The molecular dynamics simulation method was for the first time used to study the structural and energy parameters of H3PO4, H2PO4, and (DMFA)H+ (protonated dimethylformamide) in liquid N,N-dimethylformamide. The predominant orientation of the nearest neighbors of H3PO4, H2PO4, DMFA, and (DMFA)H+ was determined from ranked distribution functions. The most probable structure of H-bonded complexes was obtained. It was shown that H3PO4 formed H-bonds with two DMFA molecules, and and (DMFA)H+ formed H-bonds with one molecule. The dependence of Coulomb interaction energies on the distance between H3PO4, H2PO4, (DMFA)H+, and DMFA had the form of damped oscillations, as is characteristic of intermolecular interactions in pure DMFA. The molecular dynamics simulation of the H2PO4-(DMFA)H+-DMFA ternary system showed a high probability of the formation of contact ion pairs.  相似文献

Abstract  

Ab initio and DFT calculations have been performed to characterize some ground state structures of the title molecules. Relative energies, rotational barriers, NBO charges, and dipole moments (μ) have been calculated and analyzed. It has been confirmed that only highly correlated methods (e.g., CCSD) are able to yield the non-planar structure as a minimum, for the H2NNO molecule. On the other hand, all computational levels here employed are able to yield a planar C2NNO frame for the (CH3)2NNO as a minimum. Important correlations between atomic charges and bond distances are discussed. Replacement of H by methyl group increases the rotational barrier and μ values by at least 3 kcal/mol and 0.4 D, respectively. The largest μ values are obtained for the structures in which the nitrogen lone pair is parallel to the NO group π system, and are consistent with a larger contribution of a dipolar resonance structure.  相似文献

A new extractant for copper(ii) extraction, viz., N′,N′-dibutyloctanohydrazide, was synthesized. Its acid-base, extraction, and complexation properties were studied. The introduction of two butyl substituents into the hydrazide group weakens the acidic properties of the compound synthesized compared to the unsubstituted hydrazide, shifts the region of efficient copper(ii) extraction from an acidic medium to weakly acidic and ammonia media, and forms an uncharged extractive copper complex. A new procedure has been developed for aminomethylation of terminal acetylenes with N,N,N′,N′-tetramethylmethanediamine in the presence of transition metals and lanthanide complexes and salts. Selective methods for the incorporation of stable isotopes 15N and 2H into the structure of antiviral medicine “triazavirine” 1 were developed. The synthesized isotopically modified “triazavirine” 1 2 H 3 , 15 N 3 contained the labeled atoms in both the azole and the azine rings. 13C and 15N NMR spectra of the isotope-containing sample 1 2 H 3 , 15 N 3 were thoroughly analyzed.  相似文献

Copper(II) complexing with N′,N′-diethylbenzohydrazide (DEBH) in aqueous isopropanol was studied. The formation of cationic complexes with the ratio [Cu2+]: [DEBH] = 1: 1 and 1: 2 in week acid solution and an uncharged complex with the ratio [Cu2+]: [DEBH] = 1: 2 in neutral and alkaline solutions was established. Their stability constants K st were determined. The complexes were isolated in a solid state and characterized by IR spectroscopy and elemental analysis for copper.  相似文献

Interfacial electron transfer induced by 254 nm light at nanomaterial (nm) titanium dioxide/CoIII(N–N)3 3+ interface in binary mixed solvent media such as water/methanol (or 1,4-dioxane) has been probed. The distinct photo reduction of cobalt(III) complexes, CoIII(N–N)3 3+; (N–N)=(NH3)2, en (1,2-diamino ethane), pn (1,2-diamino propane), tn (1,3-diamino propane), and bn (1,4-diamino butane), by excited nm-TiO2 particles: CoIII + nm-TiO2 + hν → TiO2 (h+;e) + CoIII → nm-TiO2 (h) + CoII is solvent controlled. The electron transfer from the conduction band of TiO2 (e, CB) onto the metal centre of the complex consists of (i) electron transport from CB into surface-adsorbed species A: CoIII(N–N)3 3+ (ii) solution phase species B: CoIII(N–N)3 3+ (sol.), accumulated at the surface of the nanoparticle. In addition, UV irradiation of CoIII(N–N)3 3+ stimulates generation of \textCo\textaq\textII {\text{Co}}_{\text{aq}}^{\text{II}} ion, due to charge transfer transition, in solution phase. After UV irradiation, cobalt-implanted nm-TiO2 separated as gray ultrafine particles, which were isolated. Photo efficiency of the formation of CoII ion was estimated and the cobalt implanted nanomaterial crystals isolated from the photolyte solutions were subjected to SEM-EDX, X-ray mapping, and HRTEM-SAED analyses. Solvent medium was found to contribute in both the formation of CoII ion and interstitial insertion of cobalt into the lattice of nm-TiO2.  相似文献

The enthalpies of formation of PbCl4, PbCl5 and PbCl62−, originating from quantum mechanics, have enabled the thermodynamic behaviour of these ions with respect to Cl-detachment to be assessed. The stability of salts containing PbCl5 and PbCl62− as a function of the dimensions of these anions and complementary cations was studied using an approach combining the Kapustinskii-Yatsimirskii equation with basic thermochemical relationships. It was found that hexachloroplumbates of monovalent metal cations will not dissociate into metal chlorides and PbCl4, provided the complementary cations are suitably large in size. Hexachloroplumbates of divalent metal cations have not yet been synthesised since no known metal cations attain the requisite large size. Such salts will not dissociate if the divalent metal cations are able to complex suitably large electron-donating ligands. The pentachloroplumbates of both monovalent and divalent metal cations are unstable, since no known metal cations have appropriately large ionic radii. The approach adopted appears to be useful for the examination of the thermal behaviour, stability and reactivity of chloroplumbates.  相似文献

The complex [(HOCH2)3CNH3] 2 + [HgI4]2? (I) was synthesized by reacting (trioxymethyl)methylammonium iodide with mercury dioide (2: 1 mol/mol) in acetone. X-ray crystallography shows that the complex consists of two types of crystallographically independent [(HOCH2)3CNH3]+ cations and tetrahedral anions [HgI4]2? (IHgI, 106.49(2)°–113.99(4)°; Hg-I, 2.7849(8)-2.8105(8) Å. [(HOCH2)3CNH3]+ cations are linked via hydrogen bonds O…H-N and O-H…N (O…N, 2.84–2.92 Å) to form polymer chains, which are cross-linked with one another via anions (I…H, 2.81, 2.82 Å).  相似文献

The reaction of N,N,N′,N′-tetramethylmethanediamine with pheophorbide a methyl ester gave the corresponding 13″-dimethylaminomethyl derivative and 13-N,N-dimethylamide derivative of chlorin e 6 having a methyl acrylate moiety in the 15-position. Conditions were found for the synthesis of the latter both directly from pheophorbide a methyl ester and from its aminomethylation product. Probable mechanisms of the examined reactions were proposed.  相似文献

The crystal structure of TiF4[(Ph2P(O)CH2CH2C(O)NMe2)] chelate (I) was studied by X-ray crystallography, which revealed four crystallographically independent complex molecules of similar structure (14). It was found that the molecules are only slightly different in the bond lengths between the coordinated atoms and the central titanium ion and considerably different in the geometry of the seven-membered TiOPCCCO chelate ring. The geometry of the chelate rings was found to be almost identical in each pair of complexes 1, 2 (A) and 3, 4 (B), and a conclusion was drawn on the presence of two conformational isomers (A and B) of the chelate complex. Quantum chemical calculations of the relative thermodynamic stability of molecules 14 were performed, and their geometry optimization led to one theoretical structure. The comparison of the chelate ring geometry in the theoretical structure and in conformers A and B revealed that the conformation of the theoretical chelate ring coincides with that of conformer A.  相似文献

The synthesis of a new chromogenic N,N-phenyltetrazole receptor is reported here. The cationbinding properties of this receptor in solution were investigated by naked-eye colour change, electrochemical methods and UV-Vis spectroscopy in various solvents (CH3CN, dimethylsulphoxide (DMSO), DMSO/H2O, CH3CN/H2O and CH3CN/MeOH). In addition, the receptor was used as a sensing material in ion-selective membrane electrodes. The selectivity and sensitivity of these electrodes towards alkali, alkali-earth, transition and heavy metal cations in aqueous solution were tested. The relation between the carrier structure and membrane plasticisers was investigated.  相似文献

Ab initio quantum-chemical calculations of the complexes XeF 5 + XF 6 ? (X = P, As, Sb, and Bi) were performed with the use of relativistic pseudopotentials for heavy atoms and full-electron basis sets. The chemical bonds were characterized by the parameters of critical points (electron density, its Laplacian, total electron energy, and its kinetic and potential components). It was demonstrated that the interaction between the XeF 5 + cation and the XF 6 ? anion in XeF 5 + XF 6 ? follows a key-lock scheme involving directed interactions of bridging fluorine atoms Fb → Xe and that the structuring function of the lone electron pair of the Xe atom is to compensate the destabilizing electrostatic interaction between the Xe and X atoms bearing excess positive charges.  相似文献

The interaction of the [B10H10]2– and [B12H12]2– anions with aliphatic and aromatic nitro compounds (RNO2, where R = Et, n-Pr, i-Pr, tert-Bu, Ph) has been studied under irradiation with visible and UV light. It has been shown that, depending on the reaction conditions, both mono- and disubstituted nitro-closo-decaborates can be selectively obtained in yields up to 50%.  相似文献

Abstract  The title compound, labeled with 13C in the ethyl groups was synthesized from K13CN and low-molecular-weight components. The synthetic relay compound was 31(32)[13C]-xanthobilirubinic acid methyl ester in a synthetic route that leads to a label in the ethyl β-substituent of a dipyrrinone model for bilirubin. This labeled dipyrrinone was oxidatively coupled to the dimethyl ester of mesobiliverdin-XIIIα, thereby providing a route to a 13C-labeled mesobiliverdin and mesobilirubin, with one carbon of each ethyl being 98% 13C-enriched. The complex [Ph3P] 4 + [Bi4I16]4? · 2 Me2C=O (I) was synthesized by the reaction of triphenyl(propyl)phosphonium iodide with bismuth iodide in acetone. The crystal structure of complex I was determined by X-ray crystallography. It contains, in addition to solvent molecules, two types of crystallographically independent tetrahedral tetraphenyl(propyl)phosphonium cations and tetranuclear anions [Bi4I16]4? in a chair conformation with the bismuth atoms being in an octahedral coordination. The Bi-I distances in the anion vary within 2.8768(4)–3.2524(4) Å.  相似文献

Gas electron diffraction at a temperature T of 641(5) K is used to study the structure of an N,N′-ethylenebis(salicylaldiminato) zinc(II) molecule, ZnO2N2C16H14, further Zn(salen). The structure of a gaseous Zn(salen) complex has C 2 symmetry and is characterized by a substantial turn of two chelating fragments of the ligand with respect to each other, and also by a big difference in the length of coordination bonds: r h1(Zn-O)=1.902(7) Å r h1(Zn-N)= 2.027(7) Å. Results of the DFT/B3LYP calculation with 6-31G* and CEP,TZV basis sets of the molecule structure well agree with the experimental data. The electronic structure of Ni(salen), Cu(salen), Zn(salen), and Zn(acacen) molecules is considered.  相似文献
