In this paper, based on the second-order Taylor series expansion and the difference of convex functions algorithm for quadratic problems with box constraints(the DCA for QB), a new method is proposed to solve the static response problem of structures with fairly large uncertainties in interval parameters. Although current methods are effective for solving the static response problem of structures with interval parameters with small uncertainties, these methods may fail to estimate the region of the static response of uncertain structures if the uncertainties in the parameters are fairly large. To resolve this problem, first, the general expression of the static response of structures in terms of structural parameters is derived based on the second-order Taylor series expansion. Then the problem of determining the bounds of the static response of uncertain structures is transformed into a series of quadratic problems with box constraints. These quadratic problems with box constraints can be solved using the DCA approach effectively. The numerical examples are given to illustrate the accuracy and the efficiency of the proposed method when comparing with other existing methods.  相似文献

The computations of the flowfield and pollutant dispersion over a flat plate and the Russian hills of various slopes are described. The Gaussian plume and the puff model have been used to calculate concentration of pollutant. The Reynolds-averaged unsteady incompressible Navier–Stokes equation with low Reynolds k– model has been used to calculate the flowfield. The flow data of a flat plate and the Russian hills from Navier–Stokes equation solutions has been used as the input data for the puff model. The computational results of flowfield agree well with experimental results of both a flat plate and Russian hills. The concentration prediction by the Gaussian plume model and the Gaussian puff model also agrees fairly well with experiments.  相似文献

Modern structures are increasingly resistant and complex. In many cases, such systems are modeled by numerical approximations methods, due to its complexities. In the study of vibration levels in the response of a system is important to consider issues like reliability and efficient design, since that such vibrations are undesirable phenomena that may cause damage, failure, and sometimes destruction of machines and structures. In this paper we investigated a modeling strategy of nonlinear system with damping, subject the time delayed. From models widely used in literature and with the help of numerical simulations a nonlinear damped system with two degree-of-freedom is analyzed. The system is constituted of a primary mass attached to the ground by a spring and damping with linear or nonlinear characteristics (primary system), and the secondary mass attached to the primary system by a spring and damping with linear or nonlinear characteristics (secondary system). It is well known that time delayed systems, due to its own nature, has singular behavior in its dynamics and that such singularities propagate over the time. Based on this, the main concerns of the present paper is to analyze the stability of a delayed system with two degree of freedom by means of the techniques development in [1] (Hu andWang, 2002). We also obtain the solution using the integration of equations of motions performing a Fourth Order Runge-Kutta Method. The behavior of a nonlinear main system with nonlinear secondary system will be investigated to many cases of resonances. In this case, various time delayed values are used to confirm its influence on the attenuation of vibrations, but, unfortunately, also the increase of nonlinearity (instable responses) of the system in question is observed.  相似文献

The thermo-mechanical responses of Al 6061 before and after equal channel angular pressing (ECAP) at different strain rates and temperatures were measured. Al 6061 was solution heat treated before ECAP pressing at room temperature and subjected to up to three passes. After pressing, the billets were aged at 100 °C for 2 days. An as-received Al 6061-T651 was studied similarly to investigate the differences between processed and non-processed specimens. The responses of ECAP material were determined at −30, 22, 125 and 250 °C, and at strain rates from 10−5 to 2530 s−1; the 6061-T651 specimens were subjected to uniaxial compressive loading at −31, 22, 85, 150, 230 and 315 °C, and strain rates ranging from 10−5 to 2200 s−1. It was found that, the ECAP process increases the strength versus the T651 condition. Additionally, the Al 6061 ECAP is not sensitive to strain rate at room and lower temperatures, but the sensitivity increases as the number of passes and/or temperature are increased and this is the same for the non-processed material. Increasing the number of passes increases the flow stress at room and lower temperatures, has almost no effect at 125 °C and decreases at 250 °C. For both materials, the dynamic flow stress is higher than the stress at quasi-static strain rates even when the quasi-static strain rate regime is insensitive to strain rate. The Al 6061 has strong texture after one pass but steadily increases as the number of passes are increased. This is the first study that reports on the thermo-mechanical responses of ECAP and non-ECAP Al 6061 at such a wide range of strain rates, including dynamic, and temperatures.  相似文献

This paper is denoted to the qualitative analysis of two species predator-prey model with Boiling’s type III functional response. Conditions for the global stability ofnontrivial equilibrium points and conditions for the existence and uniqueness of limit cycles around the positive equilibrium point are obtained. The biological interpretations of these conditions are discussed. The authors believe that the conditions established in this paper are new to literature.  相似文献

Parametric uncertainties play a critical role in the response predictions of a gear system. However, accurately determining the effects of the uncertainty propagation in nonlinear time-varying models of gear systems is awkward and difficult. This paper improves the interval harmonic balance method (IHBM) to solve the dynamic problems of gear systems with backlash nonlinearity and time-varying mesh stiffness under uncertainties. To deal with the nonlinear problem including the fold points and uncertainties, the IHBM is improved by introducing the pseudo-arc length method in combination with the Chebyshev inclusion function. The proposed approach is demonstrated using a single-mesh gear system model, including the parametrically varying mesh stiffness and the gear backlash nonlinearity, excited by the transmission error. The results of the improved IHBM are compared with those obtained from the scanning method. Effects of parameter uncertainties on its dynamic behavior are also discussed in detail. From various numerical examples, it is shown that the results are consistent meanwhile the computational cost is significantly reduced. Furthermore, the proposed approach could be effectively applied for sensitivity analysis of the system response to parameter variations.  相似文献

螺栓法兰连接结构在航空航天等工程领域中广泛应用,其力学性能在不同工况和装配情况下十分复杂。由于拉压刚度差异,含连接结构的箭体动力学响应呈现明显的非线性特征。因此,考虑不同连接参数及工况下的连接非线性动力学响应,对结构优化设计有着重要意义。本文针对以双线性弹簧表征螺栓法兰连接非线性的箭体等效动力学模型,基于径向基函数(RBF)神经网络和响应面法分别建立其连接面处的极值响应代理模型,对比发现RBF神经网络模型在较高精度上可以实现对动响应极值的预测及分析;同时分析了不同载荷参数及刚度变化对连接结构动响应极值的影响;最后,利用RBF神经网络代理模型,开展了连接面加速度极值响应与螺栓弹簧力最小化为目标的连接结构参数优化。  相似文献

In this paper, we consider a new Monod type chemostat model with time delay and impulsive input concentration of the nutrient in a polluted environment. Using the discrete dynamical system determined by the stroboscopic map, we obtain a "microorganism-extinction" periodic solution. Further, we establish the sufficient conditions for the global attractivity of the microorganism-extinction periodic solution. Using new computational techniques for impulsive and delayed differential equation, we prove that the system is permanent under appropriate conditions. Our results show that time delay is "profitless".  相似文献

一般有阻尼线性系统出现重特征值时,基于振型正交性的复振型分解法将不再适用.本文综合运用高等数学、线性代数和复变函数理论,对具有重频特性的一般有阻尼线性多自由度系统给出了系统动力响应在时域中的计算方法.该方法充分利用复振型分解法和留数矩阵解耦法的优点,不仅概念清晰,而且易于理解和掌握,适合于大型复杂系统的动力响应分析.此外,本文给出了双自由度体系产生重特征值的条件,对典型实例进行了地震响应分析,并通过与Newmark-β法计算结果的对比,论证了文中所给计算公式的正确性.本文提出的分析方法具有普适性,对线性结构、机电和控制系统也都是适用的.  相似文献

The work introduces new advanced numerical tools for data assimilation in structural mechanics. Considering the general Bayesian inference context, the proposed approach performs real-time and robust sequential updating of selected parameters of a numerical model from noisy measurements, so that accurate predictions on outputs of interest can be made from the numerical simulator. The approach leans on the joint use of Transport Map sampling and PGD model reduction into the Bayesian framework. In addition, a procedure for the dynamical and data-based correction of model bias during the sequential Bayesian inference is set up, and a procedure based on sensitivity analysis is proposed for the selection of the most relevant data among a large set of data, as encountered for instance with full-field measurements coming from digital image/volume correlation (DIC/DVC) technologies. The performance of the overall numerical strategy is illustrated on a specific example addressing structural integrity on damageable concrete structures, and dealing with the prediction of crack propagation from a damage model and DIC experimental data.  相似文献

This paper focuses on the nonlinear dynamic and bifurcation characteristics of an aircraft rotor system affected by the maneuvering flight of the aircraft. The equations of motion of the system are formulated with the consideration of the nonlinear supports of Duffing type and the sine maneuver load of a proposed maneuvering flight model. By utilizing the multiple scales method to solve the motion equations analytically, the bifurcation equations are obtained. Accordingly, the response and the bifurcation characteristics of the system are analyzed respectively. Basically, the increase of the maneuver load may increase the formant frequency as well as the primary resonance frequencies. Through numerical simulations, four different types of response characteristics of the system during the maneuvering flight are found, which are compared with the theoretical results, and it shows good qualitative agreements between them. Furthermore, the maneuver load can make an apparent effect on the bifurcation. The results in this paper will provide a better understanding for the effect of aircraft maneuvering flight on the dynamics and bifurcations of the rotor system.  相似文献
