本文研究了复合材料正交异性层合板在动集中力作用下的结构声强特性。应用MSC/-NASTRAN商业软件计算了复合材料正交异性层合板在动集中力作用下各单元的内力和速度,再应用MATLAB软件得出复合材料层合板的结构声强。算例表明,复合材料正交异性层合板的结构声强流线图与各向同性板存在明显不同的特性。复合材料正交异性层合板的结构声强流线图受边界条件、层合板叠层顺序和层数的影响。从结构声强向量图和流线图可获得关于能量传递路径、源位置和能量汇合点的许多信息。进一步,结构振动产生的噪声可根据上述信息加以控制。  相似文献

In this paper, the dynamic stability of laminated hybrid composite plates subjected to periodic uniaxial stress and bending stress is studied. The governing equations of motion of Mathieu-type are established by using the Galerkin method with reduced eigenfunctions transforms. Based on Bolotin's method the regions of dynamic instability of laminated hybrid composite plates are determined by solving the eigenvalue problems. The effects of layer thickness ratio, layer number, core material and load parameter on the dynamic instability of laminated hybrid composite plates are investigated and discussed.  相似文献

In a recent paper, Cho and Kim [Journal of Applied Mechanics] proposed a higher-order cubic zigzag theory of laminated composites with multiple delaminations. The proposed theory is not only accurate but also efficient because it work with a minimal number of degrees of freedom with the application of interface continuity conditions as well as bounding surface conditions of transverse shear stresses including delaminated interfaces. In this work, we investigate the dynamic behavior of laminated composite plates with multiple delaminations. A four-node finite element based on the efficient higher-order zigzag plate theory of laminated composite plates with multiple delaminations is developed to refine the prediction of frequencies, mode shape, and time response. Through the dynamic version of the variational approach, the dynamic equilibrium equations and variationally consistent boundary conditions are obtained. Natural frequency prediction and time response analysis of a composite plate with multiple delaminations demonstrate the accuracy and efficiency of the present finite element method. To prevent penetration violation at the delamination interfaces, unilateral contact constraints by Lagrange multiplier method are applied in the time response analysis. The present finite element is suitable for the prediction of dynamic response of thick composite plates with multiple and arbitrary shaped delaminations.  相似文献

利用基于局部移动Kriging插值无网格法对层合板自由振动进行了数值分析,基于一阶剪切层合理论导出了层合板振动的控制方程和边界条件,进一步得到了自由振动的离散化特征方程。由于Kriging插值函数具有Kronecker delta函数性质,可以直接施加本质边界条件。通过本文给出的方法,对不同边界条件、不同跨厚比、不同材料参数和铺设角度的层合板的振动频率进行了计算,均得到满意结果。最后用该方法对层合板的铺设角度进行优化设计,得到了与已有文献完全一致的优化结果。数值结果充分表明了无网格Kriging方法分析层合板自由振动问题的有效性和高精确度。  相似文献

This paper deals with large amplitude free flexural vibrations of laminated composite plates using a 9-node Heterosis degenerated isoparametric quadrilateral element, including the effects of transverse shear and rotary inertia. The nonlinear dynamic equations of the plates are formulated in von Karman's sense. Amplitude-frequency relationships are obtained through dynamic response history using the Newmark numerical integration scheme. Detailed numerical results based on various parameters are presented for orthotropic laminated plates with different boundary conditions. The rectangular anti-symmetric cross-ply plates show the softening type of nonlinearity for initial small amplitudes. The displacement amplitudes decrease and nonlinear frequencies increase with the increment of time. Using Reddy’s high-order shear theory for laminated plates and Hamilton’s principle, a nonlinear partial differential equation for the dynamics of a deploying cantilevered piezoelectric laminated composite plate, under the combined action of aerodynamic load and piezoelectric excitation, is introduced. Two-degree of freedom (DOF) nonlinear dynamic models for the time-varying coefficients describing the transverse vibration of the deploying laminate under the combined actions of a first-order aerodynamic force and piezoelectric excitation were obtained by selecting a suitable time-dependent modal function satisfying the displacement boundary conditions and applying second-order discretization using the Galerkin method. Using a numerical method, the time history curves of the deploying laminate were obtained, and its nonlinear dynamic characteristics, including extension speed and different piezoelectric excitations, were studied. The results suggest that the piezoelectric excitation has a clear effect on the change of the nonlinear dynamic characteristics of such piezoelectric laminated composite plates. The nonlinear vibration of the deploying cantilevered laminate can be effectively suppressed by choosing a suitable voltage and polarity.  相似文献

利用逆复合二次径向基函数无网格配点法对Reddy的高阶剪切变形理论进行离散,预测了对称复合材料层合板的自由振动特性.将不同材料参数、几何尺寸和边界条件的层合板固有频率计算结果与相关文献中的结果进行对比,结果表明:逆复合二次径向基函数在对称复合材料层合板自由振动分析方面具有收敛性好及精度高等一系列优点.  相似文献

基于一阶剪切变形理论,提出了复合材料层合板自由振动分析的无网格自然邻接点Petrov-Galerkin法。计算时在复合材料层合板中面上仅需要布置一系列的离散节点,并利用这些节点构建插值函数。在板中面上的局部多边形子域上,采用加权余量法建立复合材料层合板自由振动分析的离散化控制方程,并且这些子域可由Delaunay三角形方便创建。自然邻接点插值形函数具有Kronecker delta函数性质,因而无需经过特别处理就能准确地施加本质边界条件。对不同边界条件、不同跨厚比、不同材料参数和不同铺设角度的复合材料层合板,由本文提出的无网格自然邻接点Petrov-Galerkin法进行自由振动分析时均可得到满意的结果。数值算例结果表明,本文方法求解复合材料层合板的自由振动问题是行之有效的。  相似文献

The nonlinear oscillations and resonant responses of the symmetric cross-ply composite laminated plates are investigated theoretically and experimentally. The governing equations of motion for the composite laminated plate are derived by using the von Karman type equation, Reddy’s third-order shear deformation plate theory, and Galerkin method with the geometric nonlinearity. The four-dimensional averaged equation is obtained by using the method of multiple scales. The frequency-response functions are analyzed under the consideration of strongly coupled of two modes. The influences of the resonance case on the softening and hardening type of nonlinearity are analyzed with different parameters for the composite laminated plates. The numerical results indicate that there exist the hardening and softening types of the composite laminated plate in the specific resonant case. The variation of the response amplitudes is studied for the composite laminated plate under combined the transverse and in-plane excitations. A sweep frequency experiment is performed to obtain the hardening and softening nonlinearities of a composite laminated plate. The experimental results coincide with the numerical results qualitatively. The influences of the excitation amplitudes on the softening and hardening types of nonlinearity are also analyzed for the composite laminated plate. The amplitude spectrums of the test plate also demonstrate that the change of the nonlinear dynamic responses may be caused by the subharmonic resonance.  相似文献

复合材料层合板壳是由多种组分材料组合而成.与单一材料的板壳结构相比,它无明确的材料主方向,各层间材料间断和不连续,具有明显的几何非线性和材料非线性等新的特点.其失效模式也远比单一材料的情况复杂,具有如基体开裂、脱胶、分层、分层裂纹偏转、多分层以及分层传播等多种模式.各国学者基于不同的考虑,提出了多种方法研究复合材料层合板壳的失效.首先,在简要介绍了层合板壳线性力学基本理论的基础上,重点回顾了层合板壳结构非线性力学几种基本理论发展的过程,主要阐述了经典大挠度非线性理论、一阶剪切变形理论、高阶剪切变形理论、锯齿理论、广义分层理论的理论体系及基本公式,并对几种理论之间的联系和差异进行了总结;其次,介绍了当前层合结构非线性领域的研究进展,综述了典型复合材料板壳结构的失效机理及优化设计、复合材料板壳结构在复杂环境下的破坏机理、复合材料板壳结构的物理非线性、含脱层纤维增强复合材料板壳结构的破坏机理等各研究热点的最新研究成果;最后,对该领域未来的研究方向进行了展望.  相似文献

Vibrations and the damping behaviour of thin constrained composite plates with double piezoelectric layers are analytically explored by using Fourier transformation and classical laminated plate theory. Electric potential equations in the double piezoelectric layers are solved with respect to closed and open circuit boundary conditions, an exterior dielectric slab and active control. The natural frequencies and loss factors of the constrained smart composite plates with passive control methods are not notably changed in comparison with those of the constrained composite plates without piezoelectric effects since vibrational energy does not efficiently convert to electrical energy. The loss factors of the composite plates with active constrained damping increase and the natural frequencies have significant variations as the proportional derivative gains increase. Transverse displacement power spectra of the piezoelectric composite plates with active control are compared with those of the piezoelectric composite plates with passive control showing that active control has the best suppression performance of vibrations for the constrained laminated plates with double piezoelectric layers. Radial power spectral density, phase angles and cylindrical-wave power spectral density are calculated. Interesting patterns of wave propagation are explained when plane wave expansion is used to obtain Bessel cylindrical waves.  相似文献

建立一种新的高阶位移模式:分层假设复合材料层合板的位移场,利用各层间应力及位移的连续性条件,导出了作为整体的层合板控制微分方程。最后,采用这一高阶剪切理论来分析复合材料矩形层合板的自由振动。数值计算采用有限差分法,并编制了计算程序,计算得出了六种不同边界条件、不同铺层、不同宽厚比工况下的矩形层合板的自振频率。同经典理论解进行比较,可以看出本文方法简便易行,且精度较高,可以在微机上实用。  相似文献

为了研究复合材料层合板的二次分叉特性 ,利用能量变分原理和非线性几何方程建立了具有弹性约束的复合材料层合板在面内载荷作用下的非线性稳定性控制方程组。控制方程组用广义傅立叶级数法进行求解 ,并得到载荷 -挠度曲线。基于分叉理论中的 Lerray-Schaulder定理 ,采用小挠动法 ,直接导出了复合材料层合板的二次失稳方程。研究结果表明 ,非对称层板也可能存在分叉 ,弹性转动支持系数和铺层等因素对二次分叉有很重要的影响。随着弹性系数的增大 ,二次失稳载荷值与初次失稳载荷值之比下降  相似文献

An analytical solution for the cylindrical bending vibrations of linear piezoelectric laminated plates is obtained by extending the Stroh formalism to the generalized plane strain vibrations of piezoelectric materials. The laminated plate consists of homogeneous elastic or piezoelectric laminae of arbitrary thickness and width. Fourier basis functions for the mechanical displacements and electric potential that identically satisfy the equations of motion and the charge equation of electrostatics are used to solve boundary value problems via the superposition principle. The coefficients in the infinite series solution are determined from the boundary conditions at the edges and continuity conditions at the interfaces between laminae, which are satisfied in the sense of Fourier series. The formulation admits different boundary conditions at the edges of the laminated piezoelectric composite plate. Results for laminated elastic plates with either distributed or segmented piezoelectric actuators are presented for different sets of boundary conditions at the edges.  相似文献
