本文分析介绍了三个最广泛使用的聚合物液体状态方程,Flory、SL和SS方程及作者开发的三个新方程SHT、SHTF和OCM的理论基础和假设,并用15个聚合物液体、17个大分子量烃液体和6个常用有机溶剂的P-V-T数据作了比较。结果表明,OCM方程精度最好,其他方程精度按SS、SHT、SHTF、Flory、SL依次变差。结论是开放胞腔更接近液体的真实结构,空穴的引入可以改进胞腔理论的计算精度,L-J位能可以较好地反映液体中分子间的作用力。  相似文献

液晶共聚物与PSF原位复合的界面研究   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
合成了两种热致性液晶共聚酯BP—LCP和SDP—LCP,对其熔融指数、取向性作了考察。选用基体聚砜(PSF)与液晶共聚酯进行熔融共混,得原位复合材料。SEM断口形态显示了两种液晶在基体中不同的成纤性,并显示出两相的不相容性。采用FT—IR方法分析了液晶共聚酯与PSF界面间的分子相互作用。进一步研究发现在PSF/BP-LCP原位复合体系中加入含PSF和BP-LCP的嵌段共聚物,其相容性得以改善  相似文献

本文借助于IR,TG和XPS,研究了ZnO-SACF制备过程中及其吸附Ag^+和Au^3+前后的化学结构变化。实验结果表明:从SACF到ZnO-SACF,纤维表面上的O/C原子比和含氧基团如C=O和COO都有所减少;ZnO-SACF上还原性功能基团主要是-C-OH,当ZnO-SACF吸附Ag^+后,-C-OH被氧化为-C=O,而当其吸附Au^3+后,-C-PH被氧化为-C=O和-(O=C)-OH,  相似文献

利用DSC、DMA、TEM和XPS对[PSF-PDMS-PHS]n/PSF共混物的相容性及表面组成进行了研究.结果表明,PDMS在共混物表面的富集与PSF均聚物和[PSF-PDMS-PHS]n中硬段的相容性有关;PDMS在相容的共混物体系表面的富集与对应的多嵌段共聚物组成基本相近;不相容共混物体系表面PDMS的富集程度相对较高,当共混物本体中有机硅含量从1%增至5%,表面层PDMS的含量迅速增加,可达到嵌段共聚物中PDMS的含量.  相似文献

用动态光散射方法研究了酚酞型聚醚矾砜(PES-C0在良溶剂DMF中的稀溶液性质。在稀熔液中,PES-C分子由于内旋转发生链折叠,整体上表现出柔性链的性质,较好的符合球形模型;而分子链的局部刚性结构又使分子尺寸稳定;它的扩散行为随温度的变化符合Arrehnius方程。表征了PES-C分子在稀溶液中的形态结构,且给出了PES-C分子在DMF中的扩散系数,扩散活化能、无限稀时的扩散系数和流体力学半径等重  相似文献

In the current work some modification reactions have been conducted to modify Chitosan with some organic compounds, such as aldehydes and organic acids. On the other hand, different blends of Chitosan with some carbohydrates were prepared to obtain Chitosan derivatives of certain physical and chemical properties. The obtained products have been characterized with the necessary chemical and spectroscopic techniques. The aim of the first part of the paper is to give some advice for the faultless metallographic preparation of vacuum plasma sprayed coatings. Several coating/substrate combinations using metals, alloys and ceramics were investigated to derive some general rules. The second part deals with a preparation technique for cross-sections- of physical vapour deposition coatings. Flow field-flow fractionation (FlFFF) has been utilized for size-based separation of rat liver mitochondria. Collected fractions of mitochondria of various sizes were examined by confocal microscopy, and mitochondria of each fraction were lysed and analyzed by two-dimensional polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (2D-PAGE) for the comparison of protein patterns in differently sized mitochondria by densitometric measurements, and for protein characterization of some gel spots with nanoflow liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization-tandem mass spectrometry (nLC-ESI-MS-MS). FlFFF fractions of the mitochondria were also tryptically digested for shotgun proteomic characterization of mitochondrial proteins/peptides by nLC-ESI-MS-MS. Peak area (integrated ion counts) of some peptides extracted from LC-MS chromatograms were examined at different fractions for the quantitative comparison. Among 130 proteins, 105 unique proteins were found to be mitochodrial from the off-line combination of FlFFF and nLC-ESI-MS-MS analysis. It also showed that 23 proteins were found in all fractions but some proteins were found exclusively in certain fractions. Among 25 proteins listed from other subcellular species, seven proteins were known to exist in mitochondria as well as in other subcellular locations, which may support the possible translocation or multiple localizations of proteins among organelles. This study demonstrated effective use of FlFFF for the isolation and/or enrichment of intact mitochondria isolated from cells, as well as its potential use for the fractionation of other subcellular components in the framework of subcellular functional proteomics.  相似文献

The interaction of sulfate with some open chain polyammonium cations was quantitatively studied by potentiometric (H(+)-glass electrode) measurements. Enthalpy changes, for some systems, were determined calorimetrically. Some literature data were also considered in the discussion of results. In all the systems, A(SO4)Hi(i-2) species are formed (i = 1, ...m; m = maximum protonation degree of amine), and, for i > or = 4, also A(SO4)2Hi(i-4) species were found. Both the stability and the formation enthalpies, for these complexes, are a direct function of the charges of reactants, and some empirical relationships are reported. A small, but significant, difference was found between the stability of unsubstituted and N-alkylsubstituted polyammonium cation-sulfate complexes.  相似文献

New coulometric method for estimation of blood and plasma total antioxidant capacity (TAC) based on using electrogenerated bromine was proposed. TAC of blood from patients with chronic renal disease undergoing long-term hemodialysis was investigated. Statistical significant changes in TAC level of venous and arterial blood were found. Catalase activity and low density lipoproteins (LDL) concentrations were determined. Linear correlation between TAC and parameters mentioned was found. Contribution from some individual antioxidants was investigated. The developed method for TAC assay is expressive, simple, stable and reliable, and successfully could be used for TAC determination of some biological fluids. This method could be applied in clinic for estimation of blood TAC from patients.  相似文献

Chitosan was used as a sealant of knitted polyester vascular grafts. Three sterilization methods for chitosan-coated prostheses were tested: sterilization with ethylene oxide, formaldehyde and irradiation with gamma rays. Radiation sterilization was found to be the most promising of tested methods. The radiation-induced changes in chitosan irradiated in solid state were investigated. Main chain scission was found as the predominant effect of irradiation. Changes in IR and UV spectra were analyzed. Existence of some post-effects was detected. It seems that the observed increase in biocompatibility of chitosan surface caused by irradiation with sterilizing dose (25 kGy) is due to some structural factor connected with a decrease in molecular weight.  相似文献

对泉生热袍菌进行了结构基因组的选靶研究,从泉生热袍菌的蛋白组中挑选了20个蛋白质作为第一批进行结构测定的目标,以发现新的蛋白质折叠模式. 选靶研究主要使用了BLAST搜索, PSI-BLAST搜索和ProtoNet数据库搜索等方法. 另外,还用PredictProtein程序对选中的蛋白质进行了二级结构和外形预测. 选中的20个蛋白质中有8个被克隆、表达和纯化,其中2个得到了单晶并收集了X衍射数据. 实验结果和最近一些文献报道的结果表明,挑选的一些蛋白质具有新的折叠模式,表明了这种选靶策略的有效性.  相似文献

The stochastic search method was used to seek all of the conformations for 32 bicyclic hydrocarbons. Since the size of the random kick used is sufficient to invert the configurations of carbon atoms, the out, out, in, out, and in, in conformations were all found in a single stochastic run for each hydrocarbon. The lowest energy conformer obtained in each category is reported. A modification of the program to prevent inversion of configuration was developed. It was found, in some cases, that in, in and out, out isomers for some bicyclic hydrocarbons were interconverted by this modified program, presumably through the “homeomorphic isomerization” process described by Park and Simmons. A statistical formula for estimating the approximate chances of finding (or missing) any conformer as a function of the number of random kicks given is derived and presented.  相似文献

For the assessment of a public impact caused by radionuclides released from nuclear facilities, a dynamic compartment model was developed for prediction of behavior of radioiodine in air, paddy field and rice plant system. The transfer coefficients among compartments were determined by some experimental data and assumptions for each chemical form of iodine. A multiwalled carbon nanotube disk was used for the SPE of some toxic heavy metals from environmental samples. Metal ions were adsorbed on the disk as 8-hydroxquinoline complexes, then quantitatively desorbed from the disk by using 10 mL 2 M HNO3. The effects of analytical parameters, including pH, sample volume, and flow rates, on the recoveries of Cd(II), Co(II), Ni(II), Pb(II), Fe(III), Cu(II), and Zn(II) were investigated. The influences of some 1A and 2A group elements and some other ions as concomitant ions on the recoveries of analyte ions were also examined. The LODs of the presented preconcentration-separation system for the analyte ions were found to be in the range of 1.0-5.2 microg/L. In order to validate the procedure, SRM 1577B Bovine Liver, IAEA 336 Lichen, and HR-1 Humber river sediment certified reference materials were analyzed. The proposed method has been applied to the determination of understudy elements in some pharmaceutical samples and natural water samples from different sites in Turkey.  相似文献
