合成了铜(Ⅱ)的手性单核配合物[Cu(OPSer)(phen)(H2O)]·3H2O(1)(H2OPSer=L-O-磷酸丝氨酸;phen=1,10-邻菲啰啉)。通过元素分析、红外光谱、热重分析和磁性对配合物进行表征, 并利用单晶X-射线衍射法测定其结构。铜(Ⅱ)具有变形四方锥的配位环境, 分别与1个L-O-磷酸丝氨酸离子的1个氮原子和氧原子、1个1,10-邻菲啰啉分子的2个氮原子以及1个配位水分子的氧原子配位。配合物每个分子单元通过氢键连接成三维超分子结构, 分子间存在π-π堆积作用。在1.8~300 K范围内磁性测定表明:配合物1中存在铁磁耦合相互作用, 经理论拟合:g=2.07, zJ′=0.044。  相似文献

过渡金属离子与3-氟邻苯二甲酸(H2Fpht)、1,10-邻菲啰啉(phen)通过水热反应得到了5个配合物:[M(Fpht)(phen)(H2O)3]·H2O(M=Ni 1,Co 2),[Cu(Fpht)(phen)(H2O)]·H2O(3),[M(Fpht)(phen)(H2O)]·H2O(M=Zn 4,Cd 5)。通过X-射线单晶衍射分析、元素分析、红外分析、荧光分析以及差热-热重分析对配合物进行了表征。配合物1和2为单核分子,中心离子Ni(Ⅱ)和Co(Ⅱ)与3-氟邻苯二甲酸根的1个氧原子,1,10-邻菲啰啉的2个氮原子以及3个配位水分子的3个氧原子配位,形成六配位的扭曲八面体构型。配合物3为Z字形一维链状结构。中心Cu(Ⅱ)离子与2个3-氟邻苯二甲酸根的2个氧原子,1个1,10-邻菲啰啉的2个氮原子以及水分子的1个氧原子配位,形成四方锥构型。配合物4和5具有相似的一维螺旋结构,中心Zn(Ⅱ)和Cd(Ⅱ)离子与2个3-氟邻苯二甲酸根的3个氧原子、1,10-邻菲啰啉的2个氮原子以及水分子中的1个氧原子配位,形成扭曲的八面体构型。  相似文献

用水热法合成了两种新的配合物[Cd2(e,e-trans-chdc)2(bipy)2(H2O)2].H2O(1)和[Mn2(e,a-cis-chdc)2(phen)2(H2O)2].2H2O(2)(chdc=1,2-环己二羧酸,bipy=2,2′-联吡啶和phen=1,10-邻菲咯啉),用X-射线单晶衍射分析确定了配合物的晶体结构。配合物1和2均为双核分子。配合物1中,2个镉髤离子由2个1,2-环己二羧酸根以e,e-trans配位方式桥联,每个镉髤离子与1个2,2′-联吡啶的2个氮原子、2个1,2-环己二羧酸根的4个氧原子及1个水分子中的氧原子配位,形成了单帽变形三棱柱构型。配合物2中,2个锰髤离子由2个1,2-环己二羧酸根以e,a-cis配位方式桥联,每个锰髤离子与1个1,10-邻菲咯啉的2个氮原子、2个1,2-环己二羧酸根的3个氧原子及1个水分子中的氧原子配位,形成了畸变的八面体构型。配合物1和2分子之间都存在π-π堆积和O-H…O、C-H…O弱作用,进而将双核分子连接成三维超分子网络结构。配合物的荧光均来自于配体的荧光。  相似文献

用水热法和溶液法分别合成了2个新的配合物{[Ag(4,4′-bpy)]·3-HSBA.H2O}n(1)和[Zn(phen)2(H2O)2]·(A-2,5-DSA)·3H2O(2)(3-HSBA=3-羧基苯磺酸根,A-2,5-DSA=苯氨-2,5-二磺酸根,4,4′-bpy=4,4′-联吡啶,phen=1,10-邻菲咯啉),用X-射线单晶衍射结构分析方法测定了其晶体结构。配合物1是一维链状结构。在1个不对称单元中包含1个[Ag(4,4′-bpy)]+阳离子,1个3-羧基苯磺酸根阴离子和1个晶格水分子。Ag髣离子与2个4,4′-联吡啶的2个氮原子配位。配合物2是单核结构。在1个不对称单元中包含1个[Zn(phen)2(H2O)2]2+阳离子,1个苯氨-2,5-二磺酸根阴离子和3个晶格水分子。Zn髤离子与2个1,10-邻菲咯啉的4个氮原子和2个水氧原子配位。配合物1和2中,配位阳离子、抗衡阴离子以及晶格水分子之间存在丰富的氢键,进而构筑成超分子网络结构。配合物的荧光均来自于配体的π-π*电子跃迁。  相似文献

在pH≈10的乙醇-水溶液中以硫酸铜、酒石酸和邻菲咯啉反应合成了分子式为[Cu2(C4H2O6)(Phen)2(H2O)]·8H2O的配合物单晶。用X-射线单晶衍射测定了晶体结构,并研究了配合物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌的抗菌活性。晶体属单斜晶系,空间群P21。标题化合物为双核铜配合物,2个铜原子配位数不同。Cu(1)是五配位的,具有扭曲的四方锥结构,5个配位原子分别是酒石酸的去质子的羟基氧和羧基氧、邻菲咯啉的2个氮原子及1个水分子的氧原子。Cu(2)为四配位的,配位原子分别是酒石酸的去质子的羟基氧和羧基氧和邻菲咯啉的2个氮原子。分子中Cu(1)…Cu(2)间的距离为0.354 8 nm。存在分子内邻菲咯啉-邻菲咯啉的面—面π-π相互作用,面间距为0.381 3 nm。配合物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌具有较强的抗菌活性。  相似文献

在水热条件下,合成了一个二维稀土Sm(Ⅲ)的配位聚合物[Sm(1,4-bda)1.5(phen)(H2O)]n(1)(1,4-H2bda=对苯二甲酸,phen=1,10-邻菲啰啉),X-射线单晶衍射分析表明,Sm(Ⅲ)离子与6个氧原子和2个氮原子配位。其中5个氧原子来自1,4-bda配体的羧基氧原子,1个来自配位水分子;2个氮原子来自邻菲啰啉分子。每个Sm(Ⅲ)离子与1个邻菲啰啉分子螯合配位,1,4-bda配体在配合物中有两种不同的配位方式。该配合物属三斜晶系,P1空间群,晶胞参数为a=1.030 72(6)nm,b=1.086 75(7)nm,c=1.139 83(8)nm,α=107.759(6)°,β=91.886(5)°,γ=112.878(6)°。该配合物在波长为345 nm紫外光的激发下显示出较好的光致发光性质。  相似文献

常温下,溶液法合成了一个单核结构的锌配合物Zn (phen)(H2O)(3-mba)2(phen:邻菲咯啉;3-Hmba∶3-甲基苯甲酸),并用红外光谱、元素分析、热重分析以及X射线单晶衍射表征了其结构.结果表明,配合物属于三斜晶系,空间群P1,晶胞参数:a=10.893(2)(A),b=11.461(2)(A),c=11.505(2)(A),α=95.54(3)°,β=115.80(3)°,γ =100.25(3)°,V=1247.9(4) (A)3,C28H24N2O5Zn,Mr=533.86,Z =2,Dc=1.421 g·cm-3,F(000) =552,最终偏离因子[I≥2σ(I)]R1=0.0471,wR2 =0.0954.在配位物分子中,中心锌离子是五配位模式,双分子间先通过O—H…O氢键形成二聚体,继而二聚体间通过相邻分子中的邻菲咯啉芳环的π-π堆积作用沿着a方向形成了一维超分子链.对配合物的荧光性能进行了测试.CCDC 1023439.  相似文献

以邻香草醛缩氨基甲磺酸席夫碱(H2L)和1,10-邻菲啰啉(phen)为配体合成了一种新型双核镍配合物Ni2L2(phen)2(1),其结构经IR,XRD和元素分析表征。1属三斜晶系,P-1空间群,晶胞参数a=14.466(16),b=16.302(17),c=20.335(2),α=67.557 0(10)°,β=87.662(2)°,γ=89.658(2)°,V=4.432 7(8)nm3,Mr=1 000.32,Z=4,Dc=1.499 g.cm-3,μ=1.01 mm-1,R1=0.146 8,ωR2=0.327 9和F(000)=206 4。1中每个Ni(Ⅱ)分别与phen的两个氮原子、L的一个酚羟基氧原子和另一个L的一个氮及两个氧原子配位,形成扭曲的八面体配位构型。1分子间通过氢键及其形成的水簇和π-π堆积形成三维网状结构。1在217.8℃以下比较稳定。  相似文献

合成了配合物[Cu(H2O)(C12H8N2)2]*2ClO4(C12H8N2为1,10-邻菲咯啉),用元素分析、摩尔电导、红外光谱及电子光谱进行了表征,并测定了配合物的晶体结构.该晶体属单斜晶系,空间群为CC;晶胞参数a=1.9177(2)nm,b=0.81994(0)nm,c=1.62458(14)nm,β=100.104(6)°;V=2.5419(4)nm3,Z=4,F(000)=1300,DC=1.693g/cm3,R=0.0430,wR=0.1195.中心铜(Ⅱ)离子与两个1,10-邻菲咯啉的四个N原子和一个水分子的氧原子配位,形成了一个变形的三角双锥结构.  相似文献

由水热法合成了2个微孔镧系超分子配合物[Ln(CCA)(OH)(phen)(H2O)]n·n(phen)·nH2O(Ln=Yb,1;Er,2;H2CCA=2-羧基肉桂酸;phen=1,10-菲啰啉),并用元素分析、IR及X-射线单晶衍射对其进行了表征。晶体结构研究表明,2个配合物都是由配体2-羧基肉桂酸连接而形成的一维双链结构,该链状结构通过氢键和π-π堆积作用扩展为具有微孔结构的超分子。1,10-菲啰啉在微孔结构的形成过程中起到了模板剂的作用。  相似文献

The overtones of the stretching vibration of OH and OD were measured in solid solutions of H2O in D2O over a wide range of concentration and temperatures. The observed frequencies and the overall shape of the spectra were related to excitations of single OH or OD bonds (bound excitations) and those involving neighboring OH bonds extending over the crystal (non-bound excitations). The observed large anharmonicity of the bound state is interpreted as due to a low lying barrier in the double minimum potential curve for the hydrogen motion.  相似文献

By hydrothermal reaction of In2O3 with H2C2O4·2H2O in the presence of H3BO3 at 155 °C, an open-framework three-dimensional indium oxalate of formula [In(OH)(C2O4)(H2O)]3·H2O (1) has been obtained. The compound crystallizes in the trigonal system, space group R3c with , , , Z=6, R1=0.0352 at 298 K. The small pores in 1 are filled with water molecules. It loses its filled water at about 180 °C without the change of structure, then the bounded water at 260 °C, and completely decompounds at 324 °C. The residue is confirmed to be In2O3.  相似文献

A novel complex [Cu(NIT2Py)(PDA)(H2O)]·(CH3OH)(H2O) has been synthesized and structurally characterized by X-ray diffraction methods. It crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/c. The structure consists of [Cu(NIT2Py)(PDA)(H2O)] moiety, one solvent methanol molecule and one water molecule. The copper(II) ion is in a distorted octahedral environment: one nitrogen atom and one oxygen atom from the NIT2Py, one nitrogen atom from the PDA (2,6-pyridine dicarboxylic acid) and one oxygen atom from the aqueous in the basal plane; two oxygen atoms from the PDA in the axial position. The units of [Cu(NIT2Py)(PDA)(H2O)] were connected as one dimension chain by the intermolecular hydrogen bonds. The complex exhibits intramolecular antiferromagnetic interactions between the Cu(II) ion and the NIT2Py.  相似文献

The hydrothermal reaction of 3,5-pyridinedicarboxylic acid (pydcH2) and Co(NO3)2 or Ni(NO3)2 in the presence of 4,4′-bipyridine results in two novel compounds Co(pydc)(H2O)2 (1) and Ni(pydc)(H2O) (2). Crystal data: 1, monoclinic, C2/c, a=9.900(2), b=11.984(2), c=7.3748(15) Å, β=105.37(3)°, V=843.7(3) Å3, Z=4; 2, monoclinic, P21/c, a=7.7496(6), b=15.0496(11), c=6.4224(5) Å, β=108.437(1)°, V=710.59(9) Å3, Z=4. The structure of 1 is composed of honeycomb layers built up from {CoO4N} trigonal bipyramids and 3,5-pyridinedicarboxylate bridges. The structure of 2 adopts a three-dimensional framework structure in which the Ni atoms are coordinated by the pydc bridges both within the honeycomb layer and between the layers. The magnetic properties of 1 and 2 have been investigated.  相似文献

A new sodium hydroxygallophosphate, Na3Ga4O(OH)(H2O)(PO4)4·H2O, has been prepared by hydrothermal synthesis. Its structure has been determined from a single-crystal X-ray diffraction study. It crystallizes in the P21/c space group with the cell parameters a=9.445(2) Å, b=9.028(1) Å, c=19.209(3) Å, β=102.08(2), V=1603.4(4) Å3. Its three-dimensional framework can be described from PO4 monophosphate groups sharing their apices with original Ga4O16(OH)(H2O) tetrameric building units, which result from the assembly of one GaO4 tetrahedron, one GaO5 trigonal bipyramid and two octahedra: GaO5(OH) and GaO4(OH)(H2O). The sodium cations and one water molecule are located in tunnels running along b.  相似文献

The dipole and quadrupole derivatives of H2O and H2S are calculated analytically, using the coupled Hartree—Fock method first proposed by Gerratt and Mills. A novel compound Ni(phen)(H2O)(V2O6) has been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally determined to be a two-dimensional compound, which contains {V2O6}n2n- chains interconnected by nickel(Ⅱ) complexes via oxygen atoms. The crystallographic data measured by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis are as follows: C12H10N2NiO7V2, Mr=454.81, monoclinic, space group P21/c, a=0.784 6(3), b=2.103 6(8), c=0.942 3(4) nm, β=112.872(5)°, V=1.433 0(10) nm3, Z=4, Dc=2.104 Mg·m-3, μ(Mo )=2.615 mm-1, F(000)=904, T=298(2) K, 4 480 reflections collected, 2 470 independent (Rint=0.032 2), the final R=0.058 4 and wR2=0.145 7 for 2 303 observed reflections with I>2σ(I). A new inorganic-organic hybrid solid, [Cd(phen)(H2O)4](ClO4)Cl · H2O (phen = 1,10-Phenanthroline), has been synthesized under reflux conditions and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffractions, ICP analysis, elemental analysis and electrical analysis. The compound crystallizes in the orthorhombic, space group a = 0.88361(10) ?, b = 1.8492(2) ?, c = 2.2157(2) nm, Z = 8, Dc = 1.899 g cm−3. The compound [Zn(H2O)4]2[H2As6V15O42(H2O)]·2H2O (1) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, ESR, magnetic measurement, third-order nonlinear property study and single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The compound 1 crystallizes in trigonal space group R3, a=b=12.0601(17) Å, c=33.970(7) Å, γ=120°, V=4278.8(12) Å3, Z=3 and R1(wR2)=0.0512 (0.1171). The crystal structure is constructed from [H2As6V15O42(H2O)]4− anions and [Zn(H2O)4]2+ cations linked through hydrogen bonds into a network. The [H2As6V15O42(H2O)]6− cluster consists of 15 VO5 square pyramids linked by three As2O5 handle-like units.  相似文献
