A new complex [Pb(Crypt-222)(H2O)2]+ · 2(iso-PrO)2P(S)NC(S)Ph (I) was prepared and studied by X-ray diffraction: space group C2/c, a = 16.170 ?, b = 10.405 ?, c = 34.116 ?, β = 103.32°, Z = 4. The monoclinic structure of I was solved by direct methods and refined by full-matrix least-squares calculation in the anisotropic approximation to R = 0.098 for 6414 independent reflections (CAD4 automated diffractometer, λMoK α). In structure I, the host-guest [Pb(Crypt-222)(H2O)2]+ cation is located on a twofold crystallographic axis. The Pb2+ cation is coordinated by all eight heteroatoms (6O + 2N) of the cryptand ligand and by two O atoms of water molecules. The Pb2+ coordination polyhedron (CN = 10) is a highly distorted two-base-centered dicapped trigonal prism. The crystal structure of I contains one independent thiophosphoramidate anion with deprotonated nitrogen. In crystal I, the complex cation is connected to two thiophosphoramidate anions by ion-ion hydrogen bonds, O(w)-H...S.  相似文献

New host-guest compounds are synthesized and studied by X-ray diffraction analysis: (18-crown-6) potassium 0.84(diiodobromide) 0.16(dibromoiodide), [K(18-crown-6)]+ · (Br1.16I1.84), (I) and diaqua (18-crown-6)chlororubidium, [RbCl(18-crown-6)(H2O)2], (II). The crystals of compound I are monoclinic (space group P21/n, a = 9.157 ?, b = 8.589 ?, c = 14.072 ?, β = 102.27°, Z = 2). The structure of compound II is orthorhombic (space group Pnma, a = 9.813 ?, b = 15.231 ?, c = 12.629 ?, Z = 4). The structures are solved by a direct method and refined by the full-matrix anisotropic least squares to R = 0.062 (I) and 0.079 (II) for 3149 (I) and 2840 (II) independent reflections (CAD-4 automated diffractometer, λMoK α radiation). The crystal structures of compounds I and II are different: compound I is built of infinite chains of the alternating cations [K(18-crown-6)]+ and mixed halide anions linked by weak coordination bonds K-Br or K-I, whereas individual molecules [RbCl(18-crown-6)(H2O)2] form structure II. The alkylation of ethylenediamine with allyl bromide in the presence of a fourfold (with respect to ethylenediamine) molar amount of NaHCO3 in acetone with an ethanol admixture (15: 1) affords LBr2 · 2H2O (I), where L2+ is the N,N,N,N′,N′,N′-hexaallylethylenediaminium cation. Single crystals of complexes L[CuII(Br0.45Cl3.55)] (II), L[Cu4I(Br4.55Cl1.45)] (III), and L[Cu4IBr6] (IV) are prepared by ac electrochemical synthesis from an ethanolic solution of LBr2 · 2H2O, CuCl2 · 2H2O (or CuBr2) at copper wire electrodes. The crystal structures of compounds I–IV are determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystals of complex I are monoclinic: space group P21/n, a = 8.544(3), b = 10.404(3), c = 13.350(4) ?, β = 97.29(3)°, V = 1177.2(6) ?3, Z = 2. The bromine anions in compound I are bonded to the L2+ cations and water molecules through hydrogen contacts (E)H…Br (E = O, C) of 2.57(3)–2.86(3) ?. The crystals of compounds II–IV are triclinic: space group P . For II: a = 8.762(4), b = 9.163(4), c = 16.500(6) ?, α = 95.62(4)°, β = 96.39(4)°, γ = 111.46(4)°, V = 1211.4(9) ?3, Z = 2; for III: a = 9.074(4), b = 9.435(4), c = 9.829(5) ?, α = 116.12(4)°, β = 104.14(4)°, γ = 100.22(4)°, V = 692.3(6) ?3, Z = 1; for IV isostructural III: a = 9.084(4), b = 9.404(4), c = 9.869(4) ?, α = 116.31(3)°, β = 104.00(3)°, γ = 100.37(3)°, V = 692.1(5) ?3, Z = 1. Unlike the isolated tetrahedral CuX42− anion in structure II, an original chain anion (Cu4X62−) n is observed in the structures of π complexes III and IV. Original Russian Text ? M.M. Monchak, A.V. The syntheses of the complex copper salt CuL2 · 2H2O (I) and the erbium nitrate complex Er(NO3)3 · 2HL · 2H2O (II) (HL is 2-[2′-(oxymethyldiphenylphosphinyl)phenyldiazenyl]-4-tert-butylphenol) have been described. Basic vibrational frequencies in the IR spectra of I and II have been interpreted. The crystal structure of I has been determined by X-ray crystallography: the crystals are monoclinic, a = 15.157(3) ?, b = 17.080(2) ?, c = 22.451(9) ?, β = 106.09(3)°, V = 5584(3) ?3, Z = 4, space group C2/c, R = 0.0546 (for 1152 reflections with I > 2σ(I)). The coordination polyhedron of the copper atom (symmetry C 2) can be described as a symmetrically elongated square bipyramid (4+2). The basic square of the Cu polyhedron is formed by the oxygen atom of the substituted phenol and one of the nitrogen atoms of the azo group of each of the two deprotonated ligands L (Cu-N, 1.969(6) ?; Cu-O, 1.899(5) ?). The angles between the opposite O and N atoms are 157.6°, and the other equatorial angles are in the range 90.6°–95.9°. The axial positions are occupied by the anisole O(2) and O(2A) atoms (Cu-O, 2.737(6) ?, the O(2)Cu(1)O(2A) angle, 132.3°). In the crystal of I, complex molecules and water molecules of crystallization are combined by a system of hydrogen bonds. IR spectra show that, in complex II, as distinct from compound I, the HL ligand is coordinated to the erbium atom through the phosphoryl oxygen atom. Original Russian Text ? A.Yu. Tsivadze, L.Kh. Uranyl complexes with acetylenedicarboxylic acid, K(H5O2)[UO2L2H2O] · 2H2O (I) and Cs2[UO2L2H2O] · 2H2O (II), L2− = C4O 4 2− were prepared for the first time. The composition and structure of the complexes were determined by X-ray diffraction. The crystal data are as follows: a = 16.254(12) ?, b = 13.508(8) ?, c = 7.683(6) ?, β = 90.91(7)°, space group C2/c, V = 1687(2) ?3 (I); a = 7.0745(10), b = 18.4246(10), c = 13.1383(10) ?, space group Abm2, V = 1712.5(3) ?3 (II). The structures of I and II are based on [UO2L2H2O] n 2− anionic chains stretched along the [101] direction (I) or [010] direction (II). In I and II, the uranium coordination polyhedron is a pentagonal bipyramid in which the equatorial environment of the uranyl ions is formed by the oxygen atoms of the four L2− anions and the water molecule. The L2− anions in I and II are bidentate bridging ligands connecting two uranium atoms that are next to each other in the anionic chain; their coordination capacity is equal to 2. In I, the K+ and H5O 2 + cations are outer-sphere species. The latter form hydrogen bonds combining the anionic chains shifted by translation b with respect to each other. The [UO2L2H2O] n 2− chains in I are surrounded by the potassium and oxonium cations; in II, these are combined by hydrogen bonds into anionic layers between which Cs+ cations are arranged. The IR spectrum of compound II was measured and interpreted. Original Russian Text ? I.A. Charushnikova, A.M. Fedoseev, N.A. Budantseva, I.N. Polyakova, Ph. A reaction of but-2-yne-1,4-diol with CuCl in a concentrated aqueous solution of piperazinium dichloride gave the π-complex (PipH2)[CuCl2(HOCH2C≡CCH2OH)]2 · H2O ((PipH2)2+ is the piperazinium cation). The complex was examined by X-ray diffraction analysis (space group P , a = 7.355(1) ?, b = 10.3572(8) ?, c = 13.632(2) ?, α = 101.055(9)°, β = 95.350(1)°, γ = 101.875(9)°, Z = 2). The complex consists of two crystallographically independent anions [CuCl2(HOCH2C≡CCH2OH)] and the biprotonated piperazinium cation. The trigonal environment of the Cu(I) atom in either complex anion includes is made up of two Cl atoms and the C≡C bond. Apart from the hydrogen bonds N-H⋯O that imparts a directed character to the ionic interaction Cat+⋯An, the piperazinium cation with molecules of crystallization water with bridging function form the cross-linking hydrogen bonds N-H⋯OH2 and OH-H⋯Cl. Coordination polymers [Ag(Me4Pyz)] PF6(I) and [Ag2(Me4Pyz)3](BF4)2·H2O (II) have been synthesized, and their structures have been determined. The crystals of I are monoclinic, space group C2/c, a = 9.440(2) ?, b = 10.587(2) ?, c = 13.165(3) ?, β= 107.19(3)°, V = 1257.0(5) ?3, d = 2.056 g/cm3, Z = 4. The crystals of II are monoclinic, space group P21/n, a = 13.062(3) ?, b = 12.259(2) ?, c = 18.996(4) ?, β = 97.73(3)°, V = 3014.1(11)?3, ρ = 1.798 g/cm3, Z = 4. The structure of I is built of linear polymeric cations [Ag(C8H12N2)] + and octahedral anions [PF6]. Upon the interaction of tetramethylpyrazine molecule with Ag+ ions, intersecting polymeric chains [Ag(C8H12)] + (1D polymer) are formed extending in mutually perpendicular diagonal directions. The structure of II consists of layers (2D polymers) formed by fused sixmembered rings. These rings consist of Ag+ ions linked by bridging ligands Me4Pyz. Original Russian Text ? Yu.V. Kokunov, Yu.E.
