Biodegradable blend plastics such as polycaprolactone (PCL)-conventional plastics blends, PCL-polystyrene blend foams, PCL-poly-3-hydroxybutyrate (PHB) blends, PCL-raw cornstarch (CS) blends and PCL-CaCO3 blends were developed. It was suggested that the thermophilic composting of biodegradable plastics containing PCL was one of powerful technologies for recycling of biodegradable plastics. Furthermore, we tried to get useful products from biodegradable plastics by microbial fermentation processes. Polypropylene (PP)-CS blend and PCL-CS blend plastics were aerobically converted into ethanol by Bacillus polymyxa. PHB and PP-CS blend and PCL-CS blend plastics were anaerobically converted into some organic acids and methane gas by mixed microbial cultures with a methanogenic bacterium. 相似文献

农药的研发与使用极大地提高了农作物的产量,为解决人类温饱、改善人类生活品质做出了贡献。但是,农药广泛残留于农副产品以及土壤和水体中,造成的污染日趋严重。残留的农药通常具有微量致毒、难生物降解、生物累积等特性,对生物健康与生态系统造成了巨大威胁。高效检测微量农药、减小污染危害是亟待解决的问题。吸附法具有成本低、操作简单、稳定性强、可重复性强的特点,在农药分离预富集领域得到了广泛关注。作为一种常用的农药吸附剂材料,环糊精是一类具有空腔的超分子化合物,能够作为主体通过主客体作用形成包合物;另外,可以通过醚化、酯化、氧化等化学反应对环糊精进行后修饰以提高其吸附性能。疏水作用、静电作用、范德华力、氢键作用、立体效应协同促进对农药的吸附。环糊精在农药吸附领域已经取得了一定进展,但是目前还没有基于环糊精的农药吸附剂的综述。该文针对杀菌剂、杀虫剂、除草剂、植物生长调节剂这4类农药,系统性地评述了基于环糊精的农药吸附剂的制备、吸附机理及应用,目前存在个别吸附剂吸附容量不高、降解机理不明确、降解产物对环境不友好、容易造成二次污染的问题,研发高吸附容量、易回收、易分离、易再生的基于环糊精的农药吸附剂是未来的主要研究方向。 相似文献

Sample preparation is essential for isolating desired components from complex matrices and greatly influences their reliable and accurate analysis. Microextraction techniques such as solid phase micro extraction and liquid–liquid–liquid micro extraction based on hollow fiber and also single drop micro extraction methods are new and effective sample preparation techniques. Crown ethers are heterocyclic chemical compounds that consist of a ring containing several ether groups. Recently crown ethers have been applied in these methods and increase efficiency and selectivity of these techniques. It is shown that the sensor arrays can acquire more information on a given sample than an individual sensor. The main classes of gas-sensing materials include metal-oxide semiconductors. Gas sensors based on chemiresistive semiconducting metal-oxides have many potential benefits including, their very low cost, fast response, recovery time, simple electronic interface, ease of use, and ability to detect a large analytes. Recent advances in gas sensor arrays have shown the capability to incorporate nanomaterial based cross-reactive array. In this way it is possible to increase the surface/volume ratio of the sensing layer. Therefore the surface scattering is better influenced by adsorbed species and change in sensor conductivity is higher. Also the sensitivity of semiconductor oxide materials can be improved by using of nanoparticles. Gas sensor arrays based on nanotechnology can rapidly, sensitively, and selectively detect target molecules. 相似文献

Positrons are proving to be powerful analysis tool in the field of materials research and development. Due to positrons highly interactive nature and how they affect their surroundings when they become trapped in a defect, positron spectroscopy is a fast growing field. Positron spectroscopy may be utilized to detect and analyze defects on and near the surfaces of many materials used in engineering applications today. This spectroscopy technique is very useful in the silicon and semiconductor industry for locating and analyzing the low amount of defects present in those materials. The research in this field is growing every year, with more types of positron sources being developed and more complete systems being operated. HYPERMET PC is a user-friendly -ray spectrum analysis software package developed at Budapest, mainly for the purpose of prompt- neutron activation analysis (PGAA). The peak fitting algorithm is an improved version of the well-known HYPERMET code, and contains a partial peak-parameter calibration to describe peak shapes more accurately in the wide energy range typical for prompt- spectra. A nuclide identification routine has also been developed using a new PGAA library, shown in a parallel paper. The main objective of this review is to describe the recent developments in solid-phase microextraction technology in food,
environmental and bioanalytical chemistry applications. We briefly introduce the historical perspective on the very early
work associated with the development of theoretical principles of SPME, but particular emphasis is placed on the more recent
developments in the area of automation, high-throughput analysis, SPME method optimization approaches and construction of
new SPME devices and their applications. The area of SPME automation for both GC and LC applications is particularly addressed
in this review, as the most recent developments in this field have allowed the use of this technology for high-throughput
applications. The development of new autosamplers with SPME compatibility and new-generation metal fibre assemblies has enhanced
sample throughput for SPME-GC applications, the latter being attributed to the possibility of using the same fibre for several
hundred extraction/injection cycles. For LC applications, high-throughput analysis (>1,000 samples per day) can be achieved
for the first time with a multi-SPME autosampler which uses multi-well plate technology and allows SPME sample preparation
of up to 96 samples in parallel. The development and evolution of new SPME devices such as needle trap, thin-film microextraction
and cold-fibre headspace SPME have offered significant improvements in performance characteristics compared with the conventional
fibre-SPME arrangement.
