To improve the main shortcomings of insufficient nutrients, high salinity and low productivity in saline-alkali soils, this study collected saline-alkali soil samples from Da'an City of Baicheng and sediment samples from the adjacent Qianguo irrigation district, measured their pH values and major element contents, designed and verified the improvement scheme of saline-alkali soil based on geochemical engineering principles. Results indicated that the pH value and various element contents of saline-alkali soil could be adjusted by adding sediment to make it close to reference soil. Both theoretical calculation and experimental determination (soil pH, mineral composition, functional group composition and crop growth) revealed that the optimal mixing ratio of saline-alkali soil and sediment was 2:1. The saline-alkali soil amelioration with sediment of adjacent irrigation areas was effectively, low-cost and environment-friendly. The geochemical engineering principle was applicable to the amelioration of saline-alkali soil, but the mixing ratio of saline-alkali soil and sediment in different areas should vary with the local conditions. Meanwhile, theoretical calculation could basically replace the experimental determination to simplify the actual engineering application process. This saline-alkaline soil amelioration method makes full use of the surrounding natural waste and has the advantage of adapting measures to local conditions.  相似文献

采用密度泛函理论UB3LYP/6-31G(d)方法,对模型化合物纤维二糖热解反应机理进行了量子化学理论计算研究。设计了三种可能的热解反应途径,对各种反应的反应物、产物、中间体和过渡态的结构进行了能量梯度全优化,计算了不同温度下热解反应的标准热力学和动力学参数。计算结果表明,糖苷键均裂而形成两个自由基中间体IM1a和IM1b,吸收热量为321.26kJ/mol,中间体IM1a经过渡态TS1a进一步形成左旋葡聚糖P1,反应势垒为202.72kJ/mol;与分步反应相比,纤维二糖经过渡态TS2协同反应直接形成左旋葡聚糖P1和吡喃葡萄糖P2的反应势垒低于分步反应的总势垒,其反应势垒为377.54kJ/mol;H+的加入有利于糖苷键的断裂,断裂形成的中间体IM3很难进一步反应形成左旋葡聚糖。  相似文献

采用量子化学密度泛函方法对四氢化萘热解过程中甲基茚满的生成机理进行计算。结果表明,热解产物甲基茚满的主要存在形式是1-甲基茚满;其主要生成反应途径是,首先通过自由基和四氢化萘间的氢转移反应生成β-四氢化萘基,然后β-四氢化萘基上的氢化芳环经缩环反应生成1-甲基茚满。提高温度能促进1-甲基茚满生成反应的进行,但对其生成反应路径没有太大影响。  相似文献

基于双扩散原理,在室温条件下,利用活性蛋壳膜具有的特殊渗透功能,成功地在蛋壳膜的活性位点处原位生长出绣球花状的硫化铅纳米颗粒.用X-射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)对硫化铅纳米颗粒的形貌和结构进行了表征,并对蛋壳膜上原位生长硫化铅纳米颗粒的生长机理进行了初步探讨.  相似文献

Raman spectra were measured of highly fluorinated graphite samples prepared at room temperature, 380 and 515 °C. CxF prepared at room temperature showed a novel downshifted band at 1555–1542 cm−1 along with G band at 1593–1583 cm−1. Similar behavior is also observed for samples prepared at 380 and 515 °C at early stages of fluorination, after which the Raman shifts completely disappeared. Raman spectra as well as X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis suggest that graphite fluorides, (CF)n and (C2F)n are formed via fluorine-intercalated phase with planar graphene layers.  相似文献

Air radon survey was carried out at different underground locations at Kolkata using radon monitor. Average radon concentration for basements was found to be 22.70 ± 1.12 Bq/m3 with maximum 59.00 ± 7.18 Bq/m3 and minimum 8.50 ± 3.14 Bq/m3. Average level for sub-ways was 23.05 ± 2.59 Bq/m3 fluctuating between maximum 39.00 ± 1.24 Bq/m3 and minimum 13.50 ± 1.78 Bq/m3. In comparison, open air background at basement entrance was 19.44 ± 1.06 Bq/m3 and subway entrance was 18.58 ± 1.14 Bq/m3. Annual effective dose was calculated to assess probable health risk. Radon concentration level and annual effective dose were found well below safe levels recommended by International Agencies WHO and UNSCEAR.

Our serial studies from 1970s on chemical composition, structure determination and formation mechanism of gallstones were reviewed. The chemical component investigation of brown-pigment gallstone demonstrated that it consists of macromolecules such as proteins, glyco-proteins, polysaccharides, bilirubin polymers and pigment polymers, and biomolecules such as cholesterol, bile salts, calcium salts of carbonate, phosphate, fatty acids and bilirubinate as well as various metal ions. The binding of metal ions with bile salts and bilirubin plays important roles in gallstone formation, i.e., calcium bilirubinate complex is the major constitute of brown-pigment gallstones, and copper bilirubinate complex is critical in the black color appearance of black-pigment gallstone. The cross section of many gallstones exhibits a concentric ring structure composed of various small particles with a fractal character. This is nonlinear phenomenon in gallstone formation. The gas collection measurement method was employed to determine radon activity concentrations in the water of Coonoor. Open well water, dam water and stream water have been investigated for their radon concentrations. It is observed that the highest radon concentration is in the open well water and the lowest in stream water. From these measurements, the corresponding annual effective ingestion dose is determined.  相似文献

A simple and efficient bromination of aniline, aniline derivatives, and analogs have been developed. Forty three examples were given and the highest yield reached was 98%. Different substrates including substituted aniline, pyridin-amine, N-substituted aniline, N,N-disubstituted aniline, N-phenyl-amide, N-phenyl-sulfonamide, and nitrogen-containing heterocycles were all reactive and selectively generated desired bromo-products. Valeriana jatamansi Jones (V. jatamansi) has been widely used for treating anxiety and its mechanism involves many aspects including GABA level. This study aimed to evaluate the anxiolytic potency of an iridoid fraction extracted from the radix and rhizomes of V. jatamansi. The iridoid fraction was extracted by using D101 resin; its major components were analysed preliminarily by thin layer chromatography, ultraviolet spectrophotometry and high-performance liquid chromatography; and its anxiolytic effects at 6 mg/kg (low-dose), 9 mg/kg (medium-dose) and 12 mg/kg (high-dose) were evaluated using the elevated plus maze test, the light–dark box test, the Vogel’s drinking conflict test, and the open field drink test. Its action mechanism was investigated using the ELISA. This study provided evidence on the anxiolytic potency of the iridoid fraction from V. jatamansi and revealed its action mechanism of regulating the GABA level.  相似文献

Reaction between quinolinquinone and thiazolidine in basic medium was investigated. 2-Arylthiazolidine-4-carboxylic acid ethyl esters undergo two different cleavages in basic medium, yielding the 1-aryl-2-azadiene and a thiolic species. In the presence of quinolinquinone, the isomeric 1-aryl-3-ethoxycarbonyl-pyridoisoquinolin-5,10-diones and 3-amino-3-ethoxycarbonyl-dihydrothienoquinolin-4,9-diones are formed by a hetero-Diels-Alder reaction and 1,4-Michael addition reaction, respectively. Ribosomes transform the genetic information encoded within genes into proteins. In recent years, there has been much progress in the study of this complex molecular machine, but the mechanism of peptide bond formation and the origin of the catalytic power of this ancient enzymatic system are still an unsolved puzzle. A quantum-mechanical study of different possible mechanisms of peptide synthesis in the ribosome has been carried out using the M06-2X density functional. The uncatalyzed processes in solution have been treated with the SMD solvation model. Concerted and two-step mechanisms have been explored. Three main points suggested in this work deserve to be deeply analyzed. First, no zwitterionic intermediates are found when the process takes place in the ribosome. Second, the proton shuttle mechanism is suggested to be efficient only through the participation of the A2451 2'-OH and two crystallographic water molecules. Finally, the mechanisms in solution and in the ribosome are very different, and this difference may help us to understand the origin of the efficient catalytic role played by the ribosome.  相似文献

The aim of this study is to determine the relationship of radon concentrations between dwellings and the schools located in the same regions and to obtain related indoor average radon concentration dwelling-school correction factor for similar locations. The research has been carried out by determining indoor radon concentrations at schools and dwellings located at the same districts in the selected two separate research fields called The Former Adapazari region and The New Adapazari region in the city of Adapazari using a total of 81 Cr-39 passive radon detectors for 75 days. The average radon concentrations have been determined for the dwellings and the schools in 15 districts of the Former Adapazari region as 59.9 Bq m−3 and 57.1 Bq m−3, respectively. The results in 4 districts of the New Adapazari region were 63.5 Bq m−3 for the dwellings and 61.0 Bq m−3 for the schools. Moreover, the annual effective doses were calculated as 1.33 mSv/y and 1.41 mSv/y for the dwellings of Former Adapazari and New Adapazari, respectively. It was seen that the doses received in the dwellings are about four times the doses received in the schools. The indoor radon concentration dwelling-school correction factor was found to be 1.04±0.01 for the research area.  相似文献

The precipitation of three kinds of structures from gallbladder bile of a patient, fractal structure, regular crystal structure, and small disperse granules, was observed in the same sample using Field Emission Gun-Scanning Electron Microscopy (FEG-SEM). The results indicated that there was a transition from a linear equilibrium system to a nonlinear and nonequilibrium system, which was discussed using the theory of entropy. The chemical compositions of these three different kinds of precipitates were determined by energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS). This experimental result revealed that Na and Cl played important roles in the formation of the fractal and crystal structures. Besides, the Aggregation-Diffusion-Fractal (ADF) model was used to explain the growth mechanism of the fractal. The article is published in the original.  相似文献

Enclosed spaces in contact with soil, the main source of radon, like greenhouses have potentially high radon (222Rn) concentrations. Greenhouses are frequented by visitors and also are workplaces. The study of radon concentrations in greenhouses is, thus, a relevant concern for public health and environmental radiation authorities. For this study, the radon concentrations in 12 greenhouses in different locations within Mexico City were measured using nuclear track methodology. The detectors used for the study consisted of the well-known closed-end cup device, with CR-39 Lantrack® as detector material. The measurements were carried out over a period of one year, divided into four three-month sub-periods. The lowest and highest annual mean radon concentrations found in individual greenhouses were 17.0 and 45.1 Bq/m3, respectively. The annual mean averaged over all 12 greenhouses was 27.3 Bq/m3. No significant seasonal variation was observed. Using the highest annual mean radon concentration found in an individual greenhouse, and an equilibrium factor of 0.4, the effective dose from 222Rn and its progenies was calculated to be 339.9 nSv/h. This corresponds to an annual dose rate of 679.8 μSv/y (0.057 WLM/y) for a worker spending 4 h a day, 5 days a week, 50 weeks a year, inside the greenhouse. For a visitor spending 12 h a year inside the greenhouse the annual dose is 2.469 μSv/y. The study of indoor radon concentrations in closed buildings such as greenhouses, which are both workplaces and open to visitors, is an important public health consideration.  相似文献

Effective radium content and radon exhalation rates in soil samples have been measured by ??Sealed Can Technique?? using LR-115 type II plastic track detectors. The soil samples were collected from Farrukhabad city of Utter Pradesh, India. The values of effective radium content were found to vary from 5.39 to 34.56?Bq?kg?1 with an average value of 16.58?Bq?kg?1 and a standard deviation of 7.16. The mass and surface exhalation rate has been found to vary from 0.41?×?10?6 to 2.64?×?10?6?Bq?kg?1?d?1 and 1.41?×?10?6 to 9.10?×?10?6?Bq?m?2?d?1, respectively. All the values of radium content in soil samples of study area were found to be quite lower than the permissible value of 370?Bq?kg?1 recommended by Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development.  相似文献
