellite energies in Lα1 spectra. Their intense peaks have been identified as the observed satellite lines. The peaks in the theoretical satellite spectra were identified as the experimentally reported satellites α3, α4 and α5, which lie on the high-energy side of the Lα1 dipole line.  相似文献

本文采用基于自旋极化的密度泛函理论系统研究了ConCm± (n=1-5; m=1,2)团簇的几何结构和电子结构特性. 将ConC± (n=2-5)团簇中的一个Co替换为C原子, 个体的基态几何结构发生明显变化; 在ConC2± (n=1-5)团簇的生长序列中, 发现从n=3开始团簇中的两个C原子有彼此分离分布的趋势, 我们分析, 这是Co金属能够维持单壁碳纳米管(SCNTs)保持开口生长, 成为非常有效的一种催化剂的重要原因. 同时, 将ConC± (n=2-5)团簇中添加一个Co原子后系统的总磁矩出现大幅下降的趋势, 但仍保持奇偶交替的规律. 通过比较中性及带电的ConC以及ConC2 (n=1-5)团簇的碎裂能, 本工作发现: 由实验获取的SCNTs应均为带正电的体系, 这一结论与已有的实验模型拟合得很好.  相似文献

A method for determining the angle γ and the ratio of the amplitudes A λ(B K *−) and A λ)B D *0 K *−), r , for all three vector-meson polarization states by using the decays B D * K *∓ is proposed. This method relies on the interference between the decays B D *0 K *− and B K *−, which arises if D *0 and decay to D 0/ π 0 and D 0/ γ, whereupon D 0 and mesons decay to common final hadron states. The axial coupling and the magnetic moment of D -meson or, more specifically, the couplings gD*Dpg_{D^{\ast}D\pi} and gD*Dgg_{D^{\ast}D\gamma }, encode the non-perturbative QCD effects describing the decays D and D . We compute these quantities by means of lattice QCD with N f=2 dynamical quarks, by employing the Wilson (“clover”) action. On our finer lattice (a≈0.065 fm) we obtain gD*Dp+=20±2g_{D^{\ast}D\pi^{+}}=20\pm2, and gD*0 D0g=2.0±0.6 GeV-1g_{D^{\ast0} D^{0}\gamma}=2.0\pm 0.6~{\rm GeV}^{-1}. This is the first determination of gD*0 D0gg_{D^{\ast0} D^{0}\gamma} on the lattice. We also provide a short phenomenological discussion and the comparison of our result with experiment and with the results quoted in the literature.  相似文献
