首次采用简单的一锅法制备了Fe2O3/Fe2TiO5异质结纳米材料。构建S型异质结后,与纯的Fe2O3和Fe2TiO5相比,Fe2O3/Fe2TiO5复合材料表现出更高的光催化降解速率和效率。经过2.5 h的光照后,Fe2O3/Fe2TiO5可以降解接近100%的亚甲基蓝(MB)。在Fe2O3/Fe2TiO5复合材料中,Fe2O3和Fe2TiO5之间形成了内建电场,可以促进光生电子-空穴对的分离。因此,具有更高能量的Fe2TiO5导带中的电子和具有更高能量的Fe2O3价带中的空穴可以得到有效的保留,从而使它们更加有效地扩散到催化剂表面,并参加降解反应。此外,Fe2O3/Fe2TiO5复合材料具有很好的光催化稳定性。  相似文献

通过溶胶和超临界干燥方法制得了Fe2O3/Al2O3二元气凝胶,其比表面积和孔隙体积分别为246 m2·g-1和1.89 cm3·g-1,并具有较宽的孔径分布。以Fe2O3/Al2O3二元气凝胶作催化剂,通过甲烷催化裂解成功地合成了高质量的单壁纳米碳管。利用FESEM、TEM和HRTEM、Raman光谱等分析手段研究了反应温度对单壁纳米碳管生长的影响。结果表明在900 ℃时合成单壁纳米碳管的质量较高,并且合成的炭产物为毡状,该炭产物主要为高质量的单壁纳米碳管。  相似文献

TiO2,ZrO2-TiO2,andZrO2-TiO2-CeO2 were prepared by co-precipitation method and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), specific surface area measurements (BET), temperature programmed desorption (NH3-TPD), oxygen storage capacity (OSC), and temperature programmed reduction (H2-TPR). The results showed that ZrO2-TiO2-CeO2 exhibited large number of surface strong acid, possessed some oxygen storage capacity, and strong redox property. The three materials were used as supports and the monolith catalysts were prepared with 1% (w) V2O5 and 9% (w)WO3 for selective catalytic reduction (SCR) of NO with ammonia in the presence of excessive O2, and the results of catalytic activity showed that the catalyst used ZrO2-TiO2-CeO2 as support yielded nearly 100% NO conversion at 275 °C at a gas hourly space velocity (GHSV) of 10000 h−1, and it had the best catalytic activity and showed great potential for practical application.  相似文献

Ti3C2Tx MXene has attracted considerable interest as a new emerging two-dimensional material for environmental remediation due to its high adsorption capacity. However, its use is greatly limited by its poor mechanical properties, low processability and recyclability, and the low dispersity of such powder materials. In this work, a porous adsorbent (C–CMP) containing cellulose nanocrystals (CNC), Ti3C2Tx MXene and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) was prepared by a simple and environmentally-friendly foaming method. Glutaraldehyde was used as crosslinker to improve the mechanical properties and boost the adsorption efficiency of methylene blue (MB) molecules. Fourier transform infrared (FT–IR), elemental analysis (EDX) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) further confirmed that the preparation of the C–CMP foam and cross-linking reaction were successful. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) indicated that the macropores were distributed homogeneously. The adsorption experiment showed that maximum adsorption capacity of MB can reach 239.92 mg·g−1 which was much higher than anionic dye (methyl orange, 45.25 mg·g−1). The adsorption behavior fitted well with the Langmuir isotherm and pseudo-second-order kinetic models. Thermodynamic analysis indicated that the adsorption process was spontaneous and endothermic. Based on FT–IR, EDX and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) analysis, the adsorption mechanism between C–CMP and MB molecules was attributed to electrostatic interaction.  相似文献

本文采用离子快速注入法,在低温条件下利用微量NiO物种对TiO_2光催化剂表面微结构进行了修饰和改性,构建了NiO光催化反应活性中心。研究结果表明,Ni物种是以TiO_2-NiO-H形式存在于TiO_2表面;相对于未修饰的TiO_2光催化剂,NiO的修饰很大程度上提高了其光催化析氢性能,在最佳条件下,放氢速率由1.1μmol·h~(-1)提高到241.4μmol·h~(-1)。另外,Ni物种含量,热处理温度,乙醇电子给体浓度,催化剂悬浮浓度对光催化析氢性能也有明显的影响。光电化学实验结果表明,NiO的表面修饰能够产生有效的光催化反应活性中心,增强了光生电子-空穴电子对的分离效果。所制备的光催化剂采用X射线粉末衍射(XRD),光电子能谱(XPS)等技术进行表征。  相似文献

3.5MgO·0.5MgF2·GeO2∶Mn4+作为优异热稳定性和良好发光性能的红色荧光粉而被市场应用,然而,该粉体中MgF2的作用影响机理尚不明晰,阻碍其性能进一步优化和发展。采用高温固相法制备了系列Mn4+激活的锗酸盐荧光粉,通过对比加入MgF2、H3BO3(助熔剂),研究了该粉体的结构、形貌、发光性能等变化规律,阐明了MgF2的发光影响作用。研究表明,加入MgF2、H3BO3和不加任何助熔剂时的样品,其最佳烧结温度分别为1 150、1 250和1 350 ℃,上述温度下发光强度均为最佳值,其中加入MgF2、H3BO3的样品在最佳温度处生成了纯相。MgF2的添加,一方面同H3BO3一样作为助熔剂对生成纯相、提高样品结晶度起了积极的作用;另一方面,通过研究分析,确认F-离子成功掺杂进入晶格,促使样品生成的晶体结构为Mg14Ge5(O,F)24。加入MgF2、H3BO3在最佳烧结温度的样品的荧光寿命分别为0.93和0.75 ms。  相似文献

利用吸附相反应技术制备得到了掺杂不同浓度的Fe2O3的TiO2复合光催化剂。通过透射电子显微镜(TEM)、紫外可见光谱和X射线衍射(XRD)研究不同掺杂浓度对TiO2形貌和结晶过程的影响,并利用3种波长光源下的甲基橙光降解实验考评了各个复合光催化剂的催化活性。结果表明,掺杂后复合光催化剂中Fe2O3分散性较好较均匀。在TiO2紫外可见吸收光谱中由于Fe2O3的掺杂而出现了红移,而且随着掺杂浓度增加红移越来越明显,复合光催化剂的禁带宽度也越来越小。在焙烧过程中无定形Fe2O3或Fe3+进入了TiO2的晶格结构,从而抑制了TiO2的结晶过程。半导体禁带宽度的减少以及TiO2结晶过程的抑制作用,都导致紫外光下复合光催化剂催化活性的降低。但Fe2O3的掺杂也使得复合光催化剂在可见光区出现了一定的光催化活性。  相似文献

A series of NiO/SiO2 aerogel catalysts were prepared by sol-gel method. The effects of the nickel content on the structure and existing forms of NiO/SiO2 aerogel catalysts were investigated by using XRD, TPR and FT-IR. The results showed that there were interactions between NiO and SiO2. But as nickel content increased, the in-teraction decreased. The nickel oxide in the catalysts appeared in different forms as nickel content was changed. When the content was less than 13%, Ni(Ⅱ) entered into the SiO2 structure completely and it became clusters after calcining. If the content altered from 20% to 50%, NiO existed as both microcrystal and clusters, the later spices was dominating. However, when the content increased to 70%, microcrystal became the primary components.  相似文献

以TiCl3和InCl3为Ti源和In源,在不使用还原剂的条件下,首先通过液相沉淀反应制备前驱体沉淀,然后采用后续水热处理制备Ti3+自掺杂的TiO2(A)/TiO2(R)/In2O3纳米异质结,考察了水热处理温度对材料结构和性能的影响。利用X射线衍射、透射电子显微镜、X射线光电子能谱和紫外-可见漫反射光谱对样品进行表征。分别以罗丹明B和苯酚溶液为模拟废水评价了样品的可见光催化降解性能。结果表明,与纯的TiO2、In2O3以及Ti3+自掺杂的TiO2相比,Ti3+自掺杂的TiO2(A)/TiO2(R)/In2O3纳米异质结在可见光区有明显的吸收,并具有良好的可见光催化降解性能,200℃下水热处理24 h所得样品光催化降解罗丹明B的反应速率常数(0.0444 min-1)分别是纯TiO2和In2O3的17.76倍和8.71倍。瞬态光电流时间响应结果表明样品的光催化性能主要来源于TiO2(A)/TiO2(R)/In2O3纳米异质结导致的提高的光生电子和空穴分离效率。  相似文献

The search for alternative materials with high dye adsorption capacity, such as methylene blue (MB), remains the focus of current studies. This computational study focuses on oxides ZnTiO3 and TiO2 (anatase phase) and on their adsorptive properties. Computational calculations based on DFT methods were performed using the Viena Ab initio Simulation Package (VASP) code to study the electronic properties of these oxides. The bandgap energy values calculated by the Hubbard U (GGA + U) method for ZnTiO3 and TiO2 were 3.17 and 3.21 eV, respectively, which are consistent with the experimental data. The most favorable orientation of the MB adsorbed on the surface (101) of both oxides is semi-perpendicular. Stronger adsorption was observed on the ZnTiO3 surface (−282.05 kJ/mol) than on TiO2 (–10.95 kJ/mol). Anchoring of the MB molecule on both surfaces was carried out by means of two protons in a bidentate chelating (BC) adsorption model. The high adsorption energy of the MB dye on the ZnTiO3 surface shows the potential value of using this mixed oxide as a dye adsorbent for several technological and environmental applications.  相似文献

采用溶剂热法制备正极材料LiFePO_4,采用溶胶凝胶法制备Li_(0.5)La_(0.5)TiO_3(LLTO)粉体,并通过酒精悬浮法对LiFePO_4进行修饰,修饰量为LiFePO_4质量的1%~4%,获得了薄壁蜂窝状自组装结构的LiFePO_4上修饰有球状LLTO纳米颗粒的复合正极材料。通过进行充放电测试、交流阻抗测试及循环伏安测试,研究了不同修饰量对电池的充放电比容量、循环性能及可逆性的影响,发现当LLTO含量为3%(w/w)时,以2C和5C倍率放电相对于没有修饰LLTO的LiFePO_4的比容量分别提高29.7%和31.6%,30次循环之后,容量损失率较未改性前减小4.13%,循环伏安曲线上氧化还原峰之间的电位差仅为0.117 V,以3%的LLTO修饰改性的LiFePO_4显著提高了电池的倍率性能、循环性能和低温性能。  相似文献

研究了一些氧化物的H2-TPR及CO-TPR行为,结果发现,Co3O4/Al2O3,NiO/SiO2,NiO和Pd/NiO的H2-TPR温度要低于它们的CO-TPR温度,特别是Pd/NiO样品,它的H2-TPR温度为598K,而其CO-TPR温度高达949K,差别为351K,因此有可能利用Pd/NiO在一定温度下选择性地与CO中的H2反应而将其除去. 实验结果表明,Pd/NiO可在603K及4000h-1的条件下从H2(0.34%),CO(50%)和N2(余)的混合气中选择性地除去90%以上的H2,吸氢容量为每克样品55mL标准态H2.  相似文献

Hydroxyethyl cellulose sulfate (HECS) was synthesized by sulfation of hydroxyethyl cellulose with N(SO3Na)3, which was manufactured by reaction of sodium bisulfite and sodium nitrite. Barium sulfate nephelometry and light scattering method were used to determine degrees of substitution (DSs) and molecular weights (Mws), respectively. Sulfate products with DS values from 0.26 to 1.88 and Mw in the range of 12.1–54.8 kDa were obtained at temperatures from 30°C to 80°C. Furthermore, the anticoagulant activity of HECS with different DSs, concentrations, and Mws was studied. Clotting assays revealed that the introduction of sulfate groups into hydroxyethyl cellulose could improve its anticoagulant activity.  相似文献

基于密度泛函理论的第一性原理方法,通过计算表面能确定LaFeO3(010)表面为最稳定的吸附表面,研究了H2分子在LaFeO3(010)表面的吸附性质。LaFeO3(010)表面存在LaO和FeO2两种终止表面,但吸附主要发生在FeO2终止表面,由于LaFeO3(010)表面弛豫的影响,使得凹凸不平的表面层增加了表面原子与H原子的接触面积,表面晶胞的纵向体积增加约2.5%,有利于H原子向晶体内扩散。研究发现,H2分子在LaFeO3(010)表面主要存在3种化学吸附方式:第一种吸附发生在O-O桥位,2个H原子分别吸附在2个O原子上,形成2个-OH基,这是最佳吸附位置,此时H原子与表面O原子的作用主要是H1s与O2p轨道杂化作用的结果,H-O之间为典型的共价键。H2分子的解离能垒为1.542 eV,说明表面需要一定的热条件,H2分子才会发生解离吸附;第二种吸附发生在Fe-O桥位,1个H原子吸附在O原子上形成1个-OH基,另一个H原子吸附在Fe原子上形成金属键;第三种吸附发生在O顶位,2个H原子吸附在同一个O原子上,形成H2O分子,此时H2O分子与表面形成物理吸附,H2O分子逃离表面后容易形成氧空位。此外,H2分子在LaFeO3(010)表面还可以发生物理吸附。  相似文献

There is a growing interest in the development of nanocomposites consisting of organic polymers and TiO2 or amorphous SiO2 nanoparticles. These nanoparticles may be released from nanocomposites. There is evidence that amorphous SiO2 and TiO2 nanoparticles can be hazardous. Thus, in the design of nanocomposites with such nanoparticles, hazard reduction extending to the full nanocomposite life cycle would seem a matter to consider. Options for hazard reduction include: changes of nanoparticle surface, structure or composition, better fixation of nanoparticles in nanocomposites, including persistent suppression of oxidative damage to polymers by nanoparticles, and design changes leading to the release of relatively large particles.  相似文献

采用十二烷基硫醇作为保护剂有效地稳定住了光催化过程中介孔二氧化钛(m-TiO2)表面原位生成的Cu0物种。通过X射线衍射,X射线光电子能谱,高分辨透射电镜,高角环形暗场扫描透射电镜等手段对催化剂的组成结构进行了表征,发现催化剂中仅有Cu0物种存在。在紫外光照射下,以甲醛水溶液为牺牲试剂测试了Cu0物种对介孔二氧化钛产氢性能的影响,发现适量的Cu0纳米颗粒能够极大地提高介孔二氧化钛的产氢性能。当Cu0的物质的量分数为1.0%时,Cu0/m-TiO2表现出最高的产氢速率,为725μmol·h-1·g-1。该样品中Cu0纳米颗粒的尺寸为(4.2±0.9)nm。此外,通过气相色谱检测到产生的H2和CO2的物质的量之比为2:1,表明部分氢气来自于水分解。  相似文献

A highly efficient and simple protocol for the preparation of 2-arylbenzothiazoles through condensation of 2-aminothiophenol and different aldehydes in the presence of H3PO4/TiO2-ZrO2(1/1)-cetyl pyridinium bromide (CPB) is described. The reaction proceeded under mild and solvent-free conditions to afford 2-arylbenzothiazole derivatives. In this method, the title compounds were obtained in good to excellent yields and short reaction times. The structures of synthesized products were identified by infrared, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and mass spectroscopy.  相似文献

采用红外(IR)、拉曼(Raman)、X-射线衍射(XRD)、程序升温还原(TPR)等方法考察了经硫酸根改性后的金红石(SR)与锐钛矿(SA)的混合比例变化时的负载型催化剂,MoO3 / TiO2(SR+SA),的一些物理化学性质(如活性组分MoO3的分散行为、表面酸碱性、氧化还原性)的变化规律。结果表明:对于MoO3 / TiO2(SR+SA)样品,低含量MoO3表面分散时倾向于优先与混合载体中的改性金红石(SR)发生作用;TiO2载体表面SO42-的存在,使得载体表面产生了新的酸性位,导致样品中表面分散的钼物种主要以聚合八面体状态存在。  相似文献

使用溶胶-凝胶法制备了Er3+单掺及Er3+/Yb3+共掺La2TiO5荧光粉体样品。经过1 100 ℃下3 h的煅烧,得到了较好的微晶。X射线粉末衍射测试表明样品中不含杂质相。扫描电镜观察表明样品颗粒范围为100~300 nm。紫外激发光谱中,在250~320 nm范围内出现Er离子和临近配位氧离子之间强烈的电荷转移跃迁峰,在350~500 nm出现Er离子f-f跃迁尖锐的吸收峰。在378 nm激发下,Er离子发射强烈的特征绿光(546 nm, 4S3/2-4I5/2),当Er离子物质的量分数达到1%,发射峰强度达到最大。在980 nm激发下的上转换光谱中,Yb离子的共掺杂有效的敏化上转换发光强度。详细讨论了样品的上下转换发光机理及相应能量传递过程。同时测试了样品的荧光衰减和量子产率。  相似文献
