本特种工程车用空调器采用蒸气压缩制冷原理,即利用液态制冷剂吸热汽化产生制冷效应,利用车上的发动机作为驱动源,通过皮带传动带动压缩机工作,使制冷剂在系统内产生循环,通过换热器与空气进行热交换,从而实现车室的降温要求。制冷剂采用新型环保制冷剂R134 a,整机结构紧凑、性能可靠、换热效率高。 相似文献

设计了一种大负载超声振动磨削系统,超声系统由换能器、圆柱圆锥形变幅杆和轮辐式砂轮组成。首先将轮辐式砂轮等效成轮毂为圆柱杆、辐板与轮缘为中厚板的复合模型,利用各接触面边界连续的条件推导系统的频率方程,完成了超声磨削系统的设计,制作了实验装置并分析验证了其声学振动特性。实验结果表明:利用轮辐式砂轮复合模型求解系统频率方程,在解决大负载超声振动磨削系统设计难题上的有效性。该超声系统结构简单,声学振动特性稳定,可输出均匀的位移振幅,有望在大负载的超声磨削领域获得应用。 相似文献

适于低温环境工作的双级压缩空气源热泵热水器,能够很好地解决低温工况下普通单级压缩空气源热泵热水器使用存在的问题。结合半经验公式分别对系统内两个压缩机建立稳态模型,用1 stopt软件拟和出输气系数和电效率以简化模型,并对模型的不足之处作进一步修正,仿真结果比较理想,同时也反映了双级压缩热泵系统很好的低温适应性。 相似文献

Temperature history and distribution of steel workpiece (X20Cr13) was measured by a high tech infrared camera under ultrasonic assisted dry creep feed up grinding. For this purpose, a special experimental setup was designed and fabricated to vibrate only workpiece along two directions by a high power ultrasonic transducer. In this study, ultrasonic effects with respect to grinding parameters including depth of cut (ae), feed speed (vw), and cutting speed (vs) has been investigated. The results indicate that the ultrasonic vibration has considerable effect on reduction of temperature, depth of thermal damage of workpiece and width of temperature contours. Maximum temperature reduction of 25.91% was reported at condition of vs = 15 m/s, vw = 500 mm/min, ae = 0.4 mm in the presence of ultrasonic vibration. 相似文献

Mechanical grinding, chemical mechanical polishing (CMP) and dry etching process are integrated to remove sapphire substrate for fabricating thin-film light-emitting diodes. The thinning of sapphire substrate is done by fast mechanical grinding followed by CMP. The CMP can remove or reduce most of the scratches produced by mechanical grinding, recovering both the mechanical strength and wafer warpage to their original status and resulting in a smoother surface. The surface morphology and surface roughness on grinded and polished sapphire substrate are measured by using atomic force microscopy (AFM). The etch rates of sapphire by BCl3-based dry etching are reported. Pattern transfer to the physical and chemical stability of sapphire is made possible by inductively coupled plasma (ICP) etch system that generates high density plasma. The patterning of several microns period in sapphire wafer by using a combination of BCl3/Ar plasma chemistry and SiO2 mask is presented. 通过对Φ42 mm和Φ82 mm口径非球面光学零件精密铣磨成型过程的加工特点和加工误差因素的分析,在工艺中引入刀具与工件变形、刀具半径误差等因素,结合经典Hertz接触理论建立了刀具与工件变形量及刀具半径误差和补偿理论模型,并且应用在精密铣磨成型过程中,通过实验,Φ42 mm口径非球面光学零件经一次精密铣磨成型后元件面形精度PV值为1.91μm,RMS值达到0.288μm;Φ82 mm口径非球面光学零件经一次精密铣磨成型后元件面形精度PV值为1.60μm,RMS值达到0.385μm,完全满足加工精度要求,加工时间节省了50%以上。实验验证了理论分析及误差补偿方法的正确性,实现了精密光学非球面元件的快速精密铣磨成型加工。 相似文献

A superconducting cryogenic system has been designed and deployed in the Beijing Electron-Positron Collider Upgrade Project(BEPCⅡ).The system consists of a Siemens PLC(ST-PLC,Programmable Logic Controller)for the compressor control,an Allen Bradley(AB)PLC for the cryogenic equipments,and the Experimental Physics and Industrial Control System(EPICS)that integrates the PLCs.The system fully automates the superconducting cryogenic control with process control,PID(Proportional-Integral-Differential)control loops,real-time data access and data storage,alarm handler and human machine interface.It is capable of automatic recovery as well.This paper describes the BEPCⅡ cryogenic control system,data communication between ST-PLC and EPICS Input/Output Controllers(IOCs),and the integration of the flow control,the low level interlock,the AB-PLC,and EPICS. 相似文献
