New aminomethoxy derivatives of 1-(butylsulfanyl)pentane have been synthesized. The structure of the synthesized compounds was studied by elemental analysis, IR and 1Н NMR spectroscopy, and mass spectrometry. Some specimens of the synthesized compounds were tested as antimicrobial additives to lubricant oil, and as aseptic compounds against bacteria and fungi.  相似文献

Mannich condensation of 1-(ethylsulfanyl)alkan-2-ols, formaldehyde, and secondary amines taken in equimolar amounts was used to obtain new amino derivatives of 1-(ethylsulfanyl)alkanes. The structure of the thus synthesized compounds was confirmed by elemental analysis, IR and 1H NMR spectroscopies, and mass spectrometry. It is shown that the obtained compounds can be used as antimicrobial additives to lubricating oils and antiseptic substances against bacteria and fungi.  相似文献

New 2-aminomethyloxy derivatives of 1-(propylsulfanyl)pentane were prepared by condensation of 1-(propylsulfanyl)pentan-2-ol with formaldehyde and secondary amines. The starting 1-(propylsulfanyl)pentan-2–ol was synthesized by the reaction of 1–propanethiol with 1–bromopentan–2–ol. The structures of the products were proved by elemental analysis, IR and 1H NMR spectroscopy, and mass spectrometry. By linking 7-(diethylamino)coumarin and different aromatic groups via an oxazole moiety, a small series of new environment-sensitive fluorophores have been synthesized. They display varying degrees of environment-sensitivity, depending on the aromatic group present on the oxazole ring. Additionally, these coumarin-based fluorophores show considerably better photostability compared to the nitrobenzoxadiazole fluorophore, and offer a good starting point for the further development of these fluorophores into environment-sensitive membrane probes or for other applications requiring sensitivity to the environment.  相似文献

Alkyl derivatives of 2-(1-pyrazolyl)-4(3H)-pyrimidinone were synthesized and converted to 4-chloro-, 4-arylamino-, and 4-hydrazino-2-(1-pyrazolyl)pyrimidines. The corresponding hydrazones were obtained by reaction of 5-ethyl-2-hydrazino-6-methyl-2-(4-ethyl-3,5-di-n-propylpyrazolyl) pyrimidine with isatin and salicylaldehyde. The UV and IR spectra of the synthesized compounds were studied. Derivatives of 2-(1-pyrazolyl)-4(3H)-pyrimidinone and 2-(1-pyrazolyl)purine were obtained, and their UV and IR spectra were studied. Summary 2-(1-Pyrrolyl)pyrimidine(Hprpm) is cyclopalladated with lithium tetrachloropalladate in methanol in the presence of sodium acetate to give PdCl(prpm). This complex reacts with dimethylsulfoxide(dmso), pyridine(py). tri-n-butylphosphine(PBu3), tri-p-tolylphosphine(Ptol3), triphenylarsine(AsPh3), and acetylacetone(Hacac) to give PdCl(prpm)L (L=dmso, py, PBu3, Ptol3, AsPh3) and Pd(prpm)(acac), respectively. These complexes were characterized spectroscopically. The deprotonated ligand, prpm, is cyclopalladated and coordinated through pyrimidine-N and pyrrole-2C atoms to form a five membered palladaheterocycle.  相似文献

Attempts to prepare ethyl 5-cyano-1-(1,1-dimethylethyl)-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxylate ( 7 ) by the reaction of the corresponding 5-chloro derivative 1b with cyanide ion were unsuccessful. The chloro ester was synthesized from the corresponding amino ester la utilizing nonaqueous diazotization with nitrosyl chloride. An alternate process was developed which allowed the preparation of 7 from the corresponding 5-methyl ester 3 in four steps. The structure of the N-methylamide 8 synthesized from 7 was confirmed by X-ray diffraction analysis.  相似文献

The reaction of N-methylene-2,6-diethylbenzenamine with phosgene furnished the titled compound 1. The reaction of 1 with the potassium salts of various thiazolethiols in an acetone medium afforded the expected N-substituted 2,6-diethylthiolcarbanilates 2–6. Substituting the above thiazolethiols with the potassium salt of 2-mercaptobenzimidazole furnished a novel heterocyclic compound 7 in 98% yield. The rection of 1 with the triethylamine salt of disubstituted-dithiocarbamic acids afforded an alternate method for the synthesis of bis(N-substituted-thiocarbonyl)sulfides 8 and 9.  相似文献

The heterocyclization of monoethanolamine with ethyl orthoformate and sodium azide in acetic acid was studied. It was shown that the reaction proceeds through a step involving the formation of a disubstituted formamidine and leads to the production of 1-(2-hydroxyethyl)tetrazole in high yield. The title azaazulene 3 was synthesized either by reaction of tropone with N-{(2-pyridyl)acetyl}pyridinium iodide in the presence of ammonium acetate or by palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling between 2-halo-1-azaazulene and 2-substituted pyridine. The compound shows relatively stronger basicity compared with 2,2′-bipyridyl. While 3 showed no emission from the S1 state but from the S2 state like azulene does, the protonated species of 3 exhibited emission from the S1 state. Cationic metal-dependent absorption and emission relating to complexation were also studied.  相似文献

Substituted 2-(2-pyridin-4-yl-vinyl)-1H-benzimidazole derivatives 2, 3 and 6 were synthesized. 2-(2-Pyridin-4-yl-vinyl)-1H-benzimidazole 2 and 6-methyl-2-(2-pyridin-4-yl-vinyl)-1H-benzimidazole 3 were prepared by condensation reaction from 3-pyridin-4-yl-acrylic acid and corresponding 1,2-phenylenediamines in polyphosporic acid (PPA). 2,7,11-b-Triaza-benzo[c]fluorene 4 was prepared by photochemical dehydrocyclization reaction of ethanolic solution of 2-(2-pyridin-4-yl-vinyl)-1H-benzimidazole 2. 2-(2-Pyridin-4-yl-vinyl)-3H-benzimidazole-6-carbonitrile 6 was prepared by condensation reaction from 3-pyridin-4-yl-propenal and 4-cyano-1,2-phenylenediamine using p-benzoquinone as oxidants. The structure of novel benzimidazole derivatives has been studied by 1H and 13C NMR, IR, MS, UV/Vis and fluorescence spectroscopy. The structure of 2-(2-pyridin-4-yl-vinyl)-1H-benzimidazole 2 was confirmed by X-ray single crystal structure analysis. The conformation of the molecule is E in regard to substituents position around vinyl double C=C bond. The non-planar molecules are mutually connected via the N–H···N and C–H···N type of intermolecular hydrogen bonds into infinite chains spreading along y axis.  相似文献
