Hydrothermal Synthesis and Crystal Structure of a Novel 3-D Porous Lanthanum Sulfate

A new lanthanum compound with three-dimensional channels, La₂(H₂O)(SO₄)₃ has been synthesized hydrothermally by using 1,2-dizminiopnopane as a structure-directing agent (SDA). The colorless block crystals were characterized by IR, TGA, ICP and XRD. The structure was determined by single-crystal diffraction. The title compound crystallizes in the orthorhombic, P2₁2₁2₁(No. 19) with cell parameters, a = 17.095(3) ?, b = 17.331(3) ?, c = 6.8633(12) ?, V = 1659.0(8) ?³, Z = 4, R = 0.0545, wR = 0.1246. The open framework of title compound is built up by LaO₁₀, LaO₉ polyhedra and SO₄ tetrahedra, connected to form interesting eight-membered ring channels along crystallographic a axis.

A novel Mn(Ⅱ)complex Mn2(phen)2(p-MBA)4(H2O)has been hydrothermally synthesized by the reaction of P-methyl benzoic acid(p-MBA)with 1,10-phenanthroline(phen).Crystal data for this complex:monoclinic,space group C2/c,a=2.3328(3),b=1.5549(2),c=1.5557(2)nm,β=121.726(2)°,V=4.7997(11)nm3,Mr=1028.85,Dc=1.424 g/cm3,Z=4,F(000)=2128,μ(MoKa)=0.590mm-1,GOOF=1.060,R=0.0333 and wR=0.0767.In the crystal,each Mn(Ⅱ)ion is coordinated by two nitrogen atoms from one o-phenanthroline molecule.three oxygen atoms from three P-methyl benzoic acids and one oxygen atom from one water molecule,giving a six-coordinate distorted octahedral coordination geometry.Two neighboring Mn(Ⅱ)ions are bridged by two P-methyl benzoic acid groups and one water molecule,and their end positions are respectively coordinated by one 1,10-phenanthroline and one p-methyl benzoic acid molecule,giving a binuclear cage structure,of which the Mn(Ⅱ)…Mn(Ⅱ)distance is 0.3502 nm.

采用中温水热方法合成了新化合物(C2H10N2)[H3As3O10].利用X射线粉末衍射仪、红外光谱仪、热重分析仪及X射线单晶衍射仪表征了产物的结构.结果表明:该化合物属于单斜晶系,P2(1)/n空间群;晶胞参数为a=0.808 3(6)nm,b=1.446 9(9)nm,c=0.892 0(8)nm,β=98.16°,V=1.032 7(14)nm3,Z=4,F(000)=864,R1=0.025 3,wR2=0.093 4.其化学式为C2H13As3N2O10,分子量Mr=449.90.该化合物是由有机胺阳离子支撑的第一个具有一维链状结构的砷酸盐化合物,相邻的砷酸盐链通过AAAA堆积方式形成三维拓扑扩展结构.

Hydrothermal Synthesis and Crystal Structure of a New 3-D Open-framework Zincophosphate

An open-framework zincophosphate, [C4N3H16][Zn4.5（PO4）4] 1, has been hydro- thermally synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in the tetragonal space group P4 with a = 14.512（5）, c = 8.914（3）A, V = 1877.3（11）A3, C4H16NaO16P4Zn4.50, Mr = 780 24： Z = 4, Dc = 2.761 g/cm^3,μ= 6.103 mm^-1, F（000） = 1536, T = 298（2） K, R = 0.0416 and wR = 0.0816. In the structure, ZnO4 and PO4 tetrahedra are linked to each other, forming four-membered rings which are connected variably to form two secondary building units （SBUs）. The SBUs are connected so as to generate two chains along the c axis, which are further linked together alternatively via common oxygen atoms （Zn-O-P） giving rise to 8-ring-channels in the [001] direction, and the protonated guest diethylenetriamine （DETA） molecules sit in the middle of these channels. Other characterizations are also described by elemental analysis, thermal analysis and IR and fluorescent spectra.

Hydrothermal Synthesis and Structure Analysis of a Chromium Complex [Cr(aea)]2(OH)2(aea=N-(2-Aminoethyl)aspartate)

A dimeric chromium compound has been synthesized by hydrothermal method and characterized by IR,EPR spectra and TG-DTA technique.The title compound [Cr(aea)]2(OH)2(aea=N-(2-aminoethyl)aspartate)crystallizes in monoclinic,space group P21/c with a=8.9393(10),b=6.7198(7),c=14.6791(16)(A),β=91.0580(10)°,V=881.63(17)(A)3,Z=2,Mr=486.34,Dc=1.832g/cm3,F(000)=500,μ=1.296 mm-1,R=0.0271 and wR=0.0756.Single-crystal X-ray structural analysis indicates that the title compound consists of two Cr(aca)units linked by two bridging hydroxyl groups.The geometry around each chromium center is approximately octahedral and completed by two hydroxyls and a quadridentate ligand which is formed when ethylenediamine reacts with maleie acid.     

Hydrothermal Synthesis and Crystal Structure of CaIn2(PO4)2(HPO4): An octahedral-tetrahedral framework ternary calcium indium(III) phosphate

The new ternary calcium indium(III) phosphate CaIn₂(PO₄)₂(HPO₄) with mixed octahedral-tetrahedral framework was synthesized through hydrothermal reaction of stoichiometric amounts of CaO and InCl₃ with excess of H₃PO₄ and H₂O at pH = 1. Single crystal x-ray diffraction studies show the compound to crystallize in monoclinic symmetry, space group P2₁/n (#14) with a = 657.08(6), b = 2023.7(2), c = 665.72(7) pm, β = 91.20(1)°, Z = 4 and R = 0.043. The framework is built up of dimers of edge-sharing InO₆ octahedra forming In₂O₁₀ units sharing all their OXO ligands with PO₄ tetrahedra, and HPO₄ groups.     

新型超分子化合物(H3NCH2CH2NH3)2[(HPO4)2Mo5O15]的晶体结构

首次通过水热方法合成了新型超分子化合物(H3NCH2CH2NH3)2[(HPO4)2Mo5O15]的晶体结构,并通过X衍射进行了结构表征,晶体学数据为:单斜晶系,C2/c空间群,a=1.766 6(4)nm,b=1.003 4(2)nm,c=1.376 7(3)nm,α=90°,β=96.90(3)°,γ=90°,ν=2.422 7(8)nm3,Z=4,R=0.043 1,wR2=0.128 7.     

Crystallographic report: A two‐dimensional zinc phosphate framework: [H3N(CH2)3NH3]0.5[Zn2(PO4)(HPO4)]

The two‐dimensional zinc phosphate [H₃N(CH₂)₃NH₃]_0.5[Zn₂(PO₄)(HPO₄)], has been synthesized hydrothermally using 1,3‐diaminopropane as the template. Its structure contains an inorganic framework with three‐, four‐, or six‐membered rings, built from PO₄, PO₃(OH) and ZnO₄ tetrahedral moieties sharing vertexes. Hydrothermal Synthesis and Crystal Structure of a Zinc Complex： [Zn2.5（phen）（BDC）2（OH）] （phen = 1,10-Phenanthroline,BDC = Benzene-1,4-dicarboxylic Acid）^①

A metal-organic coordination polymer [ZnE.s（phen）（BDC）2（OH）]2 （phen = 1,10- phenanthroline, BDC = benzene-1,4-dicarboxylic acid） 1 has been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analyses and IR spectroscopy. The complex crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group PI with a = 11.199（2）, b = 11.593（2）, c = 11.865（3）/A, α= 99.330（1）, β = 111.506（1）, γ = 104.804（1）^o, V= 1328.4（5）A^3, Dc= 1.722 g/cm^3, Z = 1, Mr = 1377.82, F（000） = 692,μ（MoKa） = 2.306 mm^-1, S = 1.093, R= 0.0281 and wR = 0.0756 for 4179 observed reflections （I 〉 2σ（/））. The coordination polyhedron around Zn（II） can be described as a tetrahedron, trigonal bipyramid and octahedron. It is worth noting that the crystal structure of 1 is composed of tetranuclear zinc clusters linked by {ZnO6} units.     

Hydrothermal Synthesis and Crystal Structure of a Three-dimensional Cadmium（II） Complex

A metal-organic coordination polymer [Cd2(PDC)2(bix)(H2O)2]n ·nH2O(H2PDC=2,4-pyridinedicarboxylic acid, bix=1,4-bis(imidazol-1-ylmethyl)-benzene) 1 has been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, TG, fluorescence spectrum and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Brown crystals crystallize in the orthorhombic system, space group P2 12 12 1 with a=11.741(3), b=14.190(4), c=18.963(5) , V=3159.4(14) 3 , C28H26Cd2N6O11, Mr=847.35, Dc=1.781 g/cm3 , F(000)=1680, Z=4, μ(MoKα)=1.415 mm 1 , the final R=0.0381 and wR=0.0882 for 5472 observed reflections (I >2σ(I)). The structure of 1 exhibits a threedimensional network structure.
