Deuterofullerites C60D x have been studied by means of 2H NMR spectroscopy. It has been established that there are two types of carbon–deuterium bindings in the samples under study: tip C–D with quadrupole constant coupling (QCC) 171 kHz and bridge –C...D...C– with QCC 56 kHz. It is possible that the latter bond is a result of the rigidity of the lattice, which is unusual for fullerene compounds.  相似文献

基于隧穿磁电阻效应(TMR)的磁场传感器具有很高的磁场灵敏度, 但同时噪声也较大,有效抑制TMR磁场传感器的噪声, 尤其是低频噪声的抑制对于其在高灵敏度要求场合的应用具有重要的意义. 本文采用高精度数据采集卡搭建了噪声测量系统, 测量了全桥结构TMR磁场传感器的噪声频谱图, 发现TMR传感器的噪声在低频段表现为1/f特性, 同时噪声功率谱密度与工作电流平方成正比关系; 低频噪声在自由层翻转区间内噪声急剧增大, 证明了1/f噪声主要来源于磁噪声, 这一结果为TMR磁场传感器的噪声特性优化指明了方向.  相似文献

Localized 1H NMR spectroscopy using the 90°−t1−180°−t1+t2−180°−t2−Acq. PRESS sequence can lead to a signal loss for the lactate doublet compared with signals from uncoupled nuclei which is dependent on the choice of t1 and t2. The most striking signal loss of up to 78% of the total signal occurs with the symmetrical PRESS sequence (t1=t2) at an echo time of 2/J (290 ms). Calculations have shown that this signal loss is related to the pulse angle distributions produced by the two refocusing pulses which leads to the creation of single quantum polarization transfer (PT) as well as to not directly observable states (NDOS) of the lactate AX3 spin system: zero- and multiple-quantum coherences, and longitudinal spin orders. In addition, the chemical shift dependent voxel displacement (VOD) leads to further signal loss. By calculating the density operator for various of the echo times TE=n/J, n=1, 2, 3, …, we calculated quantitatively the contributions of these effects to the signal loss as well as their spatial distribution. A maximum signal loss of 75% can be expected from theory for the symmetrical PRESS sequence and TE=2/J for Hamming filtered sinc pulses, whereby 47% are due to the creation of NDOS and up to 28% arise from PT. Taking also the VOD effect into account (2 mT/m slice selection gradients, 20-mm slices) leads to 54% signal loss from NDOS and up to 24% from PT, leading to a maximum signal loss of 78%. Using RE-BURP pulses with their more rectangular pulse angle distributions reduces the maximum signal loss to 44%. Experiments at 1.5 T using a lactate solution demonstrated a maximum lactate signal loss for sinc pulses of 82% (52% NDOS, 30% PT) at TE=290 ms using the symmetrical PRESS sequence. The great signal loss and its spatial distribution is of importance for investigations using a symmetrical PRESS sequence at TE=2/J.  相似文献

We present a new smooth amplitude-modulated (SAM) method that allows to observe highly resolved 1H spectra in solid-state NMR. The method, which works mainly at fast or ultra-fast MAS speed (νR > 25 kHz) is complementary to previous methods, such as DUMBO, FSLG/PMLG or symmetry-based sequences. The method is very robust and efficient and does not present line-shape distortions or fake peaks. The main limitation of the method is that it requires a modern console with fast electronics that must be able to define the cosine line-shape in a smooth way, without any transient. However, this limitation mainly occurs at ultra-fast MAS where the rotation period is very short.  相似文献

Oxygen is an abundant element that is present in almost all biologically relevant molecules. NMR observation of oxygen has been relatively limited since the NMR-active isotope, oxygen-17, is only present at a 0.037% natural abundance. Furthermore, as a spin 5/2 nucleus oxygen-17 has a moderately strong quadrupole moment which leads to fairly broad resonances (T(2)=1-4 ms). However, the similarly short T(1) relaxation constants allow substantial signal averaging, whereas the large chemical shift range (>300 ppm) improves the spectral resolution of (17)O NMR. Here it is shown that high-quality, natural abundance (17)O NMR spectra can be obtained from rat brain in vivo at 11.74 T. The chemical shifts and line widths of more than 20 oxygen-containing metabolites are established and the sensitivity and potential for (17)O-enriched NMR studies are estimated.  相似文献

Total assignment of 13C and 1H NMR spectra of the 5-isopropylsulfonyl-2-norbornenes 2 was achieved using the concerted application of two-dimensional homonuclear and heteronuclear chemical shift correlations. The 1H NMR spectra of 2-aminooxypropanoic acid, its methyl ester and their hydrochlorides have been inspected. The interaction of these ligands with palladium(II) has been investigated in deuterium oxide and in dimethyl sulfoxide. The metal has been found to form a chelate with the acid, whereas its esters coordinated to the metal through the nitrogen atom of the aminooxy group only. In dimethyl sulfoxide, also the methyl esters and hydrochlorides of 2-aminooxybutanoic, 2-aminooxy-3-methylpentanoic,as well as the ester of 2-aminooxyhexanoic and the hydrochoride of the ester of 2-aminooxy-3-phenylpropanoic acid have been studied.  相似文献

We have used the absorption spectra of whole blood in the UV-visible and IR regions of the spectrum to study changes in the structure of the molecular components of blood when exposed to a low-frequency pulsed magnetic field used to treat ischemic heart disease. We show that pronounced changes in the spectra when the blood is directly exposed in vivo to a magnetic field may be due to breaking of the bond between the heme group and the protein of the hemoglobin, as a consequence of changes in the intermolecular interactions in the polypeptide chains of the hemoglobin and also the spin states of the paramagnetic heme components. Exposure to a magnetic field results in changes in the conformations of the polypeptide chains of hemoglobin and the rate of dissociation of oxyhemoglobin. The temperature and concentration dependence of 1H NMR chemical shifts of pentafluoroaniline and aniline in acetone (Ac), dimethylsulphoxide (DMSO) and hexamethylphosphortriamide (HMPA) indicate that the effect of hydrogen bond formation, δ = δobs - δA' is similar for both anilines. The analysis of 1H NMR spectra showed, that proton exchange of t-butyl alcohol (tBA) and 2,6-di-t-butylphenol (DTBPh) with pentafluoroaniline is slower than that with aniline.  相似文献

The application of common two-dimensional NMR correlation experiments to gaseous analytes for structural elucidation is reported. Standard sequences such as COSY, HSQC, and HMBC are readily applied to volatile hydrocarbons and fluorocarbons. In experiments using (19)F or (13)C as the observed nucleus, it is possible to take advantage of efficient spin-rotation relaxation to perform common experiments swiftly (a (19)F COSY acquired in 6s is shown) or to render insensitive experiments possible on a practical timescale (e.g. a gas phase INADEQUATE at natural isotopic abundance in 14h). NOE-based experiments were not successful on the gaseous systems studied.  相似文献

The Diels-Alder adduct of phencyclone and N-n-propylmaleimide has been studied in CDCl3 solution at ambient temperatures by one-and two-dimensional 1H NMR (300 MHz) and 13C NMR (75 MHz) techniques. Clear evidence is presented from slow exchange limit (SEL) spectra for hindered rotation of the bridgehead phenyls in the adduct. Full 1H spectral assignments have been made via selective homonuclear decoupling and high resolution COSY experiments. The number of signals in the aryl region of 13C NMR spectra also indicated slow rotation about the C(sp2)-C(sp3) bond to the unsubstantiated bridgehead phenyls. Striking evidence of magnetic anisotropic effects, seen from 1H NMR, permits stereochemical assignment of the adduct as endo.  相似文献

Abstract

The acidic properties of ureido NH protons in two new derivatives of methyl 3,4,6-triacetyl-2-deoxy-β-D-glucopyranoside and i-butylamine (1) and L-leucine (2) were studied by 1H NMR. Stronger influence of polar aprotic solvents, more effective interaction with nitroxyl radical and faster H/D exchange indicate that N1'-H proton which is proximate to the glucopyranose ring is more acidic than N3'-H one in both ureido sugars, this conclusion was supported by semi-empirical AM1 calculation. Hydrogen to deuterium exchange rates are 1.2 x 10?2 to 5.5x 10?3 M?1 min?l. Significantly slower exchange of N3'-H proton standing by Leu residue in 2 can be explained by the existence of internal H-bonds.  相似文献

Evaluation by empirically derived equations for the Substituent effect (α, β, γ, δ) on the 13C NMR chemical shifts for C-3, C-4. C-5 and halomethyl-substituent carbon (C-6) in isoxazoles 1-5 [where C-3 substituent (R1) = H, alkyl or phenyl, C-4 Substituent (R2) = H, alkyl, and C-5 substituent (R3) = di-or trihalomethyl, methyl and H], taking as reference the compound la, is reported. From the calculated values for the α, β, γ, δ effects for each substituent it was possible to estimate the chemical shift of each carbon of the compounds 1–5. The 13 C chemical shifts of the C-3, C-4, C-5, C-6 of these compounds, can be estimated with good precision: 94% of the calculated chemical shifts are found to be within ±1.0ppm, and 100% are found to be within ±1.5ppm.  相似文献

The Diels-Alder adduct of phencyclone with p-benzoquinone has been examined by 1H NMR at 300 MHz in CDCl3 at ambient temperatures for evidence of hindered rotation of the unsubstituted bridgehead phenyl groups. The nearly first-order spectrum exhibits four approximate doublets and five approximate triplets in the aromatic region, of roughly equal intensity (ca. 2H). This is consistent with a slow-exchange limit (SEL) spectrum of the hindered phenyls. For rapidly rotating phenyls, the predicted fast-exchange limit (FEL) spectrum would have shown two 2H doublets and one 4H doublet, in addition to three 2H triplets and one 4H triplet, in the aryl region. Full 1H assignments have been made, based on the two-dimensional 1H-1H homonuclear chemical shift correlation spectrum (COSY) and expected magnetic anisotropy effects.  相似文献
