4-Aryl(alkyl)iminomethyl-5-hydroxy-and 4-aryl(alkyl)iminomethyl-5-hydroxy-6-nitro-2,3-diphenyl-1-benzofurans were synthesized and were shown to exist in solution as equilibrium mixtures of benzoid and quinoid tautomers. The fraction of the quinoid form increases with rise in the solvent polarity and in going from N-aryl to N-alkyl derivatives; introduction of an electron-acceptor substituent (nitro group) into the 6-position of the benzofuran system also favors formation of the quinoid tautomer. Complex formation of alkali and alkaline-earth metal cations with the 5-hydroxy-6-nitro-2,3-diphenyl-1-benzofuran-4-carbaldehyde imine having a benzo-15-crown-5 fragment on the nitrogen atom is accompanied by specific changes in the luminescence spectrum and in the state of tautomeric equilibrium, so that this system may be regarded as tautomeric fluorogenic chemosensor for metal cations.  相似文献

Nitration of 2,3-dihydro-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-one gave its 5-nitro derivative which was subjected to alkylation with dimethyl sulfate, diethyl sulfate, and benzyl(dimethyl)phenylammonium chloride. The resulting 1,3-dimethyl-, 1,3-diethyl-, and 1,3-dibenzyl-5-nitro-2,3-dihydro-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-ones were reduced to the corresponding 1,3-dialkyl-5-amino-2,3-dihydro-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-ones, and the latter reacted with itaconic acid to produce 1-(1,3-dialkyl-2-oxo-2,3-dihydro-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-5-yl)-5-oxopyrrolidine-3-carboxylic acids. 1-(2-Oxo-2,3-dihydro-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-5-yl)-5-oxopyrrolidine-3-carboxylic acid was obtained by analogous reaction with 5-amino-2,3-dihydro-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]-pyridin-2-one.  相似文献

Alkylation of 5-nitro-2-pyridone by alkenyl halides in acetone in the presence of K2СО3 proceeds with generation of a mixture of N- and О-derivatives with N-isomer prevailing. 1-Allyl- and 1-methylallyl-5-nitro-2-pyridone react with halogens with the formation of 2-halomethyl-6-nitro-2,3-dihydrooxazolo[3,2-a]-pyridinium halides. 1-Prenyl-5-nitro-2-pyridone reacts with bromine with the formation of 3-bromine-2,2-dimethyl-7-nitro-3,4-dihydro-2Н-pyrido[2,1-b][1,3]oxazinium bromide, and with iodine giving 2,2-dimethyl-7-nitro-3,4-dihydro-2Н-pyrido[2,1-b][1,3]oxazinium triiodide.  相似文献

Crown-containing arylimines of 5-hydroxy- and 5-hydroxy-6-nitro-2,3-diphenylbenzo[b]furan-4-carbaldehydes were synthesized and their structure, spectral, luminescent, and complexing properties were studied by means of 1H and 13C NMR, IR, UV, and mass-spectrometry. In solution, these compounds exist as equilibrium mixtures of benzenoid and quinoid tautomers. The relative concentration of the quinoid form increases in the order of solvents: toluene, acetonitrile, 2-propanol, chloroform. The presence in the benzo[b]furan moiety of a strong withdrawing 6-NO2 group favors stabilization of the quinoid tautomer. This finding is in accord with the results of the DFT B3LYP/6-311++g(d,p) calculations. Complexation of 5-hydroxy-6-nitro-2,3-diphenyl-1-benzofuran-4-carbaldehyde crown-containing imines with alkali and alkali-earth metal ions shifts the tautomeric equilibrium to the quinoid forms and is accompanied by blue shifts of the emission spectra. The Schiff bases obtained represent a new type of fluorescent tautomeric chemosensor for Mg2+, Ca2+ (benzo-15-crown-5 derivative), and Ba2+ (benzo-18-crown-6 derivative) displaying diagnostic changes in both absorption and emission spectra.  相似文献

Reactions of benzophenone and fluoren-9-one hydrazones with (2-hydroxyphenyl)oxoacetic acid gave [carboxy(2-hydroxyphenyl)methylidenehydrazono](2-hydroxyphenyl)acetic acid which underwent intramolecular cyclization with formation of 3-(2-oxo-2,3-dihydrobenzo[bfuran-3-ylidenehydrazono)-2,3-dihydrobenzo[b]furan-2-one. The symmetric azine was also obtained by reactions of (2-hydroxyphenyl)oxoacetic acid with triphenylphosphoranylidenehydrazones derived from benzophenones, fluoren-9-one, and 1-methyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-indole-2,3-dione.  相似文献

Methylation of 5(6)-nitro-1H-benzimidazole with methyl iodide in the presence of potassium hydroxide and N-methylpyrrolidin-2-one gave a mixture of isomeric 1-methyl-5-nitro- and 1-methyl-6-nitro-1H-benzimidazoles which were reduced with tin in concentrated aqueous HCl on heating. The resulting amines reacted with furan-2-carbonyl chloride in N-methylpyrrolidin-2-one to give furan-2-carboxamides which were treated with excess P2S5 in pyridine. Oxidation of isomeric furan-2-carbothioamides with K3[Fe(CN)6] in alkaline medium afforded a mixture of intramolecular cyclization products, 2-(furan-2-yl)-6-methyl-6H-imidazo[4,5-g][1,3]benzothiazole and 2-(furan-2-yl)-8-methyl-8H-imidazo[4,5-g][1,3]benzothiazole which were separated by column chromatography and identified.  相似文献

Sequential reaction of indole-3-carbaldehyde with cyanothioacetamide and KOH led to the formation of potassium 6-amino-4-(1H-indol-3-yl)-3,5-dicyanopyridine-2-thiolate. S-Alkylation of the latter afforded new functional derivatives of 3-(pyridine-4-yl)-1H-indole and 4-(1H-indol-3-yl)-thieno[2,3-b]pyridine.  相似文献

4,11-Dialkoxyanthra[2,3-b]furan-5,10-diones containing various substituents in the 3-position were synthesized. Reactions of these compounds with primary and secondary amines resulted in nucleophilic replacement of one or two alkoxy groups by the corresponding amine residues. 4,11-Dialkoxy derivatives of anthra[2,3-b]furan-5,10-dione showed fluorescence with large Stokes shifts (170–200 nm).  相似文献

Novel 6-phenyl-6H-chromeno[4,3-b]quinoline derivatives have been prepared by reaction of 4-chloro-2-phenyl-2H-chromene-3-carbaldehyde with various aromatic amines using 5 mol % of Sc(OTf)3 in acetonitile. This is the first example of one-pot synthesis of 6-phenyl-6H-chromeno[4,3-b]quinoline from 4-chloro-2-phenyl-2H-chromene-3-carbaldehyde at ambient temperature. Preliminary evaluation of cytotoxic activity of these chromeno[4,3-b]quinoline derivatives has been carried out. Some products exhibited anti cancer activity against two carcinoma cell lines A549 and B-16.  相似文献

Reaction of 1,2-diamino-4-nitrobenzene with furan-2-carbaldehyde in the presence of copper sulfate afforded 2-(furan-2-yl)-5(6)-nitro-1H-benzimidazole. Its N-methylation provided 1-methyl-5(6)-nitro isomers. After reduction of isomers with tin in conc. HCl a pure 3-methyl-2-(furan-2-yl)benzimidazol-5-amine was obtained. The condensation of this amine with acetic anhydride led to the formation of N-[3-methyl-2-(furan-2-yl)benzimidazol-5-yl]acetamide whose treatment with excess P2S5 in anhydrous pyridine resulted in the corresponding thioamide. The latter was oxidized with K3[Fe(CN)6] in alkaline environment to obtain 2,8-dimethyl-7-(furan-2-yl)-8H-imidazo[4,5-g][1,3]benzothiazole. Its reactions of electrophilic substitution were studied: nitration, bromination, sulfonation, formylation, acylation. The substituent is introduced exclusively in the position 5 of the furan ring.  相似文献

A procedure was proposed for regioselective acylation of methyl 2-methyl-4H-thieno[3,2-b]-pyrrole-5-carboxylate with 2-(3-indolyl)-2-oxoacetyl chloride. Reactions of the resulting methyl 6-[2-(3-indolyl)-1,2-dioxoethyl]-2-methyl-4H-thieno[3,2-b]pyrrole-5-carboxylate with aromatic aldehydes and ammonium acetate in acetic acid afforded the corresponding methyl 6-[2-aryl-4-(3-indolyl)imidazol-5-yl]-2-methyl-4H-thieno[3,2-b]pyrrole-5-carboxylates.
