新型钙荧光探针在H2O2对HL-60胞浆钙影响研究中的应用   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用H2O2、黄嘌呤和黄嘌呤氧化酶、H2O2/抗坏血酸/Fe^2+(或H2O2/Fe^+)、H2O2和辣根过氧化酶(HRP)等不同活性氧产生体系,对自行合成的胞浆特异性钙荧光探针STDIn的活性氧耐受性进行了考察.以STDIn-AM为探针标记HL-60细胞,激光共聚焦技术检测单细胞内Ca^2+-STDIn荧光强度的变化;探讨了不同浓度的H2O2对胞内Ca^2+浓度变化的影响,从膜结构和生物信号传导的角度研究了氧自由基对培养细胞的生物效应.  相似文献

合成了一个新的组氨酸衍生物, N-(9-蒽甲基)-L-组氨酸(1), 并对其进行了元素分析、电喷雾电离质谱(ESI-MS)、核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)和碳谱(13C-NMR)等波谱表征. 考查了pH值及15种不同金属离子对其荧光强度的影响. 实验结果表明, 中性水溶液条件下, Zn2+和Cd2+能使体系荧光增强, 而Pb2+、Co2+、Hg2+、Ni2+和Cu2+等则使体系荧光有不同程度的猝灭.其中, Cu2+和Ni2+猝灭能力最强, 它们与化合物1均形成了物质的量比为1:2的配合物, 络合常数分别为2.88×106和1.12×106 L2·mol-2. Cu2+和Ni2+对化合物1的荧光猝灭为静态猝灭过程. 在此基础上, 以Cu2+和Ni2+作为两个输入信号, 以蒽的特征荧光发射作为输出信号, 构建了一个NOR荧光分子逻辑门.  相似文献

本文利用水热法合成了两个新型一价铜配合物[Cu2(ophen)2]·H2O的类同质多晶结构(1a和1β)和一个混合价的铜配合物[Cu2(obpy)2(NO3)·H2O(2).晶体结构分析表明:1a显现出于无水的类似物[Cu2(ophen)2]相同的堆积方式,1β则形成出新奇的空间堆积.混合价化合物2是完全离域的,通过氢键集聚体[(H2O)2(NO3-)2]将两个[Cu2(obpy)2]+单元连接起来形成哑铃状的四核结构.  相似文献

1,8-naphthyridine-3-carboxamide structures were previously identified as a promising scaffold from which to obtain CB2R agonists with anticancer and anti-inflammatory activity. This work describes the synthesis and functional characterization of new 1,8-naphthyridin-2(1H)-one-3-carboxamides with high affinity and selectivity for CB2R. The new compounds were able to pharmacologically modulate the cAMP response without modulating CB2R-dependent β-arrestin2 recruitment. These structures were also evaluated for their anti-cancer activity against SH-SY5Y and SK-N-BE cells. They were able to reduce the cell viability of both neuroblastoma cancer cell lines with micromolar potency (IC50 of FG158a = 11.8 μM and FG160a = 13.2 μM in SH-SY5Y cells) by a CB2R-mediated mechanism. Finally, in SH-SY5Y cells one of the newly synthesized compounds, FG158a, was able to modulate ERK1/2 expression by a CB2R-mediated effect, thus suggesting that this signaling pathway might be involved in its potential anti-cancer effect.  相似文献

应用sol gel法制备纳米α Fe2O3、TiO2及α Fe2O3 TiO2粉体,并以其作前驱体制得该纳米微粒与海藻酸钠的复合膜.由红外光谱(FT IR)、X 射线粉末衍射(XRD)、荧光光谱(PL)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和循环伏安(I V)等物理化学方法表征、测定各复合薄膜的表面结构与催化活性.紫外 可见吸光光度法等研究结果表明,以杀菌紫外灯作光源,在纳米Fe2O3、TiO2及α Fe2O3 TiO2与海藻酸钠的复合膜悬浮液中,亚甲基蓝可被快速脱色降解,若于α Fe2O3中加入15%的TiO2,其α Fe2O3 TiO2复合晶体比单一的α Fe2O3或TiO2具有更高的光降解活性.  相似文献

A new aromatic based monomer 2-phenoxy-2-phenylethyl acrylate (PPEA) was synthesized. Copolymers of PPEA with 2-phenylethyl acrylate (PEA) were prepared by free radical polymerization. The reactivity ratios were estimated using various graphical methods. Structural parameters of the copolymers were obtained by calculating the dyad monomer sequence fractions and the mean sequence length. Optical properties of polymers such as refractive indices and UV-Visible absorption were investigated. The glass transition temperature and thermal degradation behavior of the copolymers were studied. Combined with the RI, transparency and thermal properties, prepared copolymers hold great promise as materials for intraocular lens applications.  相似文献

通过研究LiNiO2和α-LiAlO2的制备条件,合成出LiNi1-xAlxO2(x=0~0.6)材料.XRD和XPS测试结果表明,各样品均具有α-NaFeO2型单相结构,并形成LiNi1-xAlxO2固溶体.随着Al固溶量x的增加,材料Ni(Al)—O结合能增加,晶胞的a轴缩短,c/a比增大,层状属性更加明显,结构稳定性增强.烧结实验结果表明,在低Al固溶量时,材料的合成需要在氧气气氛中进行,Al掺杂能够抑制结构中的Li缺位,降低材料形成温度及其在合成过程中对氧气的依赖程度.  相似文献

S掺杂宽光域响应Ti1-xSyO2光催化剂的制备及表征   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
以TiCl4和硫脲为主要原料, 采用酸催化水解法制得浅黄色S掺杂Ti1-xSyO2光催化剂. 以苯酚为模型物, 考察了Ti1-xSyO2在可见光区、紫外光区及太阳光下的催化活性. 采用XPS、DRS、XRD、FT-IR、SEM、低温氮物理吸附对光催化剂进行表征. 结果表明, 掺杂S以S6+形式置换TiO2晶格中的Ti4+, 适量S 掺杂的Ti1-xSyO2在可见光区、紫外光区及太阳光下均表现出较高的光催化活性.掺杂S 在TiO2表面形成新的能级结构, 使催化剂吸收红移至450-550 nm, 诱发可见光催化活性;紫外光照射下, 新形成的能级结构与体相TiO2形成复合半导体结构, 捕获光生空穴, 提高光生电子鄄空穴分离效率.同时, S掺杂可以改善TiO2的分散性, 增加其比表面积SBET并提高相转变温度.  相似文献

Abstract

Novel bis[2-(thiazol-2-yl)acetonitriles], linked to aliphatic cores via ethers, were prepared by the reaction of the appropriate bis(2-bromoethan-1-one) with 2-cyanothioacetamide in dioxane at reflux. Bis[2-(thiazol-2-yl)acetonitriles] were taken as key intermediates for the preparation of a new class of macrocyclic dicarbonitriles bearing two thiazole units and containing two O2-donor sets and fused with two benzene units. The target macrocyclic dicarbonitriles were prepared by the cyclocondensation of bis[2-(thiazol-2-yl)acetonitriles] with the appropriate bis(aldehydes) in N,N-dimethylformamide in the presence of piperidine at reflux. Moreover, a new class of pyrazolo-fused macrocycles containing thiazole subunits were prepared by the reaction of macrocyclic dicarbonitriles with hydrazine hydrate in ethanol at reflux. The structures of the novel macrocycles bearing thiazole subunits were elucidated by considering their elemental analyses as well as their IR, mass, 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectral data.  相似文献

A series of TiO2-XSiO2[X denotes the molar fraction(%) of silica in the mixed oxides] with different n(Ti)/n(Si) ratios was prepared with ammonia water as a hydrolysis catalyst. The photocatalysts prepared were characterized by XRD, thermal analysis, FTIR, UV-Vis and SPS. The characterization results of FTIR and UV-Vis spectra show that Ti atoms were gradually changed from octahedral coordination to tetrahedral coordination with the addition of silica, which is not beneficial for obtaining strong Bronsted acidity and higher photocatalytic activity. The photocatalytic activity experiments, which were conducted by using heptane (or SO2) as the model reactant, showed that TiO2-SiO2 containing a suitable amount of silica can exhibit much higher photocataiytic activity than pure TiO2. The enhanced photocatalytic activity can be attributed tothree following factors.. (1) smaller crystalline size;(2) higher thermal stability; (3) the new strong Broensted acidity.  相似文献

A new 2(3 --> 20)abeotaxane with an unusual 13beta-substitution pattern and a new 6/8/6-ring taxane were isolated from the methanol extract of the needles of Taxus cuspidata. The structures were established as 2alpha,7beta-diacetoxy-5alpha,10beta,13beta-trihydroxy-2(3 --> 20)abeotaxa-4(20), 11-dien-9-one (1) and 2alpha,5alpha,7beta,9alpha,13alpha-pentahydroxy-10beta-acetoxytaxa-4(20),11-diene (2) on the basis of 1D and 2D NMR spectral data and high-resolution FAB-MS analyses.  相似文献

Three new secoprezizaane sesquiterpene lactones, (1R,2S)‐1,2‐epoxyneomajucin ( 1 ), (2R)‐2‐hydroxyneomajucin ( 2 ), and (2R)‐2‐hydroxymajucin ( 3 ), along with six known compounds ( 4 – 9 ), were isolated from the poisonous shrub Illicium micranthum. 6-(3-氨基-2-羟基丙基)-2-(1H)-喹啉酮衍生物被发现具有新的正性肌力的活性. 设计合成了一系列新的氨丙醇类喹啉酮化合物. 首先研究了6-羟基-2-(1H)-喹啉酮环氧化物2在离子液体中的合成, 该反应后处理简便, 收率高, 对环境友好. 然后用合成得到的2-(1H)-喹啉酮环氧化合物在离子液体中与一系列具有生物活性的有机碱反应, 合成了氨丙醇类2-(1H)-喹啉酮化合物3. 然后由6-羟基-2-(1H)-喹啉酮出发, 在离子液体中, 进行了一锅法合成氨丙醇类2-(1H)-喹啉酮化合物的研究. 制得的2b, 3b3f 6个新化合物用IR, 1H NMR, MS和元素分析进行了结构表征.  相似文献

富氧燃烧技术是一种能够综合控制燃煤污染物排放的新型洁净燃烧技术。本文对O2/CO2气氛下煤燃烧流化床条件下的石灰石煅烧分解特性进行了热力学分析,并与热重试验结果进行了对比,得出石灰石的起始分解温度随O2/CO2气氛中CO2分压比的增大而增加,但增幅减小。结合小型流化床试验装置上煅烧与硫化反应过程中的石灰石样品的孔结构特性和可视化SEM分析,得出空气气氛和O2/CO2=20/80气氛在煅烧与硫化反应过程中的孔结构特性差异很大:反应温度为1 123 K时,空气气氛下石灰石迅速分解,比表面积、孔隙率增大,硫化反应发生后孔堵塞导致比表面积、孔隙率减小;1 123 K的煅烧温度还不足以使O2/CO2=20/80气氛下的石灰石分解,硫化反应过程中还伴随着石灰石的煅烧分解。  相似文献

Extended tetratopic benzoic acid ligands with “orthogonal-twisted-arms” conformations were designed and synthesized for the construction of new MOF structures (OTA-MOF). Upon coordination with Cd2+ and Cu2+ cations, two well-defined new MOFs were prepared. X-ray single crystal structures were successfully obtained, demonstrating the formation of a new topology (4,4,4-c). The OTA2-MOF-Cu gave moderate stability in organic solvents and good gas sorption ability toward CO2. This new MOF showed superior catalytic reactivity toward the epoxide-CO2 cycloaddition, giving >50 folds yield enhancement over the controlled reaction without MOF. It is expected that this new ligand design, porous structure, and excellent CO2 catalytic reactivity will make OTA-MOF promising new materials for applications in catalysis and separation.  相似文献
