Two new one-dimensional zigzag chain coordination polymers,[Co(hfipbb)(2,2'-bpy)(H2O)2]n 1 and [Co(hfipbb)(1,10-phen)(H2O)]n 2,have been synthesized under hydrother-mal reactions from CoCl2.6H2O,4,4'-(hexafluoroisopropylidene)bis(benzoic acid) and 2,2' -bipyridine or 1,10-phenanthroline ligands,respectively. Single-crystal X-ray analyses revealed that the zigzag chains of 1 and 2 are linked into three-dimensional supramolecular networks by both O-H···O hydrogen-bonds and π···π stacking interactions. The title complex [Zn2(hfipbb)2(2,2′-bpy)2], 1 has been hydrothermally synthesized from Zn(NO3)2·6H2O, 4,4′-(hexafluoroisopropylidene)bis(benzoic acid) and 2,2′-bipyridine. Singlecrystal X-ray analysis reveals that 1 presents a one-dimensional coordination polymer with pseudo-helical chain structure. Two Zn(Ⅱ) atoms in an unsymmetrical unit of 1 adopt distorted octahedral and square-pyramidal coordination geometries, respectively. The packing of parallel chains gives a three-dimensional supramolecular network supported by π-π stacking interactions. Crystal data: C54H32F12N4O8Zn2, Mr = 1223.58, monoclinic, space group P2 1/c, a = 27.557(6), b = 16.751(3), c = 11.350(2) A, β= 99.21(3)°, V= 5171.5(18) A^3, Z= 4, Dc = 1.572 g/cm^3, F(000) = 2464, μ= 1.030 mm^-1, the final R = 0.0552 and wR = 0.1070 for 6631 observed reflections (I〉 2σ(I)).  相似文献

By using the flexible hinge-like ligand 2,2'-bis(3-hydroxy-l,4-naphthoquinone) (H2bhnq), two isomorphous one-dimensional zigzag chain coordination polymers have been obtained. Single-crystal X-ray analyses revealed that the metal centers in these two complexes are distorted octahedra involving four oxygen atoms of two bhnq2 anions, and two oxygen atoms of two DMF molecules situated in trans positions to one another. Crystal data for [Mn(bhnq)(DMF)2]n 1: C26H22MnN2O8, Mr = 545.40, monoclinic, space group C2/c, a = 14.936(3), b = 10.362(2), c = 15.901(3)A., β = 99.86(3)°, V = 2424.7(8)A3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.494 g/cm^3, F(000) = 1124,μ = 0.599 mm^-1, final GOOF = 1.025, R = 0.0654 and wR = 0.1537. The title compound, {[Ag2(bipy)2(H2O)2]·pydc·2H2O}n (bipy=4,4'-bipyridine, pydc= pyridine-3,5-dicarboxylate), has been synthesized by the reaction of Ag2O with pydc and bipy in CH3OH solution. It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a=21.419(8), b=7.515(3), c=18.070(7), β=108.273(6)°, Mr=765.27, V=2761.9(17)3, Z=4, Dc=1.840 g/cm3, F(000)= 1528, μ=1.478 mm-1, the final R=0.0307 and wR=0.0681. The structure determined demonstrated that the Ag(I) is three-coordinated by two nitrogen atoms from bipy and one water molecule, forming a one-dimensional coordination polymer [Ag2(bipy)2(H2O)2]n2n+, which is further linked to generate a two-dimensional layer structure via Ag…Ag attractions.  相似文献

Two new isomorphous metal-organic coordination polymers, [Zn(dhmdb)(2,2'- bpy)]n 1 and [Zn(dhmdb)(1,10-phen)]n 2, have been obtained under hydrothermal reactions from 4,4'-(dihydroxymethylene)dibenzoic acid (H2dhmdb), Zn(NO3)2·6H2O and 2,2'-pyridine or 1,10- phenanthroline, respectively. Compounds 1 and 2 have been characterized by FT-IR spectroscopy, thermal analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The zigzag chains of 1 and 2 are linked into three-dimensional supramolecular networks by both O-H…O hydrogen bonds and π…π stacking interactions. Hydrothermal treatment of racemic atropisomeric ligand diethyl (R,S)-7,7'-dimethyl-4,4'-biquinoline-3,3'-dicarboxylate (DDBD) in the presence of pyridine over 4 days at 140 ℃ with Zn(OAc)2 offers zinc coordination polymer [{Zn(DBD)(pyridine)2(H2O)}n{Zn(DBD)(H2O)1/2}]n (1), which shows weak fluorescence at about 490 nm at solid state at room temperature. We synthesized 2,6-diacetylpyridine bis(semicarbazone)(DAPSC) and studied its coordination reaction with Cu, Co, Ni and Zn, in ethanol and in DMF spectrophotometrically. We realized that the ligand DAPSC in ethanol and in DMF does not dissociate and exists in ketonic form by conductometry and IK. The composition and stability constants of coordination compounds were calculated by graphic method and by self-written program. The results obtained by the two methods are in agreement with each other. The results showed that complexes of ML type were formed in ethanol and those of M3L2 tyPe in DMF. The sequence of lgβ is as follows: Co > Cu >Ni >Zn.  相似文献

本文报道了一个基于双咪唑配体的锌配位聚合物[Zn(oxa)(bbi)]n(1)(oxa=草酸,bbi=1,1′-(1,4-丁二基)双咪唑),并对该化合物进行元素分析、红外和X-射线单晶衍射分析。结果表明标题化合物通过配位键和π-π堆积作用力形成了一个由(4,4)拓扑形状的二维网络组成的具有大孔洞的三维金属有机框架结构。除此之外,测定了配合物1的荧光发射光谱并对其微生物抑菌性能进行了初步研究。  相似文献

以3,5-二(吡啶-4-甲氧基)苯甲酸(HL)与芳香二羧酸为配体,在水热条件下与Zn(Ⅱ)或Cd(Ⅱ)盐反应得到4个具有3,4-连接多重穿插结构的配位聚合物:[Zn2L2(tdc)]n (1),{[Zn4L4(Hhdc)2]·H2O}n (2),{[Zn2L2(Hhdc)]·H2O}n (3),{[Cd2L2(bdtc)(H2O)]·0.5H2O}n (4)(H2tdc=2,5-噻吩二甲酸,H3hdc=5-羟基间苯二甲酸,H2bdtc=1,4-苯二硫乙酸).晶体结构分析表明,聚合物1~3具有3,4-连接四重穿插的三维网络结构,拓扑符号分别为(4.82)(4.85) (1)、(63)(65.8) (2)和(63)(65.8) (3).4为3,4-连接三重穿插的二维平面结构,拓扑符号为(63)(66).测定了配位聚合物1、34的热稳定性和荧光性质.  相似文献

4-(1H-imidazol-1-yl) benzoic acid and its coordination polymers [M(IBA)Cl] n (M?=?Zn (1) and Co (2)) have been synthesized. Compounds 1 and 2 were obtained under ionothermal conditions and possess a 2-D laminar [M(IBA)] n layer based on M2(CO2)2 building blocks with coordinated chloride completing tetrahedral coordination of the metal. Compound 1 exhibits two photoluminescence emission peaks at 410 and 510?nm. The low-energy emission can be attributed to ligand-centered transition and the high-energy band can be assigned to ligand-to-metal charge transfer between the aromatic systems of the organic ligands and the 4s orbitals of Zn(II). The role of the ionic liquid in ionothermal synthesis and crystallization of 1 and 2 are briefly discussed.  相似文献

Four novel 1D lanthanide coordination polymers with formula [Ln(3,4-pybz)3(H2O)2· H2O]n (Ln = 1 Sm; 2 Eu; 3 Tb; 4 Dy, 3,4-Hpybz = 3-(pyridin-4-yl)benzoic acid) have been synthesized by hydrothermal reactions of lanthanide oxide and 3-(pyridine-4-yl) benzoic acid. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction shows that the four compounds are isostructural. They all crystallize in a monoclinic system, space group P1. They have a doubly carboxylate-bridged infinite-chain structure with alternating Ln-(carboxylate)2-Ln linkages and one chelating carboxylate group on each metal center. The Ln ion also combines to two water molecules to form an eight-coordinate square antiprismatic geometry. The pyridine nitrogen atoms of the ligand do not coordinate to the metal centers but direct the formation of a 3D network through hydrogen bonding with coordinated water molecules. The photoluminescent properties of 2 and 3 have been also studied.  相似文献
