Two new hopane type triterpenes, named dryopteric acids A (1) and B (2), were isolated from the Rhizome of Dryopteris crassirhizoma (Aspiadaceae) together with sixteen known compounds (3-18). Of isolated compounds, ursolic acid (15), and dryopteric acid A (1) and B (2) showed potent inhibitory activities against HIV-1 protease with IC50 values of 8.9-44.5 microM. In addition, acetylated compounds 1 and 2 appreciably increased inhibitory activities with their IC50 values of 1.7 and 10.8 microM, respectively.  相似文献

A new flavonol glycoside together with five known phenolic compounds were isolated from the whole herb of Callianthemum taipaicum. The compounds were identified as isorhamnetin-3-O-α-L-arabinoside-7-O-β-D-glucoside (1), isorhamnetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside (2), dibutyl phthalate (3), (+)-1-hydroxylpinoresinol-4'-β-D-glucoside (4), pinoresinol-4'-O-β-D-glucoside (5) and 2-phenylethyl-β-primeveroside (6). Compound 1 was identified as a new flavonol glycoside. The compound 6 was isolated for the first time as natural product. All compounds were isolated for the first time from the Callianthemum genus. Furthermore, the 2D-NMR data of the four known compounds 2-5 are given for the first time in this paper. All the structures were identified on the basis of detailed spectral analysis. The compounds 1 and 4 exhibited certain antifungal activity.  相似文献

Two new ichthyotoxic compounds, aspidin PB (8) and dryofragin (9), along with three known phloroglucinol derivatives (1-3) and five terpenoids, were isolated from the whole herbs of Dryopteris fragrans by toxicity-directed fractionation using Oryzias latipes (Japanese name; medaka). The structures of the new compounds were determined by spectroscopic methods including 2D NMR techniques. Amongst the isolates, aspidin PB (8), dryofragin (9), and 1-5 exhibited potent ichthyotoxic activity against medaka with a median tolerance limit (TLm after 24 h) of 1.2-4.3 microg/ml. These compounds which are toxic to fish also had a potent inhibitory effect on the activation of Epstein-Barr virus early-antigen (EBV-EA) induced by tetradecanoyl phorbol 13-acetate, which is an in vitro short-term assay for anti-tumor promoting agents. Aspidin BB (2) and albicanol (4), which exhibited strong inhibitory effects on the EBV-EA activation, significantly suppressed an in vivo two-stage carcinogenesis on mouse skin.  相似文献

Two new compounds, namely taenialactam C and globorin A (1 and 2), as well as six known compounds, cornoside (3), 2-phenylethyl-b-D-glucoside (4), 3-isopropyl-5-acetoxycyclohexene-2-one-1 (5), 4-methyl-phenol (6), 5-[(2S)-2-aminobutyl]-2-methyl-phenol (7), and 1-(4-methylphenyl)-1-propanone (8) were isolated from wild Phaeocystis globosa. The structures of the new compounds were established by detailed spectroscopic analysis and by comparison with spectral data of related known compounds. The structures of the known compounds were identified by comparing their spectroscopic data with those reported in the literature. This paper also reports toxicity properties of the eight compounds against the brine shrimp Artemia salina and juvenile Epinephelus akaara fish. Some of these compounds showed significant lethality on the brine shrimp A. salina and the juvenile E. akaara fish.  相似文献

One novel sesquiterpene with new skeleton, (6S)-2-methyl-6-(4-hydroxyphenyl-3-methyl)-2-hepten-4-one (1), two new bisabolane sesquiterpenes, (6S)-2-methyl-6-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-2-hepten-4-one (2), (6S)-2-methyl-6-(4-formylphenyl)-2-hepten-4-one (3), and two calebin derivatives, 4'-(4'-hydroxyphenyl-3'-methoxy)-2'-oxo-3'-butenyl-3-(4'-hydroxyphenyl)-propenoate (4) and 4'-(4'-hydroxyphenyl)-2'-oxo-3'-butenyl-3-(4'-hydroxyphenyl-3'-methoxy)-propenoate (5) were isolated along with five known bisabolane sesquiterpenes from Curcuma longa. 1-4 were new compounds and 5 was a new natural product. A new xanthone named cratoxylumxanthone A (1), together with five known compounds: dulcisxanthone B (2), alpha-mangostin (3), beta-mangostin (4), 2-geranyl-1,3,7-trihydroxy-4-(3-methylbut-2-enyl)xanthone (5) and tectochrystin (6), was isolated from Cratoxylum cochinchinense stems. The structure of new compound was characterized by 1D and 2D NMR techniques. The isolated compounds showed free radical scavenging against DPPH and lipid peroxidation inhibition.  相似文献

Thunbergols A (4) and B (5), tetraprenyltoluquinols, along with three known compounds (1-3) have been isolated from the brown alga Sargassum thunbergii. The structures of these two new compounds were determined to be 9-(3,4-dihydro-2,8-dimethyl-6-hydroxy-2H-1-benzopyran-2-yl)-6-methyl-2-(4-methyl-3-pentenyl)-(2E,6E)-nonadienoic acid (4) and 10-(2,3-dihydro-5-hydroxy-7-methyl-1-benzofuran-2-yl)-10-hydroxy-6-methyl-2-(4-methyl-3-pentenyl)-(2E,6E)-undecadienoic acid (5), respectively, by combined spectroscopic methods. Both of them exhibited significant scavenging activities on radical and potently inhibited generation of ONOO(-) from morpholinosydnonimine (SIN-1).  相似文献

A new oleanane-type triterpenoid saponin, named platycoside N (1), together with six known saponins, was isolated from the roots of Platycodon grandiflorum. On the basis of acid hydrolysis, comprehensive spectroscopic data analyses and comparison with the spectral data of the known compounds, its structure was elucidated as 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-2β,3β,16α,23-tetrahydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid 28-O-β-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-α-L-arabinopyranoside. The six known compounds were platycodin D (2), deapioplatycodin D (3), platycodin D3 (4), deapioplatycodin D3 (5), platycoside E (6) and deapioplatycoside E (7).  相似文献

A new marine sterol 7β-hydroperoxy-24-methylenecholesterol ( 1 ) along with five known compounds sarcophytol A ( 2 ), (Z)-N-[2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)ethyl]-3-methyldodec-2-enamide ( 3 ), 5α,7αH-eduesm-11(13)en-4α-ol ( 4 ), 24-methylenecholesterol ( 5 ) and 1β-hydroxy-α-cyperone ( 6 ) have been isolated from a Formosan soft coral Sinularia sp. Two new bisabolane-type sesquiterpenoids, (3R,4R,6S)-3,4-epoxybisabola-7(14),10-dien-2-one and (1R,3R,4R,5S,6S)-1-acetoxy-8-angeloyloxy-3,4-epoxy-5-hydroxybisabola-7(14),10-dien-2-one, and a new oplopane-type sesquiterpenoid, 14(R)-hydroxy-7beta-isovaleroyloxyoplop-8(10)-en-2-one, were isolated from Farfarae Flos along with three known compounds. A new metabolite,named seimatoric acid(1),representing a new oxobutanoic acid derivative has been isolated from Seimatosporium sp., in addition to four known compounds viz.,2-hydroxymethyl-4β,5α,6β-trihydroxycyclohex-2-enone(2),(-)-phyllostine(3),(+)-epiepoxydon(4) and(+)-epoxydon monoacetate(5).Similarly one new benzoic acid derivative,named colletonoic acid(6) was isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction of Colletotrichum sp.The structures of the new compounds were elucidated by detailed ~1 H NMR,~(13)C NMR,COSY,HMQC.HMBC spectroscopic analysis,and HR-E1-MS.Seimatoric acid(1)was also isolated from another taxonomical unidentified fungal strain 4295 in ourgroup.The structures of the known compounds were elucidated by their spectral data comparison to literature data.Preliminary studies showed that colletonoic acid(6) showed good antibacterial,antifungal,and antialgal activities.  相似文献

Phomosine K (1), a new phomosine derivative, has been isolated from Phomopsis sp., in addition to six known compounds: phomosine A (2), phenylalanine amide (3), 2-hydroxymethyl-4beta,5alpha,6beta-trihydroxycyclohex-2-en (4), (-)-phyllostine (5), (+)-epiepoxydon (6), and (+)-epoxydon monoacetate (7). Preliminary studies showed that compound 1 had strong antibacterial activity, while compounds 4-7 showed good antifungal, antibacterial, and algicidal properties, except compounds 4 and 6, which lacked antifungal activity.  相似文献

Two new compounds, 7'-(3',4'-dihydroxyphenyl)-N-[(4-methoxyphenyl)ethyl]propenamide (4), and 7'-(4'-hydroxy,3'-methoxyphenyl)-N-[(4-butylphenyl)ethyl]propenamide (5) have been isolated from Cuscuta reflexa along with five known compounds, 6,7-dimethoxy-2H-1-benzopyran-2-one (1), 3-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-2-propen-1-ethanoate (2), 6,7,8-trimethoxy-2H-1-benzopyran-2-one (3), 3-(4-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)-2-propen-1-ol (6), 2-(3-hydroxy-4-methoxyphenyl)-3,5-dihydroxy-7-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside-4H-1-benzopyrane-4-one (7), reported for the first time from this species. Structures of these compounds were determined by spectral analysis. These compounds showed strong inhibitory activity against alpha-glucosidase.  相似文献

Five new phenylethanoid glycosides, lamiusides A (1), B (2), C (3), D (4) and E (5), were isolated from the whole plants of Lamium purpureum L. (Labiatae) together with seven known compounds (6-12). On the basis of chemical and spectral analyses, the structures of the new compounds were elucidated to be 2-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)ethyl-O-beta-D-galactopyranosyl-(1-->2)-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->3)-(4-O-trans-caffeoyl)-beta-D-glucopyranoside (1), 2-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)ethyl-O-beta-D-galactopyranosyl-(1-->2)-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->3)-(4-O-trans-feruloyl)-beta-D-glucopyranoside (2), 2-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)ethyl-O-beta-D-galactopyranosyl-(1-->2)-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->3)-(6-O-trans-caffeoyl)-beta-D-glucopyranoside (3), 2-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-R,S-methoxy-ethyl-O-beta-D-galactopyranosyl-(1-->2)-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->3)-(4-O-trans-caffeoyl)-beta-D-glucopyranoside (4) and 2-(3-hydroxy-4-methoxyphenyl)ethyl-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->3)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->6)-(4-O-cis-feruloyl)-beta-D-glucopyranoside (5). In addition, the radical-scavenging activities of compounds 1-4 on 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl radical were examined.  相似文献

Two new acaranoic acids, named seimatoporic acid A and B (1, and 2), together with six known compounds, R-(-)-mellein (3), cis-4-hydroxymellein (4), trans-4-hydroxymellein (5), 4R-hydroxy-5-methylmellein (6), (-)-5-hydroxymethylmellein (7), and ergosterol (8) were isolated from an endophytic fungus, Seimatosporium sp, by a bioassay-guided procedure. The structures of the new compounds have been assigned from analysis of the 1H and 13C NMR spectra, DEPT, and by 2D COSY, HMQC, HMBC and NOESY experiments. A new anacardic acid, 6-[16'Z-nonadecenyl]-salicylic acid (1), along with seven known compounds, 6-[8'Z-pentadecenyl] salicylic acid (15:1 anacardic acid) (2), 6-nonadecenyl salicylic acid (anacardic acid 19:0) (3), 6-pentadecyl salicylic acid (anacardic acid 15:0) (4), masticadienonic acid (5), 3α-hydroxymasticadienonic acid (6), 3-epi-oleanolic acid (7) and β-sitosterol, were isolated from the bark of Amphipterygium adstringens using a bioassay-guided fractionation method. The structure of the new compound (1) was elucidated by spectroscopic data interpretation. The known compounds (2-7) were identified by comparison of their spectroscopic data with reported values in the literature. Compounds 1-4 exhibited antibacterial activity against Streptococcus mutans and Porphyromonas gingivalis with minimum inhibitory concentrations ranging from 7 to 104?μg?mL and from 12 to 126?μg?mL, respectively.  相似文献

Two new benzyl gamma-butyrolactone analogues, (R)-5-((S)-hydroxy(phenyl)-methyl)dihydrofuran-2(3H)-one (1) and its 6-acetate (2), and a new naphthalenone derivative (8), together with eight additional known aromatic derivatives, (S)-5-((S)-hydroxy(phenyl)-methyl)dihydrofuran-2(3H)-one (3), (S)-5-benzyl-dihydrofuran-2(3H)-one (4), 5-phenyl-4-oxopentanoic acid (5), gamma-oxo-benzenepentanoic acid methyl ester (6), 3-(2,5-dihydro-4-hydroxy-5-oxo-3-phenyl-2-furyl)propionic acid (7), (3R)-5-methylmellein (9), integracins A (10) and B (11) were isolated from Cytospora sp., an endophytic fungus isolated from Ilex canariensis from Gomera. The structures of these compounds were elucidated by detailed spectroscopic analysis, comparison with reported data, and chemical interconversion. The absolute configurations of the new compounds (1, 2, 8) were established on the basis of optical rotation or CD spectra analysis. Preliminary studies showed antimicrobial activity of these compounds against the fungi Microbotryum violaceum, Botrytis cinerea and Septoria tritici, the alga Chlorella fusca, and the bacterium Bacillus megaterium.  相似文献

A new aporphine alkaloid, (-)-arcabucoine [(6aR)-N-formyl-1,2-methylenedioxy-9,10-dimethoxy-5,6,6a,7-tetrahydro-4H-dibenzo[de,g]quinoline] 1 was isolated from the leaves of Talauma arcabucoana (Magnoliaceae), along with the known compounds (-)-erythro-saccharinic acid lactone 2 and (-)-shikimic acid 3. Furthermore, the known aporphine alkaloids (-)-dicentrine 4, (-)-nordicentrine 5 and dicentrinone 6 were isolated from the stem bark. The alkaloids 4 and 5 were found to be the most active compounds in a brine shrimp lethality assay. In addition, alkaloids 1, 4 and 5 showed moderate growth inhibition against Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans.  相似文献
