A one-dimensional chain coordination polymer [Co(II)(C6H5CH=CHCOOH)2(4,4′- bipy)(H2O)5]n has been synthesized with cinnamylic acid, 4,4′-bipy and cobaltous chloride as raw materials. Crystal data for this complex: monoclinic, space group P21/c, a = 1.1481(3), b = 1.1230(2), c = 1.1759(3) nm, β = 97.054(4)o, V = 1.5046(6) nm3, Mr= 617.50, Dc = 1.363 g/cm3, Z = 2, μ(MoKα) = 0.627 mm-1, F(000) = 646, S = 1.062, R 0.0443 and wR = 0.1178. The crystal structure shows that two neighboring cobalt(II) ions are linked together by one 4,4′-bipy, and the whole complex molecule adopts a one-dimensional chain structure. Each cobalt(II) ion is coordinated with two nitrogen atoms from two 4,4′-bipy molecules and four oxygen atoms from four water molecules, giving a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The electrochemical properties were analyzed by combining with the crystal structure.  相似文献

A one-dimensional chain coordination polymer [Cu(phen)(2,4,6-TMBA)2(H2O)]n has been synthesized by reacting 2,4,6-trimethyl-benzoic acid, 1,10-phenanthroline and Cu(Ⅱ) perchlorate and its structure was characterized. Crystal data for this complex: tetragonal, space group I41, a = 2.0293(3), b = 2.0293(3), c = 1.3758(2) nm, α =β= γ = 90°, V= 5.6657(13) nm3, Dc= 1.379 g/cm3, Z = 8, μ(MoKa) = 0.815 mm-1, Mr = 588.14, F(000) = 2456, S = 1.047, R = 0.0459 and wR = 0.1053. The crystal structure shows that two neighboring Cu(Ⅱ) ions are linked together by one bridging-chelating 2,4,6-trimethyl-benzoic group, forming a one-dimensional chain structure. Each Cu(Ⅱ) ion is coordinated with two nitrogen atoms from one 1,10-phenanthroline molecule, three oxygen atoms from three 2,4,6-trimethyl-benzoic acid molecules and one oxygen atom from one water molecule, giving a six-coordinate distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The cyclic voltammetry behavior of the complex was also investigated.  相似文献

A novel coordination polymer [Na2Cd(2,6-pyda)(N3)2(H2O)6]n (2,6-H2pyda = 2,6- pyridinedicarboxylic acid) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group C2/c, with a = 24.416(4), b = 10.7638(17), c = 6.9224(11) A^°, β= 106.124(2)A^°, V = 1747.7(5) A^°3, Mr = 515.64, De= 1.960 g/cm^3,μ = 1.365 mm^-1, F(000) = 1024, Z = 4, the final R = 0.0426 and wR = 0.1320. In the title complex, there exist two kinds of metal centers in the structure, cadmium ions and sodium ions. The Cd(Ⅱ) atom shows a distorted pentagonal-dipyramidal geometry defined by two O and one N atoms from one deprotonated pyda ligand and four N atoms from four μ-1,1,3 azido groups. The adjacent cadmium atoms are bridged via two μ-1,1,3 azido groups, along the c axis to afford an extended chain. There is also a 2D network which is comprised of binuclear subunits [NaE(H2O)6] connected by O atoms from coordinated water between the adjacent Cdn(pyda)n(Na)2n infinite chains. Furthermore, each cadmium atom is connected with four adjacent sodium atoms through the bridging N3- ligand in μ-1,3 patterns. Thus, the title complex exhibits a novel three-dimensional network structure.  相似文献

A novel coordination polymer [{Cd(hmbdc)(H2O)3}·2H2O]n (hmbdc = 5-hydroxy- isophthalic acid) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/c, with a = 9.599(3), b = 18.699(5), c = 7.557(2) , β = 108.198(4)°, V = 1288.6(6) 3, Z = 4, Mr = 382.60, Dc = 1.972 g/cm3, F(000) = 760, μ = 1.740, the final R = 0.0555 and wR = 0.0995 for 1732 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The structural analysis shows that the intermolecular hydrogen bonds and π-π interactions result in a three-dimensional supramolecular framework.  相似文献

A novel two-dimensional coordination polymer [Ba2(phen)4(tp)2]n(phen=1,10-phenanthroline,tp=terephthalic acid) has been synthesized with tp as bridge ligands and structurally determined by X-ray crystallography.The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system,space group C2/c,with a=18.877(4),b=18.489(4),c=15.658(3),β=103.61(3)o,V=5311.5(19)3,C32H20O4N4Ba,Mr=661.86,Z=8,F(000)=2624,μ=1.542mm-1,Dc=1.655 g/cm3,the final R= 0.0228 and wR=0.0554 for 6063 observed reflections(I2σ(I)).The structural analysis shows that each tp ligand bridges barium atoms to form a two-dimensional infinite layer.There are aromatic π-π stacking interactions between neighboring layers,and aromatic π-π interactions further extend such layers into a three-dimensional supramolecular framework.  相似文献

A novel 1D Ladder-like coordination polymer [Na3Er(2,6-PDA)3]·11.5H2O (2,6-H2PDA is pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylic acid) has been synthesized and the crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction. The crystal structure of the complex belongs to Monoclinic system with space group P21/c, a=0.969 7(3) nm, b=1.914 6(6) nm, c=1.8031(6) nm, β=91.524(5)°, V=3.346 6(18) mm3, Z=4, Dc=1.863g·cm-3, μ=2.645 mm-1. The coordination geometry configuration of Er3+ center is tricapped trigonal prism. The structures of the title compound exhibit a novel 1D Ladder-like chain.  相似文献

The hydrothermal reaction of 3,5-pyridinedicarboxylic acid and NiCl2·6H2O results in a novel coordination polymer, [Ni(3,5-pdc)(H2O)4]·(H2O). The title compound [Mn(DPMT)2Cl2(H2O)2] (DPMT = 1-[[2-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)- 1,3-dioxolan-2-yl]methyl]-1H-1,2,4-triazole) was synthesized by the reaction of MnCl2·4H2O and DPMT in ethanol solution and its structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 23.913(4), b = 7.8883(13), c = 8.6291(14) , β = 95.816(3)o, V = 1619.4(5) 3, Z = 2, C24H26Cl6MnN6O6, Mr = 762.15, Dc = 1.563 g/cm3, μ = 0.950 mm-1, S = 1.045, F(000) = 774, R = 0.0462 and wR = 0.0981. The molecular structure is a centrosymmetric conformation, and two ligands are symmetrically located on both sides of the Mn atom. The manganese atom is surrounded by two nitrogen atoms from ligands, two chlorine atoms and two oxygen atoms from water molecules to form a slightly distorted octahedral geometry.  相似文献

The novel coordination polymer [Pr(BYBA)3(H2O)2]·[Pr(BYBA)3(H2O)] (BYBAH=2-benzoylbenzoic acid) was yielded by hydrothermal synthesis,determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction,and characterized by FT-IR and UV-Vis spectra. The crystal crystallizes in the triclinic system,space group P1 with a=9.112(3),b=14.644(5),c=27.076(11),α=84.223(3),β= 87.816(4),γ=88.902(4)o,V=3592(2)3,C84H60O21Pr2,Mr=1687.14,Z=2,F(000)=1700,Dc= 1.560 g/cm3,μ=1.419 mm-1,the final R=0.0485 and wR=0.1258 for 13035 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The compound contains two different building units,[Pr2(BYBA)6(H2O)4] and [Pr2(BYBA)6(H2O)2]. It is noticeable that [Pr2(BYBA)6(H2O)4] is an isolated binuclear building block,in which the Pr3+ ion centers are both located in an eight-coordinated environment. However,in [Pr2(BYBA)6(H2O)2] the Pr3+ ion centers are located in a nine-coordinated environment and connected by BYBA ligands to form 1D chains.  相似文献

The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 6.1252(8), b = 20.706(3), c = 8.8067(11) , β = 95.608(2)°, V = 1111.6(2) 3, Mr = 751.12, Dc = 2.244 g/cm3, F(000) = 736, μ = 2.011 mm-1, Z = 2, the final R = 0.0262 and wR = 0.0692 for 2338 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The structure of the title compound presents a 1-D chain-like structure constructed by dimer units, [Cd2(C8H3NO6)2(H2O)4]n, through two carboxylate oxygen atoms. The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group C2/c with a = 17.805(2), b = 9.3923(12), c = 17.255(2) A, β = 107.838(5)°, V = 2746.8(6) A3, Mr = 660.58, C12H28Ca3O23, Dc = 1.597 g/cm3, μ = 0.695 mm-1, Z = 4, F(000) = 1376, GOOF = 1.027, R = 0.0303 and wR = 0.0660. In the complex there are two coordination modes for Ca(II) ions, one coordinated by three μ5-OOCCH2OCH2COO2- bridge ligands together with two H2O molecules, and the other by five μ-5-OOCCH2OCH2COO2 bridge ligands. In both coordination modes each Ca(II) ion assumes a distorted dipentapyramidal CaO7 geometry; whereas each oxydiacetate is coordinated with five Ca(II) ions and acts as a pentdentates bridge ligand.  相似文献
