本文在用X-射线小角衍射对聚合与转载先后次序不同的PDALB膜进行结构表征的基础上,不同厚度PDALB膜的光声斩波频率效应说明,随着PDALB膜厚度增加,LB膜的热学性质逐渐明显。此外,还探讨了如何从PDALB膜的光声谱求得光声吸收系数问题,本文的研究结果表明,光声谱技术是研究LB膜热学特性的有效手段。  相似文献

本文用光声谱(photoacousticspectroscopy,PAS)结合光吸收谱、荧光光谱等对在工业上有潜在应用前景的聚丁二炔(polydiacetylene,PDA)Langmuir-Blodget(LB)薄膜进行了研究。对经不同气体环境处理的PDALB膜的紫外-可见光声谱、光吸收谱和荧光光谱的综合分析表明,PDALB膜的激发态弛豫过程中激子和极化子形成的元激发性质。此外,还讨论了PDALB膜的荧光量子效率。本文的研究结果表明,用光声谱研究LB膜,可以获取仅用其他光谱得不到的信息。  相似文献

研究了5,10,15,20-四(对-山嵛酸乙酯-α-氧代苯基)卟啉分子在气液罪肌的成膜性,制备了该化合物的多层LB膜,研究了分子中不同的基团在LB膜中的取向,观测了LB膜的形貌和厚度,利用偏振UV-Vis和偏振FT-IR谱测定了分子内卟啉环和脂链取代基的取向,结果表明卟啉面法线和脂缝线与载片线间的夹角分别为37°和27°,利用TEM观测了LB膜的形貌和厚度,结果表明LB膜表面均匀,单层厚度大约为2  相似文献

当强度调制的光束照射于吸收物质,周期性热流使周围的介质热胀冷缩而激发声波,这种将光能转化为声能的现象称为光声效应。基于光声效应的时域光声谱技术将光学和声学有机地结合,为生物组织的无损检测技术提供了新的检测手段。该技术能够实现类似光学技术的高对比度和近似于声学技术的高精度和穿透深度,在生物医学检测中具有广阔的应用前景。文章介绍时域光声谱技术的原理及其在生物组织成分检测和层析成像检测中的应用。  相似文献

首次利用相分辨光声光谱法对稀土配合物中不同吸收中心的重叠谱峰进行了分离。在Nd(Trp) 3 Cl3 ·H2 O固态配合物中 (Trp :色氨酸 ) ,30 0~ 4 0 0nm这一波段内由于色氨酸配体强的π π 跃迁吸收 ,Nd3 +的光声峰被掩盖。通过光声谱同相和交相信号可以计算配体光声吸收的位相为 10 6° ,位相改变 90°后就得到仅与Nd3 +相关的光声光谱。相分辨光声光谱法用于谱峰分离时有它独特的优点 ,它不受谱峰形状和重叠程度的限制 ,而仅与不同吸收峰对应的光声位相有关  相似文献

通过测试光延迟研究了聚酰亚胺LB膜的光学各向异性,分析了在LB膜成膜过程中成膜分子的流动取向特性,并研究了液晶的表面锚定能,分析了LB膜上液晶的取向机制.聚酰亚胺LB膜的链段的取向程度较强摩擦情形的聚酰亚胺表面的链段取向要差.强摩擦的聚酰亚胺会比聚酰亚胺LB膜具有更好的排列液晶分子的能力.LB膜的流动取向模式使得聚酰亚胺成膜分子沿拉伸方向形成一定的有序排列,并诱导液晶分子定向排列,液晶和聚合物分子相互作用是液晶表面排列的主要动力 关键词:  相似文献

报道一种工作于可见和紫外波段的脉冲激光光声装置 .该装置以YAG泵浦的染料激光为光源 (脉宽为8ns ,工作频率为 10Hz) .用此装置记录了C2 H2 分子的泛频激发谱和A1Au←X1Σ+ g 电子跃迁谱 ,并测量了光声强度随气体压力及激光能量的变化关系 .将光声谱用于分子的电子跃迁 .由于脉冲激光光声装置和实验操作十分简便 ,因而除需超高分辨的场合外 ,它均可用来代替共振 (或非共振 )调制cw激光光声装置 .还讨论了脉冲方式和cw调制方式的不同特点  相似文献

We deposited copper phthalocyanine (CuPc) films on (100) silicon wafers by means of a vacuum evaporation method and investigated the absorption characteristics by means of photoacoustic (PA) spectroscopy. It was verified that we excluded the PA signal originated in the silicon substrate with the chopping frequency of 200 Hz when the thickness of the CuPc film was 4.4 μm. We then detected an absorption band at 1.128 eV (1.1 μm). This band is possibly related to the charge transfer between Cu atoms and adsorbed oxygen molecules. PACS 78.66.Qn; 78.20.Hp  相似文献

The current work features process parameters for the ultrasound (25 kHz)-assisted fabrication of polydopamine-shelled perfluorocarbon (PDA/PFC) emulsion droplets with bimodal (modes at 100–600 nm and 1–6 µm) and unimodal (200–600 nm) size distributions. Initial screening of these materials revealed that only PDA/PFC emulsion droplets with bimodal distributions showed photoacoustic signal enhancement due to large size of their optically absorbing PDA shells. Performance of this particular type of emulsion droplets as photoacoustic agents were evaluated in Intralipid®–India ink media, mimicking the optical scattering and absorbance of various tissue types. From these measurements, it was observed that PDA/PFC droplets with bimodal size distributions can enhance the photoacoustic signal of blood-mimicking phantom by up to five folds in various tissue-mimicking phantoms with absorption coefficients from 0.1 to 1.0 cm−1. Furthermore, using the information from enhanced photoacoustic images at 750 nm, the ultimate imaging depth was explored for polydopamine-shelled, perfluorohexane (PDA/PFH) emulsion droplets by photon trajectory simulations in 3D using a Monte Carlo approach. Based on these simulations, maximal tissue imaging depths for PDA/PFH emulsion droplets range from 10 to 40 mm, depending on the tissue type. These results demonstrate for the first time that ultrasonically fabricated PDA/PFC emulsion droplets have great potential as photoacoustic imaging agents that can be complemented with other reported characteristics of PDA/PFC emulsion droplets for extended applications in theranostics and other imaging modalities.  相似文献

Optical non destructive evaluation methods, using lasers as the object illumination source, include holographic interferometry. It is widely used to measure stress, strain, and vibration in engineering structures. Double exposure holographic interferometry (DEHI) technique is used to determine thickness and stress of electrodeposited bismuth trisulphide (Bi2S3) thin films for various deposition times. The same is tested for other concentration of the precursors. It is observed that, increase in deposition time, increases thickness of thin film but decreases stress to the substrate. The structural, optical and surface wettability properties of the as deposited films have been studied using X-ray diffraction (XRD), optical absorption and contact angle measurement, respectively. The X-ray diffraction study reveals that the films are polycrystalline with orthorhombic crystal structure. Optical absorption study shows the presence of direct transition with band bap 1.78 eV. The water contact angle measurement shows hydrophobic nature of Bi2S3 thin film surface.  相似文献

A new technique of measuring the low optical absorption coefficient is described by using pulsed photoacoustic calorimetry. The frequency dependence of the photoacoustic signal is different owing to its main origin, either the bulk absorption or the surface absorption. The Fourier transform of the pulsed photoacoustic signal, generated by a pulsed CO2 laser, is obtained as the frequency response of the photoacoustic signal. The ratio of the bulk absorption coefficient and surface absorption coefficient is acquired as 1:1.5.  相似文献

利用π-A等温线、小角X射线衍射(SAXD)和光学测量方法研究了一种取代富勒烯(C60-Be)LB膜的结构特性。纯C60-Be分子以体相(bulkphase)的形式存在于气-液界面上。氮冠(醚)(NC)分子作为隔层材料,与C60-Be分子相混合可以制备性能优良的LB膜。π-A、吸收和小角X光衍射测量表明:这种混合膜结构的改善是由于C60-Be分子镶嵌在NC分子的双脂链之间造成的。通过测量三次谐波产生(THG)可以推出C60-Be的三阶非线性系数χ(3)=2.1×10-11esu。  相似文献

研究了两亲性卟啉5,10,15,20-四-(4-十六烷基吡啶基)卟啉溴化物在气-液界面上的成膜性能,制备了其LB膜。用扫描隧道显微镜和UV-Vis光谱,荧光光谱,小角X射线衍射等实验方法研究了LB膜的形貌和卟啉大环分子在LB膜中的排列、取向和分子间的相互作用。结果表明,制备的LB膜结构均匀,性能稳定,在LB膜内,脂肪链并不是直立的,卟啉分子大环几乎平躺在基片上。  相似文献

GaNAs thin films were deposited on Corning glass substrates by radio frequency (r.f.) sputtering in molecular nitrogen ambient. The stoichiometry in the GaNAs alloy was controlled by changing the nitrogen incorporation in the film during the growth process, through the variation of the r.f. power in the range 30–80 watts which produced films with N concentrations in the range: x = 0.85–0.90. The structural and optical properties of the GaNAs thin films were studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD), photoacoustic (PA) and photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopies. XRD measurements show a broad diffraction band with a peak close to the (002) diffraction line of the GaN hexagonal phase, and a slight shoulder at the position corresponding to the (111) GaAs cubic phase. The PA absorption spectra showed a remarkable shift to higher energies of the absorption edge as the r.f. power decreases corresponding to the films with higher N concentrations. Thermal annealing of the GaNAs films at temperatures of 450 °C produced a GaAs nanocrystalline phase with grain sizes in the range 10–13 nm, as confirmed by the XRD measurements that showed a well-defined peak in the (111) GaAs direction, and also by the PA spectra which showed an absorption band at energies around 1.45 eV due to the quantum confinement effects. PL spectra of thermal-annealed GaNAs films showed a very intense emission at 1.5 eV which we have associated to transitions between the first electron excited level and acceptor states in the GaAs nanocrystallites.  相似文献
