A transfer-reaction experiment of 9Be(9Be, 10Be)8Be was performed at a beam energy of 45 MeV. Excited states in 10Be up to 18.80 MeV are produced using missing mass and invariant mass methods. Most of the observed high-lying resonant states, reconstructed from the α + 6He and t + 7Li decay channels, agree with the previously reported results. In addition, two new resonances at 15.6 and 18.8 MeV are identified from the present measurement. The 18.55 MeV state is found to decay into both the t + 7Lig.s. and t + 7Li* (0.478 MeV) channels, with a relative branching ratio of 0.93 ± 0.33. Further theoretical investigations are encouraged to interpret this new information on cluster structure in neutron-rich light nuclei.  相似文献

The differential cross section in the transverse momentum Q and a total cross section of (31 ± 4) mb for the coherent dissociation of a 3-A-Ge V/c 7Li nucleus through the 3H + 4He channel have been measured on emulsion nuclei. The observed Q dependence of the cross section is explained by the predominant supposition of the nuclear diffraction patterns on light (C, N, O) and heavy (Br, Ag) emulsion nuclei. The contributions to the cross section from nuclear diffraction (Q ≤ 400 Me V/c) and Coulomb (Q ≤ 50 Me V/c) dissociations are calculated to be 40.7 and 4 mb, respectively.  相似文献

The capabilities and limitations of the conventional many-particle shell model and modern potential cluster models are discussed. New revaluated and more accurate calculations of one-nucleon spectroscopic characteristics of the light nuclei of 1p shell are presented. In many-particle shell model for nuclei with A = 7, 9, 11, 13, and 15 nucleon partial widths of highly excited states with the isotopic spin T = 3/2 were calculated both for “allowed” and “forbidden” transitions. One-nucleon spectroscopic factors were calculated in threebody multicluster models of 6Li{αnp}, 8Li{αtn}, and 9Be{ααn} nuclei. For isobar-analogue nuclei 7Li and 7Be, the spectroscopic proton S p and neutron S n factors for transitions to the ground and excited states of corresponding residue nuclei of the triplet 6Li-6He-6Be were calculated in the framework of binary potential αtand ατ models. Integral, differential and polarization characteristics of photonuclear processes 7Li(γ, n 0)6Li, 6He(p, γ0 + 1)7Li, 7Li(γ, p 0)6He, and 9Be(γ, p 0 + 1)8Li were calculated in this approach.  相似文献

The (t, p) reaction on the 9Be nucleus is analyzed using the mechanisms of dineutron stripping and 8Li heavy cluster stripping. It is shown that in the shell model, the wave function of the 11Be(1/2+) nucleus formed by adding two neutrons to the 9Be nucleus is constructed from a 10Be(0+) core and a 2s-neutron. This concept of the 11Be(1/2+) structure allows us to calculate the reduced width of tritium and a dineutron with a relative orbital angular momentum equal to 1. The differential cross section of the (t, p) reaction is calculated with allowance for the contribution from both mechanisms. The agreement between the theoretical and experimental cross sections of dineutron stripping at narrow angles θp confirms the shell model can be used to describe the states of nuclei with complex structure and mixed configurations of different shells.  相似文献

The spectra of p, d, and t charged particles produced in stopped-pion absorption by nuclei are analyzed. Respective measurements were performed for 17 nuclei by means of a semiconductor spectrometer. A phenomenological model developed previously for medium-heavy and heavy nuclei was applied to describing the spectra and yields of charged particles originating from light nuclei (6,7Li, 9Be, 10,11B, and 12C). The contribution of intranuclear clusters (such as pp and 3,4He) to pion absorption was estimated.  相似文献

As an archetype reaction for pQCD multigluon hard processes in collisions of ultrarelativistic nuclei, we analyze generic features of lepton pair production via multiphoton processes in peripheral heavy ion scattering. We report explicit results for collisions of two photons from one nucleus with two photons from the other nucleus, 2γ + 2γ → l+l?. The results suggest that the familiar eikonalization of Coulomb distortions breaks down for oppositely moving Coulomb centers. The breaking of eikonalization in QED suggests that multigluon pQCD processes cannot be described in terms of collective nuclear gluon distributions. We discuss a logarithmic enhancement of the contribution from the 2γ + 2γ → l+l? process to production of lepton pairs with large transverse momentum; similar enhancement is absent for the nγ + mγ → l+l? processes with m, n > 2. We comment on the general structure of multiphoton collisions and properties of higher-order terms that cannot be eikonalized.  相似文献

The two-loop self-energy correction to the ground-state energy levels of hydrogen-like ions with nuclear charges Z≥10 is calculated without the Zα expansion, where α is the fine-structure constant. The data obtained are compared with the results of analytical calculations within the Zα expansion; significant disagreement with the analytical results of order α2(Zα)6 has been found. Extrapolation is used to obtain the most accurate value for the two-loop self-energy correction for the 1s state in hydrogen.  相似文献

The effect of the Pauli exclusion principle on the relative motion of colliding light neutron-rich nuclei is investigated within a microscopic method for the examples of the 11Be + n and 10Be + 2 n reactions. The effective interaction of nuclei that is due to the change in the kinetic energy of their relative motion under the effect of the antisymmetrization operator is analyzed on the basis of a discrete representation of harmonic-oscillator states allowed by the Pauli exclusion principle. It is concluded that the bound state of the 12Be nucleus owes its origin to the impact of exchange effects on the operator of the kinetic energy of the relative motion of the neutron and the 11Be nucleus. The structure of the 12Be ground state is discussed in the approximation of two coupled cluster configurations. The cross section for the inelastic-scattering reaction 11Be(n, 2 n)10Be is estimated.  相似文献

Experimental data on inelastic 9Be+α scattering induced by 90-MeV α particles are analyzed. The 2.78-MeV excited state is shown to have spin–parity of Iπ=1/2- in agreement with the existing data. For the 4.70-MeV excited state, it is impossible to make an unambiguous choice between the previous value Iπ = 3/2+, and the proposed new value Iπ = 1/2?.  相似文献

The spin-Hamiltonian parameters (g factors g, g and hyperfine structure constants A, A) and the local structure for the tetragonal Cu2+ centre in trigonal ZnGeF6?6H2O crystal are theoretically studied using the perturbation formulae of these parameters for a 3 d9 ion in tetragonally elongated octahedra. In the calculations, the contributions to the spin-Hamiltonian parameters from ligand orbital and spin-orbit coupling are included on the basis of the cluster approach in view of moderate covalency of the studied systems, and the required crystal-field parameters are obtained using the superposition model and the local structures of the studied [Cu(H2O)6] 2+ cluster. According to the calculations, the ligand octahedra around Cu2+ suffer relative elongation τ (≈ 0.085 Å) along the [0 0 1] (or C4) axis for the tetragonal Cu2+ centres in ZnGeF6?6H2O crystal, due to the Jahn–Teller effect. It is shown that when the parent nucleus has nn Borromean halo structure, then after Gamow–Teller (GT) β-decay of parent state or after M1 γ-decay of Isobar Analogue Resonance (IAR) the states with np tango halo structure or mixed np tango + nn Borromean halo structure can be populated. Resonances in the GT β-decay strength function Sβ(E) of halo nuclei, may have np tango halo structure or mixed np tango + nn Borromean halo structure. Correct interpretation of halo structure is important in experiments on β-decay study, interpretation of M1 γ-decay of IAR, and charge-exchange nuclear reactions analysis.  相似文献

A combination of the exciton and evaporation models is used to describe photonuclear reactions induced in light, medium-mass, and heavy nuclei by photons of energy in the range 7 ≤ E γ ≤ 140 MeV. Two mechanisms of the photoexcitation of nuclei are considered. These are the formation of a giant dipole resonance at energies in the range E γ ? 30 MeV and quasideuteron photoabsorption, which is dominant at energies in the region E γ ? 40 MeV. The density of particle-hole states, which appears in the exciton model, is calculated on the basis of the Fermi gas model. The emission of two preequilibrium particles is taken into account in describing the quasideuteron reaction channel. The effect of isospin conservation on giant-dipole-resonance decay accompanied by photonucleon emission is examined. The model in question is used to describe cross sections for photon-induced reactions on 26Mg, 54Fe, 112,118,119,124Sn, and 181Ta nuclei.  相似文献

Differential cross sections and analyzing powers (A y ) for elastic proton scattering from 9Be at 220 MeV and 1.0 GeV and from 9Li and 9C at 60 and 700 MeV/nucleon are calculated in the context of the Glauber diffraction theory with the three-body wave functions for the 9Be, 9Li, and 9C nuclei described by the α + α + n, 7Li + n + n, and 7Be + p + p models. Comparison with the available experimental data is made, which allows some conclusions about the quality of the model wave functions.  相似文献

The azimuthal anisotropy of the emission of α particles in collisions of the 22Ne, 24Mg, 56Fe, and 197Au nuclei with photoemulsion nuclei has been measured at projectile energies Epr = 1.88–10.6 GeV/nucleon. The results are compared with similar measurements for protons. It has been found that the ratio of the azimuthal anisotropy coefficients v2 for α particles and protons is equal to 6 ± 2 at low energies Epr ≈ 2 GeV/nucleon, whereas these coefficients coincide with each other for energies Epr ≥ 4 GeV/nucleon. This difference may indicate that, at low projectile energies, α particles are formed predominantly at the early stage of a collective flow. Formation of α particles for Epr ≥ 4 GeV/nucleon likely occurs at the stage of nuclear matter scattering.  相似文献

The quantum dynamical problem is solved for a system coupled to an equidistant-spectrum bath with the energy difference Ω between the neighboring levels n and n + 1 and the coupling matrix elements C n 2 = C 2(1 + Δ?2 n 2)?1 constraining the energy interval comprising the bath states interacting with the system. The evolution in the strong-coupling limit is determined by two parameters, Γ = πC 2/Ω ? 1 and α = Γ/Δ. If α ≠ 0, then the decrease in the population in the initial cycle with a period of 2π/Ω is not exponential and the effective rate constant increases with time. The results qualitatively explain the appearance of nonexponential relaxation regimes for a dense-spectrum nanosystem and predict the possibility of the multiple recovery of the initial-state population.  相似文献

VUV 4f n → 4fn?15d transitions of Gd3+, Er3+, Tm3+, and Lu3+ in fluoride matrices have been analyzed with high-resolution luminescence and excitation spectroscopy. In trifluorides, strong electron-phonon coupling has been found. In the other matrices, the luminescence spectra clearly yield zero-phonon lines and phonon replica, indicating intermediate coupling. The energies of the zero-phonon lines observed are compared with theoretical predictions. Near the threshold of fd excitations, some of the excitation spectra yield sharp structures which cannot be explained with phonon replica but will be discussed in terms of the energy levels of the 4fn?15d configuration.  相似文献

The cross sections for inclusive neutral-pion production in the reactions d + C → π0 + x and d + Cu → π0 + x at a momentum of 4.5 GeV/c per nucleon were measured over the kinematical region specified by the inequalities Θπ≤16° and Eπ≥2 GeV (in the laboratory frame). From the ratio of the cross sections for neutral-pion generation on carbon and copper nuclei, the exponent n in the parametrization Ed3σ/d3pA T n is obtained as a function of the cumulative number X in the range 0.6 ≤ X ≤ 1.8 and as a function of the square of the transverse momentum in the range 0.04 ≤ P t 2 ≤ 0.40 (GeV/c)2. The probabilities of the formation of six-quark configurations in the D, 4He, and 12C nuclei are estimated. The double-differential cross section for the reaction d + C → π0 + x is determined for the first time by using a data sample containing more than 40 000 neutral pions.  相似文献

The scattering amplitudes of point charged particles is calculated analytically taking into account the spin–orbit interaction. We have considered two cases typical of a hydrogen-like plasma: scattering of an electron by a heavy ion and scattering of an electron by a free electron. The results have been obtained taking into account the ranges of low collision energies smaller than α2 m e c 2, where α is the fine structure constant.  相似文献
