Systems of n coupled linear or nonlinear differential equations which may be deterministic or stochastic are solved by methods of the first author and his co-workers. Examples include two coupled Riccati equations, coupled linear equations, stochastic coupled equations with product terms, and n coupled stochastic differential equations.

The paper is devoted to properties of set-valued stochastic differential equations. The main result of the paper deals with existence and uniqueness of solutions. Furthermore, a connection between solutions of stochastic differential inclusions and solutions of set-valued stochastic differential equations are given. The result of the paper extends a lot of particular results dealing with such type equations.

The methods used by Adomian and his co-workers to solve linear and nonlinear stochastic differential equations will be demonstrated to be applicable to differential equations, deterministic or stochastic, involving delays (constant, time dependent, or random).

The aim of this paper is to give a wide introduction to approximation concepts in the theory of stochastic differential equations. The paper is principally concerned with Zong-Zakai approximations. Our aim is to fill a gap in the literature caused by the complete lack of monographs on such approximation methods for stochastic differential equations; this will be the objective of the author's forthcoming book. First, we briefly review the currently-known approximation results for finite- and infinite-dimensional equations. Then the author's results are preceded by the introduction of two new forms of correction terms in infinite dimensions appearing in the Wong-Zakai approximations. Finally, these results are divided into four parts: for stochastic delay equations, for semilinear and nonlinear stochastic equations in abstract spaces, and for the Navier-Stokes equations. We emphasize in this paper results rather than proofs. Some applications are indicated. The author's research was partially supported by KBN grant No. 2 P301 052 03.

In this paper, a stochastic mean square version of Lax’s equivalence theorem for Hilbert space valued stochastic differential equations with additive and multiplicative noise is proved. Definitions for consistency, stability, and convergence in mean square of an approximation of a stochastic differential equation are given and it is shown that these notions imply similar results as those known for approximations of deterministic partial differential equations. Examples show that the assumptions made are met by standard approximations.

In this paper, we study the existence of random periodic solutions for semilinear stochastic differential equations. We identify these as the solutions of coupled forward-backward infinite horizon stochastic integral equations in general cases. We then use the argument of the relative compactness of Wiener-Sobolev spaces in C0([0,T],L2(Ω)) and generalized Schauder?s fixed point theorem to prove the existence of a solution of the coupled stochastic forward-backward infinite horizon integral equations. The condition on F is then further weakened by applying the coupling method of forward and backward Gronwall inequalities. The results are also valid for stationary solutions as a special case when the period τ can be an arbitrary number.

We study a class of second order (in the drift term) stochastic partial differential equations by the stochastic characteristics method, as developped by Kunita for the first order stochastic partial differential equations. With this method the original problem is transformed in a family of deterministic parabolic problems.

Summary. The notion of bridge is introduced for systems of coupled forward–backward stochastic differential equations (FBSDEs, for short). This notion helps us to unify the method of continuation in finding adapted solutions to such FBSDEs over any finite time durations. It is proved that if two FBSDEs are linked by a bridge, then they have the same unique solvability. Consequently, by constructing appropriate bridges, we obtain several classes of uniquely solvable FBSDEs. Received: 23 April 1996 / In revised form: 10 October 1996  相似文献

The main aim of this paper is to develop some basic theories of stochastic functional differential equations (SFDEs). Firstly, we establish stochastic versions of the well-known Picard local existence-uniqueness theorem given by Driver and continuation theorems given by Hale and Driver for functional differential equations (FDEs). Then, we extend the global existence-uniqueness theorems of Wintner for ordinary differential equations (ODEs), Driver for FDEs and Taniguchi for stochastic ordinary differential equations (SODEs) to SFDEs. These show clearly the power of our new results.

We generalize the notion of Brownian bridge. More precisely, we study a standard Brownian motion for which a certain functional is conditioned to follow a given law. Such processes appear as weak solutions of stochastic differential equations that we call conditioned stochastic differential equations. The link with the theory of initial enlargement of filtration is made and after a general presentation several examples are studied: the conditioning of a standard Brownian motion (and more generally of a Markov diffusion) by its value at a given date, the conditioning of a geometric Brownian motion with negative drift by its quadratic variation and finally the conditioning of a standard Brownian motion by its first hitting time of a given level. As an application, we introduce the notion of weak information on a complete market, and we give a “quantitative” value to this weak information.

In this paper, a new class of backward doubly stochastic differential equations is studied. This type of equations has a more general form of the forward Itô integrals compared to the ones which have been studied until now. We conclude that unique solutions of these equations can be represented with the help of solutions of the corresponding backward doubly stochastic differential equations, considered earlier in paper [5] by Pardoux and Peng. Some comparison theorems are also given, as well as a probabilistic interpretation for solutions of the corresponding quasilinear stochastic partial differential equations.

By replacing the final condition for backward stochastic differential equations (in short: BSDEs) by a stationarity condition on the solution process we introduce a new class of BSDEs. In a natural manner we associate to such BSDEs the periodic solution of second order partial differential equations with periodic structure. The theory of stochastic averaging principle provides an effective approach for the qualitative analysis of stochastic systems with different time-scales and is relatively mature for stochastic ordinary differential equations. In this paper, we study the averaging principle for a class of stochastic partial differential equations with two separated time scales driven by scalar noises. Under suitable assumptions it is shown that the slow component strongly converges to the solution of the corresponding averaged equation.

In this paper, we investigate the pth moment and almost sure exponential stability of impulsive stochastic functional differential equations with finite delay by using Lyapunov method. Several stability theorems of impulsive stochastic functional differential equations with finite delay are derived. These new results are employed to impulsive stochastic equations with bounded time-varying delays and stochastically perturbed equations. Meanwhile, an example and simulations are given to show that impulses play an important role in pth moment and almost sure exponential stability of stochastic functional differential equations with finite delay.

Stability criteria for stochastic differential delay equations (SDDEs) have been studied intensively for the past few decades. However, most of these criteria can only be applied to delay equations where their coefficients are either linear or nonlinear but bounded by linear functions. Recently, the stability of highly nonlinear hybrid stochastic differential equations with a single delay is investigated in [Fei, Hu, Mao and Shen, Automatica, 2017], whose work, in this paper, is extended to highly nonlinear hybrid stochastic differential equations with variable multiple delays. In other words, this paper establishes the stability criteria of highly nonlinear hybrid variable multiple-delay stochastic differential equations. We also discuss an example to illustrate our results.

It is well known that the numerical solution of stiff stochastic ordinary differential equations leads to a step size reduction when explicit methods are used. This has led to a plethora of implicit or semi-implicit methods with a wide variety of stability properties. However, for stiff stochastic problems in which the eigenvalues of a drift term lie near the negative real axis, such as those arising from stochastic partial differential equations, explicit methods with extended stability regions can be very effective. In the present paper our aim is to derive explicit Runge–Kutta schemes for non-commutative Stratonovich stochastic differential equations, which are of weak order two and which have large stability regions. This will be achieved by the use of a technique in Chebyshev methods for ordinary differential equations.

On quantum stochastic differential equations
Existence and uniqueness theorems for quantum stochastic differential equations with nontrivial initial conditions are proved for coefficients with completely bounded columns. Applications are given for the case of finite-dimensional initial space or, more generally, for coefficients satisfying a finite localisability condition. Necessary and sufficient conditions are obtained for a conjugate pair of quantum stochastic cocycles on a finite-dimensional operator space to strongly satisfy such a quantum stochastic differential equation. This gives an alternative approach to quantum stochastic convolution cocycles on a coalgebra.

Using Girsanov transformation,we derive a new link from stochastic differential equations of Markovian type to nonlinear parabolic equations of Burgers-KPZ type,in such a manner that the obtained BurgersKPZ equation characterizes the path-independence property of the density process of Girsanov transformation for the stochastic differential equation. Our assertion also holds for SDEs on a connected differential manifold.

In this paper, we investigate Markovian backward stochastic differential equations(BSDEs) with the generator and the terminal value that depend on the solutions of stochastic differential equations with rankbased drift coefficients. We study regularity properties of the solutions of this kind of BSDEs and establish their connection with semi-linear backward parabolic partial differential equations in simplex with Neumann boundary condition. As an application, we study the European option pricing problem with capital size based stock prices.
