本文通过分子动力学模拟的方法,研究了5种含不同空间结构的SiC/C界面的材料受辐照后的缺陷分布随时间以及PKA位置的变化关系,并与单质SiC中缺陷分布情况进行对比.利用径向分布函数分析了辐照对界面原子排列情况的影响.研究结果表明,SiC/C界面的抗辐照能力明显低于SiC内部,不同的空间结构对界面缺陷数量存在一定影响.由径向分布函数推得界面区域石墨原子密度高则界面原子排列情况受辐照影响越大.  相似文献

为了明确高速气流对C/SiC复合材料激光烧蚀行为的影响机制,开展了不同环境下强激光对C/SiC复合材料的烧蚀对比实验研究。利用激光器与高速风洞联合实验平台,完成了静态以及Ma 1.8,Ma 3.0,Ma 6.0气流环境下2D与3DN C/SiC复合材料激光烧蚀实验。结果表明,与静态环境相比,高速气流对C/SiC复合材料的激光烧蚀行为产生了显著的影响,气流的冲刷使得烧蚀坑呈现出更宽、更深、更光滑的变化趋势。随着气流速度的增长,线烧蚀速率与质量烧蚀速率逐渐增大,主要原因为当地静压降低引起的升华速率增大,以及动压增大引起的剥蚀速率增大。此外,通过实验对比了不同构型对C/SiC激光烧蚀行为的影响。结果表明:2D C/SiC复合材料由于厚度方向更低的导热能力、更低的孔隙率等原因,其在不同环境条件下抗烧蚀能力均强于3DN C/SiC复合材料。  相似文献

聚合物前驱体衍生SiC纳米棒的光学性质   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
采用聚硅氮烷前驱体热裂解方法制备SiC纳米棒,并利用SEM、XRD和EDX表征了SiC纳米棒的结构和组成,表明得到的SiC的组分比C:Si接近1:1。用微区Raman和光致发光方法研究了纳米棒的光学性质。观测到SiC的TO模式对应的Raman峰和相邻肩峰。对SiC纳米棒观测到其紫外3.25eV附近强的光致发光峰,我们认为它归结为α型SiC带间的跃迁。通过XRD、Raman和光发射谱,我们推测前驱体热裂解得到的SiC纳米棒是一个混晶,纳米棒的表层是立方晶,而内层主要为a—SiC。  相似文献

低钙粉煤灰潜在的火山灰活性释放缓慢限制了其大规模利用,通过碱激发提高粉煤灰中Si4+,Al3+和Ca2+等离子浸出率对于加快低钙粉煤灰活性释放具有积极作用。采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱、傅里叶变换红外光谱、X射线衍射和扫描电子显微镜分别测试和分析了5种浓度NaOH溶液对低钙粉煤灰激发过程中Si4+,Al3+和Ca2+的浸出规律、化学基团变化、水化产物生成及微观形貌演化。结果表明:碱激发作用显著提高了低钙粉煤灰中Si4+,Al3+和Ca2+浸出率,三种离子浸出率大小为:Si4+>Al3+>Ca2+,其中Si4+和Al3+浸出率随NaOH浓度增加而增加,随浸出时间延长呈对数规律升高;Ca2+由于在NaOH溶液中生成Ca(OH)2沉淀,其浸出率大小表现为在水中高,在NaOH溶液中低。红外光谱清晰地表征出低钙粉煤灰受碱激发作用后化学基团在指纹区(波数1 300 cm-1以下)的变化,且随碱激发时间的延长和碱浓度的增加变化愈加明显。水化产物和微观形貌的结果显示出粉煤灰颗粒表面受到碱侵蚀发生解聚,在OH-催化下,硅铝单体分子重新排列形成硅酸盐和铝酸盐低聚络合物,通过亲核取代反应形成铝硅酸盐的低聚态溶胶,并进一步与碱金属阳离子通过配位键或静电键的作用缩聚形成水化凝胶类产物。采用ICP-OES测试粉煤灰中离子浸出率可作为评价粉煤灰火山灰活性的一种快速和准确的方法。  相似文献

以微米级TiC粉和Si粉为主要原料,Al粉为烧结助剂,采用无压烧结工艺制备Ti3 SiC2/SiC陶瓷材料,研究了烧结温度对陶瓷材料显微结构及力学性能的影响.结果表明,随着烧结温度的升高,Ti3 SiC2/SiC陶瓷材料的弯曲强度先提高后降低.烧结温度为1500℃的陶瓷材料力学性能最佳,其密度为4.88 g/cm-3.  相似文献

采用SiCl4、CCl4和金属K体系 ,以溶剂热合成法在高压釜中制备了碳化硅 (SiC)单晶材料 .通过X射线粉末衍射 (XRD)、Raman光谱和透射电子显微镜 (TEM)对产物进行了表征 .其中XRD数据显示所得产物为碳化硅 .TEM结果表明 ,采用不同剂量的金属K ,所得产物分别为丝状和片状的SiC单晶 .SiC单晶丝直径为 10~2 0nm ,长度可达 1.5 μm ;SiC晶片的横向尺寸为 0 .1~ 3μm ,具有规则多面体外形 ,显示阶梯状生长侧面 .此外 ,对SiC单晶材料的生长机理进行了讨论 ,研究了过饱和度对SiC晶体生长和形貌的影响 .  相似文献

碳化硅作为一种高温半导体材料和受激光发射材料,其表面的性质是很重要的。由于SiC的极性,它的两个(0001)面,即两个c面(硅面和碳面)无论在物理性质或是在晶体生长的某些习性上都会有显著的区别。不少人曾试图用各种方法判别SiC的两种c面,但至今尚未见有一种是方便而可靠的。一般用于判别极性晶面的方法有X射线反常吸收法、侵蚀法和生长外形分析法。X射线反常吸收法已成功地用于一些Ⅲ-Ⅴ族的半导体,如InSb,GaAs中,但因碳和硅原子序数低,吸收限波长大,而难于应用。  相似文献

Two-dimensional scanning of a 0.6328 mum guided-light beam has been realized using noncolinear acousto-optic (AO) coplanar Bragg diffraction together with colinear AO guided-mode to substrate radiation-mode conversion in a Z-cut Xpropagation LiNbO3 proton-exchanged (PE) waveguide. The two surface acoustic (SAW) waves utilized are at the center frequencies of 500 and 200 MHz, propagating in the Y and X axes, respectively. Two-dimensional scanning of approximately 720 resolvable light beam spots, namely, 18 40 (horizontal vertical) scanning, has been demonstrated using a light beam of 1.0 mm aperture. The total number of resolvable beam spots can be greatly increased from 720 by simply utilizing SAW transducers of larger bandwidth and a light beam of greater aperture. It should also be possible to significantly increase the diffraction efficiency from 3 % by optimizing the parameters of the PE waveguide and the SAWs.  相似文献

Results of a study of the effect of γ-radiation on the spectral luminescence properties of cadmium tungstate crystals doped with silver, bismuth, and molybdenum cations are presented. Spectral characteristics of the nondnnnoped crystals are briefly described. Absorption and photo and X-ray luminescence spectra of the crystals taken before and after exposure to γ-radiation (5.5·104 Gy) are compared. It is found that the spectral characteristics of the crystals doped with silver, bismuth, and molybdenum cations do not change markedly after the exposure. The relation between the type of impurity-induced defects, individual characteristics of the impurity cations, and the character of the effect of γ-radiation on the spectral luminescence properties of impure crystals is analyzed (preliminarily). A simple technique of pulse compression, based on the linear chirp compensation of self-phase modulation (SPM) spectra in dispersion shifted fibers, is demonstrated. The optimization procedure is carried out, for a short span of a single-mode fiber, using a parabolic law, which describes the behavior of the squared output pulse width versus the pump peak power in the case of Gaussian pulses. The experimental results give a minimum pulse duration of 233 fs, which is in good agreement with the model. Shorter and coherent pulses, down to 90 fs, have been obtained by inserting an interference filter at the optical output.  相似文献

The Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility(SSRF)booster ring,a full energy injector for the storage ring,is deigned to accelerate the electron beam energy from 150MeV to 3.5GeV that demands high extraction efficiency at the extraction energy with low beam loss rate when electrons are ramping.Closed orbit distortion(COD)caused by bending magnet field uniformity errors which affects the machine performance harmfully could be effectively reduced by bending magnet location sorting.Considering the affections of random errors in measurement,both ideal sorting and realistic sorting are studied based on measured bending magnet field uniformity errors and one reasonable combination of bending magnets which can reduce the horizontal COD by a factor of 5is given as the final installation sequence of the booster bending magnets in this paper.  相似文献

We measure the waveform and phase curves of short optical pulses before and after transmission over different lengths of fibers by use of the pulse analyzer with the frequency-resolved optical gating (FROG),and numerically simulate pulse evolution under the experimental conditions.The nonlinear coefficient of the fiber is given by comparing the experimental results with the numerical ones.Difference between the experiment and numerical simulation is analyzed.  相似文献

Resonance scattering of elastic spherical shell and cylindrical shell while the surrounding fluid medium has absorption is studied. The normal mode solution derived using exact elastic theory and the separation of variables is still applicable. However, the scattering form function has to be modified for the absorbing medium, otherwise the unreasonable result would be obtained. The backscattering form function in the absorbing medium is redefined, and the form function of elastic spherical and cylindrical shell with vacuum or solid matter filled is calculated in various absorption conditions. The results show that the absorption of surrounding fluid leads to notable attenuation of the coincidence resonances in the mid-frequency, but it has a little influence on the low-frequency resonance scattering induced by the filler inside the shell.  相似文献

A versatile and low-cost single-beam self-referenced phase-sensitive surface plasmon resonance(SPR)sensing system with ultra-high resolution performance is presented.The system exhibits a root-mean-square phase fluctuation of ±0.0028.over a period of 45 min.i.e.a resolution of±5.2×10-9 refractive index units.The enhanced performance has been achieved through the incorporation of three design elements:a true single-beam configuration enabling complete self-referencing so that only the phase change associated with SPR gets detected,a differential measurement scheme to eliminate spurious signals not related to the sensor response,and the elimination of retardation drifts by incorporating temperature stabilization in the liquid crystal phase modulato .Our design should bring the detection sensitivity of non-labeling SPR biosensing closer to that achievable by conventional fluorescence-based techniques.  相似文献

Ta2O5 films are prepared on BK7 substrates with conventional electron beam evaporation deposition.The effects of SiO2 protective layers and annealing on the laser-induced damage threshold (LIDT) of the films are investigated.The results show that SiO2 protective layers exert little influence on the electric field intensity(EFI)distribution,microstructure and microdefect density but increase the absorption slightly.Annealing iS effective on decreasing the microdefect density and the absorption of the films.Both SiO2 protective layers and annealing are beneficial to the damage resistance of the films and the latter is more effective to improve the LIDT.Moreover,the maximal LIDT of Ta2O5 films is achieved by the combination of SiO2 protective layers and annealing.  相似文献

Gray cross correlation matching technique is adopted to extract candidate matches with gray cross correla- tion coefficients less than some certain range of maximal correlation coefficient called multi-peak candidate matches. Multi-peak candidates are extracted corresponding to three closest feature points at first. The corresponding multi-peak candidate matches are used to construct the model polygon. Correspondence is determined based on the local geometric relations between the three feature points and the multi-peak candidates. The disparity test and the global consistency checkout are applied to eliminate the remaining ambiguous matches that are not removed by the local geometric relational test. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is feasible and accurate.  相似文献
