采用成盐、预聚合、固相聚合三步法制备高分子量的PA6T/66,用差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究了PA6T/66的非等温结晶动力学,结果表明:结晶温度随着降温速率的增大而降低;半结晶期T1/2随降温速率Ф的增大呈指数下降,表明结晶速率随降温速率的增大而提高;由用R-T法可以得到在不同结晶度下lgΦ对lgT有较好的线性关系。用Kissinger方法计算得到PA6T/66(55/45)非等温结晶活化能分别为ΔE=-61.51kJ/mol。  相似文献

将自制的耐高温勃姆石@苯基次膦酸铝杂化阻燃剂(BM@Al-PPi)与市售改性红磷(MRP)复配制得一种可用于半芳香尼龙PA6T/DT(HTN)的耐高温高效阻燃体系.保持阻燃剂15 wt%的总添加量不变时,MRP的添加量仅为5 wt%即可赋予HTN垂直燃烧V-0级别,极限氧指数为29.8%.锥形量热测试及其燃烧残余物研究表明,MRP阻燃HTN材料以气相阻燃作用为主,抑制热释放效果不佳且烟释放明显增加;而BM@Al-PPi的凝聚相交联成炭作用可同时抑制热释放与烟释放.结合裂解气相色谱质谱联用(Py-GC-MS)分析,给出了HTN/BM@Al-PPi/MRP体系的阻燃机理.BM@Al-PPi与MRP结合使得残炭质量显著提高,同时兼具气相作用,达到了较好的阻燃效果.  相似文献

合成了一系列炖粹以酰胺基为中心桥键的刚性芳香酰胺小分子化合物,并对其作了表征,发现其中有些化合物具有液晶性。酰胺键之间能形成很强的分子间氢键,使芳香酰胺小分子化合物的熔点很高,难于形成液成液晶态。研究发现,如果在这类化合物的中心苯环上引入合适的取代基以减弱分子间氢键,同时引入合适的末端基时,则可使芳香酰胺化合物生成液晶相的能力增强。  相似文献

采用示差扫描量热仪(DSC)考察了PA6T的非等温熔融结晶过程,分别采用Avrami方程、Ozawa方程及Mo提出的新方程对PA6T的非等温动力学数据进行比较分析,计算了相关非等温结晶动力学参数和非等温结晶活化能。结果表明:对于PA6T,用Mo法处理得到的结果更理想。  相似文献

以熔融缩聚方法全盛了具有苯烷基侧链取代的全芳香液晶聚酯,用TG,DSC,热台偏光显微镜研究了聚酯的热性能,并讨论了取代基对聚酯热性能的影响,所有合成的聚酯均为热致型液晶,且具有较低的相转变温度。特别是当聚对苯二甲酸对苯二酚酯的两个苯环上分别取代了叔丁基和苯烷基,或取代了两个苯烷基侧链后,聚酯的熔融温度下降到225℃以下,并可在室温下溶于普通的有机溶剂中。  相似文献

Linear and star-branched polyamide 12 were prepared in the presence of mono- and multifunctional acid agents. Molecular masses and molecular mass distributions are discussed according to our model recently presented and are compared with the data obtained by Flory's model. A series of processable semi-aromatic polyamides containing thioether units have been developed. They were synthesized through the reaction of 4,4’-bis(4-chloroformylphenylthio)benzene (BPB-DC) and aliphatic diamine by the method of interfacial polycondensation. These polyamides had excellent thermal properties with glass transition temperatures (Tg) of 124–137.9°C, melting temperatures (Tm) of 306.4–324.1°C and initial degradation temperatures (Td) of 409.5–437°C. They had wider processing windows than traditional semi-aromatic polyamides and can be processed by the melting method. They had better tensile strengths of 61.2–73.7 MPa, low-temperature mechanical properties, low water absorption of 0.17%–0.23%, low dielectric constants of 3.47–3.66 at 100 kHz and better melt flowability properties of 37.3 to 164.4 Pa. s, 48.2 to 281.7 Pa. s and 58.3 to 486.7 Pa. s at different shear rates, respectively. Additionally, these polyamides showed good corrosion resistance, they did not dissolve in solvents such as NMP, DMSO, hydrochloric acid (6 mol/L), H3PO4 and solution of NaOH (1 mol/L) etc.  相似文献

Using hexa(4-carboxylphenoxy)cyclotriphosphazene (HCPCP) with six carboxyl groups as the core, a new kind of star-branched PA12 with hexafunctional cyclotriphosphazene core was prepared in the ring-opening polymerization of ω-laurolactam. The relationship between the structure and properties of star-branched PA12 had been systematically investigated. Compared with linear PA12, star-branched PA12 has lower relative viscosity and higher melt flow rate while its mechanical properties can be almost retained by the use of star-branching and an appropriate molecular weight. Research on crystallization and rheological behaviors indicate that star-branched PA12 with appropriate molecular weight has the faster crystallization rate, the higher flowability and the lower processing temperature and pressure than linear PA12, which could be used as the easy processing polyamide resin for the rapid molding process.  相似文献

This study investigates the processing of blends of polyamide 6 (PA6) and polyamide 12 (PA12) by selective laser sintering (SLS) using a CO2 laser. Powder properties of undiluted polymers, mixture composition, and processing parameters, as well as their influence on the microstructure of the specimens manufactured, were evaluated. Polyamides showed higher absorption of laser energy during the sintering of blend specimens, with subsequent thermal energy transfer to the melting of the polymeric phases. The structure of parts obtained by SLS is dependent on the process parameters and the characteristics of the powder material to be processed. The microstructures of PA6/PA12 blend specimens were heterogeneous, with co-continuous and disperse phases depending on the quantity of PA12. The porosity and crystallinity also changed as a function of the component proportions. The use of polymeric blends can increase the range of structures and properties of SLS parts.  相似文献

采用DSC方法研究了PA13N在不同降温速率下的结晶过程,并利用Avrami方程研究了其非等温结晶动力学。在非等温结晶过程中,随着降温速率的增大,结晶温度向低温偏移。综合利用Avrami方程得到Avrami指数为1.35~1.88和结晶速率常数Zc≈1;并求得其结晶活化能为-58.42kJ/mol。结果表明,PA13N的结晶能力小于其他脂肪族尼龙。  相似文献
