The feasibility of photocatalytic decomposition of oil films floating on water using TiO2 supported on hollow glass microbeads was studied.The results showed that 100% of ethylbenzene and 78% of dodecane can be photocatalytically removed after 8 h illumination with sunlight.The TiO2 supported on the hollow glass microbeads was not easily detached from the beads.After 150 h illumination there was no significant loss of the photocatalytic activity of TiO2 Some intermediate products of photocatalytic decomposition of dodecane were detected.  相似文献

以空心玻璃微球为载体,采用浸涂法制备TiO2/beads光催化剂;利用X射线衍射、扫描电镜、热分析对TiO2/beads进行了表征。研究了不同制备条件对TiO2/beads光催化活性的影响。结果表明,热处理600℃,5h,A/R为81/19时,TiO2/beads光催化活性最高;样品由非晶向锐钛矿型转变的温度为429℃,当锐钛矿型TiO2与金红石型TiO2以一定的比例共存时,TiO2/beads的光催化活性较好.  相似文献

This study aimed to evaluate the photocatalytic activities of poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA)/titanium dioxide (TiO2) nanofiber mat. TiO2 nanoparticles in crystal phase were first prepared by sol-gel process and then PMMA/TiO2 nanofiber mat was prepared through electrospinning. The composite (PMMA/TiO2) nanofiber mat was compared with that of pure PMMA nanofiber mat through performing FTIR and UV-Vis spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, weight loss and water contact angle measurements. The photocatalytic activity of PMMA/TiO2 nanofiber mat was evaluated by investigating both the photocatalytic decomposition of a model dye, methylene blue, and photocatalytic degradation of the composite nanofiber mat in the ambient air under ultraviolet light irradiation.  相似文献

A series of heterogeneous composite photocatalysts was prepared by the deposition of titanium dioxide on porous magnesium phosphate, calcium phosphate, titanium phosphate, zirconium phosphate, and aluminum phosphate supports. The activities of these photocatalysts were compared in the photodecomposition of Rhodamine C dye by the action of UV irradiation. The best functional characteristics were found for the photocatalysts on the magnesium phosphate support treated at 750°C. The use of the photocatalysts on phosphate supports was found to hold promise in photocatalytic water purification. The feasibility of photocatalytic reduction of nitrobenzene using titanium dioxide powder as photocatalyst, under the protection of nitrogen and presence of hole scavenger conditions, was studied. Effects of the illumination time, amount of catalyst and sorts of solvent on the photocatalytic reduction of nitrobenzene were investigated, respectively. The results showed that, for the photocatalytic reduction of nitrobenzene, aniline was the main product. When the illumination time was 6 h, 8.15×10?4 mol/L of nitrobenzene could be photocatalytically reduced completely, with the yield of aniline being 88.5%. The optimum amount of TiO2 used was 4.0 g/L, the optimum initial pH value of reaction solution was 4.0 and the best solvent was methanol. The kinetics and mechanisms of the photocatalytic reduction of nitrobenzene were also discussed.  相似文献

Novel multifunctional titanium dioxide (TiO2)/polystyrene/magnetite composite hybrid polymer particle dispersions with TiO2 nanoparticles in the surface and magnetite nanoparticles encapsulated inside the polymer matrix were produced by Pickering miniemulsion polymerization in one single step. Whereas TiO2 nanoparticles were used to impart photocatalytic functionality and colloidal stability, magnetite nanoparticles were incorporated to allow an easy extraction for recovery and reuse of the composite multifunctional particles. The morphology of the composite particles was assessed by scanning transition electron microscopy (STEM) and energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy (EDX). The paramagnetism of the particles was analyzed using a SQUID magnetometer and their photocatalytic activity was assessed by degrading methylene blue (MB) solutions under UV light and by recovering and reusing of the particles in five consecutive cycles. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. New heterostructures of a dye, (1-phenyl-5,6-benzoquinoline-2)-2,4-dihydroxystyryl iodide, with TiO2 and CdS were obtained and their photocatalytic activity in the reduction of methylene blue by formaldehyde was established under different irradiation conditions and with different dye concentrations. In this study, it is aimed to prepare polyvinyl borate (PVB)/titanium dioxide (TiO2) composites through the condensation reaction of polyvinyl alcohol and boric acid in the presence of TiO2 nanoparticles. The scope of this study contains the photocatalytic activity of the prepared composites with varying TiO2 content from 0 to 35 wt.% for the degradation of methylene blue in aqueous medium under UV light irradiation. The structure and morphological properties of the prepared composites were studied with FTIR, TGA, EDX, SEM and TEM analyses. The photocatalytic activity of the prepared samples was analyzed by UV-Vis spectrophotometer measurements. In parallel with TiO2 content up to 30 wt.%, the photocatalytic activity of PVB/TiO2 composites was enhanced and the composites exhibited higher discoloration rate of the model dye, methylene blue.  相似文献

研究了不同煅烧温度、煅烧时间的系列二氧化钛样品悬浮体系光催化降解X-3B活性艳红的催化活性。分析了晶粒尺寸、晶相、晶格畸变应力和光催化体系等诸多因素对二氧化钛光催化活性的影响。发现晶格畸变应力对空穴电子对复合速率的影响在诸因素中占主导地位,并在一定程度上决定了二氧化钛悬浮体系的光催化效能。  相似文献

The gas phase photocatalytic destruction of tetrachloroethylene (PCE) was investigated by using an in situ photocatalytic reactor with FT-IR analysis in batch mode. The main products of PCE degradation are CO2 and COCl2, with trichloroacetylchloride as an intermediate. It was found that the rate of PCE degradation and the appearance of products in the gas phase are highly dependent on their adsorption properties on the surface of the catalyst, besides other reaction conditions, such as the intensity of irradiation and the composition of the reaction mixture.  相似文献

CO2在纳米SiO2/TiO2悬浮体系中的光催化还原   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
用水热法合成了氧化硅改性的具有高比表面积、高催化活性的锐钛型二氧化钛, 并在其悬浮体系中将CO2光催化还原合成甲醇. 采用XRD, TEM, 物理吸附, UV-Vis吸收光谱和FTIR等表征手段对催化剂结构特征进行了研究. 结果表明: 添加氧化硅后, 氧化硅和二氧化钛之间形成Si—O—Ti键, 抑制了TiO2晶粒生长, 提高了锐钛型TiO2的比表面积, 且随着含硅量的增加, SiO2/TiO2的UV吸收逐步蓝移, 禁带宽度增加. 还原反应结果表明: SiO2/TiO2具有光催化还原活性, 且随着含硅量的增加先增加后减小, 当SiO2质量分数为3.5%时, SiO2/TiO2复合催化剂反应活性最强, 5 h内甲醇产量可达到21.0 mg/L, 并有少量甲醛生成.  相似文献

Nano-composite of Fe-doped anatase TiO2 nanocrystals loaded on the hollow glass microbeads was prepared by co-thermal hydrolysis deposition and calcining treatment. The adherence of TiO2 mesoporous layers to the surfaces of hollow glass microbeads prevented the aggregation of TiO2 nanoparticles and benefited to their catalytic activity. The doping of Fe ions makes the absorption edge of the TiO2 based nano-composite red-shifted into the visible region. An effective photodegradation of the methyl orange aqueous solution was achieved under visible light (λ>420 nm) irradiation, revealing the potential applicability of such nano-composite in some industry fields, such as air and water purifications.  相似文献

将硝酸银的乙醇溶液与溶胶凝胶TiO2混合得到前驱体,随后经共沉淀-煅烧制备得到AgBr/TiO2复合材料;采用扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪、X射线光电子能谱仪分析了复合材料的形貌、晶体结构、Ag元素的价态,采用紫外-可见漫反射光谱仪测定了其光吸收性能;进而以甲基橙(MO)的可见光降解为探针反应测定了AgBr/TiO2复合材料的可见光催化性能.结果表明,当前驱体在不同温度下煅烧后,无定形TiO2颗粒逐渐增大,并逐渐转变为锐钛矿结构;担载的AgBr可明显拓展TiO2的可见光吸收范围;Ag物种主要以Ag+形式存在.当煅烧温度为300℃时,复合材料的光催化活性最高,MO的降解率在60min内达到90%以上;随着煅烧温度的增加,催化活性逐渐降低.  相似文献

The specific adsorption of anions (HSO4 , Cl) present in low concentration (c < 10−3 mol dm−3) was studied by radiotracer techniques in the course of the reduction of dichromate (chromate) species in 1 mol dm−3 HClO4 supporting electrolyte. In accordance with the results of preliminary studies reported earlier, enhancement of the anion adsorption was found, induced by some adsorbed intermediates of the reduction process. Potential dependence of the induced adsorption and its correlation with the reduction rate was investigated. The role of adsorption competition between various anions is discussed. It is concluded that study of the induced anion adsorption could be a tool for the investigation of the sorption of intermediates formed in the course of the reduction. 以羧基改性的SBA-15(COOH/SBA-15)和钛酸四丁酯(TB)为原料,利用COOH/SBA-15表面上高分散的大量羧基将TB锚定,通过溶剂热处理得到高分散负载型TiO2/SBA-15催化剂.产物经XRD,Raman,FT-IR,TEM,N2吸脱附和UV-Vis表征,结果显示:所制备的TiO2/SBA-15催化剂为比表面大、结晶度较高的锐钛矿TiO2,TiO2均匀分散于SBA-15表面,此外,COOH/SBA-15有效抑制了TiO2晶粒的长大.以光催化还原CO2为探针反应,考察了TiO2/SBA-15催化剂在紫外光照射下的光催化性能.结果表明:相比于后处理浸渍法制备的光催化剂,本文制备的TiO2/SBA-15催化剂表现出了高的光催化还原CO2活性,主要产物为甲醇,且TiO2最佳负载量为16.5%,并对相关反应机理做了探讨.  相似文献
