从5-氟代苯基-2-呋喃甲酸出发, 经酰化、异硫氰酸酯化, 再与取代芳酰肼反应合成了20个未见文献报道的N-取代芳酰氨基-5-氟代苯基-2-呋喃甲酰硫脲. 目标产物的结构经IR, 1H NMR和元素分析测定确证. 初步生物活性测试表明, 部分化合物对棉花枯萎病、黄瓜灰霉病、苹果轮纹病和棉花炭疽病有较好的选择性杀菌活性; 部分目标化合物有较好的除草活性.  相似文献

以糠醛为原料, 经维生素B1 (VB1)催化合成糠偶姻. 糠偶姻与不同的酰氯反应生成糠偶姻单酯. 糠偶姻单酯在醋酸铵和醋酸作用下合成了新化合物2-取代-4,5-双(α-呋喃基)噁唑. 采用 IR, 1H NMR, MS和元素分析对目标产物进行鉴定和表征, 证实了其分子结构. 并对2-取代-4,5-双(α-呋喃基)噁唑进行了UV和荧光光谱测定, 对其进行了简单的发光性能的研究.  相似文献

为了发现高效、低毒的农药先导化合物,以真菌几丁质为研究对象,以取代苯甲酸、5-取代苯基-2-呋喃甲醇为起始原料,设计合成了23个新型取代苯甲酰胺基硫代甲酸-(5-取代苯基-2-呋喃)-甲酯,其结构经IR,1H NMR和元素分析确证.初步生测结果表明,在50 μg/mL浓度下,化合物对黄瓜褐斑菌、黄瓜灰霉菌、黄瓜枯萎菌表现出明显的防效,尤其对于黄瓜灰霉菌,大部分化合物的防效优于对照药剂40%菌核净WP.  相似文献

开发了无催化剂条件下4-羟基烷基-2-炔酸乙酯与N-杂环芳基甲基-N-2,2-二氟乙基-1-胺的串联反应.应用该反应在甲醇中回流,以39%~83%的收率合成了一系列4-(N-(2,2-二氟乙基)(N-杂环芳基甲基)氨基)-5,5-二取代呋喃-2(5H)-酮,其结构经1H NMR,13C NMR和HR-ESI-MS表征,并进一步通过3-氯-4-(N-2,2-二氟乙基)(N-嘧啶-5-基甲基胺基)-5,5-螺(4-甲氧基环己基)呋喃-2(5H)-酮(8)的晶体衍射间接证实.测试了所合成化合物的生物活性,结果表明,在600μg·mL^-1浓度时4-(N-2,2-二氟乙基)(N-6-氯吡啶-3-基甲基胺基)-5,5-二甲基呋喃-2(5H)-酮(3a)和4-(N-2,2-二.氟乙基)(N-6-氟吡啶-3-基甲基胺基)-5,5-二甲基呋喃-2(5H)-酮(3c)对桃蚜的死亡率均为100%.  相似文献

The dehydrocoupling of the sterically hindered phosphine-borane adduct tBu(2)PH.BH(3) above 140 degrees C is catalyzed by the rhodium complexes [Rh(1,5-cod)(2)][OTf] or Rh(6)(CO)(16) to give the four-membered chain tBu(2)PH-BH(2)-tBu(2)P-BH(3) (1), which was isolated in 60% yield and characterized by multinuclear NMR spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, and elemental analysis. Thermolysis of 1 in the temperature range 175-180 degrees C led to partial decomposition and the formation of tBu(2)PH.BH(3). When the dehydrocoupling of tBu(2)PH.BH(3) was performed in the presence of [[Rh(mu-Cl)(1,5-cod)](2)] or RhCl(3) hydrate, the chlorinated compound tBu(2)PH-BH(2)-tBu(2)P-BH(2)Cl (2) was formed which could not be obtained free of 1. The molecular structures of tBu(2)PH.BH(3), tBu(2)PH-BH(2)-tBu(2)P-BH(3) (1), and tBu(2)PH-BH(2)-tBu(2)P-BH(2)Cl (2) together with 1 were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies.  相似文献

The nucleophilicity of the [Pt(2)S(2)] core in [[Ph(2)P(CH(2))(n)PPh(2)]Pt(mu-S)(2)Pt[Ph(2)P(CH(2))(n)PPh(2)]] (n = 3, dppp (1); n = 2, dppe (2)) metalloligands toward the CH(2)Cl(2) solvent has been thoroughly studied. Complex 1, which has been obtained and characterized by X-ray diffraction, is structurally related to 2 and consists of dinuclear molecules with a hinged [Pt(2)S(2)] central ring. The reaction of 1 and 2 with CH(2)Cl(2) has been followed by means of (31)P, (1)H, and (13)C NMR, electrospray ionization mass spectrometry, and X-ray data. Although both reactions proceed at different rates, the first steps are common and lead to a mixture of the corresponding mononuclear complexes [Pt[Ph(2)P(CH(2))(n)PPh(2)](S(2)CH(2))], n = 3 (7), 2 (8), and [Pt[Ph(2)P(CH(2))(n)PPh(2)]Cl(2)], n = 3 (9), 2 (10). Theoretical calculations give support to the proposed pathway for the disintegration process of the [Pt(2)S(2)] ring. Only in the case of 1, the reaction proceeds further yielding [Pt(2)(dppp)(2)[mu-(SCH(2)SCH(2)S)-S,S']]Cl(2) (11). To confirm the sequence of the reactions leading from 1 and 2 to the final products 9 and 11 or 8 and 10, respectively, complexes 7, 8, and 11 have been synthesized and structurally characterized. Additional experiments have allowed elucidation of the reaction mechanism involved from 7 to 11, and thus, the origin of the CH(2) groups that participate in the expansion of the (SCH(2)S)(2-) ligand in 7 to afford the bridging (SCH(2)SCH(2)S)(2-) ligand in 11 has been established. The X-ray structure of 11 is totally unprecedented and consists of a hinged [(dppp)Pt(mu-S)(2)Pt(dppp)] core capped by a CH(2)SCH(2) fragment.  相似文献

A novel zero-dimensional (0D) octacyanotungstate(V)-manganese(II) bimetallic assembly, {[MnII(bipy)2]2(ox)}.{[MnII(bipy)2W(CN)8]2}.4H2O (1) (bipy = 2,2'-bipyridine, ox = C2O42-), was synthesized in methanol solution containing oxalic acid. X-ray analysis shows 1 is crystallized in monoclinic crystal system with C2/c space group and composed of two components of a dimeric Mn2 cation and a quadrate tetrameric Mn2W2 anion. The Mn2 and Mn2W2 moieties are connected by their respective pi-pi stacking to yield the alternative 2D layers, and the 2D layers are linked by hydrogen bonding to form a 3D network. The investigation of the magnetostructural correlation reveals that cyanide and oxalate bridges mediate weak intracluster antiferromagnetic coupling between Mn and W ions and between Mn ions, respectively. Further magnetic measurements and analysis show the spin glasses and intercluster ferromagnetic interaction exist in complex 1.  相似文献

Several new polyhydride complexes of rhenium containing the tridentate phosphine PhP(CH(2)CH(2)CH(2)PCy(2))(2) (Cyttp) were synthesized and characterized by (1)H and (31)P{(1)H} NMR and IR spectroscopy. The solid state structure of the previously reported ReH(5)(Cyttp) (1) was determined by X-ray crystallography. 1 crystallizes in the space group P2(1)/m with the following unit cell parameters: a = 8.582(2) ?, b = 19.690(2) ?, c = 10.800(2) ?, beta = 95.57(1) degrees, and Z = 2. The molecule adopts a classical polyhydride, triangulated dodecahedral structure, with the three phosphorus atoms and one hydrogen atom occupying the B sites, and the remaining hydrogen atoms occupying the A sites. 1 is protonated by HSbF(6) (or HBF(4)) to yield [ReH(4)(eta(2)-H(2))(Cyttp)]SbF(6) (3), which was shown by X-ray diffraction techniques (space group P&onemacr;, unit cell parameters: a = 9.874(2) ?, b = 14.242(4) ?, c = 16.198(2) ?, alpha = 99.12(2) degrees, beta = 98.85(2) degrees, gamma = 109.42(2) degrees, and Z = 2) to contain a nonclassical polyhydride cation with a triangulated dodecahedral structure in the solid. The same structure is suggested in solution by (1)H NMR data (including T(1) measurements). 3 is inert to loss of H(2) and is unaffected by CO, t-BuNC, and P(OMe)(3) at room temperature. In contrast, 1 reacts with a variety of reagents to afford classical tetrahydride complexes which are thought also to possess a triangulated dodecahedral structure, with the hydrogens in the A sites, from spectroscopic evidence. Accordingly, CS(2), p-O(2)NC(6)H(4)NCS, and EtOC(O)NCS (X=C=S) insert into an Re-H bond to yield ReH(4)(SCH=X)(Cyttp) (5-7, respectively). MeI cleaves one Re-H bond to afford ReH(4)I(Cyttp) (8), and [C(7)H(7)]BF(4) abstracts hydride in the presence of MeCN, t-BuNC, CyNC, or P(OMe)(3) (L) to give [ReH(4)L(Cyttp)]BF(4) (9-12, respectively). A related pentahydride, ReH(5)(ttp) (2, ttp = PhP(CH(2)CH(2)CH(2)PPh(2))(2)), also reacts with HSbF(6) to yield [ReH(6)(ttp)]SbF(6) (4), which appears to be a nonclassical polyhydride in solution by T(1) measurements.  相似文献

The compounds [Co(2)(CO)(8)] and nido-7,8-C(2)B(9)H(13) react in CH(2)Cl(2) to give a complex mixture of products consisting primarily of two isomers of the dicobalt species [Co(2)(CO)(2)(eta(5)-7,8-C(2)B(9)H(11))(2)] (1), together with small amounts of a mononuclear cobalt compound [Co(CO)(2)(eta(5)-10-CO-7,8-C(2)B(9)H(10))] (5) and a charge-compensated carborane nido-9-CO-7,8-C(2)B(9)H(11) (6). In solution, isomers 1a and 1b slowly equilibrate. However, column chromatography allows a clean separation of 1a from the mixture, and a single-crystal X-ray diffraction study revealed that each metal atom is ligated by a terminal CO molecule and in a pentahapto manner by a nido-C(2)B(9)H(11) cage framework. The two Co(CO)(eta(5)-7,8-C(2)B(9)H(11)) units are linked by a Co-Co bond [2.503(2) ?], which is supported by two three-center two-electron B-H right harpoon-up Co bonds. The latter employ B-H vertices in each cage which lie in alpha-sites with respect to the carbons in the CCBBB rings bonded to cobalt. Addition of PMe(2)Ph to a CH(2)Cl(2) solution of a mixture of the isomers 1, enriched in 1b, gave isomers of formulation [Co(2)(CO)(PMe(2)Ph)(eta(5)-7,8-C(2)B(9)H(11))(2)] (2). Crystals of one isomer were suitable for X-ray diffraction. The molecule 2a has a structure similar to that of 1a but differs in that whereas one B-H right harpoon-up Co bridge involves a boron atom in an alpha-site of a CCBBB ring coordinated to cobalt, the other uses a boron atom in the beta-site. Reaction between 1b and an excess of PMe(2)Ph in CH(2)Cl(2) gave the complex [CoCl(PMe(2)Ph)(2)(eta(5)-7,8-C(2)B(9)H(11))] (3), the structure of which was established by X-ray diffraction. Experiments indicated that 3 was formed through a paramagnetic Co(II) species of formulation [Co(PMe(2)Ph)(2)(eta(5)-7,8-C(2)B(9)H(11))]. Addition of 2 molar equiv of CNBu(t) to solutions of either 1a or 1b gave a mixture of two isomers of the complex [Co(2)(CNBu(t))(2)(eta(5)-7,8-C(2)B(9)H(11))(2)] (4). The bis-phenyltin-substituted, lone-pair-containing tungstoarsenate [(C(6)H(5)Sn)(2)As(2)W(19)O(67)(H(2)O)](8)(-) (1) has been synthesized and characterized by multinuclear NMR, IR, and elemental analysis. Single-crystal X-ray analysis was carried out on (NH(4))(7)Na[(C(6)H(5)Sn)(2)As(2)W(19)O(67)(H(2)O)].17.5H(2)O (NH(4)(-1), which crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P2(1)/c, with a = 18.3127(17) A, b = 24.403(2) A, c = 22.965(2) A, beta = 106.223(2) degrees, and Z = 4. Polyanion 1 consists of two B-alpha-(As(III)W(9)O(33)) Keggin moieties linked via a WO(H(2)O) fragment and two SnC(6)H(5) groups leading to a sandwich-type structure with nominal C(2)(v) symmetry. Polyanion 1 is stable in solution as indicated by the expected 6-line pattern (4:4:4:4:2:1) in (183)W NMR and the expected (119)Sn, (13)C, and (1)H NMR spectra. Synthesis of 1 was accomplished by reaction of C(6)H(5)SnCl(3) and K(14)[As(2)W(19)O(67)(H(2)O)] in a 2:1 molar ratio in aqueous acidic medium (pH 2). In the solid-state structure of NH(4)(-1, neighboring polyanions are weakly bound via W-O-Na bonds leading to chains which interact with each other via the phenyl rings resulting in a 2-D assembly.  相似文献

A novel fulvene-type bidentate ligand 1 has been synthesized by an aroylation reaction of cyclohexyl-substituted cyclopentadienyl anions. Compound 1 crystallizes in the triclinic space group P(-)1, with a = 7.0419(5) A, b = 11.9360(8) A, c = 15.6470(11) A, alpha = 85.1440(10) degrees, beta = 78.1140(10) degrees, gamma = 74.5360(10) degrees, V = 1239.76(15) A(3), and Z = 2. The coordination chemistry of 1 was investigated, and a novel Ag-containing coordination polymer (2), linked by both Ag-heteroatom and Ag-carbon interactions, has been synthesized. The coordination polymer has been fully characterized by infrared spectroscopy, elemental analysis, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Compound 2 crystallizes in the triclinic space group P(-)1, with a = 7.1654(5) A, b = 15.7277(11) A, c = 18.8157(13) A, alpha = 73.5150(10) degrees, beta = 89.0410(10) degrees, gamma = 89.0970(10) degrees, V = 1355.19(14) A(3), and Z = 2. The solid-state structure of 2 features a one-dimensional double-chain motif. These double chains are in turn cross-linked to each other via strong interchain O-H...O hydrogen bonds, forming a novel two-dimensional network with remarkably large cavities (effective cross section of ca. 21 x 15 A) that are occupied by benzene guest molecules. Both compounds 1 and 2 are luminescent in the solid state, and a large blue-shift in the emission between the free ligand 1 and the ligand incorporated into complex 2 is observed.  相似文献

Iodine-assisted chemical and electrochemical asymmetric dihydroxylation of various olefins in I(2)-K(2)CO(3)-K(2)OsO(2)(OH)(4) and I(2)-K(3)PO(4)/K(2)HPO(4)-K(2)OsO(2)(OH)(4) systems with Sharpless' ligand provided the optically active glycols in excellent isolated yields and high enantiomeric excesses. Iodine (I(2)) was used stoichiometrically for the chemical dihydroxylation, and good results were obtained with nonconjugated olefins in contrast to the case of potassium ferricyanide as a co-oxidant. The potentiality of I(2) as a co-oxidant under stoichiometric conditions has been proven to be effective as an oxidizing mediator in electrolysis systems. Iodine-assisted asymmetric electro-dihydroxylation of olefins in either a t-BuOH/H(2)O(1/1)-K(2)CO(3)/(DHQD)(2)PHAL-(Pt) or t-BuOH/H(2)O(1/1)-K(3)PO(4)/K(2)HPO(4)/(DHQD)(2)PHAL-(Pt) system in the presence of potassium osmate in an undivided cell was investigated in detail. Irrespective of the substitution pattern, all the olefins afforded the diols in high yields and excellent enantiomeric excesses. A plausible mechanism is discussed on the basis of cyclic voltammograms as well as experimental observations.  相似文献
