Synthesis of monopyrenylalkylamine derivative 1 and its fluorescence behavior for Cu2+ in H2O/CH3CN (1:1, v/v) were investigated. Upon Cu2+ binding, 1, bearing a sulfonamide group, exhibited a marked excimer emission at 455 nm along with a weak monomer emission at 375 nm. The excimer emission, driven by formation of an intermolecular pyrenyl static excimer upon Cu2+ binding to the sulfonamide group, is rationalized by experimental and theoretical DFT calculation results.  相似文献

[structure: see text]. A new cyclam derivative having two different fluorophores of pyrene and NBD subunits was prepared, and its Hg2+- and Cu2+-selective signaling behaviors were investigated. The detection limits for the analysis of Hg2+ and Cu2+ ions were found to be 7.9 x 10(-6) and 2.6 x 10(-7) M in aqueous acetonitrile solution (H2O-CH3CN = 10:90, v/v), respectively. The compound also exhibited a selective Hg2+/Cu2+-induced OFF-ON-OFF type of signaling pattern that can be utilized for the construction of functional supramolecular switching systems.  相似文献

 研究了meso-四(对羟基苯基)卟啉为柱前衍生化试剂与Cd2+,Pb2+,Cu2+和Zn2+离子的配合反应条件及配合物在C18色谱柱上的分离条件,建立了反相高效液相色谱快速分离光度检测Cd2+,Pb2+,Cu2+和Zn2+的新方法。配合物和试剂在15 min内出峰完毕。4种离子的检出限为: Cd2+0.02 ng,Pb2+0.02 ng, Cu2+0.02 ng,Zn2+0.12 ng;线性范围为:Cd2+0.8 μg/L~150 μg/L,Pb2+0.8 μg/L~300 μg/L,Cu2+0.8 μg/L~500 μg/L,Zn2+5.0 μg/L~1 000 μg/L;方法的日内相对标准偏差为:2.8%~4.8%,测定低、中、高3个浓度的日间相对标准偏差为3.7%~9.7%。  相似文献

N-(2-Pyridylmethyl)pyridine-2-methylketimine (L1) was synthesized from equimolar quantities of (2-pyridyl)methylamine and 2-acetylpyridine. Methanolic solution of L1 reacted readily with Cu(NO3)2.3H2O in air, affording green solid of composition {[Cu(L2)(OH)(NO3)][Cu(L2)(NO3)2]}.2H2O, where L2 is 4'-(2-pyridyl)-2,2':6',2' '-terpyridine. Oxidation of the active methylene group of L1 to an imide and then condensation with 2-acetylpyridine involving a C-C bond-forming reaction, mediated by a Cu2+ ion, are the essential steps involved in the conversion of L1 to L2. L2 is isolated by extrusion of Cu2+ with EDTA(2-). The copper center in [Cu(L2)(OH)(NO3)] has a mer-N3O3 environment, and that in [Cu(L2)(NO3)2] has a distorted trigonal-bipyramidal geometry. Two H2O molecules held by C-H...O interactions are present in the predominantly hydrophobic channels of approximate cavity dimension 7.60 x 6.50 A created by aromatic rings through pi-pi interactions.  相似文献

The cation-pi interaction, a noncovalent interaction of electrostatic nature between a cation and an electron-rich pi system, is increasingly recognized as an important force that influences the structures and functions of molecules including proteins. Unlike other metal cations, the transition metal cation Cu2+ is not regarded to take part in a cation-pi interaction because Cu2+ tends to oxidize the pi electron system, in particular that of Trp, and to introduce covalency in the metal-pi electron interaction. This paper reports the first spectral evidence for the cation-pi interaction between Cu2+ and Trp. The Cu2+ ion bound to the amino N-terminal Cu2+/Ni2+ binding motif composed of three amino acid residues interacts with the indole ring of the fourth Trp residue in a noncovalent manner. The Cu2+-Trp interaction produces a distinct negative band at 223 nm in circular dichroism (CD), which disappears upon mutation or depletion of the Trp residue or upon replacement of the Cu2+ ion by Ni2+. In UV absorption, a pair of negative/positive intensity changes is generated at 222/231 nm by the Cu2+-Trp interaction, being consistent with the previous observations on the indole ring interacting with K+ or a cationic His imidazole ring. The negative CD band around 223 nm is characteristic of the Cu2+-Trp pair and may be useful as a marker of the Cu2+-Trp cation-pi interaction. Coordination of negatively charged ligands to Cu2+ is suggested to be important for the cation to be involved in a cation-pi interaction.  相似文献

The interaction with Cu2+ and dopamine of three polyazacyclophanes containing pyrazole fragments as spacers is described. Formation of mixed complexes Cu2+-macrocycle-dopamine has been studied by potentiometric methods in aqueous solution. The crystal structures of the complexes [Cu2(L1)(H2O)2](ClO4)4*2H2O (4) (L1 = 13,26-dibenzyl-3,6,9,12,13,16,19,22,25,26-decaazatricyclo[22.2.1.1(11,14)]octacosa-1(27),11,14(28),24-tetraene) and [Cu2(H-1L3)](HClO4)(ClO4)2*2H2O (6) (L3 = 1,4,7,8,11,14,17,20,21,24,29,32,33,36-tetradecaazapentacyclo[12.12.12.1(6,9).1(19,22).1(31,34)]hentetraconta-6,9(41),19(40),21,31,34(39)-hexaene) are presented. In the first one (4), each Cu2+ coordination site is made up by the three nitrogens of the polyamine bridge, a sp2 pyrazole nitrogen and one water molecule that occupies the axial position of a square pyramid. The distance between the copper ions is 6.788(2) A. In the crystal structure of 6, the coordination geometry around each Cu2+ is square pyramidal with its base being formed by two secondary nitrogens of the bridge and two nitrogen atoms of two different pyrazolate units which act as exobidentate ligands. The axial positions are occupied by the bridgehead nitrogen atoms; the elongation is more pronounced in one of the two sites [Cu(1)-N(1), 2.29(2) A; Cu(2)-N(6), 2.40(1) A]. The Cu-N distances involving the deprotonated pyrazole moieties are significantly shorter than those of the secondary nitrogens. The Cu(1)...Cu(2) distance is 3.960(3) A. The pyrazole in the noncoordinating bridge does not deprotonate and lies to one side of the macrocyclic cavity. One of the aliphatic nitrogens of this bridge is protonated and hydrogen bonded to a water molecule, which is further connected to the sp2 nitrogen of the pyrazole moiety through a hydrogen bond. The solution studies reveal a ready deprotonation of the pyrazole units induced by coordination to Cu2+. In the case of L2 (L2 = 3,6,9,12,13,16,19,22,25,26-decaazatricyclo[22.2.1.1(11,14)]octacosa-1(27),11,14(28),24-tetraene), deprotonation of both pyrazole subunits is already observed at pH ca. 4 for 2:1 Cu2+:L2 molar ratios. All three free receptors interact with dopamine in aqueous solution. L3 is a receptor particularly interesting with respect to the values of the interaction constants over five logarithmic units at neutral pH, which might suggest an encapsulation of dopamine in the macrocyclic cage. All three receptors form mixed complexes Cu2+-L-dopamine. The affinity for the formation of ternary dopamine complexes is particularly high in the case of the binuclear Cu2+ complexes of the 1-benzyl derivative L1.  相似文献

Syntheses, structures, and magnetic properties of novel trinuclear complexes of the same motif [M{Cu(pz2bg)2}M]4+ (M = CuII, NiII, CoII, MnII), catena-[Cu2{Cu(pz2bg)2}(Hpz)2(PhSO3)2](PhSO3)2.4H2O (2.4H2O), [Ni2{Cu(pz2bg)2}(MeOH)2(H2O)4](NO3)4 (3), [Co2{Cu(pz2bg)2}(NO3)2(EtOH)2](NO3)2 (4), and [Mn2{Cu(pz2bg)2}(NO3)4(MeCN)2] (5), which include the complex ligand [Cu(pz2bg)2] (1), are reported (Hpz = pyrazole, pz2bg- = di(pyrazolecarbimido)aminate; bispyrazolyl derivative of biguanidate). The reaction of Cu(ClO4)2.6H2O, sodium dicyanamide, Hpz, and PhSO3H.H2O (1:2:4:4) in MeOH yielded blue crystals of [Cu2(1)(Hpz)2(PhSO3)2](PhSO3)2.4H2O (2.4H2O). In 2, the tricopper(II) units, which consist of two Cu(II) ions bridged by 1, are linked by benzenesulfonate anions to form a ladder structure. Complex 1 was isolated by removing the terminal Cu(II) ions from 2 with use of Na(4)edta. Complexes 3-5 were obtained by the reaction of 1 with an excess of each M(II) ion. In 2-5, the adjoining metal ions are ferromagnetically coupled via the pz2bg- ligand with J values of +7.2(1), +7.5(1), +2.7(1), and +0.3(1) cm(-1), respectively, using a spin Hamiltonian H = -2J(S(M1)S(Cu) + S(Cu)S(M2)). The ferromagnetic interaction was attributed to the strict orthogonality of magnetic dsigma orbitals, which are controlled by the kappa3N:kappa2N bridging geometry of the pz2bg- ligands.  相似文献

A novel colorimetric cation sensor bearing phenol, thiol and HCN groups was designed and synthesized. In a DMSO/H2O (9:1, v/v) solution, the sensor exhibited highly selective recognition of Cu2+ among a range of metal ions tested. In the presence of Cu2+, solutions of the sensor underwent a dramatic color change from colorless to yellow, while the presence of other metal cations such as Zn2+, Pb2+, Cd2+, Ni2+, Co2+, Fe3+, Hg2+, Ag+ and Ca2+ had no effect on the color. The detection limit of the sensor toward Cu2+ is 8.0×10(-7) M and an association constant Ka of 4.3×10(5) M(-1) was measured. The sensing of Cu2+ by this sensor was found to be reversible, with the Cu2+-induced color being lost upon addition of EDTA.  相似文献

A tetragonal 123 phase with the composition close to CeLa2 { Cu 2 2+ } [Mg2+]O8 (the braces indicate the Cu(2) positions; the brackets indicate the Cu(1) positions) with the parameters a = b = 0.3909(3) nm, c = 1.6591(8) nm was prepared at 860°C under an oxygen atmosphere with an elevated oxygen pressure. When the lanthanum-for-barium substitution was incomplete, the resulting 123 phase had the composition close to CeLa1.7Ba0.3{ Cu 1.7 2+ } [Mg]O8 with the unit cell parameters a = b = 0.3868(3) nm, c = 1.6578(8) nm that contains Cu3+ in the Cu(2) positions. The partial substitution of barium for lanthanum (the melting point of barium oxide is almost 500°C lower that of the lanthanum oxide) appreciably facilitated the synthesis: the 123 phase in this sample was more than 90%. The existence of Cu3+ in the Cu(2) positions enhanced the electrical conductivity of the sample.  相似文献

The effect of Cu2+ on the triple-stranded helical structure of poly(A:2I) was studied by means of circular dichroism spectral method with the help of ultraviolet spectral and ethidium bromide fluorescence probe methods. It was found that Cu2+ destabilizes the structure of the triple helix poly(A:2I) and induces its structural transformations, meanwhile, the transformations can be partially reversed by a higher NaCl concentration. By mixing an aqueous solution of CuCl2 with an NaDC aqueous solution of various concentration and initial molar ratio, seven coordinated samples with distinct appearances and characters were obtained. Their structures and components were investigated by FT-IR spectroscopy, EXAFS (the extended X-ray absorption fine structure), thermal analysis, X-ray diffraction, laser light scattering, TEM (transmission electron micrograph), element analysis and ICP (inductively coupled plasma) analysis. The following conclusions were given: (1) The complexes of Cu2+-NaDC with distinct appearances and properties were synthesized. (2) After Cu(DC)2 dissolved in NaDC aqueous solution, larger micelles (30-90 nm diameter) formed in the supernate, it is a mixed micelle with Cu(DC)2 and NaDC. So these micelles are a new kind of micelle containing two kinds of metal ions. This is a new result using metal ions as bridges to form micelle. (3) According to the different concentration of Cu2+ to NaDC, the complexes formed as gel or poly-crystals. Both the composition of gel complexes and the coordination structure of carboxyl groups with metal ions varied with the initial molar ratio of Cu2+ to Na+. The gel complexes exhibits the non-stoichiometric character. (4) These results are in agreement with physiological condition. All the different states such as gel, precipitate, micelles of various structures are present in bile of gallbladder. We can suggest an ideal model of the interaction between Cu2+ and bile salts in vivo.  相似文献

The synthesis of the terpyridinophane-type polyamine 2,6,9,12,16-pentaaza[17]-(5,5' ')-cyclo-(2,2':6',2' ')-terpyridinophane heptahydrobromide tetrahydrate (L.7HBr.4H2O) is described. L presents six protonation constants with values in the range 9.21-3.27 logarithmic units. L interacts with Cu2+ and Zn2+ forming in both cases, neutral, protonated, and hydroxylated mono- and binuclear complexes whose constants have been calculated by potentiometry in 0.15 M NaClO4 at 298.1 K. The crystal structures of the compounds [Cu(HL-carb)(H2O)](ClO4)3.2H2O (1) and [Cu2(H2L)(CO3)]2(ClO4)8.9H2O (2) have been solved by X-ray diffraction. In 1, the metal center presents square pyramidal geometry. The base of the pyramid is formed by the three nitrogen atoms of pyridine and one oxygen atom of a CO2 group which is forming a carbamate bond with the central nitrogen atom of the polyamine chain. The axial position is occupied by a water molecule. In 2, one Cu2+ is bound by the three pyridine nitrogens and the other one by the three central nitrogen atoms of the polyamine chain. The square planar coordination geometry is completed by a carbonate group taken up from the atmosphere that behaves as a bridging mu,mu'-ligand between the two centers. The pH-metric titrations on the ternary Cu2+-L-carbonate and Zn2+-L-carbonate systems show the extensive formation of adduct species which above pH 6 are formed quantitatively in solution. The stoichiometries of the main species formed in solution at pH = 6.8 agree with those found in the crystalline compounds. CO2 uptake by the Zn2+ and Cu2+ 1:1 complexes in aqueous solution has also been followed by recording the variations in the band at ca. 300 nm. The formation of the Zn2+ carbamate moiety has been evidenced by 13C NMR and ESI spectroscopy.  相似文献

A novel sandwich-type polyoxometalate incorporating a unique hybrid hexanuclear copper cluster, [Cu(enMe)2]2{[Cu(enMe)2(H2O)]2[Cu6(enMe)2(B-a-SiW9O34)2]}.4H2O (1, enMe=1,2-diaminopropane), has been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by the elemental analyses, IR spectroscopy, TG analysis, magnetic properties, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Crystal data for 1: triclinic, P; a=12.5105(2), b=14.3710(2), c=17.2687(2) A; alpha=98.834(1), beta=110.744(1), gamma=104.711(1) degrees; V=2704.57(7) A3; rho=3.646 g/cm3; Z=1. X-ray crystallographic study shows that the molecular structure of 1 contains 10 copper ions: Six of them form an unprecedented inorganic-organic hybrid Cu6 cluster via edge-sharing combination of two CuO6 octahedra, two CuO5, and two CuO3N2 square pyramids and are encapsulated between two {B-a-SiW9O34} units. Two of them form two [Cu(enMe)2(H2O)]2+ complexes and further attach to the two {B-a-SiW9O34} units via two Cu-O=W bridges, acting as a decorated role. The remaining two form isolated [Cu(enMe)2]2+ complexes playing roles of charge-compensation and space-fillers. Magnetization measurement reveals that the hexanuclear copper cluster exhibits overall ferromagnetic interactions.  相似文献

The pK(a)s and Zn2+, Cd2+ and Cu2+ complexation constants (K) for 1,4,7-tris[(2'S)-acetamido-2'-(methyl-3'-phenylpropionate)]-1,4,7-triazacyclononane, 1, 1,4,7-tris[(2'S)-acetamido-2'-(1'-carboxy-3'-phenylpropane)]-1,4,7-triazacyclononane, H(3)2, 1,4,7-tris[(2'S)-acetamido-2'-(methyl-3'-(1H-3-indolyl)propionate)]-1,4,7-triazacyclononane, 3, and 1,4,7,10-tetrakis[(2'S)-acetamido-2'-(methyl-3'-phenylpropionate)]-1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecane, 4, 1,4,7,10-tetrakis[(2'S)-acetamido-2'-(1'-carboxy-3'-phenylpropane)]-1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecane, H(4)5, in 20 : 80 v/v water-methanol solution are reported. The pK(a)s within the potentiometric detection range for H(3)1(3+) = 8.69 and 3.59, for H(6)2(3+) = 9.06, 6.13, 4.93 and 4.52, H(3)3(3+) = 8.79 and 3.67, H(4)4(4+) = 8.50, 5.62 and 3.77 and for H(8)5(4+) = 9.89, 7.06, 5.53, 5.46, 4.44 and 4.26 where each tertiary amine nitrogen is protonated. The complexes of 1: [Zn(1)]2+(9.00), [Cd(1)]2+ (6.49), [Cd(H1)]3+ (4.54) and [Cu(1)]2+ (10.01) are characterized by the log(K/dm3 mol(-1)) values shown in parentheses. Analogous complexes are formed by 3 and 4: [Zn(3)]2+ (10.19), [Cd(3)]2+ (8.54), [Cu(3)]2+ (10.77), [Zn(4)]2+ (11.41) [Cd(4)]2+ (9.16), [Cd(H4)]3+ (6.16) and [Cu(4)]2+ (11.71). The tricarboxylic acid H(3)2 generates a greater variety of complexes as exemplified by: [Zn(2)-] (10.68) [Zn(H2)] (6.60) [Zn(H(2)2)+] (5.15), [Cd(2)](-) (4.99), [Cd(H2)] (4.64), [Cd(H2(2))]+ (3.99), [Cd(H(3)2)]2+ (3.55), [Cu(2)](-) (12.55) [Cu(H2)] (7.66), [Cu(H(2)2)]+ (5.54) and [Cu(2)2](4-) (3.23). The complexes of H(4)5 were insufficiently soluble to study in this way. The 1H and 13C NMR spectra of the ligands are consistent with formation of a predominant Zn2+ and Cd2+ Delta or Lambda diastereomer. The preparations of the new pendant arm macrocycles H(3)2, 3, 4 and H(4)5 are reported.  相似文献

New 4,4-difluoro-4-bora-3a,4a-diaza-s-indacene (BODIPY) derivatives (1 and 2) were synthesized as an "off-on" fluorescent chemosensor and fluorescent chemodosimeter for Cu2+ and Pb2+. Compound 1 displayed selective and large chelation enhanced fluorescence effects with Pb2+ and Cu2+ among the metal ions examined. On the other hand, compound 2, a fluorescent chemodosimeter, effectively recognized Cu2+ via a selective hydrolysis of the acetyl group.  相似文献

The synthesis, characterization, Cu2+ coordination and interaction with AMP of three tripodal polyamines are reported. The polyamines are based on the structure of the tetraamine (tren) which has been enlarged with three propylamino functionalities (), with a further anthrylmethyl fragment at one of its terminal primary nitrogens () or with naphthylmethyl fragments at its three ends (). The protonation constants of all three polyamines show that at pH 6, all six primary and secondary nitrogen atoms in the arms are protonated. The interaction with Cu2+ and AMP (adenosine-5'-monophosphate) has been studied by potentiometric, UV-Vis, ESI-MS spectroscopy and NMR techniques. pH-Metric, NMR and ESI/MS techniques indicate that and form with AMP adducts of 1:1, 2:1 and 3:1 AMP:L stoichiometries in water. This is one of the first examples for the formation of such complexes in aqueous solution. Formation of ternary complexes between , , , Cu2+ and AMP is observed. Paramagnetic NMR techniques have been used to obtain structural information on the binding mode of AMP to the Cu2+- binuclear complexes.  相似文献
