Temperature dependence of the magnetization M (T) of two-band superconductors is studied in the vicinity of upper critical field He2 by using a two-band Ginzburg-Landau (GL) theory. It is shown that magnetization M(T) has a nonlinear character due to positive curvature of upper critical field Hc2(T) and temperature dependence of effective Ginzburg-Landau parameter Neff(T). The results are shown to be in qualitative agreement with experimental data for the superconducting magnesium diboride, MgB2.  相似文献

The upper critical field of clean MgB2 is investigated using the two-band layered Ginzburg--Landau (GL) theory. The calculated results are fitted to the experimental data of clean MgB2 crystal very well in a broad temperature range. Based on the GL theory for clean superconductors, a phenomenological theory for dirty superconductor is proposed. Selecting appropriate parameters, two-band layered GL theory is successfully applied to the crystal of Mg(B1-xCx)2 and the neutron irradiation samples of MgB2.  相似文献

Recently, 12442 system of Fe-based superconductors has attracted considerable attention owing to its unique double-Fe As-layer structure. A steep increase in the in-plane upper critical field with cooling has been observed near the superconducting transition temperature, Tc, in KCa2Fe4As4F2 single crystals. Herein, we report a high-field investigation on upper critical field of this material over a wide temperature range, and both out-of-plane(H∥c, Hc2c) and in-plane(H∥ab, Hc2ab ) directions have been measured.A sublinear temperature-dependent behavior is observed for the out-of-plane Hc2c , whereas strong convex curvature with cooling is observed for the in-plane Hc2ab . Such behaviors could not be described by the conventional Werthamer-Helfand-Hohenberg(WHH) model. The data analysis based on the WHH model by considering the spin aspects reveals a large Maki parameter α=9,indicating that the in-plane upper critical field is affected by a very strong Pauli paramagnetic effect.  相似文献

Recent observation of unusual vortex patterns in MgB(2) single crystals raised speculations about possible "type-1.5" superconductivity in two-band materials, mixing the properties of both type-I and type-II superconductors. However, the strict application of the standard two-band Ginzburg-Landau (GL) theory results in simply proportional order parameters of the two bands-and does not support the "type-1.5" behavior. Here we derive the extended GL formalism (accounting all terms of the next order over the small τ=1-T/T(c) parameter) for a two-band clean s-wave superconductor and show that the two condensates generally have different spatial scales, with the difference disappearing only in the limit T→T(c). The extended version of the two-band GL formalism improves the validity of GL theory below T(c) and suggests revisiting the earlier calculations based on the standard model.  相似文献

The upper critical field, the lower critical field and the critical magnetic field ratio of anisotropic magnetic superconductors are calculated by Ginzburg–Landau theory analytically. The effect of the Ginzburg–Landau parameter (κ0), magnetic susceptibility (χ) and magnetic-to-anisotropic parameter ratio (θ) on the critical field ratio are considered. We find that the value of critical field ratio increases with increasing κ0 and θ, and decreases with increasing χ. The highest and the lowest value of critical field ratio is found in the diamagnetic superconductors and the ferromagnetic superconductors, respectively.  相似文献

The upper critical field Hc2 of the high Tc superconductors such as La-Sr-Cu-O and La-Ba-Cu-O systems has been calculated by using the modified Suhl's et al. two-band model. A modification to Gor'kov theory is found for the ratio of K1(T) at T=0 and T=Tc. The results may explain the discrepancy between the BCS theory and experimental data.  相似文献

An array of Josephson tunnel junctions is studied as a model for granular superconductors. We determine the critical line in the (H, T)-plane, separating the phase-coherent and incoherent region as a function of the magnetic field. Both positional disorder and junction-dilution are treated. Approaching the percolation threshold from above, the critical exponent of the upper critical field is found to be 0.60±0.03.  相似文献

本文中用一个简单的两能带模型讨论了费米面复连通性对超导体性质的影响。计算表明,它的效应与各向异性类似。利用Абрикосов和Горъков所发展的格林函数方法讨论了杂质散射的影响。有杂质时只有一个能隙,且大于纯超导体两个能隙中较小的一个。加杂后转变温度,临界磁场及其在T=0°K附近的温度系数下降,但转变点比热跳跃的相对值增加。低掺杂时在实验中同时测量这些量的变化可以定量地检验理论计算。高掺杂两能带超导体的性质与单能带情形完全相同。此外,利用本文的结果讨论了Pb膜的隧道效应实验和In-Sn,In-Pb系统中的转变温度反常。  相似文献

The temperature dependence of the anisotropy parameter of the upper critical field \(\gamma _{H_{c2} } (T) = H_{c2}^\parallel (T)/H_{c2}^ \bot (T)\) is calculated using the two-band Ginzburg-Landau theory for layered superconductors. It is shown that the anisotropy parameter γ(T) increases with decreasing temperature. Theory of thermal fluctuations in two-band superconductors under an essentially homogeneous magnetic field is developed within the framework of the two-band Ginzburg-Landau theory. The fluctuating specific heat is calculated by using the optimized self-consistent perturbation approach and the results are applied to analyze the thermodynamic data of the iron-based superconductors Ba_(1-x)K_xFe_2As_2 with x ~0.4, which have been suggested to have a two-band structure by recent experiments. We estimate the fluctuation strength in this material and find that the specific heat is described well with the Ginzburg number Gi = 4 · 10~(-4). The influence of interband coupling strength is investigated and the result of the two-band Gaussian approximation approach is compared.  相似文献

铁基超导和铜基超导具有诸多相似性,这为建立统一的高温超导机理图像提供了可能性.然而,对铁基超导体系中无论是进行电荷掺杂、还是等价掺杂来改变化学压力,都能产生定性上类似、而细节上纷繁复杂的相图,这对建立统一的图像造成了困难.研究化学掺杂效应如何在微观上影响电子结构和超导电性,区分主导超导电性演化的主要因素和次要因素,对建立统一图像和揭示高温超导机理至关重要.本文综述了对铁基超导体系中化学掺杂效应的一系列角分辨光电子能谱研究,涵盖了基于FeAs和FeSe面的多种代表性铁基超导体系,包括异价掺杂、等价掺杂、在元胞不同位置的化学掺杂,及其对电子体系在费米面结构、杂质散射、电子关联强度等方面的影响.实验结果表明:电子关联性或能带宽度是多个铁基超导相图背后的普适参数,不同的晶格和杂质散射效应导致了并不重要的复杂细节,而费米面拓扑结构与超导电性的关联并不强.这些结果对弱耦合机理图像提出了挑战,并促使人们通过局域反铁磁交换作用配对图像在带宽演化层面上统一地理解铁基超导.  相似文献

The temperature dependence of the anisotropy parameter of upper critical field γHc2(T)=H_{c2}||(T)/H_{c2}^{\bot}(T) and London penetration depth γλ(T)=λ_{\perp} (T)/λ_{\bot} (T) are calculated using two-band Ginzburg-Landau theory for layered superconductors. It is shown that, with decreasing temperature the anisotropy parameter γ_{H_{c2}}(T) is increased, while theLondon penetration depth anisotropy γλ(T) reveals n opposite behavior.Results of our calculations are in agreement with experimental datafor single crystal MgB2 nd with other calculations. Results of an analysis of magnetic field Hc1 in a single vortex between superconducting layers are also presented.  相似文献

始于2008年的铁基超导体研究续写了高温超导发展史的新篇章.回顾过去十年对铁基超导体的研究,在理论、实验及应用方面都取得了辉煌的成绩,丰富了人们对高温超导电性的认识,为突破高温超导机理研究、最终实现超导材料的人工设计与更广泛的应用奠定了坚实的基础.本文主要介绍了通过高压实验研究手段在铁基超导体的研究中取得的一些重要进展及呈现出的新现象和新物理,例如压致超导现象、压力导致的超导再进入现象、压力对超导转变温度的提升效应、压力研究对铁基超导体超导转变温度的预测、相分离结构对超导电性的影响及反铁磁-超导双临界点的发现等.希望这些高压研究结果与本文报道的其他各类实验与理论研究成果一起,为全面、深入地理解铁基超导体勾画出一幅较为完整的物理图像.  相似文献

In view of the question about the vortex glass theory of the freezing of disordered vortex matter raised by recent experimental observations, we reinvestigate the critical scaling of high Tc superconductors. It is found that the dc current-voltage characteristic of mixed state superconductors has a general form of extended power law which is based on the Ginzburg-Landau (GL) functional in the similar way as the vortex glass theory. Isotherms simulated from this nonlinear equation fit the experimental I- V data of Strachan et al. [Phys. Rev. Left. 87(2001) 067007]. The puzzling question of the derivative plot for the I - V curves and the controversy surrounding the values of critical exponents are discussed.  相似文献
