Mg0.95Ni0.05TiO3 ceramics were prepared by traditional solid-state route using sintering temperatures between 1300 and 1425 °C and holding time of 2–8 h. The sintered samples were characterized for their phase composition, micro-crystalline structure, unit–cell constant, and dielectric properties. A two-phase combination region was identified over the entire compositional range. The effect of sintering conditions was analyzed for various properties. Both permittivity (εr) and Q factor (Qf) were sensitive to sintering temperatures and holding times, and the optimum performance was found at 1350 °C withholding time of 4 h. The temperature coefficient of resonant frequency (τf) in a range from −45.2 to −52 (ppm/°C) and unit–cell constant were not sensitive to both the sintering temperature and holding time. An optimized Q factor of 192,000 (GHz) related with a permittivity (εr) of 17.35 and a temperature coefficient (τf) of −47 (ppm/°C) was realized for the specimen sintered at 1350 °C withholding time of 4 h. For applications of 5G communication device (filter, antennas, etc.), Mg0.95Ni0.05TiO3 is considered to be a suitable candidate for substrate materials.  相似文献

The pyrolysis (1000 °C) of a liquid poly(vinylmethyl-co-methyl)silazane modified by tetrakis(dimethylamido)titanium in flowing ammonia, nitrogen and argon followed by the annealing (1000–1800 °C) of as-pyrolyzed ceramic powders have been investigated in detail. We first provide a comprehensive mechanistic study of the polymer-to-ceramic conversion based on TG experiments coupled with in-situ mass spectrometry and ex-situ solid-state NMR and FTIR spectroscopies of both the chemically modified polymer and the pyrolysis intermediates. The pyrolysis leads to X-ray amorphous materials with chemical bonding and ceramic yields controlled by the nature of the atmosphere. Then, the structural evolution of the amorphous network of ammonia-, nitrogen- and argon-treated ceramics has been studied above 1000 °C under nitrogen and argon by X-ray diffraction and electron microscopy. HRTEM images coupled with XRD confirm the formation of nanocomposites after annealing at 1400 °C. Their unique nanostructural feature appears to be the result of both the molecular origin of the materials and the nature of the atmosphere used during pyrolysis. Samples are composed of an amorphous Si-based ceramic matrix in which TiNxCy nanocrystals (x + y = 1) are homogeneously formed “in situ” in the matrix during the process and evolve toward fully crystallized compounds as TiN/Si3N4, TiNxCy (x + y = 1)/SiC and TiC/SiC nanocomposites after annealing to 1800 °C as a function of the atmosphere.  相似文献

Dilute dispersions of poly(lauryl methacrylate)–poly(benzyl methacrylate) (PLMA–PBzMA) diblock copolymer spheres (a.k.a. micelles) of differing mean particle diameter were mixed and thermally annealed at 150 °C to produce spherical nanoparticles of intermediate size. The two initial dispersions were prepared via reversible addition–fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) dispersion polymerization of benzyl methacrylate in n-dodecane at 90 °C. Systematic variation of the mean degree of polymerization of the core-forming PBzMA block enabled control over the mean particle diameter: small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) analysis indicated that PLMA39–PBzMA97 and PLMA39–PBzMA294 formed well-defined, non-interacting spheres at 25 °C with core diameters of 21 ± 2 nm and 48 ± 5 nm, respectively. When heated separately, both types of nanoparticles regained their original dimensions during a 25–150–25 °C thermal cycle. However, the cores of the smaller nanoparticles became appreciably solvated when annealed at 150 °C, whereas the larger nanoparticles remained virtually non-solvated at this temperature. Moreover, heating caused a significant reduction in mean aggregation number for the PLMA39–PBzMA97 nanoparticles, suggesting their partial dissociation at 150 °C. Binary mixtures of PLMA39–PBzMA97 and PLMA39–PBzMA294 nanoparticles were then studied over a wide range of compositions. For example, annealing a 1.0% w/w equivolume binary mixture led to the formation of a single population of spheres of intermediate mean diameter (36 ± 4 nm). Thus we hypothesize that the individual PLMA39–PBzMA97 chains interact with the larger PLMA39–PBzMA294 nanoparticles to form the hybrid nanoparticles. Time-resolved SAXS studies confirm that the evolution in copolymer morphology occurs on relatively short time scales (within 20 min at 150 °C) and involves weakly anisotropic intermediate species. Moreover, weakly anisotropic nanoparticles can be obtained as a final copolymer morphology over a restricted range of compositions (e.g. for PLMA39–PBzMA97 volume fractions of 0.20–0.35) when heating dilute dispersions of such binary nanoparticle mixtures up to 150 °C. A mechanism involving both chain expulsion/insertion and micelle fusion/fission is proposed to account for these unexpected observations.

Dilute dispersions of poly(lauryl methacrylate)-poly(benzyl methacrylate) diblock copolymer spheres of differing mean diameter are mixed and thermally annealed at 150 °C to produce either spherical or non-spherical nanoparticles of intermediate size.  相似文献

Silicondiselenide is a semiconductor and exists as an insoluble polymer (SiSe2)n which is prepared by reacting elemental silicon with selenium powder in the temperature range of 400–850 °C. Herein, we report on the synthesis, isolation, and characterization of carbene stabilized molecular silicondiselenide in the form of (cAAC)2Si2Se4 (3) [cAAC = cyclic alkyl(amino)carbene]. 3 is synthesized via reaction of diatomic silicon(0) compound (cAAC)2Si2 (2) with black selenium powder at –78 °C to room temperature. The intensely orange colored compound 3 is soluble in polar organic solvents and stable at room temperature for a month under an inert atmosphere. 3 decomposes above 245 °C. The molecular structure of 3 has been confirmed by X-ray single crystal diffraction. It is also characterized by UV-vis, IR, Raman spectroscopy and mass spectrometry. The stability, bonding, and electron density distributions of 3 have been studied by theoretical calculations.  相似文献

As the enantiomers of 1-phenylethanol are valuable intermediates in several industries, the lipase catalyzed kinetic resolution of (R,S) -1-phenylethanol is a relevant research topic. In this study, the goal was to determine the optimum reaction parameters to produce enantiomerically pure 1-phenylethanol by lipase (Novozyme 435) catalyzed kinetic resolution using response surface methodology (RSM). Reactions were performed with 40–400 mM (R,S)-1-phenylethanol, 120–1200 mM vinyl acetate and 2–22 mg/mL biocatalyst concentrations (BC L ), at 20–60 °C and with a stirring rate of 50–400 rpm for 5–120 min. The samples were analyzed using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with a Chiralcel OB column. Optimum reaction parameters to reach 100% enantiomeric excess for the substrate ( ee s ) were determined as follows: substrate concentration (C s ): 240 mM, BC L : 11 mg/mL, at 42 °C with a reaction time of 75 min. Model validation was performed using these conditions and ee s was calculated as 100%, which indicates the predicted model was efficient and accurate. When compared to the literature, it was observed that the reaction time decreased significantly. This is an important result considering the industrial scale perspective.  相似文献

In this work core/shell composite polymer/TiO2 nanofibers and from those TiO2 nanotubes were prepared. First, poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) and poly(vinylpyrrolidone) (PVP) fibers were synthetized by electrospinning. They were covered with a 100 nm thick amorphous TiO2 layer by atomic layer deposition at 50 °C. Later the polymer core was removed by two different methods: dissolution and annealing. In the case of dissolution in water, the as-prepared TiO2 nanotubes remained amorphous, while when annealing was used to remove the polymers, the TiO2 crystallized in anatase form. Due to this, the properties of amorphous and crystalline TiO2 nanotubes with exactly the same structure and morphology could be compared. The samples were investigated by SEM-EDX, ATR-IR, UV-Vis, XRD and TG/DTA-MS. Finally, the photocatalytic properties of the TiO2 nanotubes were studied by decomposing methyl-orange dye under UV light. According to the results, crystalline anatase TiO2 nanotubes reached the photocatalytic performance of P25, while amorphous TiO2 nanotubes had observable photocatalytic activity.  相似文献

Spruce (Picea abies) wood hemicelluloses have been obtained by the noncatalytic and catalytic oxidative delignification in the acetic acid-water-hydrogen peroxide medium in a processing time of 3–4 h and temperatures of 90–100 °C. In the catalytic process, the H2SO4, MnSO4, TiO2, and (NH4)6Mo7O24 catalysts have been used. A polysaccharide yield of up to 11.7 wt% has been found. The hemicellulose composition and structure have been studied by a complex of physicochemical methods, including gas and gel permeation chromatography, Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy, and thermogravimetric analysis. The galactose:mannose:glucose:arabinose:xylose monomeric units in a ratio of 5:3:2:1:1 have been identified in the hemicelluloses by gas chromatography. Using gel permeation chromatography, the weight average molar mass Mw of hemicelluloses has been found to attain 47,654 g/mol in noncatalytic delignification and up to 42,793 g/mol in catalytic delignification. Based on the same technique, a method for determining the α and k parameters of the Mark–Kuhn–Houwink equation for hemicelluloses has been developed; it has been established that these parameters change between 0.33–1.01 and 1.57–472.17, respectively, depending on the catalyst concentration and process temperature and time. Moreover, the FTIR spectra of the hemicellulose samples contain all the bands characteristic of heteropolysaccharides, specifically, 1069 cm−1 (C–O–C and C–O–H), 1738 cm−1 (ester C=O), 1375 cm−1 (–C–CH3), 1243 cm−1 (–C–O–), etc. It has been determined by the thermogravimetric analysis that the hemicelluloses isolated from spruce wood are resistant to heating to temperatures of up to ~100 °C and, upon further heating, start destructing at an increasing rate. The antioxidant activity of the hemicelluloses has been examined using the compounds simulating the 2,2-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl free radicals.  相似文献

Designing solid-state electrolytes for proton batteries at moderate temperatures is challenging as most solid-state proton conductors suffer from poor moldability and thermal stability. Crystal–glass transformation of coordination polymers (CPs) and metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) via melt-quenching offers diverse accessibility to unique properties as well as processing abilities. Here, we synthesized a glassy-state CP, [Zn3(H2PO4)6(H2O)3](1,2,3-benzotriazole), that exhibited a low melting temperature (114 °C) and a high anhydrous single-ion proton conductivity (8.0 × 10−3 S cm−1 at 120 °C). Converting crystalline CPs to their glassy-state counterparts via melt-quenching not only initiated an isotropic disordered domain that enhanced H+ dynamics, but also generated an immersive interface that was beneficial for solid electrolyte applications. Finally, we demonstrated the first example of a rechargeable all-solid-state H+ battery utilizing the new glassy-state CP, which exhibited a wide operating-temperature range of 25 to 110 °C.

Melt-quenched coordination polymer glass shows exclusive H+ conductivity (8.0 × 10−3 S cm−1 at 120 °C, anhydrous) and optimal mechanical properties (42.8 Pa s at 120 °C), enables the operation of an all-solid-state proton battery from RT to 110 °C.  相似文献

Zinc chloride and potassium oxalate are often applied as activating agents for carbon materials. In this work, we present the preparation of ZnO/carbon spheres composites using resorcinol-formaldehyde resin as a carbon source in a solvothermal reactor heated with microwaves. Zinc chloride as a zinc oxide source and potassium oxalate as an activating agent were applied. The effect of their addition and preparation conditions on the adsorption properties towards carbon dioxide at 0 °C and 25 °C were investigated. Additionally, for all tested sorbents, the CO2 sorption tests at 40 °C, carried out utilizing a thermobalance, confirmed the trend of sorption capacity measured at 0 and 25 °C. Furthermore, the sample activated using potassium oxalate and modified using zinc chloride (a carbon-to-zinc ratio equal to 10:1) displayed not only a high CO2 adsorption capacity (2.69 mmol CO2/g at 40 °C) but also exhibited a stable performance during the consecutive multicycle adsorption–desorption process.  相似文献

Two hexanuclear paddlewheel-like clusters appending six carboxylic-acid pendants have been isolated with the inclusion of polar solvent guests: [Cu6(Hmna)6]·7DMF (1·7DMF) and [Ag6(Hmna)6]·8DMSO (2·8DMSO), where H2mna = 2-mercaptonicotininc acid, DMF = N,N’-dimethylformamide, and DMSO = dimethyl sulfoxide. The solvated clusters, together with their fully desolvated forms 1 and 2, have been characterized by FTIR, UV–Vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy, TG-DTA analysis, and DFT calculations. Crystal structures of two solvated clusters 1·7DMF and 2·8DMSO have been unambiguously determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Six carboxylic groups appended on the clusters trap solvent guests, DMF or DMSO, through H-bonds. As a result, alternately stacked lamellar architectures comprising of a paddlewheel cluster layer and H-bonded solvent layer are formed. Upon UV illumination (λex = 365 nm), the solvated hexasilver(I) cluster 2·8DMSO gives intense greenish-yellow photoluminescence in the solid state (λPL = 545 nm, ΦPL = 0.17 at 298 K), whereas the solvated hexacopper(I) cluster 1·7DMF displays PL in the near-IR region (λPL = 765 nm, ΦPL = 0.38 at 298 K). Upon complete desolvation, a substantial bleach in the PL intensity (ΦPL < 0.01) is observed. The desorption–sorption response was studied by the solid-state PL spectroscopy. Non-covalent interactions in the crystal including intermolecular H-bonds, CH⋯π interactions, and π⋯π stack were found to play decisive roles in the creation of the lamellar architectures, small-molecule trap-and-release behavior, and guest-induced luminescence enhancement.  相似文献

Near-infrared (NIR) photothermal materials hold great promise for use in several applications, particularly in photothermal therapy, diagnosis, and imaging. However, current NIR responsive materials often show narrow absorption bands and low absorption efficiency, and have long response times. Herein, we demonstrate that the NIR absorption of tetrathiafulvalene-based metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) can be tuned by redox doping and using plasmonic nanoparticles. In this work, a MOF containing redox-active tetrathiafulvalene (TTF) units and Dy-carboxylate chains was constructed, Dy-m-TTFTB. The NIR absorption of the as-synthesized Dy-m-TTFTB was further enhanced by Ag+ or I2 oxidation, transforming the neutral TTF into a TTF˙+ radical state. Interestingly, treatment with Ag+ not only generated TTF˙+ radicals, but it also formed Ag nanoparticles (NPs) in situ within the MOF pores. With both TTF˙+ radicals and Ag NPs, Ag NPs@Dy-m-TTFTB was shown to exhibit a wide range of absorption wavelengths (200–1000 nm) and also a high NIR photothermal conversion. When the system was irradiated with an 808 nm laser (energy power of 0.7 W cm−2), Ag NPs@Dy-m-TTFTB showed a sharp temperature increase of 239.8 °C. This increase was higher than that of pristine Dy-m-TTFTB (90.1 °C) or I2 treated I3@Dy-m-TTFTB (213.0 °C).

The photo-response of the redox-active metal–organic framework has been systematically tuned by incorporating plasmonic Ag nanoparticles and tetrathiafulvalene radicals, resulting in efficient near-infrared photothermal conversion materials.  相似文献

In this work, the mechanochemical synthesis method was used for the first time to produce powders of the nanocrystalline Nd1.1Fe10CoTi compound from Nd2O3, Fe2O3, Co and TiO2. High-energy-milled powders were heat treated at 1000 °C for 10 min to obtain the ThMn12-type structure. Volume fraction of the 1:12 phase was found to be as high as 95.7% with 4.3% of a bcc phase also present. The nitrogenation process of the sample was carried out at 350 °C during 3, 6, 9 and 12 h using a static pressure of 80 kPa of N2. The magnetic properties Mr, µ0Hc, and (BH)max were enhanced after nitrogenation, despite finding some residual nitrogen-free 1:12 phase. The magnetic values of a nitrogenated sample after 3 h were Mr = 75 Am2 kg–1, µ0Hc = 0.500 T and (BH)max = 58 kJ·m–3. Samples were aligned under an applied field of 2 T after washing and were measured in a direction parallel to the applied field. The best value of (BH)max ~ 114 kJ·m–3 was obtained for 3 h and the highest µ0Hc = 0.518 T for 6 h nitrogenation. SEM characterization revealed that the particles have a mean particle size around 360 nm and a rounded shape.  相似文献

Reaction of C60, C6F5CF2I, and SnH(n-Bu)3 produced, among other unidentified fullerene derivatives, the two new compounds 1,9-C60(CF2C6F5)H (1) and 1,9-C60(cyclo-CF2(2-C6F4)) (2). The highest isolated yield of 1 was 35% based on C60. Depending on the reaction conditions, the relative amounts of 1 and 2 generated in situ were as high as 85% and 71%, respectively, based on HPLC peak integration and summing over all fullerene species present other than unreacted C60. Compound 1 is thermally stable in 1,2-dichlorobenzene (oDCB) at 160 °C but was rapidly converted to 2 upon addition of Sn2(n-Bu)6 at this temperature. In contrast, complete conversion of 1 to 2 occurred within minutes, or hours, at 25 °C in 90/10 (v/v) PhCN/C6D6 by addition of stoichiometric, or sub-stoichiometric, amounts of proton sponge (PS) or cobaltocene (CoCp2). DFT calculations indicate that when 1 is deprotonated, the anion C60(CF2C6F5) can undergo facile intramolecular SNAr annulation to form 2 with concomitant loss of F. To our knowledge this is the first observation of a fullerene-cage carbanion acting as an SNAr nucleophile towards an aromatic C–F bond. The gas-phase electron affinity (EA) of 2 was determined to be 2.805(10) eV by low-temperature PES, higher by 0.12(1) eV than the EA of C60 and higher by 0.18(1) eV than the EA of phenyl-C61-butyric acid methyl ester (PCBM). In contrast, the relative E 1/2(0/–) values of 2 and C60, –0.01(1) and 0.00(1) V, respectively, are virtually the same (on this scale, and under the same conditions, the E 1/2(0/–) of PCBM is –0.09 V). Time-resolved microwave conductivity charge-carrier yield × mobility values for organic photovoltaic active-layer-type blends of 2 and poly-3-hexylthiophene (P3HT) were comparable to those for equimolar blends of PCBM and P3HT. The structure of solvent-free crystals of 2 was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The number of nearest-neighbor fullerene–fullerene interactions with centroid···centroid (⊙···⊙) distances of ≤10.34 Å is significantly greater, and the average ⊙···⊙ distance is shorter, for 2 (10 nearest neighbors; ave. ⊙···⊙ distance = 10.09 Å) than for solvent-free crystals of PCBM (7 nearest neighbors; ave. ⊙···⊙ distance = 10.17 Å). Finally, the thermal stability of 2 was found to be far greater than that of PCBM.  相似文献

Transition metal-catalysed C–H bond functionalisations have been extensively developed in organic and medicinal chemistry. Among these catalytic approaches, the selective activation of C(sp3)–H and C(sp2)–H bonds is particularly appealing for its remarkable synthetic versatility, yet it remains highly challenging. Herein, we demonstrate the first example of temperature-dependent selective C–H functionalisation of unactivated C(sp3)–H or C(sp2)–H bonds at remote positions through palladium catalysis using 7-pyridyl-pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine as a new directing group. At 120 °C, C(sp3)–H arylation was triggered by the chelation of a rare [6,5]-fused palladacycle, whereas at 140 °C, C(sp2)–H arylation proceeded instead through the formation of a 16-membered tetramer containing four 7-pyridyl-pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine–palladium chelation units. The subsequent mechanistic study revealed that both C–H activations shared a common 6-membered palladacycle intermediate, which was then directly transformed to either the [6,5]-fused palladacycle for C(sp3)–H activation at 120 °C or the tetramer for C(sp2)–H arylation at 140 °C with catalytic amounts of Pd(OAc)2 and AcOH. Raising the temperature from 120 °C to 140 °C can also convert the [6,5]-fused palladacycle to the tetramer with the above-mentioned catalysts, hence completing the C(sp2)–H arylation ultimately.

Unprecedented 16-membered tetramer or [6,5]-fused palladacycle, mutually shadowboxing-like transformed from the shared common intermediate, accomplishes the Pd-catalysed temperature-dependent selective arylation of C(sp2)–H or C(sp3)–H.  相似文献

New solar cells with Ag/C60/MAPbI3/Cu2ZnSnSe4 (CZTSe)/Mo/FTO multilayered structures on glass substrates have been prepared and investigated in this study. The electron-transport layer, active photovoltaic layer, and hole-transport layer were made of C60, CH3NH3PbI3 (MAPbI3) perovskite, and CZTSe, respectively. The CZTSe hole-transport layers were deposited by magnetic sputtering, with the various thermal annealing temperatures at 300 °C, 400 °C, and 500 °C, and the film thickness was also varied at 50~300 nm The active photovoltaic MAPbI3 films were prepared using a two-step spin-coating method on the CZTSe hole-transport layers. It has been revealed that the crystalline structure and domain size of the MAPbI3 perovskite films could be substantially improved. Finally, n-type C60 was vacuum-evaporated to be the electronic transport layer. The 50 nm C60 thin film, in conjunction with 100 nm Ag electrode layer, provided adequate electron current transport in the multilayered structures. The solar cell current density–voltage characteristics were evaluated and compared with the thin-film microstructures. The photo-electronic power-conversion efficiency could be improved to 14.2% when the annealing temperature was 500 °C and the film thickness was 200 nm. The thin-film solar cell characteristics of open-circuit voltage, short-circuit current density, fill factor, series-resistance, and Pmax were found to be 1.07 V, 19.69 mA/cm2, 67.39%, 18.5 Ω and 1.42 mW, respectively.  相似文献

Low-density polyethylene (LDPE) sheets (3.0 ± 0.1 cm) received sequential treatment, first by the action of direct-current low-pressure plasma (DC-LPP) with a 100% oxygen partial pressure, 3.0 × 10−2 mbar pressure, 600 V DC tension, 5.6 cm distance, 6-min treatment. Then, sheets were submitted to TiO2 photocatalysis at UV radiation at 254 nm (TiO2/UV) with a pH value of 4.5 ± 0.2 and a TiO2 concentration of 1 gL−1. We achieved a complementary effect on the transformation of LDPE films. With the first treatment, ablation was generated, which increased hydrophilicity. With the second treatment, the cavities appeared. The changes in the LDPE sheets’ hydrophobicity were measured using the static contact angle (SCA) technique. The photocatalytic degradation curve at 400 h revealed that the DC-LPP photocatalysis sequential process decreased SCA by 82°. This was achieved by the incorporation of polar groups, which increased hydrophilicity, roughness, and rigidity by 12 and 38%, respectively. These sequential processes could be employed for LDPE and other material biodegradation pretreatment.  相似文献

CO2 methanation is an important reaction in CO2 valorization. Because of the high kinetic barriers, the reaction usually needs to proceed at higher temperature (>300 °C). High-efficiency CO2 methanation at low temperature (<200 °C) is an interesting topic, and only several noble metal catalysts were reported to achieve this goal. Currently, design of cheap metal catalysts that can effectively accelerate this reaction at low temperature is still a challenge. In this work, we found that the amorphous Co–Zr0.1–B–O catalyst could catalyze the reaction at above 140 °C. The activity of the catalyst at 180 °C reached 10.7 mmolCO2 gcat−1 h−1, which is comparable to or even higher than that of some noble metal catalysts under similar conditions. The Zr promoter in this work had the highest promoting factor to date among the catalysts for CO2 methanation. As far as we know, this is the first report of an amorphous transition metal catalyst that could effectively accelerate CO2 methanation. The outstanding performance of the catalyst could be ascribed to two aspects. The amorphous nature of the catalyst offered abundant surface defects and intrinsic active sites. On the other hand, the Zr promoter could enlarge the surface area of the catalyst, enrich the Co atoms on the catalyst surface, and tune the valence state of the atoms at the catalyst surface. The reaction mechanism was proposed based on the control experiments.

It is discovered that an amorphous transition metal catalyst Co–Zr0.1–B–O could effectively accelerate CO2 methanation, at a rate that is comparable to or even higher than that of some noble metal catalysts under similar conditions.  相似文献

Heterogeneously catalysed synthesis of primary amines by direct amination of alcohols with ammonia has long been an elusive goal. In contrast to reported Ru-based catalytic systems, we report that Ru–MgO/TiO2 acts as an effective heterogeneous catalyst for the direct amination of a variety of alcohols to primary amines at low temperatures of ca. 100 °C without the introduction of H2 gas. The present system could be applied to a variety of alcohols and provides an efficient synthetic route for 2,5-bis(aminomethyl)furan (BAMF), an attention-getting biomonomer. The high catalytic performance can be rationalized by the reactivity tuning of Ru–H species using MgO. Spectroscopic measurements suggest that MgO enhances the reactivity of hydride species by electron donation from MgO to Ru.

Ru–MgO/TiO2 exhibited high catalytic performance for direct amination of alcohols based on the acceleration effects of MgO.  相似文献

A system consisting of a [NiFeSe]–hydrogenase (H2ase) grafted on the surface of a TiO2 nanoparticle modified with polyheptazine carbon nitride polymer, melon (CNx) is reported. This semi-biological assembly shows a turnover number (TON) of more than 5.8 × 105 mol H2 (mol H2ase)–1 after 72 h in a sacrificial electron donor solution at pH 6 during solar AM 1.5 G irradiation. An external quantum efficiency up to 4.8% for photon-to-hydrogen conversion was achieved under irradiation with monochromatic light. The CNx–TiO2–H2ase construct was also active under UV-free solar light irradiation (λ > 420 nm), where it showed a substantially higher activity than TiO2–H2ase and CNx–H2ase due, in part, to the formation of a CNx–TiO2 charge transfer complex and highly productive electron transfer to the H2ase. The CNx–TiO2–H2ase system sets a new benchmark for photocatalytic H2 production with a H2ase immobilised on a noble- and toxic-metal free light absorber in terms of visible light utilisation and stability.  相似文献

The Mg2+/Ta5+ codoped rutile TiO2 ceramic with a nominal composition (Mg1/3Ta2/3)0.01Ti0.99O2 was synthesized using a conventional solid-state reaction method and sintered at 1400 °C for 2 h. The pure phase of the rutile TiO2 structure with a highly dense microstructure was obtained. A high dielectric permittivity (2.9 × 104 at 103 Hz) with a low loss tangent (<0.025) was achieved in the as-sintered ceramic. After removing the outer surface, the dielectric permittivity of the polished ceramic increased from 2.9 × 104 to 6.0 × 104, while the loss tangent also increased (~0.11). The dielectric permittivity and loss tangent could be recovered to the initial value of the as-sintered ceramic by annealing the polished ceramic in air. Notably, in the temperature range of −60–200 °C, the dielectric permittivity (103 Hz) of the annealed ceramic was slightly dependent (<±4.4%), while the loss tangent was very low (0.015–0.036). The giant dielectric properties were likely contributed by the insulating grain boundaries and insulative surface layer effects.  相似文献
