The reactions of the oxalate complexes [M3Q7(C2O4)3]2− (M = Mo or W; Q = S or Se) with MnII, CoII, NiII, and CuII aqua and ethylenediamine complexes in aqueous and aqueous ethanolic solutions were studied. The previously unknown heterometallic complexes [Mo3Se7(C2O4)3Ni(H2O)5]·3.5H2O (1) and K3{[Cu(en)2H2O]([Mo3S7(ox)3]2Br)}·5.5H2O (2) were synthesized. In these complexes, the oxalate clusters serve as monodentate ligands. The K(H2en)2[W3S7(C2O4)3]2Br·4H2O salt (3) was isolated from solutions containing CoII, NiII, or CuII aqua complexes and ethylenediamine. The reaction of [Mo3Se7(C2O4)3]2− with HBr produced the bromide complex [Mo3Se7Br6]2−, which was isolated as (Bu4N)2[Mo3Se7Br6] (4). Complexes 1–3 were characterized by X-ray diffraction, IR spectra, and elemental analysis. The formation of 4 was detected by electrospray mass spectrometry. Dedicated to Academician G. A. The heteropolytungstate (NH4)20[Na2(H2O)2Ni(H2O)5{Ni(H2O)}2As4W40O140] · 61H2O is obtained by the reaction of Na27[NaAs4W40O140] · 60H2O with NiCl2 · 6H2O and NH4Cl in pH≈4.0. The structure and chemical composition are determined by X-ray diffraction analysis and element analysis. The crystal data and main structure refinement are: a = 1.33135(18) nm, b = 1.9722(3) nm, c = 3.6430(5) nm, α = 78.010(2)°, β = 82.145(2)δ, γ = 74.385(2)°, V = 8.978(2) nm3, triclinic crystal system, space group: P1, Z = 2, R1 = 0.0512, and wR2 = 0.0684(I >2σ). The four S2 sites of the big cyclic ligand [As4W40O140]28- are occupied by two Na+ and two Ni2+ respectively, and each site supplies four Od coordinating to metal ion. The coordination number of Ni2+ is six, and that of two Na+ is five and six respectively. The third Ni2+ locates outside the cyclic [As4W40O140]28- and connects with one Od, and its coordination number is six.  相似文献

Heteropoly acid (HPA) H8(PW11TiO39)2xH2O (I) is synthesized by three different ways and studied by chemical analysis, potentiometric titration, mass-spectrometry, IR, 31P, 183W, and 17O NMR spectroscopy, thermogravimetry, and transmission electron microscopy. Anion I consists of two subparticles of the Keggin structure bridged by Ti-O-Ti. The dimeric anion exists in HPA aqueous solutions at [I] > 0.02 M. At pH > 0.6 it splits to a [PW11TiO40]5− monomer stable up to pH ∼ 6. When heated (150–400)°C, I splits into H3PW12O40 and, apparently, H3PW10Ti2O38 without phase separation. Thermolysis products are soluble and when dissolved in water turn again into I. Complete decomposition of I to oxides occurs at ∼450°C.  相似文献

A new 1D organic-inorganic hybrid monocopper substituted Dawson-type arsenotungstate (H2En)0.5[Cu(En)2]0.5{[Cu(En)2(H2O)]2[Cu(En)2](α1-As2W17CuO61)} · 8H2O (I) has been hydrothermally synthesized by the reaction of Na8[A-α-HAsW9O34] · 11H2O, CuCl2 · 2H2O, YCl3, with enthylenediamine (En) and characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectra, UV spectra, powder X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetric analysis, as well as single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Single-crystal structural analysis shows that I displays an interesting 1D chain constructed from [α1-As2W17CuO61]8− subunits by means of common oxygen atoms and [Cu(En)2]2+ bridges. It should be noted that the structural transformation of the trivacant Keggin polyoxoanion [A-α-AsW9O34]9− to the monovacant Dawson [α-As2W17O61]10− polyoxoanion was observed. The TG curve of I exhibits three stages of weight loss.  相似文献

The compounds [Ni(H2O)2(En)2][{Ni(En)2}Re6S8(OH)6] · 7H2O (I), [{Cu(En)2}Re6S8(H2O)2(OH)4] · 4H2O (II), and [Ni(H2O)2(En)2]0.5[Re6Se8(H2O)3(OH)3] · 10H2O (III) were synthesized by layering aqueous solutions of Ni(En)2Cl2 or Cu(En)2Cl2 (En is ethylenediamine) onto aqueous solutions of the potassium salts of the corresponding octahedral chalcohydroxo rhenium cluster complexes [Re6Q8(OH)6]4− (Q = S, Se). The structure of the obtained compounds was determined by X-ray diffraction analysis.  相似文献

The reaction of a sulfur and oxygen-bridged 8-quinolinolato trinuclear molybdenum cluster [Mo3OS3(qn)3(H2O)3]+ (3; Hqn = 8-quinolinol) with equimolar amounts of acetylene carboxylic acid, 4-pentynoic acid, 5-hexynoic acid, acetic acid, and pimelic acid gave clusters having μ-carboxylato groups, [Mo3OS3(qn)3(H2O)(μ-HC≡CCOO)] (6), [Mo3OS3(qn)3(H2O)(μ-HC≡C(CH2)2COO)] (7), [Mo3OS3(qn)3(H2O)(μ-HC≡C(CH2)3COO)] (8), [Mo3OS3(qn)3(H2O)(μ-CH3COO)] (4), and [{Mo3OS3(qn)3(C2H5OH)}2(μ-C7H10O4)] (5), respectively. X-ray structural analyses, 1H NMR, and electronic spectra of these clusters made clear that each of the COO groups of the reagents bridges two Mo atoms in each cluster and that no adduct formation occurred at the sulfurs in the clusters. The reaction of 3 with a large excess-molar amount (50 times) of acetylene carboxylic acid gave [Mo3OS(μ3-SCH=C(COOH)S)(qn)3(H2O)(μ-HC≡CCOO)] (9) with two molecules of acetylene carboxylic acid, one acting as a carboxylato bridge and the other in adduct formation, as supported by the electronic and 1H NMR spectra. The corresponding aqua cluster [Mo3OS3(H2O)9]4+ (1), on the contrary, reacts with acetylene carboxylic acid to give adduct [Mo3OS(μ3-SCH=C(COOH)S)(H2O)9]4+ (2). Three new organic–inorganic hybrid complexes based on the Wells–Dawson polyoxoanion, namely (H2bpp)[Ni2(bpp)2(H2O)4(P2W18O62)]·H2O 1, [Cu6(Hbpy)6(bpy)3(P2W18O62)2]·2H2O 2 and (Him)5[Cu(im)2(P2W18O62)]·4H2O 3 [bpp = 1,3-bis (4-pyridyl) propane, bpy = 4,4′-bipyridine, im = imidazole] have been synthesized and characterized. Complex 1 exhibits a three-dimensional (6, 3)-connected framework with anatase topology constructed from [α-P2W18O62]6− clusters and [Ni(bpp)]2+ fragments. Each [α-P2W18O62]6− anion links to six nickel atoms through six terminal oxygen atoms from four polar and two equatorial WO6 octahedra, which shows a novel coordination mode of a Wells–Dawson cluster with a transition-metal atom. Complex 2 displays an interesting one-dimensional double-chain structure built from [α-P2W18O62]6− clusters and [Cu2(bpy)(Hbpy)2]2+ fragments. To our knowledge, complex 2 represents the first double-chain organic–inorganic hybrid complex based on a Wells–Dawson-type cluster. Complex 3 possesses a one-dimensional zigzag chain structure constructed from [α-P2W18O62]6− anions and [Cu(im)2]+ units through weak Cu···O interactions.  相似文献

Two new heteropolyoxovanadoborates (H2dap)2H6{(VO)12O6[B3O6(OH)]6(H2O)}·13H2O (1, dap = 1,2-diaminopropane) and {[Zn(dien)]2[Zn(dien)(H2O)]4(VO)12O6[B3O6(OH)]6(H2O)}2·15H2O (2, dien = diethylenetriamine) have been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized. Both 1 and 2 contain {(VO)12O6[B3O6(OH)]6(H2O)} cluster (denoted on V12B18), which is constructed by a puckered B18O36(OH)6 ring sandwiched between two triangles of six alternating cis and trans edge-sharing vanadium atoms, and a central water molecule. 1 consists of discrete [V12B18]10− cluster anions with H2dap2+ as counterions, while 2 consists of discrete neutral {[Zn(dien)]2[Zn(dien)(H2O)]4[V12B18]} clusters, which are built from two types of zinc(II) complex fragments connecting with V12B18 cluster through two Zn-(μ 3-O)-B bonds. Interestingly, 2 is the only example of the V12B18 cluster decorated by two types of zinc(II) complex fragments.  相似文献

2CaO·3B2O3·H2O which has non-linear optical (NLO) property was synthesized under hydrothermal condition and identified by XRD, FTIR and TG as well as by chemical analysis. The molar enthalpy of solution of 2CaO·3B2O3·H2O in HCl·54.572H2O was determined. From a combination of this result with measured enthalpies of solution of H3BO3 in HCl·54.501H2O and of CaO in (HCl+H3BO3) solution, together with the standard molar enthalpies of formation of CaO(s), H3BO3(s), and H2O(l), the standard molar enthalpy of formation of −(5733.7±5.2) kJ mol−1 of 2CaO·3B2O3·H2O was obtained. Thermodynamic properties of this compound were also calculated by a group contribution method.  相似文献

In the compound [Ni(Bptc)2(Bimb)2(H2O)2] (I), where H4Bptc is 3,3′,4,4′-biphenyltetracarboxylic acid; Bimb is 4,4′-bis(1-imidazolyl)biphenyl), Ni(II) has a distorted octahedral coordination geometry, which was bonded with two N atoms from two Bimb ligands, two O atoms from two H2Bptc2− ligands and two water O atoms. The reactions of the [Mo33-Q)(μ2-Q)3(H2O)3(C2O4)3]2− complex (Q = S or Se) with CuX salts (X = Cl, Br, I, or SCN) in water produce the cuboidal heterometallic clusters [Mo3(CuX)(μ3-Q)4(H2O)3(C2O4)3]2−, which were isolated as the potassium and tetraphenylphosphonium salts. Two new compounds, K2[Mo3(CuI)(μ3-S)4(H2O)3(C2O4)3]·6H2O and (PPh4)2[Mo3(CuBr)(μ3-S)4(H2O)3(C2O4)3]·7H2O, were structurally characterized. All compounds were characterized by elemental analysis and IR spectroscopy. The K2[Mo3(CuI)(μ3-Se)4(H2O)3(C2O4)3] compound was characterized by the 77Se NMR spectrum; the (PPh4)2[Mo3(CuI)(μ3-S)4(H2O)3(C2O4)3], (PPh4)2[Mo3(CuI)(μ3-Se)4(H2O)3(C2O4)3] and K2[Mo3(CuSCN)(μ3-S)4(H2O)3(C2O4)3]·7H2O compounds, by electrospray mass spectra. The compound [Ni(NH3)6][VO(O2)2(NH3)]2 was prepared and characterized by elemental analysis and vibrational spectra. The single crystal X-ray study revealed that the structure consists of [Ni(NH3)6]2+ and [VO(O2)2(NH3)] ions. As a result of weak interionic interactions V′···Op (Op-peroxo oxygen), ([VO(O2)2(NH3)])2 dimers are formed in the solid-state. The thermal decomposition of [Ni(NH3)6][VO(O2)2(NH3)]2 is a multi-step process with overlapped individual steps; no defined intermediates were obtained. The final solid products of thermal decomposition up to 600°C were Ni2V2O7 and V2O5.  相似文献

A new molybdophosphate (NH4)8{Mo2VO4[(Mo2VIO6)CH3C(O)(PO3)2]2}·14H2O (1), has been synthesized by the reaction of {Mo2VO4(H2O)6}2+ fragments with 1-hydroxyethylidenediphosphonate (hedp HOC(CH3)(PO3H2)2), and it is characterized by 31P NMR, IR, UV, element analysis, TG and single-crystal X-ray analysis. The structure analysis reveals that the polyoxoanion can be described as two {(Mo2VIO6)(CH3C(O)(PO3)2} units connected by a {Mo2VO4}2+ moiety. In the structure, the six Mo atoms are arranged into a new “W-shaped” structure, which represents a new kind of molybdophosphate.  相似文献

The coordination compound [Co(DH)2(PP)2][BF4]2 · 2H2O (DH is the dimethylglyoxime residue, PP is nicotinamide) was synthesized and studied by X-ray diffraction. The equatorial plane of the octahedral Co(III) complex contains two DH residues combined by intramolecular hydrogen bonds O-H…O, while the apical positions are occupied by two PP molecules. A method for the optimal use of the complex for enhancement of the biosynthesis of standard and acid-stable amylases of the micromycete Aspergillus niger 33–19 CNMN FD 02A and lipases of the micromycete Rhizopus arrhizus Fischer CNMN FD 03L was depeloped. The introduction of the complex in a concentration of 1–5 mg/l into the culture medium of Aspergillus niger 33-19 CNMN FD 02A reduces the process cycle by 24 h. The stimulating effect of the introduction of the complex (5 mg/l) into the culture medium of the Rhizopus arrhizus Fischer CNMN FD 03L strain is 55.5%.  相似文献

A new complex based on monosubstituted Keggin anions, formulated as [Hpy]2{[Co(4,4′-Hbpy)2(H2O)2][SiCoW11O39]} 1, was hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, single-crystal X-ray diffraction, IR, XRD and TG. Complex 1 exhibits a 2D layered structure constructed by bridging {SiCoW11O39}n6n− chains via [Co(4,4′-Hbpy)2(H2O)2]4+ fragments. The electrocatalysis of 1-CPEs (carbon paste electrodes) was performed in 0.5 M sodium acetate buffer (pH 4.5) containing 1 mM [Ru(bpy)3]2+ solution. It is found that 1-CPEs are active to the electrocatalytic redox of [Ru(bpy)3]3+/[Ru(bpy)3]2+ and the electrocatalytic oxidation of H2O into O2.  相似文献

Two new tungstoantimonates Na4H2[{Co(H2O)3}2Co(H2O)2W(H2O)2 (B-β-SbW9O33)2]·33H2O (1) and H4[Mn2(H2O)8Mn3.5(H2O)7W0.5(H2O)(B-β-SbW9O33)2]·20H2O (2) have been obtained by the routine synthetic reactions in the aqueous solutions and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, TG analysis. Compound 1 is built from the sandwich-type polyoxoanions [{Co(H2O)3}2Co(H2O)2W(H2O)2(B-β-SbW9O33)2]6−, linked by Na+ cations to construct a 1-D chain-like structure. Compound 2 shows an interesting 2-D structure built up from sandwich-type anions [Mn3.5(H2O)7W0.5(H2O)(B-β-SbW9O33)2]8− linked by additional Mn2+ ions, which represents the first example of pure inorganic 2-D structure based on the Mn-containing sandwich-type polytungstoantimonate clusters. The electrochemical and photochemical catalysis activities of compounds 1 and 2 have also been investigated.  相似文献

The reactions of the tetranuclear hydroxo complexes [M42-OH)8(H2O)16]8+ (M = Zr or Hf) with the lacunary Keggin-type ([α-PW11O39]7−) and Dawson-type ([α 2-P2W17O61]10−) phosphotungstates in aqueous solutions produce the sandwich polyoxometalate complexes [M(α-PW11O39)2]10− (M = Zr (1) or Hf (2)) and [M(α 2-P2W17O61)2]16− (M = Zr (3) and Hf (4)). The complexes were isolated and structurally characterized as salts with potassium and dimethylammonium cations. The zirconium and hafnium atoms have a square antiprismatic coordination environment (coordination number is 8). In all complexes, the mutual arrangement of the ligands corresponds to the syn isomer. Hafnium complexes 2 and 4 are the first structurally characterized polyoxometalate complexes of this metal. The structures of the resulting compounds were confirmed also by 31P NMR spectroscopy in solution. Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. In this paper, we investigated three ligand systems, symmetric and asymmetric pyridyl-containing tridentate ligands (L1NH2 = (bis(2-pyridylmethyl)-amino)-ethylamine, L2H = (bis(2-pyridylmethyl)-amino)-acetic acid, L3NH2 = [(6-amino-hexyl)-pyridyl-2-methyl-amino]-acetic acid) as bifunctional chelating agents for labeling biomolecules. These ligands reacted with the precursor fac-[188Re(CO)3(H2O)3]+ and yielded the radioactive complexes fac-[188Re(CO)3L] (L = three ligands), which were identified by RP-HPLC. The corresponding stable rhenium tricarbonyl complexes (1–3) were allowed for macroscopic identification of the radiochemical compounds. 188Re tricarbonyl complexes, with log P o/w values ranging from −1.36 to −0.32, were obtained with yields of ≥90% using ligand concentrations within the 10−6−10−4M range. Challenge studies with cysteine and histidine revealed the high stability properties of these radioactive complexes, and biodistribution studies in normal mice indicated a fast rate of blood clearance and high rate of total radioactivity excretion, primarily through the renal-urinary pathway. In summary, these asymmetric and symmetric pyridyl-containing tridentate ligands are potent bifunctional chelators for the future biomolecules labeling of fac-[188Re(CO)3(H2O)3]+.  相似文献

The ZrO(NO3)2-H3PO4-CsF-H2O system was studied at 20°C along the section at a molar ratio of PO43−/Zr = 0.5 (which is of the greatest interest in the context of phase formation) at ZrO2 concentrations in the initial solutions of 2–14 wt % and molar ratios of CsF: Zr = 1−6. The following compounds were isolated for the first time: crystalline fluorophosphates CsZrF2PO4 · H2O, amorphous oxofluorophosphate Cs2Zr3O2F4(PO4)2 · 3H2O, and amorphous oxofluorophosphate nitrate CsZr3O1.25F4(PO4)2(NO3)0.5 · 4.5H2O. The compound Cs3Zr3O1.5F6(PO4)2 · 3H2O was also isolated, which forms in a crystalline or glassy form, depending on conditions. The formation of the following new compounds was established: Cs2Zr3O1.5F5(PO4)2 · 2H2O, Cs2Zr3F2(PO4)4 · 4.5H2O, and Zr3O4(PO4)1.33 · 6H2O, which crystallize only in a mixture with known phases. All the compounds were studied by X-ray powder diffraction, crystal-optical, thermal, and IR spectroscopic analyses.  相似文献

A nickel(II) and a cobalt(III) complex of two different potentially tetradentate Schiff bases with different binding modes have been synthesised. The nickel(II) complex [NiL1] · CH3OH (1) was formed, on reacting the metal salt with a perfectly symmetrical N2O2 tetradentate Schiff base ligand H 2 L 1 , which is the 1:2 condensation product of 1,3-diamino propane and 2-hydroxyacetophenone. The cobalt(III) complex [Co(HL2)3] · (ClO4)3 · H2O (2) was synthesised using an asymmetric N2O2 tetradentate Schiff base ligand HL 2 on condensing N,N-dimethyl-1,3-diamino propane with o-vanillin in 1:1 mmol ratio. Although both Schiff bases are N2O2 functionalised, they showed variation in their coordinative property with nickel(II) and cobalt(III) ions. Both the complexes were characterised by IR spectroscopy and cyclic voltammetry and their single crystal structures clearly indicate that 1 is a mononuclear species whereas 2 is a hydrogen-bonded dimer.  相似文献
