采用CFD(计算流体力学)方法,结合风洞试验结果,对飞机翼身干扰流动分离机理进行了研究。分析了机翼根部马蹄涡、边角涡的内部结构和形成过程;研究了机身和机翼的压力分布及附面层,进而总结给出了飞机翼根流动分离机理;同时也验证了CFD方法对翼身干扰计算的准确性。研究结果表明:机翼前缘对气流的阻挡作用形成较高的逆压梯度,使气流产生回流形成马蹄涡,马蹄涡影响翼根表面附面层,使机翼机身附面层掺混失稳,向下游流动发展形成边角涡。  相似文献

Earlier measurements in large synchronous generators indicate the existence of complex whirling motion, and also deviations of shape in both the rotor and the stator. These non-symmetric geometries produce an attraction force between the rotor and the stator,called unbalanced magnetic pull(UMP).The target of this paper is to analyse responses due to certain deviations of shape in the rotor and the stator.In particular,the perturbation on the rotor is considered to be of oval character,and the perturbations of the stator are considered triangular.By numerical and analytical methods it is concluded for which generator parameters harmful conditions,such as complicated whirling motion and high amplitudes,will occur.During maintenance of hydro power generators the shapes of the rotor and stator are frequently measured.The results from this paper can be used to evaluate such measurements and to explain the existence of complex whirling motion.  相似文献

A wing in the form of a rectangular flat plate is subjected to periodic flapping motion. Space–time imaging provides quantitative representations of the flow structure along the wing. Regions of spanwise flow exist along the wing surface; and depending on the location along the span, the flow is either toward or away from the tip of the wing. Onset and development of large-scale, streamwise-oriented vortical structures occur at locations inboard of the tip of the wing, and they can attain values of circulation of the order of one-half the circulation of the tip vortex. Time-shifted images indicate that these streamwise vortical structures persist over a major share of the wing chord. Space–time volume constructions define the form and duration of these structures, relative to the tip vortex.  相似文献

The objective of this paper is to present and to validate a new hybrid coupling (HC) algorithm for modeling of fluid-structure interaction (FSI) in incompressible, viscous flows. The HC algorithm is able to avoid numerical instability issues associated with artificial added mass effects, which are often encountered by standard loosely coupled (LC) and tightly coupled (TC) algorithms, when modeling the FSI response of flexible structures in incompressible flow. The artificial added mass effect is caused by the lag in exchange of interfacial displacements and forces between the fluid and solid solvers in partitioned algorithms. The artificial added mass effect is much more prominent for light/flexible structures moving in water, because the fluid forces are in the same order of magnitude as the solid forces, and because the speed at which numerical errors propagate in an incompressible fluid. The new HC algorithm avoids numerical instability issues associated with artificial added mass effects by embedding Theodorsen’s analytical approximation of the hydroelastic forces in the solution process to obtain better initial estimates of the displacements. Details of the new HC algorithm are presented. Numerical validation studies are shown for the forced pitching response of a steel and a plastic hydrofoil. The results show that the HC algorithm is able to converge faster, and is able to avoid numerical instability issues, compared to standard LC and TC algorithms, when modeling the transient FSI response of a plastic hydrofoil. Although the HC algorithm is only demonstrated for a NACA0009 hydrofoil subject to pure pitching motion, the method can be easily extended to model general 3-D FSI response and stability of complex, flexible structures in turbulent, incompressible, multiphase flows.  相似文献

Near wake vortex dynamics of a hovering hawkmoth   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Numerical investigation of vortex dynamics in near wake of a hovering hawkmoth and hovering aerodynamics is conducted to support the development of a biology-inspired dynamic flight simulator for flapping wingbased micro air vehicles. Realistic wing-body morphologies and kinematics are adopted in the numerical simulations. The computed results show 3D mechanisms of vortical flow structures in hawkmoth-like hovering. A horseshoe-shaped primary vortex is observed to wrap around each wing during the early down- and upstroke; the horseshoe-shaped vortex subsequently grows into a doughnut-shaped vortex ring with an intense jet-flow present in its core, forming a downwash. The doughnut-shaped vortex rings of the wing pair eventu- ally break up into two circular vortex rings as they propagate downstream in the wake. The aerodynamic yawing and rolling torques are canceled out due to the symmetric wing kinematics even though the aerodynamic pitching torque shows significant variation with time. On the other hand, the time- varying the aerodynamics pitching torque could make the body a longitudinal oscillation over one flapping cycle.  相似文献

At present the mechanical model of the interac- tion between a disc cutter and rock mainly concerns indentation experiment, linear cutting experiment and tunnel boring machine (TBM) on-site data. This is not in line with the actual rock-breaking movement of the disc cutter and impedes to some extent the research on the rock-breaking mechanism, wear mechanism and design theory. Therefore, our study focuses on the interaction between the slantingly installed disc cutter and rock, developing a model in accordance with the actual rock-breaking movement. Displacement equations are established through an analysis of the velocity vector at the rock-breaking point of the disc cutter blade; the func- tional relationship between the displacement parameters at the rock-breaking point and its rectangular coordinates is established through an analysis of micro-displacement vectors at the rock-breaking point, thus leading to the geometric equations of rock deformation caused by the slantingly installed disc cutter. Considering the basically linear relationship between the cutting force of disc cutters and the rock deformation before and after the leap break of rock, we express the constitutive relations of rock deformation as generalized Hooke's law and analyze the effect of the slanting installa- tion angle of disc cutters on the rock-breaking force. This will, as we hope, make groundbreaking contributions to the development of the design theory and installation practice of TBM.  相似文献

This study was carried out on a three-dimensional wing with a freedom in translational direction under a prescribed up and down heaving motion. The investigation focused on how the system kinematics and structural parameters affect the dynamic response of a wing with a relatively small span length. The induced wing motion is a result of the system stability breakdown, which has only been observed by previous researches in the two-dimensional case. The results obtained indicate that the evolution of the wing locomotion is controlled not only by the flapping frequency but also influenced by the system inertia as well as the wing aspect ratio and density ratio. Moreover, initial perturbation effect on wings flexibility plays a role in the evolution development.  相似文献

The paper deals with the study of an analytical model of wing rock, based on parameter identification of experimental data. The experiments were performed in the Aeronautical Laboratory of Politecnico di Torino, in the D3M Low Speed Wind Tunnel, on a 80° delta wing with a modular fuselage, designed with a cylindrical forebody and a conical nose tip. Free-to-roll tests have been used to determine build up and limit cycle characteristics of wing rock. An analytical nonlinear model was derived. Parameters were identified by means of least squares approximation of experimental data with coherent initial conditions. The consistency of time histories, reproduced by numerical integration, was also analyzed. This formulation correctly predicts stable limit cycles for a wide range of airspeeds, angles of attack, and release roll angles. Finally, the impact of aircraft configuration on wing rock parameters is here outlined.  相似文献

为研究爆炸载荷作用下裂隙介质裂纹扩展规律,以含人工裂隙的有机玻璃薄板为介质,分别以炮孔中心到人工裂隙垂直距离L和人工裂隙长度D为变量,采用单发雷管爆炸加载试验模型进行试验。试验结果表明,爆炸荷载作用将使裂隙介质形成径向裂纹、翼裂纹、层裂裂纹和似层裂裂纹;人工裂隙能够阻隔径向裂纹的扩展,径向裂纹的扩展对距离L比长度D更敏感;翼裂纹是爆炸绕射波或绕射波与压缩应力波共同作用产生的,翼裂纹的长度随距离L增加而降低;入射压缩应力波与反射拉伸应力波叠加形成的净拉伸应力拉裂介质形成层裂效应、引起径向裂纹弯曲形成似层裂效应,层裂裂纹和似层裂裂纹几乎平行于人工裂隙。研究结果可为裂隙岩体爆破设计、冲击矿压防治和结构工程防护等提供理论依据。  相似文献

The three-dimensional flow that develops around a finite flapping wing is investigated using a tomographic scanning PIV technique. The acquisition and correlation processes employed to achieve such measurements have been carefully validated. Issues regarding the relevant timescales of the flow and the spanwise space-resolution are addressed. Results obtained on a hovering flapping wing whose plunging phase is described by a rectilinear motion highlight the influence of the free end condition and the formation of the tip vortex on the leading edge vortices behavior, wing/wake interactions, and wake stabilization.  相似文献

介绍了在FL-23高速风洞中研究自由摇滚的装置、试验方法、数据采集等试验技术.在马赫数从0.3到0.6范围内,对应的雷诺数从0.56×107/m至1.126×107/m范围内,开展了双三角翼大迎角下的摇滚特性的研究,包括迎角、马赫数、初始释放等参数的影响,给出了典型的结果.结果表明,随着模型迎角的增加,双三角翼呈现不同的滚转运动形态,包括静态稳定、准极限环摇滚、双周期震荡等;试验中马赫数提高对翼摇滚起抑制作用;摇滚运动的最终平衡状态和摇滚幅值与初始状态无关.  相似文献

The aerodynamic forces and flow structure of a model insect wing is studied by solving the Navier-Stokes equations numerically. After an initial start from rest, the wing is made to execute an azimuthal rotation (sweeping) at a large angle of attack and constant angular velocity. The Reynolds number (Re) considered in the present note is 480 (Re is based on the mean chord length of the wing and the speed at 60% wing length from the wing root). During the constant-speed sweeping motion, the stall is absent and large and approximately constant lift and drag coefficients can be maintained. The mechanism for the absence of the stall or the maintenance of large aerodynamic force coefficients is as follows. Soon after the initial start, a vortex ring, which consists of the leading-edge vortex (LEV), the starting vortex, and the two wing-tip vortices, is formed in the wake of the wing. During the subsequent motion of the wing, a base-to-tip spanwise flow converts the vorticity in the LEV to the wing tip and the LEV keeps an approximately constant strength. This prevents the LEV from shedding. As a result, the size of the vortex ring increases approximately linearly with time, resulting in an approximately constant time rate of the first moment of vorticity, or approximately constant lift and drag coefficients. The variation of the relative velocity along the wing span causes a pressure gradient along the wingspan. The base-to-tip spanwise flow is mainly maintained by the pressure-gradient force. This paper presents nonlinear dynamic modeling and control of flexible-link manipulators subjected to parametric excitation. The equations of motion are obtained using the Lagrangian-assumed modes method. Singular perturbation methodology is developed for the nonlinear time varying equations of motion to obtain a reduced-order set of equations. Control strategies, computed torque control and a composite control, based on the singular perturbation formulation developed, are utilized to reduce mechanical vibrations of the flexible-link and enable better tip positioning. Under the composite control technique, the effect of the value of perturbation parameter on the control signal is investigated. Numerical simulations supported by real-time experiments show that the singular-perturbation control methodology developed for the nonlinear time-varying system offers better system response over the computed torque control as the manipulator is commanded to follow a certain trajectory.  相似文献

This paper studies the problem of coordinated motion generation for a group of rigid bodies.Two classes of coordinated motion primitives,relative equilibria and maneuvers,are given as building blocks for generating coordinated motions.In a motion-primitive based planning framework,a control method is proposed for the robust execution of a coordinated motion plan in the presence of perturbations.The control method combines the relative equilibria stabilization with maneuver design,and results in a closeloop motion planning framework.The performance of the control method has been illustrated through a numerical simulation.  相似文献

Jep -integral is derived for characterizing the frac- ture behavior of elastic-plastic materials. The J ep -integral differs from Rice’s J-integral in that the free energy density rather than the stress working density is employed to define energy-momentum tensor. The J ep -integral is proved to be path-dependent regardless of incremental plasticity and deformation plasticity. The J epintegral possesses clearly clear physical meaning: (1) the value J ep tip evaluated on the infinitely small contour surrounding the crack tip represents the crack tip energy dissipation; (2) when the global steadystate crack growth condition is approached, the value of J ep farss calculated along the boundary contour equals to the sum of crack tip dissipation and bulk dissipation of plastic zone. The theoretical results are verified by simulating mode I crack problems.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the connection between the Volterra series and the regular perturbation method in nonlinear systems analyses. It is revealed for the first time that, for a forced polynomial nonlinear system, if its derived linear system is a damped dissipative system, the steady response obtained through the regular perturbation method is exactly identical to the response given by the Volterra series. On the other hand, if the derived linear system is an undamped conservative system, then the Volterra series is incapable of modeling the forced polynomial nonlinear system. Numerical examples are further presented to illustrate these points. The results provide a new criterion for quickly judging whether the Volterra series is applicable for modeling a given polynomial nonlinear system.  相似文献

This paper addresses by means of high-resolution numerical simulations and experimental quantitative imaging the three-dimensional unsteady separation process induced by large-amplitude heaving oscillations of a low-aspect-ratio wing under low-Reynolds-number conditions. Computed results are found to be in good agreement with experimental flow visualizations and PIV measurements on selected cross-flow planes. The complex unsteady three-dimensional flow structure generated during dynamic stall of the low-aspect-ratio wing is elucidated. The process is characterized by the generation of a leading-edge vortex system which is pinned at the front corners of the plate and which exhibits intense transverse flow toward the wing centerline during its initial stages of development. This vortex detaches from the corners and evolves into an newly found arch-type structure. The legs of the arch vortex move along the surface toward the wing centerline and reconnect forming a ring-like structure which is shed as the next plunging cycle begins. Vortex breakdown, total collapse and reformation of the wing tip vortices are also observed at various stages of the heaving motion. At the relatively high value of reduced frequency considered, these basic flow elements of the complex three-dimensional dynamic stall process are found to persist over a range of Reynolds numbers.  相似文献
