Factors affecting the coordination mode of an amidato group on aluminum will be presented. The reaction of N-tert-butylalkylacetamide ((t)BuNHCR([double bond]O)) with 1.1 molar equiv of Me(3)Al in refluxing hexane affords a pentacoordinated, dimeric compound [Me(2)Al[eta(2)-(t)BuNC(R)(mu(2)-O)]](2) (3, R = p-(t)Bu-C(6)H(4); 4, R = 2,6-F,F-C(6)H(3); 5, R = Me; 6, R = CF(3); 7, R = p-F(3)C-C(6)H(4)). However, in the presence of 2.2 molar equiv of Me(3)Al, N-tert-butyl-4-tert-butylbenzamide ((t)BuNHC(p-(t)Bu-C(6)H(4))([double bond]O in refluxing hexane gives [Me(2)Al[eta(2)-(t)BuNC(p-(t)Bu-C(6)H(4))(mu(2)-O)]AlMe(3)], 8. In contrast, the reaction of R'NHCR' '([double bond]O) with 1 molar equiv of R(3)Al at room temperature produces tetracoordinated, dimeric, eight-membered ring aluminum compounds [R(2)Al[mu,eta(2)-R'NC(R' ')O]](2) (9, R = Me, R' = 2,6-(i)Pr, (i)()Pr-C(6)H(3), R' ' = Ph; 10, R = Me, R' = (i)Bu, R' ' = Ph; 11, R = Et, R' = Bn, R' ' = Ph; 12, R = Me, R' = Ph, R' ' = CF(3); 13, R = Me, R' = Bn, R' ' = CF(3)). On the other hand, 4'-chlorobenzanilide ((p-Cl-C(6)H(4))NHCPh([double bond]O)) reacts with R(3)Al to produce trimeric, twelve-membered ring aluminum compounds [R(2)Al[mu, eta(2)-(p-Cl-C(6)H(4))NC(Ph)O]](3) (14, R = Me; 15, R = Et). Furthermore, the reaction of 2'-methoxybenzanilide with 1 molar equiv of Me(3)Al in hexane yields a dinuclear aluminum complex [Me(2)Al(o-OMe-Ph)NC(Ph)(O)AlMe(3)], 16.  相似文献

We report a comparison of theoretical and experimental proton affinities at nitrogen and oxygen sites within a series of small molecules. The calculated proton affinities are determined using the semiempirical methods AM 1, MNDO , and PM 3; the ab initio Hartree–Fock method at the following basis levels: 3-21G //3-21G , 3-21+G //3-21G , 6-31G *//6-31G *, and 6-31+G (d, p)//6-31G *; and Møller–Plesset perturbation calculations: MP 2/6-31G *//6-31G *, MP 3/6-31G *//6-31G *, MP 2/6-31G +(d, p)//6-31G *, MP 3/6-31G +(d, p)//6-31G *, and MP 4(SDTQ )/6-31G +G (d, p)//6-31G *. The semiempirical methods have more nonsystematic scatter from the experimental values, compared to even the minimal 3-21G level ab initio calculations. The thermodynamically corrected 6-31G *//6-31G * proton affinities provide acceptable results compared to experiment, and we see no significant improvement over 6-31G *//6-31G * in the proton affinities with any of the higher-level calculations. © 1992 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

A series of new (silylamino)phosphines that contain sterically bulky silyl groups on nitrogen were prepared by deprotonation/substitution reactions of the hindered disilylamines t-BuR(2)Si(Me(3)Si)NH (1, R = Me; 2, R = Ph) and (Et(3)Si)(2)NH (3). Sequential treatment of the N-lithio derivatives of 1-3 with PCl(3) or PhPCl(2) and MeLi gave the corresponding (silylamino)phosphines t-BuR(2)Si(Me(3)Si)NP(R')Me (5, R = Me, R' = Ph; 6, R = Ph, R' = Me) and (Et(3)Si)(2)NP(R)Me (11, R = Me; 12, R = Ph) in high yields. Two of the P-chloro intermediates t-BuR(2)Si(Me(3)Si)NP(Ph)Cl (7, R = Ph; 9, R = Me) were also isolated and fully characterized. Hydrolysis of 7 afforded the crystalline PH-substituted aminophosphine oxide t-BuPh(2)SiN(H)P(Ph)(=O)H (10). Thermal decomposition of 7 occurred with elimination of Me(3)SiCl and formation of a novel P(2)N(2) four-membered ring system (36) that contains both P(III) and P(V) centers. Reactions of the N-lithio derivatives of amines 1 and 2 with phosphorus trihalides afforded the thermally stable -PF(2) derivatives t-BuR(2)Si(Me(3)Si)NPF(2) (13, R = Me; 14, R = Ph) and the unstable -PCl(2) analogue 17 (R = Ph). Reduction (using LiAlH(4)) of the SiPh-substituted dihalophosphines 14 and 17 gave the unstable parent phosphine t-BuPh(2)Si(Me(3)Si)NPH(2) (15). The P-organo-substituted (silylamino)phosphines underwent oxidative bromination to afford high yields of the corresponding N-silyl-P-bromophosphoranimines t-BuR(2)SiN=P(R')(Me)Br (18, R = R' = Me; 19, R = Me, R' = Ph; 20, R = Ph, R' = Me) and Et(3)SiN=P(R)(Me)Br (23, R = Me; 24, R = Ph). Subsequent treatment of these reactive PBr compounds with lithium trifluoroethoxide or phenoxide produced the corresponding PO derivatives t-BuR(2)SiN=P(R')(Me)OR' ' (25 and 26, R' ' = CH(2)CF(3); 28-30, R' ' = Ph) and Et(3)SiN=P(R)(Me)OR' (31 and 33, R' = CH(2)CF(3); 32 and 34, R = Ph), respectively. Many of the new compounds containing the bulky tert-butyldiphenylsilyl group, t-BuPh(2)Si, were solids that gave crystals suitable for X-ray diffraction studies. Consequently, the crystal structures of three (silylamino)phosphines (6, 7, and 14), one (silylamino)phosphine oxide (10), one N-silylphosphoranimine (30), and the cyclic compound 36 were determined. Among the (silylamino)phosphines, the P-N bond distances [6, N-PMe(2), 1.725(3) A; 7, N-P(Ph)Cl, 1.68(1) A, 14, N-PF(2), 1.652(4) A] decreased significantly as the electron-withdrawing nature of the phosphorus substituents increased. The N-silylphosphoranimine t-BuPh(2)SiN=PMe(2)OPh (30), which is a model system for poly(phosphazene) precursors, had a much shorter P=N distance of 1.512(6) A and a wide Si-N-P bond angle of 166.4(3) degrees. A similar P=N bond distance [1.514(7) A] and Si-N-P angle [169.9(6) degrees ] were observed for the exocyclic P=N-Si linkage in the ring compound 36, while the phosphine oxide 10 had P-N and P=O distances of 1.637(4) and 1.496(3) A, respectively, and a Si-N-P angle of 134.3(2) degrees.  相似文献

The preparation of a large series of new N-silyl-P-alkylphosphoranimines and their (silylamino)phosphine precursors is reported. Oxidative bromination of the P-functional (silylamino)phosphines, (Me(3)Si)(2)NP(R)X [R = n-Pr, n-Bu, i-Pr, t-Bu; X = Br, OR' (R' = CH(2)CF(3), Ph)], occurred smoothly at 0 degrees C and afforded the desired P-bromophosphoranimines, Me(3)SiN=P(R)(X)Br. Nucleophilic substitution reactions of the P-dibromo members of this series with LiOR' gave the corresponding P-trifluoroethoxy- and P-phenoxyphosphoranimines, Me(3)SiN=P(R)(OR')(2) (R' = CH(2)CF(3), Ph). All of these N-silylphosphoranimines, which are potential precursors to new cyclic and/or polymeric phosphazenes, were obtained as thermally stable, distillable liquids and were characterized by NMR ((1)H, (13)C, and (31)P) spectroscopy and elemental analysis.  相似文献

The temporary anion states of gas-phase diphenyl disulfide are characterized by means of electron transmission (ET) and dissociative electron attachment (DEA) spectroscopies. The measured energies of vertical electron attachment are compared to the virtual orbital energies of the neutral state molecule supplied by MP2 and B3LYP calculations with the 6-31G basis set. The calculated energies, scaled with empirical equations, reproduce satisfactorily the attachment energies measured in the ET spectrum. The first anion state of diphenyl disulfide is stable, thus escaping detection in ETS. The vertical and adiabatic electron affinities, evaluated with B3LYP/6-31+G calculations as the energy difference between the neutral and anion states, are predicted to be 0.37 and 1.38 eV, respectively. The anion current displayed in the DEA spectrum has a sharp and intense peak at zero energy, essentially due to the C6H5S- negative fragment. In agreement, according to the calculations, the localization properties of the first anion state are strongly S-S antibonding, and the energetic requirement for its dissociation along the S-S bond is fulfilled even at zero energy.  相似文献

[Structure: see text]. A DFT calculation study of the addition reaction between molecular bromine and the number of symmetrical or unsymmetrical substituted alkynes 1 (R-CC-R'), where R = R' = H (1a), Me (1b), t-Bu (1c), or Ph (1d), or R = H and R' = Me (1e), t-Bu (1f), or Ph (1g), was performed. Two possible reactions were checked: (a) the reactions suitable for the gas-phase interactions, which start from a 1:1 Br2-alkyne pi-complex and do not enter into a 2:1 Br2-alkyne pi-complex; and (b) the processes passing through a 2:1 Br2-alkyne pi-complex, which look more realistic for the reactions in solutions. The structures of the starting reactants and the final products as well as the possible stable intermediates have been optimized. The transition states of the predicted process have been found. Both trans- and cis-dibromoalkenes (2 and 3) may ensue without the formation of ionic intermediates from a pi-complex of two bromine molecules with the alkyne (solution reactions). The geometry around the double bond forming in dibromoalkenes strongly depends on the nature of the substituents at the triple bond. The "cluster model" was also used for the prediction of solvent influence on the value of the activation barrier of the but-2-yne (1b) bromination reaction.  相似文献

A large series of new N-phosphorylphosphoranimines that bear potentially reactive functional groups on both phosphorus centers were prepared by silicon-nitrogen bond cleavage reactions of N-silylphosphoranimines. Thus, treatment of the N-silylphosphoranimines, Me(3)SiN=P(Me)(R)X (R = Me, Ph; X = OCH(2)CF(3) and R = Me, X = OPh), with phosphoryl chlorides, RP(=O)Cl(2) (R' = Cl, Me, Ph), readily afforded the corresponding N-phosphoryl derivatives, R'P(=O)(Cl)-N=P(Me)(R)X, in high yields. Subsequent reaction with 1 or 2 equiv of the silylamine, Me(3)SiNMe(2), resulted in ligand exchange at the phosphoryl (P=O) group to give the P-dimethylamino analogues, R'P(=O)(NMe(2))N=P(Me)(R)X (R' = Cl, NMe(2), Me, Ph; R = Me, Ph; X = OCH(2)CF(3), OPh). These new N-phosphorylphosphoranimines (and one thiophosphoryl analogue) were obtained as thermally stable, distillable liquids and were characterized by NMR ((1)H, (13)C, and (31)P) spectroscopy and elemental analysis. One member of the series, Cl(2)P(=O)N=P(Me)(Ph)OCH(2)CF(3) (4), was also studied by single-crystal X-ray diffraction which revealed that the formal P(O)-N single bond [1.55(1) A] is shorter than the formal N=PR(2)X double bond [1.60(1) A]. Such structural features are compared to those of similar compounds and discussed in relationship to the unexpected thermolysis pathways observed for these N-phosphorylphosphoranimines, none of which produced poly(phosphazenes).  相似文献

Piperidinium 9H-fluorene-9-carbodithioate and its 2,7-di-tert-butyl-substituted analogue [(pipH)(S(2)CCH(C(12)H(6)R(2)-2,7)), R = H (1a), t-Bu (1b)] and 2,7-bis(octyloxy)-9H-fluorene-9-carbodithioic acid [HS(2)CCH(C(12)H(6)(OC(8)H(17))(2)-2,7), 2] and its tautomer [2,7-bis(octyloxy)fluoren-9-ylidene]methanedithiol [(HS)(2)C=C(C(12)H(6)(OC(8)H(17))(2)-2,7), 3] were employed for the preparation of gold complexes with the (fluoren-9-ylidene)methanedithiolato ligand and its substituted analogues. The gold(I) compounds Q(2)[Au(2)(mu-kappa(2)-S,S-S(2)C=C(C(12)H(6)R(2)-2,7))(2)], where Q(+) = PPN(+) or Pr(4)N(+) for R = H (Q(2)4a) or Q(+) = Pr(4)N(+) for R = OC(8)H(17) [(Pr(4)N)(2)4c], were synthesized by reacting Q[AuCl(2)] with 1a or 2 (1:1) and excess piperidine or diethylamine. Complexes of the type [(Au(PR'3))(2)(mu-kappa(2)-S,S-S(2)C=C(C(12)H(6)R(2)-2,7))(2)] with R = H and R' = Me (5a), Et (5b), Ph (5c), and Cy (5d) or R = t-Bu and R' = Me (5e), Et (5f), Ph (5g), and Cy (5h) were obtained by reacting [AuCl(PR'(3))] with 1a,b (1:2) and piperidine. The reactions of 1a,b or 2 with Q[AuCl(4)] (2:1) and piperidine or diethylamine gave Q[Au(kappa(2)-S,S-S(2)C=C(C(12)H(6)R(2)-2,7))(2)] with Q(+) = PPN(+) for R = H [(PPN)6a], Q(+) = PPN(+) or Bu(4)N(+) for R = t-Bu (Q6b), and Q(+) = Bu(4)N(+) for R = OC(8)H(17) [(Bu(4)N)6c]. Complexes Q6a-c reacted with excess triflic acid to give [Au(kappa(2)-S,S-S(2)C=C(C(12)H(6)R(2)-2,7))(kappa(2)-S,S-S(2)CCH(C(12)H(6)R(2)-2,7))] [R = H (7a), t-Bu (7b), OC(8)H(17) (7c)]. By reaction of (Bu(4)N)6b with PhICl(2) (1:1) the complex Bu(4)N[AuCl(2)(kappa(2)-S,S-S(2)C=C(C(12)H(6)(t-Bu)(2)-2,7))] [(Bu(4)N)8b] was obtained. The dithioato complexes [Au(SC(S)CH(C(12)H(8)))(PCy(3))] (9) and [Au(n)(S(2)CCH(C(12)H(8)))(n)] (10) were obtained from the reactions of 1a with [AuCl(PCy(3))] or [AuCl(SMe(2))], respectively (1:1), in the absence of a base. Charge-transfer adducts of general composition Q[Au(kappa(2)-S,S-S(2)C=C(C(12)H(6)R(2)-2,7))(2)].1.5TCNQ.xCH(2)Cl(2) [Q(+) = PPN(+), R = H, x = 0 (11a); Q(+) = PPN(+), R = t-Bu, x = 2 (11b); Q(+) = Bu(4)N(+), R = OC(8)H(17), x = 0 (11c)] were obtained from Q6a-c and TCNQ (1:2). The crystal structures of 5c.THF, 5e.(2)/(3)CH(2)Cl(2), 5g.CH(2)Cl(2), (PPN)6a.2Me(2)CO, and 11b were solved by X-ray diffraction studies. All the gold(I) complexes here described are photoluminescent at 77 K, and their emissions can be generally ascribed to LMMCT (Q(2)4a,c, 5a-h, 10) or LMCT (9) excited states.  相似文献

The equimolar reaction of 1-SH-2-R-1,2-closo-C2B10H10(R=Me, H, Ph) with KOH in ethanol produces the thiolate species [1-S-2-R-1,2-closo-C2B10H10]-. These react with iodine to give the disulfide bridged dicluster (1-S-2-R-1,2-closo-C2B10H10)2(R=H, Me, Ph) compounds as analytically pure, white and air-stable solids in high yield. Synthesis of monothioether bridged species is synthetically more difficult. In fact three procedures have been tested to obtain the thioether bridged dicluster compounds (2-R-1,2-closo-C2B10H10)2S (R=Me, H, Ph) but only (2-Me-1,2-closo-C2B10H10)2S was successfully synthesized and characterized. Attempts to produce mixed compounds (1-R-1,2-closo-C2B10H10)S(1-R'-1,2-closo-C2B10H10), R not=R', were unsuccessful. Deboronation reaction of this dicarboranylthioether lead, depending on the reaction conditions, to monoanionic [(2-Me-1,2-closo-C2B10H10)S(8-Me-7,8-nido-C2B9H10)]- or dianionic [(8-Me-7,8-nido-C2B9H10)2S]2- sulfur bridge anions. Deboronation of carboranyl disulfides gave the corresponding dianionic [(7-S-8-R-7,8-nido-C2B9H10)2]2-(R=H, Me, Ph) species. This reaction was very dependent, however, on the reaction conditions. With slight variation of the reaction conditions, splitting of the S-S bond leading to the thiolate species with retention of the closo cluster was also found. Carboranyl disulfides (1-S-2-R-1,2-closo-C2B10H10)2(R=H, Me, Ph) do not lead to thiosulfinates R-S(O)-S-R' by oxidation with H2O2 or I2 as organic disulfides do. This behaviour is attributed to the presence of the sulfur atom directly bonded to the carbon cluster that produces electronic transfer from the filled orbitals on the sulfur atom into the cage LUMO (largely located on the cage Cc-Cc bond). This causes a depletion of electron density on the sulfur, thence impairing sulfur oxidation, and facilitating S-S breaking. Crystal structures of monothioethers (2-Me-1,2-closo-C2B10H10)2S, [NMe4][(2-Me-1,2-closo-C2B10H10)S(8-Me-7,8-nido-C2B9H10)](the first example reported in the literature of a two cluster compound incorporating the closo C2B10 and the nido[C2B9]- moieties linked by a one member spacer) and disulfides (1-S-1,2-closo-C2B10H11)2, (1-S-2-Me-1,2-closo-C2B10H10)2, (1-S-2-Ph-1,2-closo-C2B10H10)2 are reported which support the behaviour of these species.  相似文献

The performance of a variety of high-level composite procedures, as well as lower-cost density functional theory (DFT)- and second-order perturbation theory (MP2)-based methods, for the prediction of absolute and relative R-X bond dissociation energies (BDEs) was examined for R = Me, Et, i-Pr and t-Bu, and X = H, CH(3), OCH(3), OH and F. The methods considered include the high-level G3(MP2)-RAD and G3-RAD procedures, a variety of pure and hybrid DFT methods (B-LYP, B3-LYP, B3-P86, KMLYP, B1B95, MPW1PW91, MPW1B95, BB1K, MPW1K, MPWB1K and BMK), standard restricted (open-shell) MP2 (RMP2), and two recently introduced variants of MP2, namely spin-component-scaled MP2 (SCS-MP2) and scaled-opposite-spin MP2 (SOS-MP2). The high-level composite procedures show very good agreement with experiment and are used to evaluate the performance of the lower-level DFT- and MP2-based procedures. The best DFT methods (KMLYP and particularly BMK) provide very reasonable predictions for the absolute heats of formation and R-X BDEs for the systems studied. However, all of the DFT methods overestimate the stabilizing effect on BDEs in going from R = Me to R = t-Bu, leading in some cases to incorrect qualitative behavior. In contrast, the MP2-based methods generally show larger errors (than the best DFT methods) in the absolute heats of formation and BDEs, but better behavior for the relative BDEs, although they do tend to underestimate the stabilizing effect on BDEs in going from R = Me to R = t-Bu. The potentially less computationally expensive SOS-MP2 method offers particular promise as a reliable method that might be applicable to larger systems.  相似文献

The non-heteroatom-substituted manganese alkynyl carbene complexes (eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)2Mn=C(R)C[triple bond]CR'(3; 3a: R = R'= Ph, 3b: R = Ph, R'= Tol, 3c: R = Tol, R'= Ph) have been synthesised in high yields upon treatment of the corresponding carbyne complexes [eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)2Mn[triple bond]CR][BPh4]([2][BPh4]) with the appropriate alkynyllithium reagents LiC[triple bond]CR' (R'= Ph, Tol). The use of tetraphenylborate as counter anion associated with the cationic carbyne complexes has been decisive. The X-ray structures of (eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)2Mn=C(Tol)C[triple bond]CPh (3c), and its precursor [(eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)2Mn=CTol][BPh4]([2b](BPh4]) are reported. The reactivity of complexes toward phosphines has been investigated. In the presence of PPh3, complexes act as a Michael acceptor to afford the zwitterionic sigma-allenylphosphonium complexes (eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)2MnC(R)=C=C(PPh3)R' (5) resulting from nucleophilic attack by the phosphine on the remote alkynyl carbon atom. Complexes 5 exhibit a dynamic process in solution, which has been rationalized in terms of a fast [NMR time-scale] rotation of the allene substituents around the allene axis; metrical features within the X-ray structure of (eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)2MnC(Ph)=C=C(PPh3)Tol (5b) support the proposal. In the presence of PMe3, complexes undergo a nucleophilic attack on the carbene carbon atom to give zwitterionic sigma-propargylphosphonium complexes (eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)2MnC(R)(PMe3)C[triple bond]CR' (6). Complexes 6 readily isomerise in solution to give the sigma-allenylphosphonium complexes (eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)2MnC(R')=C=C(PMe3)R (7) through a 1,3 shift of the [(eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)2Mn] fragment. The nucleophilic attack of PPh2Me on 3 is not selective and leads to a mixture of the sigma-propargylphosphonium complexes (eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)2MnC(R)(PPh(2)Me)C[triple bond]CR' (9) and the sigma-allenylphosphonium complexes (eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)2MnC(R)=C=C(PPh(2)Me)R' (10). Like complexes 6, complexes 9 readily isomerize to give the sigma-allenylphosphonium complexes (eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)2MnC(R')=C=C(PPh2Me)R'). Upon gentle heating, complexes 7, and mixtures of 10 and 10' cyclise to give the sigma-dihydrophospholium complexes (eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)2MnC=C(R')PMe2CH2CH(R)(8), and mixtures of complexes (eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)2MnC=C(Ph)PPh2CH2CH(Tol)(11) and (eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)2MnC=C(Tol)PMe2CH2CH(Ph)(11'), respectively. The reactions of complexes 3 with secondary phosphines HPR(1)(2)(R1= Ph, Cy) give a mixture of the eta2-allene complexes (eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)2Mn[eta2-{R(1)(2)PC(R)=C=C(R')H}](12), and the regioisomeric eta4-vinylketene complexes [eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)Mn[eta4-{R(1)(2)PC(R)=CHC(R')=C=O}](13) and (eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)Mn[eta4-{R(1)(2)PC(R')=CHC(R)=C=O}](13'). The solid-state structure of (eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)2Mn[eta2-{Ph2PC(Ph)=C=C(Tol)H}](12b) and (eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)Mn[eta4-{Cy2PC(Ph)=CHC(Ph)=C=O}](13d) are reported. Finally, a mechanism that may account for the formation of the species 12, 13, and 13' is proposed.  相似文献

The reaction of P4S10 with acyloins, RC(O)CH(OH)R, in refluxing dioxane, followed by the addition of alkylating agents, forms dithiolene thiophosphoryl thiolate compounds, (R2C2S2)P(S)(SR'), which are readily isolated and purified. The compounds that have been prepared and identified spectroscopically are those with R = p-anisyl, R' = Me (1); R = p-anisyl, R' = Bz (2); R = Ph, R' = Me (4); R = Et, R' = Bz (5). Compounds 1, 2, and 4 were structurally characterized by X-ray crystallography and found to possess a tetrahedral coordination geometry about the phosphorus atom, with overall Cs symmetry. In each case, the mirror plane bisects the dithiolene S-P-S chelate and contains the thiophosphoryl bond, which ranges in length from 1.9241(8) to 1.9361(7) A. The use of 2-(bromomethyl)naphthalene as organic electrophile in the P4S10/acyloin reaction produced bis(2-methylnaphthalenyl) disulfide as the only identifiable product. The substitution of Lawesson's reagent for P4S10 in reactions with acyloins produced deoxy acyloin rather than products resulting from chalcogen exchange. Compounds 1-2 and 4-5 are Group 5 analogues of 1,3-dithiol-2-ones, (R2C2S2)C=O, and undergo a similar hydrolysis in aqueous base to liberate ene-1,2-dithiolate dianions from which corresponding metal dithiolene complexes may be prepared. Deprotection of 1 in MeO-/MeOH, followed by the addition of NiCl2.6H2O and then I2, produces square planar [Ni(S2C2(C6H4-p-OCH3)2)2] (8) in 93% yield. A high-resolution structure of 8 (P) reveals dithiolene C-C and C-S bond lengths that are clearly indicative of the thionyl radical monoanionic nature of the ligand. The use of isolated (R2C2S2)P(S)(SR') compounds as a dithiolene ligand source for the preparation of metal dithiolene complexes offers the advantages of clean reactivity and high yield.  相似文献

Herein we describe different C-C coupling reactions of permethyltitanocene and -zirconocene with disubstituted 1,3-butadiynes. The outcomes of these reactions vary depending on the metals and the diyne substituents. The reduction of [Cp2*MCl2] (Cp* = C5Me5; M = Ti, Zr) with Mg in the presence of disubstituted butadiynes RC triple bond C-C triple bond CR' is suitable for the synthesis of different C-C coupling products of the diyne and the permethylmetallocenes, and provides a new method for the generation of functionalized pentamethyl-cyclopentadienyl derivatives. For M = Zr and R = R' = tBu, the reaction gives, by a twofold activation of one pentamethylcyclopentadienyl ligand, the complex [Cp*Zr[-C(=C=CHtBu)-CHtBu-CH2-eta5-C5Me3-CH2-]] (3), containing a fulvene ligand that is coupled to the modified substrate (allenic subunit). When using the analogous permethyltitanocene fragment "Cp2*Ti", the reaction depends strongly on the substituents R and R'. The coupling product of the butadiyne with two methyl groups of one of the pentamethylcyclopentadienyl ring systems, [Cp*Ti[eta5-C5Me3-(CH2-CHR-eta2-C2-CHR'-CH2)]], is obtained with R = R' = tBu (4) and R = tBu, R' = SiMe3 (5). In these complexes one pentamethylcyclopentadienyl ligand is annellated to an eight-membered ring with a C-C triple bond, which is coordinated to the titanium center. A different activation of both pentamethylcyclopentadienyl ligands is observed for R = R' = Me, resulting in the complex [[eta5-C5Me4(CH2)-]Ti[-C(=CHMe)-C(=CHMe)-CH2-eta5-C5Me4]] (6), which displays a fulvene as well as a butadienyl-substituted pentamethylcyclopentadienyl ligand. The influence exerted by the size of the metal is illustrated in the reaction of [Cp2*ZrCl2] with MeC triple bond C-C triple bond CMe. Here the five-membered metallacyclocumulene complex [Cp2*Zr(eta4-1,2,3,4-MeC4Me)] (7) is obtained. The reaction paths found for R = R' = Me are identical to those formerly described for R = R' = Ph.  相似文献

To learn more about the bleaching action of pulps by (hydroxymethyl)phosphines, lignin chromophores, such as the alpha,beta-unsaturated aromatic aldehydes, sinapaldehyde, coniferylaldehyde, and coumaraldehyde, were reacted with the tertiary phosphines R2R'P [R = R' = Me, Et, (CH2)3OH, iPr, cyclo-C6H11, (CH2)2CN; R = Me or Et, R' = Ph; R = Ph, R' = Me, m-NaSO3-C6H4] in water at room temperature under argon. In all cases, initial nucleophilic attack of the phosphine occurs at the activated C=C bond to form a zwitterionic monophosphonium species. With the phosphines PR3 [R = Me, Et, (CH2)3OH] and with R2R'P (R = Me or Et, R' = Ph), the zwitterion undergoes self-condensation to give a bisphosphonium zwitterion that can react with aqueous HCl to form the corresponding dichloride salts (as a mixture of R,R- and S,S-enantiomers); X-ray structures are presented for the bisphosphonium chlorides synthesized from the Et3P and Me3P reactions with sinapaldehyde. With the more bulky phosphines, iPr3P, MePPh2, (cyclo-C6H11)3P, and Na[Ph2P(m-SO3-C6H4)], only an equilibrium of the monophosphonium zwitterion with the reactant aldehyde is observed. The weakly nucleophilic [NC(CH2)2]3P does not react with sinapaldehyde. An analysis of some exceptional 1H NMR data within the prochiral phosphorus centers of the bisphosphonium chlorides is also presented.  相似文献

The nucleophilic addition of amidoximes R'C(NH(2))═NOH [R' = Me (2.Me), Ph (2.Ph)] to coordinated nitriles in the platinum(II) complexes trans-[PtCl(2)(RCN)(2)] [R = Et (1t.Et), Ph (1t.Ph), NMe(2) (1t.NMe(2))] and cis-[PtCl(2)(RCN)(2)] [R = Et (1c.Et), Ph (1c.Ph), NMe(2) (1c.NMe(2))] proceeds in a 1:1 molar ratio and leads to the monoaddition products trans-[PtCl(RCN){HN═C(R)ONC(R')NH(2)}]Cl [R = NMe(2); R' = Me ([3a]Cl), Ph ([3b]Cl)], cis-[PtCl(2){HN═C(R)ONC(R')NH(2)}] [R = NMe(2); R' = Me (4a), Ph (4b)], and trans/cis-[PtCl(2)(RCN){HN═C(R)ONC(R')NH(2)}] [R = Et; R' = Me (5a, 6a), Ph (5b, 6b); R = Ph; R' = Me (5c, 6c), Ph (5d, 6d), correspondingly]. If the nucleophilic addition proceeds in a 2:1 molar ratio, the reaction gives the bisaddition species trans/cis-[Pt{HN═C(R)ONC(R')NH(2)}(2)]Cl(2) [R = NMe(2); R' = Me ([7a]Cl(2), [8a]Cl(2)), Ph ([7b]Cl(2), [8b]Cl(2))] and trans/cis-[PtCl(2){HN═C(R)ONC(R')NH(2)}(2)] [R = Et; R' = Me (10a), Ph (9b, 10b); R = Ph; R' = Me (9c, 10c), Ph (9d, 10d), respectively]. The reaction of 1 equiv of the corresponding amidoxime and each of [3a]Cl, [3b]Cl, 5b-5d, and 6a-6d leads to [7a]Cl(2), [7b]Cl(2), 9b-9d, and 10a-10d. Open-chain bisaddition species 9b-9d and 10a-10d were transformed to corresponding chelated bisaddition complexes [7d](2+)-[7f](2+) and [8c](2+)-[8f](2+) by the addition of 2 equiv AgNO(3). All of the complexes synthesized bear nitrogen-bound O-iminoacylated amidoxime groups. The obtained complexes were characterized by elemental analyses, high-resolution ESI-MS, IR, and (1)H NMR techniques, while 4a, 4b, 5b, 6d, [7b](Cl)(2), [7d](SO(3)CF(3))(2), [8b](Cl)(2), [8f](NO(3))(2), 9b, and 10b were also characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

Synthesis of the title compounds, viz. [RN(CH2CHR'O)2]2Ge (1, R = Me, R' = H; 2, R = Me, R' = Ph; 3, R = Ph, R' = H), by the reaction of 2 equiv of corresponding dialkanolamines RN(CH2CHR'OH)2 (4, R = Me, R' = H; 5, R = Me, R' = Ph; 6, R = Ph, R' = H) with (AlkO)4Ge is reported. Composition and structures of all novel compounds were established by 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry as well as elemental analysis data. The single-crystal X-ray diffraction of 2 has clearly indicated the presence of two transannular interactions Ge<--N in the compound. N atoms are cis-orientated. The compound 3 possesses long Ge...N distances. The structural data obtained from geometry optimizations by DFT calculations on 1-3 reproduces experimental results. Both cis- and trans-isomers were studied, and cis-configuration was found to be more thermodynamically stable for all three compounds. The transition states for possible cis <--> trans rearrangement processes in 1-3 were calculated. The properties of the Ge-O and Ge<--N bonds in 1-3 were analyzed by the AIM approach. The interactions between the Ge atom and N atoms as well as O atoms possess predominantly ionic character.  相似文献

Dichloro and chloromethyl Ga(III) complexes of general formulae [XClGa-eta2-{R2P(E)NP(E'R'2-E,E'}](X = Cl, R, R'= Ph, E, E'= O (1), S (2), Se (3); R = Ph, R'= OEt, E = O, E'= S (4); R = Me, R'= Ph, E, E'= S (5) and X = Me, E, E'= O (6), S (7), Se (8)) were synthesised by either metathesis reactions between GaCl3 and the potassium salt of the ligand (X = Cl) or by methane eliminations from in situ prepared GaMe2Cl and the protonated ligands LH (X = Me). Redistribution reaction of (3) in either CDCl3 or THF afforded the solvent-free tetracoordinate gallium spirocycle cation [Ga-{eta2-{Ph2P(Se)NP(Se)Ph2-Se,Se'})2]+ (9+). The molecular structures of complexes 2, 4, 5, 7 and 9(+) show non-planar gallacycle rings.  相似文献

Electrospray ionization of a mixture of the two gold phosphine chlorides, R3PAuCl (R = Ph and Me), silver nitrate and the amino acid N,N-dimethylglycine (DMG) yields a range of gold containing cluster ions including: (R3P)Au(PR'3)+; (R3PAu)(R'3PAu)Cl+ and (R3PAu)(R'3PAu)(DMG-H)+ (where R = R' = Ph; R = R' = Me; R = Me and R' = Ph). Collision induced dissociation (CID) of the (R3PAu)(R'3PAu)(DMG-H)+ precursor ions yielded the hitherto unknown gold hydride dimers (R3PAu)(R'3PAu)H+. The gas-phase chemistry of these dimers was studied using ion-molecule reactions, collision induced dissociation, electronic excitation dissociation (EED) and DFT calculations on the (H3PAu)2H+ model system. A novel phosphine ligand migration was found to occur prior to fragmentation under CID conditions and this was supported by DFT calculations, which revealed a transition state with a bridging phosphine ligand.  相似文献

Paramagnetic CpCr(III) complexes with antiferromagnetically-coupled anionic radical diimine and pyridine-imine ligands were prepared and characterized. The diimine chloro CpCr[(ArNCR)(2)]Cl complexes (1: Ar = 2,6-iPr(2)C(6)H(3) (Dpp), R = H; 2: Ar = 2,6-Me(2)C(6)H(3) (Xyl), R = Me; 3: Ar = 2,4,6-Me(3)C(6)H(2) (Mes), R = Me) were synthesized by treatment of previously reported Cr(diimine)(THF)(2)Cl(2) precursors with NaCp. Reduction of 1 with Zn gives CpCr[(DppNCH)(2)], 4, resulting from reduction of Cr(III) to Cr(II) with retention of the ligand-based radical. Alkoxide complexes CpCr[(DppNCH)(2)](OCR(2)R') (5: R = Me, R' = Ph; 6: R = iPr, R' = H) were synthesized by protonolysis of Cp(2)Cr with HOCR(2)R' in the presence of the neutral diimine and catalytic base. The corresponding radical pyridine-imine complexes CpCr(PyCHNMes)Cl (9), CpCr(PyCHNMes) (8), and CpCr(PyCHNMes)(OCMe(2)Ph) (11), were prepared by analogous routes. Oxidation of 8 with iodine gives CpCr(PyCHNMes)I (10) where oxidation of Cr(II) to Cr(III) again occurs with retention of the anionic pyridine-imine radical ligand. The molecular structures of complexes 1, 2, 4-8, 10 and 11 were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Unusual low energy bands were observed in the UV-vis spectra of the reported complexes, with particularly strong transitions observed for the Cr(II) complexes 4 and 8. The electronic structure of pyridine-imine complexes 8 and 10 were investigated by theoretical calculations.  相似文献
